I was driving from Sandiego to Phoenix.I stopped by at this Starbucks and had some coffee. After further 2 hours of driving, I realized that I lost my phone and remembered to have left it there in the store. I called these guys and one of the employees confirmed that he has my phone. After I told I had driven too far from the store, this gentleman shipped my phone to my home address. I am so obliged and thankful to him. He is the nicest guy I have ever met.
Quick service indoors, the drive thru is what gets busy here. Two handicap parking spots available within less than 40 feet from entrance with one fully accessible restroom for customers. Patio furniture is tables & chairs; indoors includes wall bench/booth, long central table and also individual tables & chairs
It's consistently good wherever you find one. Is it the best in the world. Now, I live in Santa Monica...where we have some over the top options for yuppie coffees, but whenever I travel, I'm thrilled to find Starbucks.

We stopped here mid way between phoenix and San Diego. It's your standard Starbucks! This one had Latin music on the radio and Spanish speaking staff, which makes total sense this close to the Mexico border. Anyway, the coffee was fine and the location was clean, and the baristas were friendly. What else is there?
Love going there. They almost always get my drink right and when they don't they remake it or change it for something else. They are just amazing and super nice when I go in.
I went their three times and those times they had good food and iced/hot coffee.The service was excellent and especially the atmosphere.
Had issue with reloading my card manager came out and helped without hesitation him and his staff had amazing customer service skills. Appreciate the great service

Amazing customer service! I can see why this place almost has a perfect rating. Made a quick stop here on my drive back to AZ. Their ovens were down when I ordered a baked good, so I had to wait a few minutes for it. They ended up giving me a free drink coupon, a tea, and an extra baked good. Will definitely stop by here next time on my drive to California!
One of the best starbucks in the valley! the service is always top notch! Had a bit of a hiccup with a mobile order (my fault) and Anekka (sorry if I butchered the spelling on the name) went above and beyond and easily fixed everything! she was very attentive and friendly! will definitely be coming back here thanks to her!

Great staff, fast service. At times there might be a long line of cars or people waiting ibside for their coffee to avoid long wait times, is better if you place thr order through your phones app. What i like the most about this coffee place is that you can catch up with some school woek, while enjoying a nice cup of coffee. Definitely a great atmosphere and nice cold air conditioning.
Service here is pretty fast even when they have a rush. I always order the caramel frappuccino with extra caramel drizzle and they always get my coffee done just the way I like it. The employees are professional baristas & super sweet, just like my frappe.
The 5 stars are for customer service!! Very nice people, very calm environment and obviously great coffee!! The drive thru is always a hastho when it comes to parking and long line during busy hours. Maybe a Remodeling wouldn't be so bad for this Starbucks, but the location is perfect!
I don't go here often, mostly because I like to go to a cafe that feels more like home and can host groups of friends without feeling too crowded. But the staff was very friendly and fast here. So defianlty a great place for a quick coffee or tea.
Great spot. Out of the thousand times I've been there they've only slipped twice. It wasn't even a big issue either just a mistake on a size but the drink was on point. Super polite and excellent service.
I love this Starbucks location my new favorite drink of theirs is their mango passion fruit lemonade 😍 super yummy if you're looking for a refresher. I also love their black and white mocha Whit dark chocolate drizzle... Super yummy any style frap or hot. I like to order it hot especially for this cold time of year. Happy holidays!:)
It was great despite ordering six different drinks the wait was minimal. Not only that but the lady at the window gave me a box to place the drinks since they were out of cupholders. Resourceful and polite.

Very nice location. The parking area is very limited, if you want to park right next to the store. The service is great, the stores is very big big on customer service, I definitely feel welcomed when I stop by there on the way to the mall. It can be hectic during the holidays, but so is every other place. The way the drive thru is set up is not ideal, lots of traffic that can block other drivers parked. I absolutely recommend to use the Starbucks app to place your order online and avoid long lines in the drive thru. It's better to just get off for a minute, and pick up your order and you're on the road again. It's starbucks, what else can I say, quality products.
Grabbing our caffeine fix before our journey home, our daughters decided to try Mango Dragonfruit. The sip I had tasted good, refreshing. We went through drive-thru; I cold see the problem they were having as the line for drive-thru cut off parking spaces for people dining in. Other than that, a seemingly decent store.
Coffee is expensive, what else is new huh? However the service is fast and pretty spot on. Employees are knowledgeable of drinks and promotions. May be a little busy at times with the mall being right next to it but which Starbucks isn't.
Hard to go wrong with Starbucks. I ordered a blonde Vanilla Latte, but they don't sell the blonde here. That is fine since it is the holidays I ordered a Eggnog Latte and it was delicious. I drank 3/4 of it then started tasting grounds, so I had to throw out the last 1/4 of it. There are usually a few grounds at the bottom, but it was undrinkable once I got to this point without a filter.
This is a typical Starbucks, which is way above the norm for Imperial Valley. I'm impressed that the company managed to keep there standards high even out here... Especially since few other large chains haven't managed to do that.
The cappuccino tasted like hot milk with little to no taste of coffee. The service guy was friendly and the atmosphere was lively.
Since this Starbucks is by the mall, it gets very busy, so expect wait times to be a bit longer. On my last visit, I waited almost 30 minutes for one drink, but the barista was very friendly and gave me a free drink on my next visit as an apology. These people are just doing their best, so I can't fault them for that. Other than that, I feel like the drinks are a bit pricey but still pretty decent if you're craving some coffee. Pro tip: Don't park near the drive-thru since the lines get pretty long and they'll trap you in the parking lot for a while.
Baristas need more training in prepering drinks or they just don't care. Clean facility.
I love Starbucks but lately the drinks have been inconsistent. Some menu items aren't in stock. The staff overall are very kind. Will re evaluate in a couple weeks to see if things improve.
Very nice place on the corner of Justo Sierra and Lazaro Cardenas in Mexicali. Hot Americano was good, but the representative told me they did not have regular sugar. I said what?? I paid 19 dollars for a venti size americano, two tall hot chocolates, and one tall caramel frapatino. It seemed kind of pricy being that it's in Mexico. The mighty dollar doesn't go far in Mexicali because the merchants raise their prices when the price of the peso drops against the dollar.
I have gone to many different Starbucks all over California and some in Vegas... Every single time I go to this one on my way home (3hrs away) I get a rude employee. Never get even a smile or a Have a good day. No manners and no politeness. I still go cause I need my drink to drive home lol but ugh it's pretty annoying not to get treated nice. I have worked customer service myself for many years, I know we all have bad days... But right here it's like everyone has a bad day every day. 😶
I'm shocked that it took me over 5 minutes to get a tall black coffee ( which i had to ask for again). The young men and women also need customer service training. They were filling many orders before ( which I understand, because they were online orders). But all the young lady had to do was turn around and pour the coffee ( which she ended up having to do). Then I noticed a gentleman that was already there when I entered, getting his tall black coffee rught after I asked for mine. My Bagel was given to me before the coffee 😔. I will continue to go to the Starbucks on Imperial Ave only, where they are cheeful and seem to care about there customers.
Staff is super friendly and the service is great. However, it’s so hot in there it’s like a sauna. Not sure if the AC is broken but they need to fix it asap especially since it’s barely April and it’s only going to get hotter.
Came here to study and the staff was super nice and the drinks were good but it was just so HOT. I came at night and I cant imagine what it's like during the day or how bad it will get when summer really sets in. Please fix the a/c we live in desert.
Wasn’t even busy, ordered and it took around 15 min minimum to give me two drinks. I was first to order, and at most there was 3 people before me and outside drive through there was no one. I’ve been to many Starbuck locations, worst one.
very bad service the last time I went to this starbucks I did it to pock up an order that had been made through the app they simply did not see it or did not want to see it arrived to pick up my order and they did not even have it ready to wait for them I would have asked for my order upon arriving at that starbucks
The girl working the drive thru this morning had to be the rudest person I've come across at Starbucks. So rude, that I didn't even bother mentioning that she got the order wrong.
Very unreliable hours !!! Often they just lock the doors n only serve drive thru .. or just go before their closing hours !!

How can this barista be so narrow minded? An order I frequently buy had spoiled milk. I asked to get it fixed, same taste again. Then the barista goes ahead and tells me that I don't know how it supposed to taste. Then she tells me I don't know that I need to shake it. This barista must of been indoors with no contact with society to be this disrespectful. SB has no fix for these dumb new youngsters.

Terrible service. We stopped to buy product to large drinks and use their restroom. They're off a major freeway. They keep their restrooms locked and do not unlock them at resquest of paying customers
Baristas were busy working, yet no one bothered to acknowledge, look up, call out order, approach at register or pick up side and when the one girl did. She did not speak, she just reached and gave me mi pick up order that I couldn't even see. Poor service.

I placed a mobile order for a regular coffee at 9 PM. The store is open until 11 PM, so the coffee machine should not already be broken down at that hour. When I got there it wasn’t busy, but I still had to wait while they finally got around to my order. As I stood there, I saw exactly what happened. The barista picked up an empty cup, set it at the coffee machine for a few seconds like he was making something, then pulled it away with nothing brewed. He walked back to the espresso bar, made an Americano, poured hot water into it, and tried to pass it off as my regular coffee. The whole time, he kept glancing at me to see if I was noticing, and when he handed it to me, he had a smile and a smirk on his face like he knew what he was doing. This wasn’t a mistake. This was a deliberate lie. By that point the coffee machine was already broken down, so even if I asked for it to be redone, the answer would have been no. The issue isn’t just that I didn’t get what I ordered—it’s that the barista knowingly tried to deceive me instead of being honest. That’s not acceptable. I wasn’t asking for anything complicated, just a cup of coffee. Starbucks needs to make sure customers aren’t lied to or played off like they won’t notice. That kind of behavior is ridiculous and needs to be called out.

Went in,my husband was in line for service. I left to go to restroom. They have one locked with a sign "Employees Only". The other, I walked in and it was a disgusting mess. I walked out told my husband about it and we left.
I went this afternoon around 3pm. I had placed my order on the app and when I pulled up to the drive thru, there was no cars so when I got to the speaker i politely told them I placed my order on the app they replied with a snarky remark "you literally just placed your order right now" okay I'm not from here where I live there's always a big Starbucks line that's why I placed it on the app. When I got to the window he just handed me my drinks without saying a word he didn't even greet me at all. Extremely bad customer service if I could give this location negative stars I would. I didn't tell him anything because there's no point in creating unnecessary drama, but I do want to address this. You don't treat customers like that. Please retrain your employees with proper customer service etiquette
Ordered a ice coffee with classic syrup and cream and it had some little plastic kind of things on the bottom and it was never blended so it looked like a total different drink, also ordered a matcha with strawberry puree and got a regular matcha. The other coffee was tossed because of suspicious floating stuff at the bottom. Check your coffee before you drink it. Didn't go inside because it was booming and we had already drove away and my son didn't want to go inside. A week ago also stopped by and ordered a shaken espresso and was handed a caramel frappe but I told the barista that was not what I order and he apologized and made me my shaken espresso.
I visited Starbucks on Sunday, February 2nd, and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with Ellie. I ordered an espresso macchiato with just a bit of foam (specifically requesting not to have the cup filled to the top) and a cortado with the same request. However, when I received my drinks, both were filled to the top, completely disregarding my instructions. When I politely asked for them to be remade according to my order, Ellie did not acknowledge my request, threw the drinks away without a word, and then asked in a dismissive tone, "How do you want them then?" I explained again and requested the shots and milk separately. She then said she would charge me differently, despite my order already being placed and paid for. When I reiterated that I just wanted what I had originally ordered, she remained silent, visibly annoyed, and remade the drinks with an attitude. When she placed the cups on the bar, I asked which was which, and she curtly responded, "They have the sticker on them," in an unfriendly tone. Her lack of professionalism and unwillingness to provide basic customer service made this visit extremely unpleasant. I have always enjoyed Starbucks for its consistency and customer service, but this experience was unacceptable. I hope this feedback helps improve the service at this location.
Something ridiculous...I just ordered a small iced coffee with half the normal amount of ice and half of the milk. I was then told that that would "leave room". When we asked him to just put in more coffee, he said that would be an extra shot and extra money!!! Again Starbucks fails. Oh, and the server just tried to give it to me and STILL they used too much milk AND they left room. This is ridiculous. I seriously need to find a different cafe.
Dirty dirty dirty. Needs ALOT of improvement. Windows, doors, floors are disgusting. Shelves where merch is need an urgent dusting. It just feels fitlhy overall. Toilet bowl can use some wipeing too. Its gross to see secretions all around it. Be considerate! Told the employees in a nice manner and they automatically feel offended. Where are customer service manners nowadays. Its not my fault they dont take their job seriously. Love the place you work and take care of it. Who ever does the hiring process needs to be fired.
I was very disappointed at the customer service here. A friend and I walked in so we could take advantage of the “bring a friend for 2 for $10 drinks” and so we arrived around a little before 6p.m. we were greeted and needed a minute to look over the menu. When we were ready, the lady working the register (late 30’s/mid40’s) was VERY RUDE to us. I asked if the deal was solely on the app & she cut me off to say “it ended 2 minutes ago but you guys were just standing there.” If it weren’t for my friend having a rough day and promising her coffee, I would have walked out because why that attitude? I had no idea there was a cutoff time since in the app, when I checked, it didn’t specify. The only reason I didn’t order online is because I was waiting for my friend to decide what she wanted. She could’ve worded it so much more differently or if she knew that customers were coming in for that deal that day, she could’ve easily just given us a heads up like, “hey guys, idk if you were going to do the 2 for $10 because it ends soon.” Anyway, I decided to order a coffee & a grilled cheese, she said “you have to hand me the grilled cheese( from the cold section by the register), if we even have any.” I ignored her attitude once again, and she gave me my total & I asked her to please use the 25 stars I had for the milk substitute in my coffee, she said she couldn’t do that because there was no option for that, only for espresso shots. I even tried showing her on my phone what 25 stars applies to, she still said that didn’t apply. I should’ve just cancelled the order at that point. I go to starbucks enough to know what applies to what & I always use my stars for that so I don’t know if she just didn’t know how to apply them or what. This employee needs to work on her customer service skills. We all have bad days, hectic shifts, etc. but customers do not have to pay for it. If working with the public is not for you, get another job! If she just didn’t know how the star system worked, she needs to be trained some more, she could’ve said she wasn’t sure & asked someone who knew instead of saying no! It’s that simple. I won’t be ordering in person anymore at this location. SMH.
