Not bad for fast food

Great service, clean place , friendly staff Even the food is made better than the BK in the town I live in , always stop by here in the mornings during my truck route

Regular burger king experience, paper crowns upon request. The staff here is very polite and the service is prompt. I wouldn't really say burger king is a 5/5 in general but this location is as good as Burger King gets. I recommend the frozen coke and onion rings.

The whopper with cheese taste just as good as always. The nuggets were over cooked but still edible. When nuggets get overcooked they turn out stiff and hard. Thats how I know because Im a cook. I still gave 5 stars, because I loved the burgers. They were perfectly made and they dont give you a hard time about asking for extra sauce!

Food was well prepared and service is courteous and prompt. I did have a bad experience with a male manager months ago, and I should have gotten his name. This time it was 2 female managers and they were very efficient. I enjoyed my impossible burger and I made sure to eat my fries right away. That's when they're at their best

You get what you pay for. Out of curiosity I stopped by here just cuz I haven't had a Burger King burger in over 20 years just to see what it's like, the burger with decent, the fries had just come out of the fryer and we're hot and crispy and the medium size drink looks large. Which is interesting because the large size fries look small. When I said something about it he asked me if I wanted a large fries instead of a small fries which I had already asked for, and then he basically just gave me the same container stuffed with twice as many fries. Lol. Anyway it's a slice of Americana come the workers are overworked and underpaid, and the food is decent. Yay America.

I was last there in 1980. Just went back tonight 11-08-2013 and had a Veggie Burger and it was very good. The lobby has been updated along with WiFi. It was a little bit too cool in the lobby. The combo cost $4.52 I will be back again.

It is what it is: a Burger King with fast, efficient service, quite clean, well maintained. The food is a step above other fast food joints, a great value menu. And actually not really any more unhealthy for you than a gourmet burger joint. But 10x cheaper!

The restaurant is nice and clean and the ladies are very nice. I got the original chicken sandwich and fries. The fries were a little uncooked and the sandwich was dry, it had only a hint of mayo in the middle.

Quick bite after work used my BK rewards -- Whopper with cheese & fries. No one indoors - a bit slow like last time - same BK team players at that hour. Have to repeat order a couple of times-- a little frustratibg when your stomach is growling and they are moving at a snails pace.. Saved by a smile and a pretty good attitude. Did not want salt because they ovetsalt to my taste.. 13 minute experience...patience is a must..

The staff is nice and the place has been remodeled recently. The quality of the food seems good and there is lots of parking available. The problem is the place is not really clean. I came several times, during the slow hours of the day, so they were not busy, but the store was pretty dirty and the trash cans full.

It's good for a quick in-and-out, though the tables are never crowded if one wants to pause and eat more slowly. The one challenge that seems to be ongoing is with the cleanliness of the drinks station: the trash seems to always need taking out and the counters wiped down from spills, melting ice, and over-exuberant ketchup users.

Nothing special for god sakes it's a Burger King. Might have gave it one more star but feel a little bit of a bait-and-switch on the pricing on their menu. Just to add fries and a coke to my two chicken burgers for $6 cost me an additional $4.50 really for a small drink and small fries $4.50!

I can’t expect much from a fast food restaurant but the workers are a little rude and very rushy. I couldn’t get out the rest of my order without being interrupted. I understand the fast food environment but give a chance for people to finish their sentences!

Arrogant Spanish chubby Spanish guy behind the counter that was not paying attentions on what he is doing. Three stars for the seniora that was behind the counter that I think is a mgr that is there for a long time and very attentive. People make sure you check your orders to go before leaving this place.

Food is good but always has a short staffs, need to wait or shout that you need a restroom to bust in. Don’t come in here if you really need to pee quickly.

eh. Bad customer service. I came in to enjoy a rare after school fast food sit down with my kids on a beautiful Friday afternoon. I accidentally dropped my milkshake on the floor while walking it to my table. I told them immediately. I didnt ask for a refill. I just wanted it cleaned. I ended up sending my kids to remind them that it spilled because it was now melting on the floor for almost 30 min. They said they'll clean it when we leave. I felt uncomfortable. Then someone finally came to mop and I was able to enjoy my food. The food is edible. They rarely get my orders wrong in drive thru. I actually used to work here, it was my very 1st job when I was 16, when Annie was the manager. The inside is clean and the drive through is thorough. I may not come inside anymore though.

They charge for changes to your burger. This is horrible. How do you charge extra for mayo on the burger.

I see they have no cashier it's all kiosk. Feel like the workers are lazy so they can clan up my mess.

I WAS charged $5 for advertised $4 deal. Management got attitude because i questioned the extra dollar while i was pointing to the advertising on the window. I guess if they can get away with it they will try. They don't like to give condiments with your order. They want you to pay extra for it. Shameful biz practice

Okay, so .. I like burger king and so does my bf. We like the veggie burgers and we like how u can order salad and get free pies... That parts great. But.. yes there's a but... they only deliver sometimes. Although the website and coupons in the mail says delivery all week from 2 pm to 10 pm they only deliver sometimes... also, almost 80 percent of the time they get the delivery order messed up in SOME way shape or form....... I've called numerous time on different occasions to talk about it and get whatever they missed... but I end up having to call an extra 3 or more times. It gets frustrating. I stopped tipping them because of it. Every once in a while like today I'll tip if it's a face I haven't seen before but they're just as bad. I'm talking about the burger kind in El cerrito California ..... not every bk is the same I hope u all have better experience but be warned....

Several issues today starting with the 15 minute wait just to order food in the drive thru. Then an additional 15 minutes to get food after repeating order several times. Bad day for them today! Very unorganized. Maybe better next time..

I ordered the 5 for $4 meal I didn't check the cookie before I left the drive thru big mistake on my end cookie was extremely hard🤦i called to complain the phone number which was on the recepit was disconnected

I was disappointed I ordered through the drive-through at 3 o'clock i ordered only 4 sandwiches and it took a very long time. I looked into my bag and seen only 3 burgers and looked at mine and saw that the cheese wasn't melted and paty was cold. There slogan is "going the extra mile" no no its total B.S! El Cerrito is a nice location and burger king needs to go beyond the extra mile.

I was there today Friday July 10th, 2020 I went through the drive through & order what wanted, when I was waiting I heard the car in front on me say this not my order & had to tell the (Black Lady) working the drive through the order again & the price was wrong because she got it wrong! When I got up to the window the (Black Girl 👧🏾) told me what I got & how much it was & I told her, shouldn’t it be less, I told her my fry are a $1.00 because I used the app & then she told me to look 👀 on the app & tell her the number again that is # 6239. I ask her for Barbecue Sauce & Honey Mustard Sauce because I also order the 8 pieces Jalapeño Cheddar Bits & she told me you get 1 free & each other would cost 25 cent! I told her that other Burger King more then one for free. I am the second one through the drive through that the (Black Girl 👧🏾) messed up on price ! If there was Zero 0 Star, I would rate it only on the drive through !

Today I am very disappointed that I used coupon for family meals. Lady who works at cashier said coupon not working can’t follow the price on coupon although coupon NOT expire yet!! I think they lied to customer. If coupon not working anymore please don’t sent to our home again. You should fair for customers more.

Diana is a shift supervisor at this Burger King. She's very rude and makes people wait just because she feels entitled to. People like her should definitely find different jobs where they don't have to deal with customer service.

Was very disappointed at this SAN PABLO location, Drive Thru...Gave our order, repeated it. The person taking our order asked 2 more times to repeat...no problem. Requested the fries to be dropped twice so they would be crispy. The person..stated no problem . Received order..pulling away..fries half cooked. This Burger King was not crowded nor busy. Time was 8:30 pm. Asked for honey mustard and ketcup...had to circle the block and go inside. The Burger King near El Pollo Loco...WONDERFUL! DEFINITELY 5 STARS!!

The Hispanic woman in the drive through was being extremely rude and playing games. I had 2 separate orders and spent over $50. She kept messing up the first order and was being sarcastic. The conversation went like this.. Hi, I’d like the rodeo king meal. ...ok so you want the chicken fries No I want the rodeo king meal with fries and a coke ....ok so you want sprite No, I’d like a COKE and additionally, an order of chicken fries ....ok so you want onion rings? I tried to place my second order through the drive through speaker but her lingual skills were unintelligible. When I got to the window, she wouldn’t take my second order and told me I had to drive around the block to place another order. What a joke! I told her I’ve had split orders multiple times through the drive-through with no problems. To quote... “NO, you’re lying!” When I came back to place my second order, she pretended like she didn’t speak English. When I spoke in Spanish and caught her off guard, she finally took my order. I asked for marinara sauce for my cheese sticks and she gave me a strawberry jam… She asked me what drink I wanted and I said lemonade… She told me that that Burger King never had lemonade and never will. Funny because I get it every single time I go there (and I’ve been to that particular restaurant more than five times in the past month). I finally told her to give me orange Fanta with LIGHT ice.. which is one of the drinks she said was available. As soon as I pulled out and took a sip, I realized it was Sprite, With ice all the way to the bottom of the cup! What a mule! How can you expect people to buy your food if you have such crummy service? ..Let’s not even get started on the 12 inch hair I found in my burger last week, and when I returned and showed the manager he pretended like he couldn’t see it. I already called corporate.

What has happened to BK quality? Had a bad experience in San Rafael 2 weeks ago … and now this. Ordered a Big King XL. … luke warm at best … no toasted bun, no lettuce and meat had no flame broiled flavor … looked like boiled meat. Disappointed in this Burger King. Gave me wrong order and food was cold and didn’t have any taste and speaker in drive through is always broken. I came in through drive-through and I ordered some food. They didn’t give me all my food I called and I spoke to someone and I let them know when I came to pick up my food. The general manager Maria and her assistant Maddie was very rude. very unprofessional did not replace food. Did not call any other manager to confirm a horrible place to be with horrible employees.

(No smile, eye contact, friendliness or have a nice day). When I received the food it was nothing fresh about it. The chicken sandwich was cold, had slimy wilted lettuce on it and the fries were soggy and cold just gross 🤢🤮. I had ordered 3 combos for me and family, the total came to 36 dollars. Unbelievable for the service and quality. Don’t make the mistake I did by coming here.

For like months hat had a sing that said we take EBT. I when in there and try to use it. They was was super rude. They was like we don't take them. I was like there was a sing out there that said you take EBT for the last 3 months that was up there. They was like noo we never did. I'm just like that false advertising. Rude to customers.

Cashier asked for the number, then rudely walked away as I was giving it. He comes back and I show him the number, thinking that would help, but he refuses to even look and walks away. So I tell him the number. He keeps asking for the number and ignoring as I keep saying it louder and louder. The manager eventually comes. No apology, just get my order taken. Worst service possible.

I didn't have particularly high expectations of burger king in 2020, but I ordered just a whopper meal and I had my drink and it tasted funny. Not sure if it was just flat or there might've been some cleaning taste in it, but it did not taste good at all. It was just a coke. I went back inside and the manager said they don't give refills, which isn't what I wanted, I instead said the drink didn't taste at all like coke, infact it tasted really not good and I asked if I could just get a different drink. She said no and just moved on. Totally unacceptable. Don't sell the drink if it isn't gonna taste the way it should. I didn't cause a scene, I just left. Never coming back here...

RUDE manager working here. Never gives you a receipt when going through drive-thru, and will bag your order last after she clears the drive-thru if you go in to order. Had an issue with my order once, and she yelled at us before we could even explain to her what's wrong.
