I come here regularly and have never had a problem with the food, the workers are ok they are just doing their job but don't have customer service at all. Although, today I got a poke bowl, I get spicy tuna usually and never have a problem but the tuna tasted disgusting. I tried calling multiple times just to get a re-fund because this poke bowl was too expensive to just ignore but absolutely no answer. I drive over there and ask for a refund and they refused until i told them i will just contact my bank(just giving up on the conversation), i left the bowl filled to the top because it was disgusting and I’m not trying to just get free money. After this experience I’m just not coming back because of how the worker and manager handled the situation. If you have a problem with your food they will NOT give refunds or even care unless they know they'll lose money either way.

really love poke bowls and have been to this place a few times, but unfortunately, the service has been consistently disappointing. Every time I go in, there’s a girl working who rushes us as soon as we walk in, asking if we’re ready before we even have a chance to look at the options. It feels rushed and uncomfortable, especially when trying to customize a bowl.On my most recent visit, she didn’t acknowledge me at all she started preparing a drive-thru order and just began talking without even saying a word to me, so I was left standing there unsure if she was speaking to me or someone else.

Horribly awkward experience. I walk in an hour before close but the employees were too focused on their closing duties to approach me. I felt like I was intruding when all I wanted was to pick up my online order. Extremely unpleasant and unkind employees that made me feel like I did something wrong by picking up my order that I paid and tipped for. Will not be coming back. The food sucked too.

The rice was hard as if it was left uncovered for hours. Everything else was okay, just disappointed with the rice. I’m pretty sure the employee even knew it was hard

I’ve come here a few times and 2 times i’ve come the white rice was very hard and hard to eat. Very disappointed especially because i see reviews on the same issue and they haven’t made effort to fix it.

Worst poke bowl ever. Ordered a poke bowl and basically received a caldo de poke on how soggy and nasty it was. Cashier is in a bad mood demanding a tip.

Bought two Poke 3 Classic's and the white rice was extremely hard and unedible. They had no utensils, the staff is just standing around, no customer service, unhelpful when it comes to recommending food selections to new customers. Having airpods on and serving the customers is so unprofessional!! I definitely will not be coming here again.

I honestly left Poke Bowl 3 feeling embarrassed and hurt. The lady working there was so rude and judgmental that it ruined the whole experience. She kept giving my friend nasty looks just for ordering a good amount of food, and it made me feel insecure about my own body and what we were eating. No one should ever walk out of a restaurant feeling shamed or uncomfortable, especially when we were literally giving them our business. I will never come back, and I wouldn’t wish that experience on anyone.

My sister and I love eating here, the food is delicious but the service is awful. My sister and i walk in and are asked if we’re ready to order before even finishing walking to the counter. Despite that she still continues to have an attitude, while i’m simply just adding toppings. While ordering she insists you cannot have a specific size bowl without having protein, even when wanting to pay the original price. It just simply was not posible. Not everyone eats meat and being apart of the serving world there should be a way to still provide the meal without the protein. She has acne, wearing a bun and was acting like she was doing us a favor by simply providing a service. My sister has ordered the same bowl every time we come and for some reason this bowl was $16 instead of $9? it’s astonishing to me just the lack of respect. I do not recommend. unfortunately we don’t feel comfortable here and will be in search of a new poke place, even though the food is good. i get it, everyone has bad days but even reading the reviews it’s obviously not “just a bad day” for her.

This is the worst poke place. I ordered DoorDash. I ordered the three scoops of protein and they add little to nothing. It does not taste well. I’ve never experienced a place like this.

I went through the drive through asking if they could do 2 orders at once and instead of using customer service Alex, the guy on the inner-come said “no come inside” as the weather was ugly and he said well i guess you could but you just need to come inside. Then once my friends and I did he was being really rude towards me and on top of that they barely put a good amount of food in the bowel compared to other food places that usually fill there bowls up. I feel I did not get my money worth. Lastly the guy asked if I had wanted a bag and I said no, thanks and Alex said “don’t get that tone with me” this has never happened to me wall I am at a food place ever and based off of the other recent poor reviews I can tell this was not a issue on my end. The food is good but way overly sauced for sure and I feel I did not get the amount from my moneys worth.

When I walked in, the TVs that display the menu were turned off and when I asked about it, I was given a dirty physical copy of the menu that the employees refer to while making the bowls. The employee that helped me was clearly being pulled in multiple directions as he took both in-person and mobile orders by himself. It also appears he was improperly trained as he constantly referred to the piece of paper he made me give back to him and because he severely under filled both my $13 bowl and my $8 smoothie despite the outrageous cost I paid for the little amount I received. I would not recommend dining here to anyone.

Service here is TERRIBLE they all hve an attitude. They left us waiting at the drive thru for 30 minutes then we pulled up to the window and they kept passing by just laughing. Then the girl came over and just put up a closed sign without telling us anything. Sign says close at 9pm and it was 8:30pm. Don't waste your time. Go somewhere else.

Inedible. Fish is not fresh or of good quality, rice wasn't cooked through. Some toppings were slimy, paid extra for avocado and got half a tiny avocado that was spoiled. The sauces just sat at the bottom and tasted like straight vinegar. Recommend sticking to Sunnys Sushi if you want good salmon or tuna.
