We took our family to the St Patrick’s Day Breakfast on Sunday, March 8th. It was better than I could ever imagine! The young woman who welcomed us was patient & very pleasant to all of us! I want to thank Sal & especially Emma who was our waitress. She was incredible & attended to our requests. The food was excellent as well as the drinks! This event had everything for children & adults. There is nothing better to celebrate St Patrick’s Day in a restaurant that recognizes children’s need to have multiple fun activities. Thank you & we will definitely return next year!!!!

It’s March, So the Irish atmosphere was amazing. Crowded but everything was flowing nicely. Dennis was amazing offered great recommendations and even a possible job for my daughter run over his manager Alex to talk to me more about it. Get the poor boy sandwich And fish and chips. Great options also amazing happy hour prices will be back.

The food and service were both amazing. The atmosphere of the Shannon Rose is incredibly welcoming and the kind hostess Gianna made the experience even better. The manager Alex was very accommodating when asked about potential allergens which is a plus. Overall a very pleasant experience. Would definitely come again!

I recently visited Shannon Rose Irish Pub - Ramsey and had a great experience. The burger was very good. Emma was our waitress and did a fantastic job. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything came out perfectly. Great service and great food. I’ll definitely be back!

Fred was a fantastic waiter! I’ve been here three times now and every visit has been a great experience. He’s attentive, friendly, and makes you feel really taken care of the whole time. I always appreciate good service, and Fred definitely stands out. I hope to have him as my waiter again next time.

We've been to The Shannon Rose a few times and it is always great. The food is always delicious, and we keep coming back to try new things. This past Saturday, we had Fred as our waiter and he was the best! He came right over and promptly helped us decided on drinks (which are always excellent). My dirty martini was perfect, as expected, and we ordered the appetizer sampler bc we were starving. The drinks and the sampler came right out and made me very happy. Fred was attentive and personable and made us feel so welcome, and we had another great night, great meal and great drinks. The Band came on at 9 pm and was awesome. Just love this place. Always a wonderful time. The specialty mixed drinks are always so good. I will never forget the white pumpkin martini the manager made for me in October. We will keep coming back.

Amazing experience from start to finish. The food and service were excellent, and the atmosphere was great. Gianna, the hostess, was especially wonderful—she was warm, welcoming, and made us feel taken care of right away. Her positive energy really set the tone for the whole visit. Staff is always great. My sister, mom, son and I tend to order the same things and always try something new. The fish n’ chips, shepherds pie and chicken pot pie are excellent options. The mac n cheese egg rolls are the best appetizers. We went for my son’s graduation, his bday and for my bday this year and my mom’s bday. When we can’t decide what to eat we always end up here because we know it’s always gonna be delicious. Oh yea and their desserts are good too. The Irish soda bread pudding and the peach crisp are excellent and big enough portions to share. All the food portions are big too. Great pub & restaurant all around.

Attiyah was amazing! Super attentive but not too much so, went out of her way to get our special orders right, suggested the whiskey flight that was good, (and she was right on which one would be our favorite!), patient with my son who has a speech impediment, even opened the impossible plastic straw coverings this place has, without touching the straws, and had it ready for us to just pull out. The place is average, food and drinks are pretty good, and has been hit or miss on service, but if I had Attiyah every time, we’d come 3 times a week! Great job hiring her!

Was trying to find something new to try for me and my girlfriend and we stumbled across this place. Very friendly atmosphere, we went around 10pm so it was a little noisy but we weren’t bothered because it was expected being that it’s a pub LOL. We had Guinness beef stew and Shepherds pie. Will definitely be back!

Drinks never ran dry, food came out quickly, and every recommendation she gave was spot-on. The corn beef spring rolls are the best. My first visit to The Shannon Rose. This is a traditional authentic Irish pub/eatery with traditional Irish dishes and drink. Starters this evening is a Bavarian Pretzel (not Irish, I know), comes with Cheddar Jack beer cheese, bacon, pickled jalapen̈os and Sriracha aioli. This Pretzel is HUGE! Next starter is Scotch Eggs - panko crusted banger- wrapped deviled eggs with crispy leeks. A different twist for deviled eggs, at least for I. The final starter is Craic Craic shrimp - panko crusted shrimp, sweet & spicey sauce, cabbage, carrots, sesame seeds, scallions and wonton crisps. If you like shrimp, I think you will enjoy the flavor this puts out. Entrees consisted of Bangers & Mashed (truely good dish), Murder Burger, French Onion Patty Melt, Lemon Artichoke Chicken. All are very good dishes. Food plating was on point and service, by Mike, complimented and rounded out a perfect dinner. If you are in North Jersey make it a point to get to The Shannon Rose.

Be prepared to be completely Gobsmacked! If you’re looking for authentic and inventive Irish fare in NJ, seek no more! Shannon Rose delivers and then some! Brunch here is so good you will order an extra plate or two to share for fomo! Corned Beef Spread by Rolls are mouth watering and the Bailey’s French Toast unreal! Decor is warm and spot on to what you’d find on the Emerald Isle. I can’t imagine how great St. Paddy’s Day celebrations are here. Cocktails are delicious and the Guinness is as expected…perfect! The service was attentive, genuine and expedient. What more can you ask. Definitely worth putting the Shannon Rose in Ramsey on your list of spots to hit.

The Shannon Rose is our family’s go to place for literally every occasion. From our daughter’s “world’s best Mac and cheese” to our son’s favorite chicken fingers, their kids food is off the charts amazing with our picky eaters. For adult nights out they have the best music entertainment live every Friday and Saturday night starting at 9 PM. The adult fare is absolutely incredible, they have gardein product for the vegetarians (my wife) and their burgers are incredibly juicy and fresh, my favorite is the murder burger. Incredible nachos and even corn beef and cabbage, they literally have it all. For the sports enthusiast there are screens placed so you can see one from every seat in the house. Sal is extremely attentive if you aren’t pleased with anything about your experience. They do New Years like no other!!! If you’re local, I highly recommend checking it out multiple times and if you’re passing through, you won’t be disappointed!

Mac n cheese spring roll was sensational. Could hear the crackle. Cheeseburger sliders tender and moist with caramelized onion. Absolute star of a dish in Shepard's Pie. The scalloped toasted ridging on mashed potato topping ridiculously delicious and beautiful. Ground beef, peas, carrots perfectly seasoned. Irish soda bread perfect sweet balance. Please go.

6/2 Easy to pass by but certainly a restaurant you want to try if you are driving along Rt17n. we went on a Sunday for dinner so it wasn't crowded. The place was clean, not too loud, atmosphere pleasant, and employees very polite & friendly. Koodles to our waiter Michael F' who took good care of us. Even the manager popped by to ask how the food tasted. We ordered a few plates but we really really enjoyed the excellent fish and chips and the whole-fried "murder burger". Will be returning soon to try other dishes and a local ale! 6/16 visiting on father's day. Service and food were once again excellent. Re-Ordered the murder burger, fish & chips and french onion soup again, but added the corn beef & cabbage and brunch board appetizer (so krazy good!). Christina N was so friendly and attentive. Luv her. And we got a free hat for father's day! Will try to be back for the music next time.

Food and drink very good we especially enjoyed the pulled pork sandwich. Our server was very attentive and personable. Took off one star because the parking lot is extremely dark with many of the lights going on/off or totally out. Please hire someone to repair the parking lot lights before a patron gets hurt. We were almost hit by a car that didn’t see us in the pitch black!

Food is very good and they are always consistent! Their Sheppard's pie is delicious and comes with Irish soda bread. Their burgers are very good too - I wanted to try something on the lighter side and decided to try their Veggie and Turkey burgers during my last couple visits and they were both on point! Trivia on Thursdays and they have a great happy hour menu!

Atmosphere is really nice. Warm and inviting. Great vibes. Beer selection is pretty good. Service was good. Quick and correct. Good was meh. The menu had a lot of options. But some of the sandwiches were cold when they came out while others were hot. Looks like the prep timing wasnt the same so some sat in the back while others were being made.
