Food was great, drinks were great, service was fantastic, and I'm definitely excited to go back! I love that they have a rotating menu, no gender bathrooms, and the vibe inside is chill but feels upscale. If you're shopping in the area, def don't hesitate to grab a bite or a drink!

Had lunch there the other day and I was extremely happy with the service I received from Jenna the bartender. The food was good too, but it was the great service I received which will bring me back.

Deep the hostess and our server were great. The burgers were awesome, the fries were cold and the mixed veggies had a piece of sicken on it.

We LOVE this place! Tried it on vacation and enjoyed it so much that we had to come back before we left town. The flourless chocolate cake is TO DIE FOR and we loved the vegan double cheeseburger and spaghetti squash casserole! The staff is so friendly and helpful too! Overall GREAT dining experience!

The gluten-free margarita pizza was surprisingly delicious. The only thing I would change is, have it cooked longer (I like it crispy) and add more sauce. These are options you can change.

If you don’t know there is a good vibe high end foodcourt around here, you wouldn’t see it from the main road. And True Food Kitchen serves great salads jj a nice surrounding. Good they have the calories listed as well as it is easy to eat too much, even when you believe you’re eating healthy.

Absolutely love the air fry chicken strips. The ranch is off the charts. Also recommend the charbroiled tahini cauliflower. Hope to try other things next time I’m in town. Server and manager were very generous and I felt welcome and car cared for. They honored my free appetizer coupon, although I couldn’t find it in my phone. The point is stunning. They offer outdoor dining near the fountain

Good food, good ambience, great staff, superb service. Nothing bad about this place so far. They have a lot of delicious vegan and vegetarian (lacto-ovo) options. All there desserts were vegan or vegetarian and all were tasty! The vegan organic grain bowl was very good, so were the vegan squash pie and cookie n ice-cream. They were serving their 'winter' menu.

This restaurant is wonderful. They actually care about my food allergies even as a delivery on uber eats which is rare these days. The write the allergenic ingredients on the lid so I know if there’s soy or dairy in each dish. No one does that. Also the food is really healthy and tasty. Definitely my favorite new spot.

I absolutely love True Food Kitchen. I became familiar with it while living in Denver and visiting their Cherry Creek location often. From their specialty cocktails and healthy juices to the menu of nutritional yet super yummy entrees. True Food has something for everyone. Transitioning to a Vegan lifestyle over a year ago, I'm still able to find options that are Vegan without compromising taste. The wait staff is always welcoming, I've never had to wait for seating at the El Segundo location and even sitting and talking with friends for hours, they're always accommodating. Parking can be challenging at high traffic times, however not having to PAY for parking makes it a wash. I highly recommend visiting.

Healthy food that you can actually taste ! So many great clean dishes on the menu and I will def come back for more. Great service with great environment!

Exquisite experience with phenomenal food. I would highly recommend this place. As someone who has been traveling the United States for the last 4 years on work trips I haven’t found a place in the last couple of years that has wowed me like this place did. The food was absolutely fantastic and the presentation enhanced the experience even more. The tasting tower was an absolutely joy to experience and as someone who frequents LA for work trips, I will be back.

I'm glad I came here so I can have a comparison between this restaurant and the one closer to me in Pasadena. The service is much superior here. Parking is easy to find. The manager Curtis was super friendly and spent time explaining the new app to me. The food server Katelyn was friendly and explained how the QR code menu worked. The food was tasty and appetizing. Kicking myself for not going here sooner. I had an amazing time at True Foods, the service was excellent and the food was even better. I would recommend everyone comes here for a great affordable meal in the South Bay.

Delicious appetizers, main courses and dessert options for all. The beverages are also pretty fantastic. I enjoyed a filling meal before heading to a concert and the vibe kicked off the night in a positive and energetic note. Great for happy hour or social time as well as a date night or casual business meeting. I can't wait to get back there.

This place is letting customers dine in! They also have a large outdoor patio with plenty of distance from other guests. The food was really good and reminded me of something home cooked! I ordered the teriyaki quinoa bowl and it was the perfect portion to fill me up. Not too small not too big. They also have fresh pressed juices and tea! I ordered the kale aid and it also tasted so fresh!!! Their water is triple filtered so no need to order expensive bottled water. The staff was very nice and accommodating. I would come here again🙂

A couple of great things to call out, great Gluten free selection. But more importantly knowledgeable staff about all things GF. The lasagna was amazing. Flavorful, a good amount of cheese. I’m also a fan of the bathrooms at this location. And the whole place is huge, which means you can get seated quickly even when it’s not early day mid week like us.

This place is AMAZING!!! The food is exceptional. Food came to the table hot and fresh!!! This was the BEST Vegetarian/Vegan food I have eaten in a while. The restrooms had me confused at first because all genders use one big restroom, but I really enjoyed every bit of the experience!!!

They are great with food allergies! I have multiple severe allergies and i was able to talk to the manager and chef about accommodations. Despite my many allergies, they said they were able to modify almost anything on the menu for me. The food was amazing, excellent flavors, tasted fresh, and no allergic reactions🙌

I came here on a Thursday night. The place was very packed yet we were greeted instantly by both hostess and waitress. We ordered a margarita pizza and the chicken pita. The food took longer than normal. We were being patient but also noticed. Then the waitress had the restaurant give us our meal free. We never asked for this and yet they took initiative to compensate us anyways. Caitlyn was such a nice person. I recommend asking for her if you go. The food was great and the atmosphere was great. We will be back again.

First time at this place and it might be one of my favorites. I ordered the Hangover Rx ($6) to start and it is such a refreshing delicious drink. I prefer the Kale salad with salmon and wow! So filling, perfect size, and all the flavors are so rich. We were in the mood to indulge so we ordered the margarita pizza. I’m from NYC so I can’t just eat any pizza like I can in NYC.....this pizza is valid I promise! Dough was very very good and perfectly crisp. Definitely coming back. I always enjoy True Food Kitchen for it's diverse and unique offerings. The food is always fresh and the wait staff and very friendly and professional. This is healthy, clean food. I especially appreciate the array of vegan options, not just a mock meat burger and a side salad, but legit tasty vegan options throughout the menu, including dessert! It's one of the few places I can confidently go with none vegans and know we'll both enjoy something on the menu.

We came to True Food for lunch today and everything was amazing! The Brussel Sprouts, chaired cauliflower & the edamame dumplings were delicious! The Gluten free base of the pizza was perfectly made. The steak & sea-bass were cooked to perfection. Looking forward to our next visit.

This place is very nice. The waiter was very attentive and friendly, always came to the table to check on us. The interior is stylish and very open, and the table are spread out, especially good for Covid time. The atmosphere is inviting. It’s a really nice place for dining. The cuisine is quite original, but considering that it’s healthy eating, it tasted good. Quinoa bowl was very delicious, the sea bass was plain, but still good, and the seasonal butter squash soup was tasty. You definitely have to love this type of food to really enjoy it. We are not experts, but we had a great experience.

Went there for lunch. We were seated right away and sat outside in the patio. I ordered a salad with grilled salmon, and it was just right! I am talking about the flavor, the portion size and how salmon was prepared. Salmon was grilled to perfection and wasn’t dry at all. I would definitely return so I could try different dishes.

Beautiful, yummy food from a cool restaurant “chain” that doesn’t really feel like a chain. I love True Foods and the seasonal, non inflammatory food they offer and the consistence between locations. This location has lots of seating and parking with a nice patio area. I love coming here for a relaxed lunch or dinner with friends or friends. Could easily be a great place for a meeting or a date. Clean location with friendly staff, I would definitely recommend checking it out if you haven’t before.

This place is great! The food was incredible and really fresh. They focus on seasonal inspired dishes and they are delicious. The server we had was probably one of the best servers I’ve ever had. Great experience and delicious lunch. A little tricky to find parking, but that has nothing to do with this restaurant - it’s just a busy shopping center.

I am a health and fitness coach and I've eaten here twice now. Both times have been a fantastic experience. Healthy food, friendly staff, big open environment. If you like health conscious food that tastes great and fills you up, definitely check this out.

Me and my sister dine here often. The service is ALWAYS GOOD. The hosts, and waitresses are a smile, warm, and friendly. The food always warm, and good. We both like the "Happy Hour" drinks, and small bites. And the cook Jasmine, prepares and make the food so good! The Manager is also nice, goes around tables and makes sure all that was ordered is fine with everyone and if there's anything else that is needed. Clean, welcoming Atmosphere. We recently returned to True Food Kitchen to have dinner a few times, and the experience, food and service have been excellent. This was especially the case on a recent dinner there. We were fortunate to have very personable and professional Devin as our server. He went above and beyond ensuring that our food and experience was top notch! We ordered several items which were all absolutely delicious, one of which was their wonderful french fries. I asked if we could get some mayo and/or other dipping sauces for the fries. Just a few minutes later chef Jasmine came from the kitchen to deliver us a plate of several wonderful dipping sauces, and she also informed me the ingredients of each one by one, as I am vegan and cannot have dairy as I am very allergic. We felt very valued as customers because of Devin and Jasmine. The menu is excellent with many vegan options for me. Finally, the atmosphere is wonderful on the wonderful patio where we were able to dine with our dogs at our feet. We have already returned the night before last and will be frequenting this outstanding establishment often and highly recommend it to other diners.

This place is SOOO underrated. My family and I went to eat there with so many dietary restrictions. They were able to accommodate every single one of them. Plus I have never had turkey lasagna because I don’t eat red meat and they had the best suggestion for that &&&& the gluten free crust mushroom vegan pizza with almond based ricotta!! Chris was our server and he was so friendly. He gave “friend” vibes and makes me want to come back with more people. Cherry on top was JJ! I believe he was the manager and he made us all feel at home and we LOVED him. His vibe and welcoming was beyond immaculate. Will 1000% be coming back with more friends. <3 thank you Chris and JJ!!

The Baseline: For an eclectic dining experience, the food offerings must be of quality for the variety offered, the seasoning/flavors must be special, the side dish offering must make sense with the other items, and the menu must be manageable. August 2025 Food: Used the August 2025 brunch menu and had some new things. Ranchers Hash was good- great steak, great sauce, good veggies, and sweet potatoes was the base starch. I ended up wanting regular potatoes over the sweet potatoes (and I understand the sweet potatoes are the healthier option), but I will chalk that up to personal preference. Farmer’s Market Scramble was also good but it suffered from the sweet potatoes verses potato battle with my group (potato wins for preference). The scrabbled eggs were silky, smooth and delicious and the cheddar added to the dish. The Lemon Blueberry Muffins were awesome and were a great ender desert for the meal. I also had an Iced Shakerato which was a great mid-afternoon coffee fix. Service: We had a good waiter and was attentive. All water glasses were kept full once we got them. Ambiance: Very nice and comfortable when we came in for a late lunch. Well lit and the temperature was comfortable. Clean spaces all around. June 2025 Food: The offerings on the True Food menu range from Asian to American from Italian rounding by Greece. The variety of the menu is large but several of the items work together (the Mediterranean Hummus starter works with the Korean Noodle Bowl). This visit we had the Pepperoni Pizza, Mediterranean Hummus, Korean Noodle Bowl, Chinese Chicken salad, Pesto Pasta, and the Thai Shrimp Lettuce Cups which all were good together. The Chinese Chicken salad was a bit heavy on the ginger in the dressing and the pesto pasta had a bit extra salt, but the pepperoni pizza was close to perfect and the Korean Noodle Bowl had a great mix of flavor. I ended with coffee and the flourless chocolate cake which was an awesome end to the meal. Service: We had a great waitress and all parts of the meal were delivered efficiently. All water glasses were kept full and the extra request for more crackers for the hummus was fulfilled. I was very happy with the friendly and helpful staff. Ambiance: True Food kitchen has been at the Point since the opening day over 15 years ago and the restaurant still looks great. Nice space between seats so you are not talking over adjacent guests as well as spacious comfortable patio area. The bathrooms are individual mini rooms with one communal sink and the area is very well serviced.

Fantastic in season menu! I love their Gluten free, Vegan and dairy free options. It’s always fresh. The service excellent, friendly warm and welcoming. I started with the soup, butternut squash ( gluten free and dairy free) it’s so lovely to enjoy the soup with our worrying of all the cream they would add to it. I followed it by the exquisitely roasted Brussels sprouts, so delicious roasted. I then combine them in a spoon as I took a bite of both at the same time, what an explosion 💥 of flavors. Finish up with nice cup of tea. Highly recommend it if you are looking for fresh ingredients, and delicious healthy options.

I began dining at True Food Kitchen when they first opened their original location at Fashion Island in Newport Beach, California. I have been a fan ever since, and it is one of my favorite restaurants. The El Segundo restaurant offered a similar experience as the experiences I've had at Newport Beach. The main reason I like True Food Kitchen is due to their seasonal menu of fresh, creative, and healthy dishes. We usually start with their edamame dumplings and hamachi as appetizers (which also make a light meal if one isn't too hungry), and then get whatever looks good that day. Desserts are delicious, relatively healthy, and worth the calorie splurge. In line with fresh and creative dishes and drink offerings is the restaurant's decor, which is very casual at the same time stylish. I'll call the style abstracted urban farm. It has a clean look to coordinate with clean food and clean living. The outdoor dining space is equally pleasant as the indoor dining room. The only negative thing we experienced was it was a bit noisy. The dining experience could be enhanced if they proactively addressed this issue as well as turned down the volume of the music. We found ourselves raising our voice in competition with the loud music as well as the party next to us who also needed to raise their voices to hear each other. Service was friendly, and I would say slightly above average in responsiveness. It's a large dining room, and our server was literally covering a lot of ground. Our meal for 3 which included two appetizers, 3 entrees, 3 desserts, and a bottle of wine was $116.00 + tip. So, it wasn't what I would call inexpensive, but not overly expensive either considering how much more it is to buy quality organic food. I also value the careful preparation and presentation of the food. Overall our experience was very good, we all enjoyed our food, and we had a great time.

Whether you are into health food, or just looking for a tasty meal, this restaurant inspired by Dr. Andrew Weil’s health principles will not disappoint. Who says food can’t be hearty and wholesome and without compromising the taste? I have to beat burger. They had run out of gluten-free buns, so they substituted pizza bread. It was a little messy to eat, but it was fun because it was so good! They have an excellent drink menu and dessert menu, too. However, I was so full I didn’t have room for dessert.

The interior and service are great. I got pesto pasta and the flavor was kinda bland. But hey - this is how the healthy food should taste like I guess. The price is on a higher side. Overall I got decent experience and I might try something else here next time

I always go to different branches but this one was very good and had a lot bigger and nicer space. Matt the manager was very nice, patient and friendly. All their staff were good. The menu has all sorts of options. They also have all sorts of cocktails. The salads are why I come here. They are delicious but the portions are smaller than you think. It might be the right portion for humans to eat but we’re American and we always want more so I wish they were a little more generous with their portions. ;) Price vs portion should be proportional. I got the Mediterranean quinoa salad. It was good, but I would put olive oil (hint: mediterranean) in it and remove the peppadew(because it’s south african) unless names of the salads don’t matter... Cucumber collins drink was good too. Soup was good as well. I recommend this place. Clean, friendly, healthy and diverse.

Food was amazing! I got the unBEETable burger as my main dish and it was the best. The jicama slaw on it paired so well with the beet. They have a $5 happy hour so we also tried the hummus and the beet & goat cheese flatbread. They were both good!

Todo bueno. Excellent coffee. The combination of ingredients is just fantastic. I don't like sweet potatoes with skin, but that is my choice only.

Health focused eatery that has multiple locations. Came here with a friend and enjoyed some items off their happy hour menu. We had the mushroom pizza, edamame dumplings, and a poke bowl (did someone say “girl dinner”)? We had a reservation that we made online in advance. Parking is easy and free. The food is tasty and the edamame dumplings with the truffle dashi broth are a must-order. I like how there are numerous options for specific health concerns, whether it’s their mocktails, dairy free options or gluten free plates. Seating was spacious and plentiful.

Simple, fresh, health conscious food with vegan and vegetarian food options! I’ve been to True Food Kitchen locations all over the US. I’ve tried a bunch of their vegan menu items and have consistently enjoyed myself. I’ve been to known to frequent the grain bowls which pop with flavor and are always filling. I do wish there were more vegan menu options, though. Vegans get enough salads and grain bowls at restaurants. I’d love to see this chain embrace something less seen on menus for vegans to enjoy. With that being said, I am downright addicted to their squash pie that you can typically only order in the fall/winter. Picture a pumpkin pie but a thousand times better! And the best part…it’s plant based! For me, a cup of tea and a slice of squash pie…done…dead…and gone to heaven. Perfect nightcap!

Came here for a work function and enjoyed the space. They had a set menu which was easy to deal with for our team. Service was friendly and attentive. Food came out at a reasonable pace as well. The hummus was really good with a kick. The burger was pretty simple and healthy too. Overall, good spot for a large group!

Went to True Food Kitc1/2 hen at The Point today. I've been there before and thought the food was good, but today I ordered the lunch special (a non-alcoholic drink, main and half-salad). The kale salad was great, the spritzer was really good too, but the hummus wrap wasn't that great. Very disappointing. My friend had the same reaction about the wrap. I hope they read this and step up their game. The service was really good... thanks for that.

While drinks and food are good, service isn't slow it is glacial. I finally waved down our waiter after we were there an hour, had drinks and appetizers to BEG to order the entrees now. I had been told to wait when we ordered appetizers. It took another 45 minutes to an hour. The food tasted great. I had the lasagna Bolognese which was presented deconstructed. My limeade and green tea were also good. Just don't be in a hurry or as starved as I was when you go.

Have been here several times. Sometimes healthy but occasionally bland or oily food in a nice setting. Food continues not to match the quality of when this chain was newer. Pizza crust has gone down hill and food is occasionally served lukewarm, but service is usually nice. Jan 2024: Vegan butternut squash pizza was super oily! Why does a wannabe healthy restaurant turn their vegan dish into an oil slick? Felt sick 🤢 for the rest of the day from that mess. Mid-2022 for a business lunch, True Food got all three of our orders wrong! The two people with me received a different salad than they ordered and no attention was paid to their preference for how to cook the salmon on top. My order was wrong twice. Wrong salad both times, incorrectly cooked salmon both times, and they ignored my request of no dairy and citing of a dairy allergy on their initial attempt. And after my dish was re-delivered, no one bothered to ask if it was okay. And yes, the food kept coming up on me for a few hours—so gross. Management was nice, understanding, and apologetic, after the meal was extinguished—thanks😒.

The service and ambiance are excellent at this restaurant, and the management is always very responsive. However, the food prep quality is inconsistent and needs to improve, specially those coming from the grill. I have had instances of hamburger patty tasting like lighter fuel (probably, in a rush, the patty was put on the grill before the fuel on the metal grate was burned out), buns' inside faces charred, and steaks not done as ordered. I love this restaurant (at this location in particular) and hope this review to be taken as a constructive feedback.

So let me start here. I've eaten at multiple locations. We had... - quinoa pancakes (hair in them 🤢) -farmer scramble add steak. We know we love true food. We go out of our to eat here every time we are close. This location was about 35 min from us. But we wanted to go. As we are a ⅓ of the way into our pancakes my husband finds a hair. Gross. We tell the server and she apologizes and says her mom also won't eat the food with a hair in it. 8 think most if not all people feel that way. I was just surprised they charged us for the pancakes ...... Anyway. We did not go out of our to go back. But the hostess was so cute and sweet. And the server was also sweet.

The ancient grains bowl was small for the price. I was expecting more food than an appetizer share. It compared to a small salad. Dissappointing.

The service and atmosphere is beyond awesome. The food not so much. I wish i took a picture of the raw burger to go with the burnt potatoes. At least they made a new one so my boy didn't get sick on his birthday.

The restaurant is only as good as the chef that day: I love True Kitchen, I first discovered it in ATL and have been hooked ever since. Today was a huge disappointment. I always order the Panang Curry bowl with sea bass. I was so disappointed this time. I am accustomed to the curry having a gravy like texture. And I live for the rice! This was soupy, the sea bass was over done and the rice was clumpy. I am sooooooo disappointed., 🤷🏽‍♀️ What happened?? I spend $42 and I am still hungry because I am throwing it in the trash. It is going to take me a while to recover from this one True Kitchen. Does The Alpharetta restaurant make better food than the El Segundo restaurant. I don’t know but I won’t go back. $40 min is a lot of money to waste. The customer service was great. That is why I gave 2 stars

Super disappointing experience. We ordered takeout and couldn’t believe the state of the food. I got a sandwich that cost $30 and when it arrived it looked like the quality of fast food. To spend 30 on a sandwich means you expect a higher quality of taste and presentation, even for take away. I’ve tried to speak with the restaurant privately about it but 1 email and 2 disconnected phone calls later I realized I unfortunately needed to post a review. Used to love this restaurant so we were definitely disappointed that the quality declined.

I’m usually a big fan of True Food and I ordered to-go a couple weeks ago with no problems, but today it was a disaster. My brother ordered the edamame dumplings and I’m not sure why these were put in this specific package pictured (and stored it at the bottom of the bag), but it leaked through the lid, soaked through the bag, and got all over my shorts and car seat. Highly recommend they change their packaging for to-go orders.

They actually use that avocado paste when they say that they’re gonna put avocado on something… So gross I thought a restaurant like this would be better than that

Ordered a burger medium, It came beyond well done. It came congratulations 🪨. I should have sent back both dishes so they can make them correctly but I did not have the time. To the chef, if this ends up being my last meal, I will haunt you for the rest of eternity 👎

The atmosphere at True Food Kitchen is nice, but this visit was disappointing. There were only about 15 people in the restaurant, yet we waited nearly 30 minutes for our food. When the turkey burger finally arrived, it was cold and honestly inedible. After we asked for our check, the food suddenly appeared. The server seemed indifferent, and there was no initial effort to make things right. That said, the manager did come by and offered to take the burger off the bill, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the overall experience still fell short.

You ever have one of those restaurant experiences where you make a reservation, get sat, then are forgotten about? One of those times when all the people seated after you, got service and food before you? I feel like we were sat in no mans zone, that no server wanted to deal with, AT ALL. Then our food came out cold. Frustrating because it’s my daughter’s favorite place, and the bill was still 120 bucks… What are you gonna do??!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at True Food Kitchen last night. I first ordered the mushroom pizza, only to be told 10 minutes later that they were out of it. Annoying, but I decided to give it another chance and ordered the vegan double cheeseburger instead. After another five minutes, I was informed that they didn’t have that either — along with several other vegan items listed on their menu. This all happened at 6 PM, hours before closing, so there’s no excuse for being out of multiple menu items that early in the evening. It showed a clear lack of preparation and very poor management. After wasting time waiting for food they couldn’t serve, my date and I ended up having to leave and find another place to eat. Overall, the experience was simply unacceptable. I hope they seriously improve their inventory management and communication with customers. I won’t be returning anytime soon. I've eaten at multiple locations and never seen this unacceptable level of service. The only redeeming factor was that our server was pleasant as he continued to deliver bad news from the kitchen! 🥴
