Always have had a great time and great food. They dropped the ball today and put onions on my burger. Then they took my food away and forgot to bring me my food back SMH. Then they brought it back cold soggy and no bacon lol.

Initially looking at the menu the nachos and the cheese fries caught my eye. Unfortunately, I did not look at the date of when they had nachos on their menu, ( yrs n yrs ago) so to my surprise when I arrive I requested nachos I will sadly told that they did not have those on the menu. So instead we order the chili cheese fries which were mediocre. The cheese is definitely from a can no extra razzle dazzle just plain cheese, the chili was more a pork and beans not so much chili meat , and then there was a dash of shredded cheese on top. The fries were more of a thick cut, with no salt. And then we had the hot dog Burger, which also included, chili (pork n beans) on the inside along with other stuff (see picture) . If it wasn't for our server Roxanne being very attentive, in the food being ready extremely fast we would have given this restaurant 2 stars . This is just my opinion, others may like this type of food quick thrown together food , however it was not to my satisfaction. But don't get me wrong, it was cheap about $18 total, quick service, any pretty cool clean atmosphere inside.

15 years ago, I moved to El Paso. I stumbled here because it was near were I lived then.Great hamburger! Possible one of the best burger joint in El Paso. I did recognized some of the same people still working there. That tells me that they are treated well by the owner because who works there for so long. There is a chinese menu that is very good. The green salsa is a great compliment to the hamburgers and fries. My kids ordered wings. Not a fan of breaded wings. The place is clean and it has a touch of the 50's look. Price is reasonable. Six dollars hamburgers. My daughter liked it. Highly recommend this place.

Cool environment, smells good amd obviously a local favorite. Service was slow, they were super busy after the volley ball games. I would not rate the burgers as the best in town. And the chili fries were swimming in artificial cheese. The got all price for what we got seemed pretty high. I do want to go back and try the fried rice and egg rolls. It looks and smells real good.

I dont understand the world. Place is packed. Prices are high. Burgers are basic ground beef food, no flavor, except for the catsup taste. Louisiana sauce to make wings. Limited portions, greasy, but the place was full. Maybe because it has no other place nearby to eat in this intersection of the street,

Didn't get what I ordered, food was greasy ( see the receipt covered in grease) waitress muddled the order and eventually brought over tacos and said " here you go... Oh they're not yours" and walked off before I could say they were. Came back with same dish few minutes later and said " there you go" overall not good

I’ve known about this place my whole life but, I have never been there. It’s always busy, I went there for my first time looking for good food and a good atmosphere. I got half of what I was looking for. The food was not that great, and the service was horrible. I will never go back, ordered the patty melt, I’ve never ordered a patty melt with dry bread. 😑

I got the rolled tacos, 2/10 it was the saddest rolled tacos ive seen in my entire life. It was more like tacos dip in water (super water down) What happened to this place? It used to be good before :( 2/10 service

I order 2 go 2burger combos i saw the green chili & i took them out so they wouldn't go bad with the hot food & this is what I caught my eyes... 1st time. & my last time there that's 4 sure. I guess no body pays attention cause there talking & laughing back their cooking & stuff. But how can u miss this molded green salsa...

Stopped by on a Saturday afternoon and was ignored for 10 minutes. People sitting next to me at the window counter were regulars and were waited on as soon as he walked in. I walked out slowly and they could care less. In summary, if you are a regular its a great place. I do love their food. But if they don't recognize you then you are no valued. If you have not been here before then I recommend going down the street to Happy Burger where the food is just as good and its is walk up counter service.

May 23, 2024 Place open M-F 11-5PM. But do not hold your breath waiting to eat here. Not worth it at all. The food is mediocre at best. Food we got was cold and the place was not busy. The cheese fries taste like velveeta cheese. The frisco sticks are just rolled flautas soaked in sopa. The place is over priced and not worth the wait. Would definitely recommend going to Panda burger or AJs if looking for a burger spot. The burgers here had little to no flavor. Disgruntle employees were complaining to customers about people in the back. They charge an additional $3 for using card. Will not be coming back here!
