Food is always great! Burgers always have fresh veggies and are made to order! Our food has not ever once been messed up. Service at the drive through is always good as well!!! If you've ever eaten at Tops, the burgers really do compare to Tops! I love Tops and always pick Tops but there is not one in Florala.

Most places have chicken tenders but these were a cut above. They were very tender to the point where they almost melt in your mouth. Perfectly seasoned and taste fresh. The fries were cooked well but the seasoning fell short some fries had no seasoning while others were completely covered. This photo was supposed to be a large and obviously this was not. I informed the the nice young lady at the counter and she provided the proper amount for a large. The hamburger was the "jack" it was juicy and flavorful. The oder came out quick and hot!! The service was very much on par with chick fil a.

It might be fast food, but they’re always clean and the food is delicious. The burger actually tasted like meat unlike what McDonald’s and even Wendy’s has slowly evolved into their fries. Have a unique flavor that almost give it like a butter, popcorn aftertaste that makes it just absolutely phenomenal and delicious. If you haven’t tried, you must do biscuits and gravy are awesome. Their biscuits are just phenomenal not too salty not too doughy just perfect.

For a sit-down fast food thai restaurant, this is very nice. Plenty of room inside. The food seems to be higher quality than some other places. It's like several popular restaurants combined and did even a better job. Chicken is very moist for bone-in. Burgers are decent. Might like a little more sickness to the meat but they seemed really good. Their fries and sides are really good. Love the fried pie I had.

Always good and fresh food. The biscuits are real southern and bring back childhood memories. The staff are so family friendly. You see the same faces time and time again. The place is always clean. A good value and there is regulars who eat there every day. Especially at breakfast.

Conveniently located in downtown Florala. Easy in and out with plenty of parking. The food is pretty good. The cheeseburgers are especially tasty. The fries have an odd seasoning that is applied very liberally. For me this distracts from the great taste of the crinkle fries. Drinks are filled for you. Order from the app to save money. Employees are friendly and helpful. There is plenty of seating. A large TV and even a fireplace. The restaurant is usually clean. The bathrooms are clean and well stocked. Drive thru available if you are on your 4 wheeler and need to pick up lunch.

Great place some days, bad place the next. Some days I get the best fluffiest biscuits others I get flat and hard. Some days the people are really nice, other days it's like I am a problem being there.... Whoever makes the fluffy biscuits needs a raise and to teach everyone else how to do it right. Also it's kinda odd walking into a restaurant where alot of staff is outside smoking.

I just don't like the hamburger patty. It's a muskey little grey thing that looks like it was heated up in a dish washer. wish they cooked a regular hamburger patty like a real hamburger. They are small. my two active ten year olds ate two big jacks each and they could eat one or two more. It's like a small snack. I don't like them enough to eat three of them. I felt kind of sour and throw uppy after one. Maybe it's good for people who like to eat a lot of fries or people who like to cook after they get carry out. Or like a little dog riding in the car.

Ordered chicken tender dinner and original Jack's Burger combo. How to return the first Burger it was ice cold. Unfortunately for my wife for a second Burger was just cold but she didn't want to go cause a problem so she ate her ice cold burger in disgust. No one from Jack's ever came by the table and said hey man what's up, food good? Overall not a very pleasant experience. The chicken fingers coating was so hard I had to remove it. The coleslaw is very runny and had a very bland taste.

I don't know about the food. The purple haired girl refused to wait on us or take our order. The lady cleaning the lobby was nice, and said we could come in but let her finish the floor, and we did. But the other girl, just said she wasnt going to wait on us. So, we just left and warned the rest of the group that was coming from the game, Good Luck.

I think this is one of two fast foods in that area. Granted it was lunch time and yea they got busy. I waited in line to order for 15 minutes. There were 2 people a head of me. Thank goodness I had been paying attention to the food, the chicken strips were under the heat lamp since before I walked in. The chicken was the only thing fresh. 5 people working and NONE of them had a sense of urgency. The manager stood there looking that the line with her had on her hip. I'm thinking, um hello your job is to help!! But no she decided it was a good time to filter a fryer. I stood to the side to wait for my food. There were 7 orders ahead of mine on the screen. As I stood there a couple told me good luck, they had been waiting an hour for their food. The service sucked, bathrooms were not clean, smelled like old grease when I walked in. Unbelievable. The drive through went through quick of course but I'm sure they were disappointed in there chicken strips and fries because they had to be luke warm. After waiting about 45 minutes I got my food. With a lobby full of people, a drive through wrapped around your building, why are you only cooking one basket of fries at a time. They waited until something was sold out to cook more. Very bad customer service.

Came inside two people waiting for their order. Wife and I ordered hamburger and chicken sandwiches. Seven cars came to the drive through after we had ordered I counted them they received their orders and gone we waited 20 minutes got a refund and left. The hamburger we ordered had already been sitting there with the fries on the counter for 10 minutes while waiting on a chicken sandwich some woman grabbed them and through them in the trash The manager was very impolite took another 5 minutes to give me a refund. My wife and I travel through here a lot however I'll never grace the doors of this place again. EDIT. saw the response to my review they gave me some other website to go to no longer available. Probably just as well I've said all I need to say!

Kyra is as RUDE as they come when it comes to dealing with a drive thru employee. I absolutely love coming here but this experience was a complete 360 from my other experiences at this establishment. Was told to pull forward to wait on food without drinks given. Waited over 10 minutes for my food to be received mediocrity warm. If i could rate this a zero I would've. GET EMPLOYEES THAT ACTUALLY CARE JACKS!

This place has gone downhill. Just like all the other places in town. Stand in line forever to get waited on. If you do a to go order you can bet it is going to be wrong. Iam so tired of having to go back to get thr rest of what I paid for. And as for there chicken stripe, they are always very small. Come on jacks you can do better. Get rid of the kids and put some adults in there

Food quality is about as bad as it gets. Service isn’t much better. Food is almost always slopped together. No reason for it either as you’ll be waiting forever in line with only 3-4 cars. Can’t recommend any longer. *update* Decided to try this place again. (A year later) The chicken was great except for a piece being bloody in the middle. 3 ER trips and 8 days of living on the toilet. Stay far away from this nasty place.

We ordered a pick up order at 10:06 am.supposed to be ready at 1012 per the app. Just got to the window after sitting in line for 20 minutes. Pulled up near the trash and got our food at 10:39. When you the worker went to hand me my drink I told her that it was supposed to be large. She said “uhm ok” rolled her eyes and turned around. . Went back to get my correct drink. Checked the bag and it’s not our food….. now it’s 1041 and they’re trying to find our correct food.
