Order over the phone for pick up, they said 15 min and it was ready by the time I got there. I ordered the spicy Hawaiian and the first ones on the menu. Both were really good and had plenty of sauce. I'll be going back to try some of their othwr flavors

I am always satisfied with my family pack w mild and lemon pepper garlic pepper flavors try it ! Extra crispy is a must. I always ask for my blue cheese and ranch awesome combination

I didn't get chicken wings, but I did get chicken strips, and they were delicious.. my favorite were .. lemon pepper ... they don't serve beer, but you can take your own.. Well , at least that's what the sign said... Oh I forgot to mention. I got mine to go.

This is my all time favorite spot for wings and chicken strips. I prefer them over wing daddy's and wing stop. Their chicken never disappoints. Ive been coming here since I was a kid. Never had a bad experience. There can sometimes be a wait but the food is always worth it.

First time there for lunch. Got the Hanks special which comes with 2 chicken strips and fries for $5, you can add a drink for an additional $1. The chicken strips were large and a decent amount of fries and were really good. I got carrot slices with ranch, carrots were fresh. I also got fried pickles which were salty but good. Customer service was ok and service was pretty fast. I would recommend.

I recently had a house made sauce that was way too hot that it was inedible. I really appreciated the manager Scott that was so understanding and sweet. He corrected the matter. I don't think a good wing place should get a bad rep just because of one mistake. Thank you for the great service here. Definitely will come back!

Especially the useful and efficient purchase of the Hanks special is a crazy good deal for 2 chicken strips, ranch, a 16 ounce drink, and a good size fries for 7.57$. Highly recommend for something new to try.

The wings are solid. Not bad but not great. A variety of flavors is a plus; from plain to Buffalo, sweet, spicy and everything in between. The cashier was very professional especially considering her age. This place is neighborly with jerseys from nearby schools decorating the walls.

When I spoke to the manager, he was rude and dismissive. He passed the phone back to Sarah without saying anything. Sarah was so apologetic and tried to be helpful. Whoever the manager is, the owner should teach him better customer service etiquette. He's making his business look bad because it's being managed by a child.--- I am updating my review because I believe the owner should be aware of how his/her business is being ran. This was my FAVORITE wing place! I have not ordered in almost 5 months because of how bad the service was last time. However, as I mentioned I believe the owner needs to know how his/her business is being ran and representing him/her. I took a chance and ordered today 11/20/23. I ordered wings and fried jalapeños. I received 6 small jalapeno pieces and the rest was ALL BATTER. I will not call the restaurant to complain just based off my last experience. I am just hoping the owner sees this. Sadly, I will not return again.

Food was amazing. Still one of El Pasos best Wings. But the place looks so run down and dirty. Hope they can fix it up because there one of our best Wing places we visit. Also there cashiers are always miserable and look depressed.

Service could've been better. I called ahead of time to place an order, and the cashier told me I didn't have to call to just walk in. 5 minutes later, I arrived, ordered my food, and guess what? They didn't have any ready and had to make more. Therefore, it made me wait when I could have just been in and out. The point in calling ahead is so the food is ready when I arrive, not making one wait.

i used to love the spicy hawaiian. but recently upon ordering i kept saying “can i get a 3 piece strip spicy hawaiian flavor” and the older gentleman said hawaiian. i kept emphasizing that i wanted spicy hawaiian and he just kept saying “3 piece hawaiian what else” once i got there i asked the lady to confirm my order she said “you’re getting whatever you ordered” so they gave me the wrong sauce. however i did go back thinking maybe they had a bad day. the sauces have definitely lost their flavor and even color, ever since the new owners came back. i kept giving them chances thinking maybe it was just a bad day but the flavorless and bland tasting chicken is starting to be consistent. it’s disappointing. i hope they can bring back whatever it is they used to do so the food can be flavorful again. and better customer service.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. The dirty fries were missing ingredients and were made half ass. The fired jalapenos were a joke. So gross!! The wings were dry. Very dissapointed. Quality in food has gone down since they moved to Lee Trevino
