When passing through the Deep South and I stop at the first restaurant I see, I didn’t expect a top notch burger and that’s definitely what I got. If for whatever God forsaken reason you’re passing through Elba, please try this place. If you’re unfortunate enough to live in Elba and you haven’t tried this place, what are you doing? The burger was easily one of the best I’ve ever had!

The side salads are huge and under $5. My favorite is the Cobb salad, the chicken on it is out of this world delicious! The servers are wonderful...I just wish the business hours were more consistent!

It's always the best. The food is great! Good service. Reasonable prices. Locally owned! Great family! They do a ton of outreach to the community. The money you spend with these fine folks returned to our community. You just can't beat them.

Came across this wonderful place on our way to Georgia. Very pleasantly surprised...We love supporting local businesses and couldn't think of a better business to support. Put on "save" to stop on the way home. Everything cooked to perfection. Service was great..love all the beautiful smiles and positive attitudes.

Staff was VERY friendly and food came out in little to no time. We had the beef tips, chicken salad sandwich, bacon cheese burger, and kid's Mac n cheese. Everything was really good...but, let me tell you, the mac n cheese was EXEPTIONAL! We tried and tried to get their recipe, but they wouldn't budge haha. We were just passing through from out of town, but we will definitely come back if we are ever in the area.

Absolutely amazing restaurant! I’ve been coming to this restaurant often and I’ve never had a bad experience. Everything I’ve eaten has been homemade. The sides are even all homemade, as well as the desserts. The cook/s knows what they are doing. The service is very friendly and the atmosphere is nice!

Stopped in for lunch. Ordered a bacon burger. It was so hot in the dining area I changed my order to take out. Asked the service team why so hot ? Was told the ac was broken for the past 3 weeks. The service was excellent while I was there.

I was not impressed. The person in charge was screaming at the waitress outback in the kitchen and was so loud that the dining area could hear it. No kids meal options so I got my son a cheeseburger and fries. The burger was $11.99 and fries cost extra. So over $20 for for burger, fries and drink for a small child. I had desert which was very dry.

While on vacation, my grandson and I stopped by Anne's Comfort Kitchen as suggested by family member. The food was very good and presented well but there was a problem. Someone in the back was constantly yelling and berating fellow employees. It was quiet alarming especially since my grandson was present. I simply figured someone was having a bad day, it happens. On the way back from vacation, because the food was so good, we stopped again. Surprisingly, the same person was again yelling at the employees. It was loud enough that the entire dining area could hear the commotion. It was ridiculous and very uncalled for. Sorry Anne's, your food is great but the atmosphere left a lot to be desired, we won't be back. To the employees in the back, you don't have to tolerate that behavior from anyone! Susan
