The food was very good authentic mexican food. We were greeted by several people as soon as we walked in and seated very soon after. I also bought tortillas and chicharrones and they were also very good and fresh.

The food was very traditional and very good. The place isn’t too large, but there is plenty of seating. If you get there early sometimes the line to just buy the burritos is down the sidewalk from their entrance. Well worth the wait for take out. Prices are very reasonable and they also sell Mexican bottled soft drinks. The staff is friendly and fast

The food here was absolutely delicious! The enchilada plate was so flavorful and tasted authentic. The salsa for the chips was a bit hot but great paired with the enchilada dish. Also the chips were fresh and were really good. Not only was the food delicious it was also priced extremely fair. Just take note though, they are cash only.

This is a MUST have for El Paso Mexican Food! 💸 CASH ONLY!!! 💸 Generally, when I want authentic Mexican food and imagine what true authentic Mexican food is, the food from Tortilleria Crystal is what I imagine. This was by far the best Mexican food we have had in a while. We will certainly be going back soon! My wife ordered the Mole, and I ordered the Enchiladas! It was incredible from the first bite to the last bite. Thank you!

Good Afternoon , it's lunchtime and what nice places to choose from. Today I chose " Tortilleria Crystal" ! This small eatery is so busy making delicious fresh corn tortillas and flour tortillas and fresh Mexican plates enough to satisfy your appetite. They also have a varied menu of various tasty and delicious plates and a variety of drinks to choose from. As you enter this little restaurant your greeted with a smile and a plethora of great items to choose from. Just being inside smelling all the great food makes your mouth water and your taste buds dance. We had ordered a " Comida Corrida " it arrived with a great tasting Caldo de Res and some Spanish rice with a couple of tortillas to start your meal. Our drinks we chose were two ice cold Sprites. Then our meal came which was full of flavor and great smells. We had ordered a Chicken Mole and refried beans and rice and a couple of tortillas to scoop up that great tasting mole sauce .They were delicious and filling . I give this little restaurant five stars for fast and friendly service and five stars for great tasting Mexican food and five stars for the well kept and clean and organized seating. Five stars for how wonderful they treated us. I am very happy and will definitely be visiting again to eat here.

Best authentic Mexican food! I had the menudo and it was 10 out of 10. My husband had the Lengua burrito and also 10/10. Their customer service is great; they make you feel welcomed and attend to your needs. We went on a Sunday morning so it was a little packed but the service was fast! I loved it!

If there's decimal in the star rating, I would give Tortilleria Crystal a 4.5 stars. It's probably the best Burritos I have ever had so far, both the brisket and mole chicken were so tasty, not to mention when you have it with their tortilla dipping with their house made salsa sauce. Plus, the beef soup was also very nice, light but rich in flavour.

I’m sorry but this is absolutely the worse Mexican restaurant in all of the El Paso area, I’ve unfortunately tried my best to give them 3 separate tries but my mistake! I try to support local but this place is nasty in my opinion!

Came here because my girlfriend follows the owners daughter on social media. Some of the food was tasty. Some of the food was very underwhelming. Biggest issue for me is the overall sanitation of the restaurant. I requested a cold bottle of water. I received one that was room temp and had red chili smeared down the side of the bottle. My son's bottled drink also had something smeared and dried on the exterior. When I was paying I looked behind the counter and there was a bin filled with raw meat laying on the floor with flies flying around it. My girlfriends gordita came out at room temp instead of nice and hot. Today, the morning after going, 5 out of 7 of us are now sick with food poisoning. There's no way of knowing if it came from here. But given the sanitation issues and other reviews also making claims of food poisoning and failed inspections really narrows it down. In addition my girlfriend reports that she remembers that the lady she follows on sm, also had food poisoning in one of the videos. All signs points to this place being the culprit. Sad because we really wanted to like it. The lines are very long. I'm thinking the lines are long because the food is very cheap not because of the quality. Also there is only one restroom and for some poorly designed reason it is directly in the middle of the kitchen and the meal prep area. So food is constantly being take from the kitchen past the bathroom to the to-go meal prep area.
