Dominos pizza has done it again. Their Gluten free pizza topped with fresh spinach, savory mushrooms, and juicy tomatoes is a culinary delight that tantalizes the taste buds with every bite. I go in to order the pizza of my choice yesterday I placed 2 orders so when I came he one of the pizza had 1 Italian sausage, I tried calling and I get a recording 2x saying they are having phone issues so it's most likely I won't go there..I paid 28dls for 1 pizza, I feel we should get a plethora of what we choose not a sprinkle. Manager looked troubled even though there weren't too many people ther..no excuse.
Domino's never disappoints! The pizzas are always hot, fresh, and made just the way I order them. The crust is perfectly baked, the toppings are generous, and the flavor is consistently delicious. I also love how quick and easy the online ordering process is, and the delivery is always right on time. Great customer service, great food—highly recommend!
This Place is Very Friendly and They work quickly but passionately. Sounds silly im sure but i believe that. They always kick butt at this location! 🫡💪
I want there a week or 2 ago, and Tomas was such an amazing employee, he is a very kind and gentle person, he made my and my family's day with his excellent service. I hope to see him there again when I return 🙌🙌
We had an error with our delivery. This first time the order came without our wings. We called and they made a second delivery. Wings came but unfortunately they were the wrong flavor. I called back again and the store manager was super friendly and offered to send us out fresh ones and doubled our order. The customer service was excellent. I absolutely would do business with them again. They made a mistake and took such care in making sure that we walked away with not only the right thing, but with a positive experience. This location does really care and that was so refreshing. I recently had the worst experience at the little Cesar’s on Saul Kleinfield and the customer service with dominos is Barr none the best I have seen in a very long time. Keep up the good work! We’ll be back! And thank you for everything 🙏🏼
Due to high winds we wernt able tonplace our order on-line and had to call it in for delivery. We placed an order on Wednesday evening and the driver failed to hand off the food to us leaving it out in the wind and cold without ringing the door bell or advising us the order had arrived. A complete failure on his part as the food was ruined. After speaking with Tury the store manager, he resolved our issue and took accountability while sharing his next steps for trraining the team member to prevent a similar issue from happening again. He did a great job making me feel like he really cares about his job, their reputation and customer satisfaction. By far best interaction! Keep up the great work Tury.

Its a bit loud and the person taking my order didn't hear me correctly and my order was wrong. I usually enjoy my smoothies but today was unsatisfying.
I visit here frequently and I love this location by far, the employees are always kind, the food and drinks are always of great quality, and sometimes I stay in and sit because it's a peaceful location. The management go above and beyond for their customers! I will never stop coming to this location, it's worth it!
5 stars!!! The salad and smoothies are good! Today I ordered a Supergreen Chicken Caesar Salad Bowl, green apple as a side and added the The Green Apple Matcha smoothie. I also ordered my daughter a kids meal chicken quesadilla with chips and a smoothie. Food was great, thumbs up from my daughter. Smoothie was awesome, but next time will ask for half ice so I can enjoy better taste than ice. Will be back soon!!!
Twice within the past month, I have ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 smoothies for delivery and only received one smoothie. The door dash delivery person each time said they would go get it and never did. I even tried calling the location numerous times and they don’t answer the phone.
I waited to post this review, unfortunately we have ordered from this location at least 10 times and they have consistently made the pizza the same. This location always lacks SAUCE and TOPPINGS as seen on picture. The chicken Alfredo taste good if you add very little salt. That’s the only reason I added 2 stars instead of one.
I went in and payed for two pizzas,,the girl with a horse shoe nose piercing took my money,,have me change and without gloves proceeded to make my pizzas,,found out she only charged me for one pizza,,had to pay an additional 18$,,,I had to wait forty-five minutes to get my food,,,, I'll never go back to dominos pizza on George Dieter,,,, incompetency at its best
The smoothies were good but the people were sooooo rude. This one lady went up to our table and said what I thought was Ari (she said Bri) and when I politely said sorry these aren’t ours, she said “I said Bri” with a smug tone. I just walked away and when I eventually did get my order it wasn’t correct, since I asked for no Nutella (there is an açaí bowl with and one without and I wanted the one without) Kinda killed my happy mood but the stuff was good. Won’t be back
They keep messing up my order. I wanted my pizza with no garlic on the crust. They put garlic so I got a credit for a another pizza. I just ordered my replacement made sure to tell them NO GARLIC and they still put garlic! Had to wait for them to remake another pizza and the one I got had zero sauce and bunch of bubbles all over the pizza. It's like they purposely made it awful just because they had to remake it. Talked to the manager Tury who sounded very monotone and uncaring which is likely where the employees are getting it from. Horrible experience 😠 they need to pay more attention and stop throwing away food.
This is supposed to be extra cheese and extra pepperoni.?? How about not giving me yesterday's food either. This was so dry and hard. I was using this location to bring food for kids at the school. I definitely won't subject those poor kids to this again. Get your act right domino's!
We had never had any problems until recently. Ordered and picked up two burnt pizzas. For the price you would expect better quality. Very disappointed will not be going back.
Terrible terrible terrible!!! Ordered two homemade pan pizzas with extra sauce and the pizzas showed up with hardly any sauce on them…. I also ordered the boneless chicken and they were the smallest pieces ever. Worst dominos ever. Highly recommend you stay away from this one.
This is what we get 100% of the time when we ask for extra cheese at the George dieter location. I finally got so tired of this that I felt like writing a zero star review but the lowest you can review is 1 star. We love visiting my dad in California because the domino's pizza there is so cheesy without ordering extra cheese. Thanks for ruining my friday dry pizza... I mean Dominos pizza.
July 8, 2025 The staff are careless and untrained! Don’t understand medical condition. I ordered a Pacific Veggie and Wisconsin 6 cheese for delivery and called the local store clearly informing them we have meat allergies so make sure there is no meat. They carelessly added a sausage on the Wisconsin 6 cheese and didn’t check before delivery. This is the 3rd time this has happened this year. I’m sending a complaint for negligence and misconduct to Domino’s CEO Russell J. Weiner to discipline local manager and staff.
Both pastas ordered were burned like this and almost empty, supposedly they check them before delivery. Very unsatisfied
I’ve ordered from this Domino’s maybe two or three times over the past week and a half, and their quality has consistently declined. Every time I order, the pizza has little to no toppings, and tonight, it was simply raw dough. I’m currently cooking it myself because the manager told me they couldn’t provide a replacement for two hours. When I expressed my frustration, he responded rudely and became confrontational. I asked for a refund, and he abruptly agreed, saying it would be returned in two days before hanging up.
This store always estimates my time wrong it’ll without a doubt change to a later time while waiting 20 mins into the order. It always takes over an hour to get a pizza or anything for that matter here. Delivery service won’t let me change the location of restaurant or else I’d order from another store. Not ordering ever again. 3 times to many and I order pizza maybe once a month.
I don't often order from this location unless I'm visiting family in the area but it has been a bad experience twice now. I can understand the store being behind on holidays or special events but this was beyond ridiculous. After almost an hour I called the store because the app showed delivery was complete and my ordered had not arrived. I was told they were a little backed up but driver should be arriving shortly. Another 45 mins went by so I called back, spoke to the manger who said they were backed up about 3 hrs. I canceled my order but I was told the points I used were just lost if a I cancelled.
If I could leave 0 stars I would I ordered today and I understand that it’s a holiday but still there’s no excuse for the type of service I received. The so called gm “Arturo” answered the phone rather rudely After i received the wrong order at the start Then after which explaining to the delivery driver what I ordered The pizza was left on an ant pile There was no knock at the door no nothing No text message Best thing about that the order was wrong surprise surprise I called in because I was still missing items He tells me I’m going to have to wait 30 minutes again Dude I waited almost like an hour already the guy was so unprofessional gotta close this location down or just replace the whole team
The employees talk shit about you when you don’t tip. Be sure to leave a tip lol. A tip should be earned with good customer service.
I am a weekly customer & today as I walked in the employees were cleaning the ceiling lights located on top of the smoothie section. I proceeded to order & as I was waiting for my order to be ready, I noticed the employees proceeded to clean the lights spraying some cleaning product onto a rag. I noticed the employees were not wearing gloves in the process of making my order. As they delivered my order, I brought up the issue of their actions not being sanitary the gentlemen continues to say I am only doing what the manager said to do. & So I asked him if I can speak to the manager & he replied with, I am the manager on shift. I did not want to be rude but I had them re-do my smoothies & I made sure I saw them wash their hands & put on gloves. I do not want to stop coming here for irresponsible employee leaders. So please speak to your employees, or better yet watch the lobby camera. ( If any) *NOTE: No I did not request for free items.
Don’t order the PB crunch bowl from here. I ordered for pickup and when I got home, my bowl was way smaller than expected and was the consistency of actual peanut butter. It was also warm (I picked it up only 10 minutes after ordering online). I had to put a cup of water in it plus ice. If I could give it to my dog I would but it has cacao nibs. Sorry but this was not it. Only made me upset for craving something and only being completely let down. Save your money and go somewhere else. The people here aren’t properly trained.
If the girl that assisted me didn’t have a name tag on if not I would address her by her name. Her body language was angry and sluggish. She kept rolling her eyed and looked annoyed as I stood and looked over the menu. When I finally approached her at the register she didn’t say hello or smiled or anything. She looked like she didn’t even want to be at work. Her entire demeanor was negative, I ordered a smoothie she said “what else” with an attitude. I asked her about the new featured items with chorizo and if she had tried them and said “yeah” and just kept looking around and looked very annoyed. I felt like I was forcing her to take my business. I expected someone more energetic and happy, not someone who hates their job. Really set the mood for a bad vibe. Wasn’t the best experience, she needs some type of coaching on how to treat people and give better customer service.
Enough is enough! I keep coming to tropical cafe because is just some of the few healthy places we have in this part of town, but yesterday was enough. I went inside the store and an employee and, I believe a costumer, were arguing. They didn’t care I was there. Then they get out of the store and start fighting. After that, the rest of the employees came out of the kitchen, and once again didn’t care I was there, and they all went outside for the fight. I stood there for a minute because I couldn’t believe what these employees were doing. Very unprofessional and immature. It might sound funny, but what if one of them have had a gun? Then everybody and specially the company would be taking action on these behaviors. So people buy your own fruit and make your smoothies at home, don’t waste your time and money here.
I ordered through the app, I got there and the little kids that work there were playing games and flirting with the girls that also work there. When I finally got my order, which was a buffalo chicken wrap, the chicken was cold and the lettuce was dark green and it also looked a little mucusy, I had also asked for no tomatoes and they somehow added the biggest chunks they could find. This place has been going down hill for a while, the service is horrible and the food quality is not what it use to be.
I will never go here again I stood at the register and I said what I wanted 3 times to the casher and the whole time this girl in a black shirt named carina and she ignored me! She stood right in front of me and kept looking to her right and would not acknowledge me, the worst customer service I have ever had and very disrespectful! I hope one this place will get a respectful staff and then maybe I can go here for something as simple as a god dam smoothie without being ignored.
