Always incredibly fast service and drive through. The drinks are good, and they have good hours. I've tried many of the menu items here and they are mostly all delicious and are well priced. They also sell cakes and ice cream. Highly recommend coming here.
Amazing customer service :) I have gone here pretty much every week day for the past year & the employees are awesome. The drive thru is quick & the employees remember my order and have it ready for me (which is especially great for busy mornings). My order is always made perfectly, too!
The staff is very friendly. They get through a line quicker than any other Dunkin I’ve ever attended. Anytime I do mobile order, my drink is always ready. Love coming here!!
Very kind staff working today at around 5:30 a m. without ulterior motive also. Very clean, delicious food and coffee made just right at this Biesterfield Rd., Elk Grove Village location. The staff working this morning do not paint poor people in a negative light that come into the store I have noticed. Very nice guys! Very clean restroom as well.
Great selection of doughnuts. The doughnuts are soft and delicious, worth it for their price. Coffee are good taste and excellent. Cashier are very nice, friendly and they repeated your order. Their customer service is excellent, very knowledgeable. Fast serving. The store is super clean. Nice place to get a morning bite. I would come again to these shop. And would recommend to my friends and to my colleagues.

My usual Dunkin in the area and a very good one. Never have had a messed up order and the service is super quick, even when the line is 5 cars deep. Never spent more than 5 minutes waiting, and most of the time it is far, far less than that. Real professional crew they have here
We stopped in this afternoon when we were in the area for work. The young man who waited on us was very friendly. Our coffee was delicious and the donuts were very good. We will definitely return when we're in the area again!

Editing my review since moving to night shift. Come here for my coffee everyday around 7pm and the night staff working are always attentive, friendly, and professional. Food and coffee are always great now. Its like night and day from the day shift.
I stood at register for 5 min no kidding. This is unacceptable.
Unfortunately this is the worst Dunkin location I have been too in a long time. I have given them multiple opportunities to redeem themselves but they just drop the ball every time. They don't seem to check their On-The-Go orders regularly and have never had mine made by the time I get there. They also seem to favor their regulars so much over common customers that I am stuck waiting longer than 10 minutes for just a simple sandwich and coffee order. I hope they turn it around.
I used to come to this Dunkin constantly because it's the closest to home by almost a mile. The drinks were consistent and tasted good. I almost always order the same thing (iced latte, less ice, butter pecan/other sweet flavor, granulated sugar, and either almond milk or whole milk) which means I know how it's supposed to taste. Recently however, (within the past 2 weeks) I've been served milk with maybe one shot of espresso, a half pump to a whole pump of flavor, and maybe a teaspoon of sugar (if they remember), oh, and the whole cup is filled with ice. I've tried combating this by adjusting the settings and ordering it with an extra shot (which you have to pay for) and more flavor (which you have to pay for), to no avail. I will end up with flavored, iced milk. They will also usually use whole milk instead of almond milk, regardless of what your order says. I guess I'm going to be driving further to find somewhere with quality and a latte that actually tastes like a latte. Their doughnuts are fine but lacking in variety and stock. Oh, and they're almost always out of Boston creme. You're better off taking the extra couple minutes to run into jewel for their doughnuts. They're not only cheaper ($0.99 as of May 2024) but there's a much wider variety, they're larger, and they're actually made in the bakery right there instead of pulled out of a freezer.
I always get a strawberry dragonfruit refresher with oatmilk, today i stopped by and got the same thing and this is what they gave me, i went back and told them that that was basically oatmilk with ice and a hint of strawberry 😭 asked them if they could add some more refresher to it and they said no (twice) we told them the third time that we could just pay for the extra refresher to be added (mind you i’m pregnant) and they STILL said no, but ended up adding it, ofc they were being really rude by now 😬
There's a lady who will take you order at the drive tru. She reads you back the wrong order hoping you don't notice so then they get more money. I've been going to this location since it opened up. Never had this problem until this new lady started working there. It happened 3 times in 2 weeks. I thought it was an accident the first time. But it keeps happening. And it always happens to be that same lady. I'm pretty sure she never adds the turboshot when you order one.
It shows it's 24h but when you get there the employee is outside on the phone or smoking and says their system is down twice in a row after 2am
Staff was rude. Asked what flavors milkshakes come in and got a rude, sarcastic reply. Asked another employee to tell the manager about it and he tried to cover it up, saying "oh she wasn't serious; she was only joking." Yeah I don't think so. Never going here again. I don't think managers are there at night, which is a bad idea at customer service businesses. The employees will just cover for each other when they do something sh@##y like that.
Drive thru only, really sucks for those looking to walk in, couldn't get a coffee. Guess they're still understaffed. 2/24/22 got an extra large coffee Asked for french vanilla, extra cream no sugar Half way through it starts getting too sweet so i dump it and the bottom is just full of sugar. Should've gotten McDonalds coffee, at least they forget to put sugar and i can add myself also for $1with app
Hire more people, how do you expect just two people to run the drive thru and inside the store. I am sure the ladies tried there best but I can see you need more staff. Also, make sure you update your price properly. The price being rung up on register is different then the one listed on the Menu.
The prices here are overpriced. Paid $4.50 for a large iced coffee.Also was told they didnt have any doughnuts at 1pm on a weekday.On top of that i watched them make my coffee and set it at the window while 3 employees were standing there and they were to busy talking to take my money and hand it to me right away.Watched my coffee sit there for 2 minutes while they talked and made orders for the cars behind me. wont be going back to this location.
They charged me extra for a substitution of egg to sausage on my croissant sandwich, then didn’t give me my extra sausage.

The two guys that work in the evening are not good at their jobs. This Dunkin is supposed to be open 24/7 yet they lock their doors at 9pm and get upset when you ask to come inside. Their iced tea tastes like it's been sitting there for weeks, and the hot food they prepared was soggy and the portions were tiny. Also, I asked for one donut and was given and charged for two! Management needs to get rid of these scammers!
I tried the coffee muffins and could literally take the entire top off, it was so hard. I have ordered a p l ain bagel little toasted with strawberry cream cheese and get plain cream cheese or half burnt. Always a surprise if they get it correct
I ordered a coffee and he gave me the sugar to mix it myself, I said you guys normally mix it and he started arguing with me tell me to do it and that I ordered on the side.. I’ve never had a bad experience in a Dunkin till now
The person didn't pay attention while making my drink and mixed up the orders, was on his phone arguing with somebody and the coffees didn't taste right. Oh and forgot our straws😒🤯🤬
Terrible shakes. I ordered 2 expensive Oreo shakes and we just tossed them. It was just milk and generic cookies. The young man working was very nice and polite.
My son-in-law went to grab me a large ice coffee and I always order 5 sweet in low, 5 cream and 2 turbo shot and he ordered through the drive thru and if I don't check they are always forgetting my turbo or if I order inside I have to taste it and remind them they forgot. This is not the first time.
This Duncan donuts is my favorite place to go and near my house unfortunately one staff I came at evening during his work he was giving me his back and other customers and don't care to serve us I complain to the supervisor and since then everytime I come to the place he is looking me and he is so angry and challenging me I respect everyone but he is not polite and don't know anything about customer service and again today I came to the place and everything recorded in shop camera I tried to ignore him but every time I turn I found him looking at me and I'm.not sure if he was taking photo for me or not because the his phone was facing me when I was dealing with staff Unfortunately no one can take action with him Very sad
We came to this location because they have done a good job in the past. We moved further away and stopped in while we were in town and expected the same great service, however, that was not the case. They completely messed up my husband's drink. They messed it up from the get go with entering it wrong into their register/computer. However, when they repeated it to me over the speaker they said it correctly. When we got to the window they tried to give us the wrong order and I had to correct them twice about what our order consisted of. They rang us out and made us pull up front to wait for our order to be brought out. A lady brought our drinks out and when we questioned her about my husband's drink having the correct amount of espresso shots she said yes, but it was clearly way too light of color to have 4 shots of espresso in it. The sticker also said it was a decaf latte when it was not supposed to be. They also forgot to bring us out the food part of our order so my husband went in to get the food and ask them to correct his drink. They refused to give him the correct amount of espresso shots or fix the issue. He left without a drink or refund out of complete frustration. Dunkin' corporate office doesn't care as locations are franchised and the location manager themself only offered a free drink if we came back that same weekend which didn't work since we live 2 hrs away. We also found out through talking to the store manager that the girl who claimed to be shift supervisor/manager during this whole fiasco was not a supervisor or manager at all. Either way issue is not resolved. Will not be resolved. We will no longer stop at this location as there are plenty of other locations to try out that are less frustrating, including Starbucks right next door who would've instantly remade the drink. It's not like he drank it and asked for a new one. He was returning a full drink and asking for it to be made correctly because it clearly was not.
Absolutely rude employees that work there. Every single time I go there, my order is wrong, and when I politely say this is not what I ordered, I am always faced with the employees rolling their eyes, talking with each other, laughing and then all looking at me. I do not exaggerate that this is every single time, even my husband that goes on his way to work has faced this same treatment.. and if anything a male employee got very rude and nasty with him. I am not sure why these employees must be like this. But I hope management talks to them about customer service since they obviously were never trained properly on this.
Don't go here! - Misleading and overcharging! In the drive through the lady asked me if I wanted the 2 for 2 egg wrap, which is $2 for 2 wraps, to which I replied "yes", then they proceeded to charge me $4.58 for the two wrap, I only noticed this after asking for a receipt as I had other items in the order but the total $11.52 seemed high for an XL coffee, 2 for $2 wraps, and a bagel. Then they gave me a hard time as I tried to get the overcharge applied as a credit to my credit card, finally saying they would "honor" the "discount", haha, you mean charging me the price you are promoting?! hilarious if I wasn't getting screwed out of my money. Should be reported to the BBB.

I have always valued the service here, but during my last visit, both the treatment and the policies applied were far from professional. It is unacceptable to be charged an additional 2.00 simply for requesting "less ice" in a drink. Paying a total of $8.98 for a medium cup that would otherwise be filled to the top with ice feels like an overcharge and a lack of consideration for the consumer. Despite being a frequent customer who is always friendly and respectful, I have noticed a lack of professionalism and a poor attitude from a couple of the staff members. As someone who consistently spends a lot of money at this establishment, I expect consistent service and fair treatment, not arbitrary charges that discourage loyalty to the brand. Thanks to poor service and exorbitant charges, they lost another customer.
Second time I go and they do my drink wrong i get the strawberry daydream and they put more milk than anything and when going back for them to fix it they just dumped it and make it more messy.

I’ve ordered an iced Americano without ice at this Dunkin’ before and was never charged extra. However, this time, they added a $1 charge and claimed it’s their store policy. It seems they only apply this charge inconsistently, which is frustrating and unfair to customers. Clear and consistent pricing should be standard practice.
Very disappointing milkshake! There was hardly any ice cream (if any) in the shake. It was more like chocolate milk thickened with ice . It appears to been made with ice like a coffee drink. It was very runny which I tried to demonstrate with one picture. This is not worth the money nor the calories. I came here a couple years ago ago and wanted to give them another chance. My advice for a milkshake is go to Oberweis on Algonquin Road in Rolling Meadows (ten stars for Oberweis) or go to Dairy Queen on Devon in Elk Grove.

When i came here in 6:40pm guy was cleaning i ask if my order is gonna be ready he just ignored me and i had to wait for my order until he finish cleaning soo absurd . It took way too long
Worst Dunkin location I have EVER been to! Zero stars if I could. I have had many terrible experiences here and will never return. I am reaching out to corporate as well. I stopped in to grab a couple simple coffees with my husband. My husband ordered a cold brew with light ice. Obviously they charge for light ice, so we expect it to be made properly. My husband received a cup filled to the brim with ice and topped off with cold brew. He spoke up and said that it was all ice. The employee rolled his eyes and remade his cold brew with less ice, as ordered. On a different occasion, my husband had also noticed that they ran out of cold brew and just gave him regular black coffee instead. About a week or two later my husband and I returned. As we walked in, we could tell the employees were looking at us and they were talking in their own language. First off, extremely unprofessional. This time we came in for some coffees and a Thanksgiving turkey ice cream cake. The girl at the cash register took my husbands coffee order, and as she was taking my coffee order, she was not listening to me at all but instead on her personal phone. I had to repeat my order to her as she was not paying attention. Once our order was done, she scanned a code on her phone!! Clearly she saw we were purchasing an order for a bigger amount ($60) so she was on her phone looking for her code to get her Dunkin points! My husband and I do not have a Dunkin account, nor did she ask us if we had one for points. She just used her own account to get points!!! My receipt even states that I earned Dunkin Rewards for this order, which clearly I did not, but she did. This extremely rude and unprofessional. I will be reaching out to corporate about this, and stealing points from customers.
the food is alright, the snacking bacon sucks tho it’s a always cold and burnt. Service is terrible besides one male employee that is actually nice. They do not pay attention to you when ordering and then give you a wrong order, when you complain about it they try to gaslight you saying you asked for this and then get mad if you want it changed or want a refund. one time i asked for a grilled cheese and they insisted it was in the bag (spoiler: there was a croissant in it) i asked for it to be changed and they told me i had to go inside and took forever to give it to me, i ended up paying for the croissant bc they took so long to refund that i told them to just leave it like that. Today i asked for small hot chocolate and then charged me for medium, the girl got the wrong order even tho she asked me to repeat it twice, but i could hear her talking with someone else through the speaker) i understand mistakes but this location repeatedly get orders wrong. Dunkin on higgins is wayyy better
I came here around 9:30pm on 11/6 I was extremely nice to the person at the speaker and when I asked if he could modify something for me he started SCREAMING at me. I continued to stay calm and when I got to the window he didn’t even say hello and he was mad the entire time when I was being polite. They need to fire whoever he is. I didn’t get his name…Not professional at all and shouldn’t be working with that attitude. (However morning crew is always super sweet and friendly)
I stopped by for coffee yesterday around 7:30pm, I had to wait at the speaker to place my order which is understandable, I waited a few minutes, they took my order. I go to the window and I see them talking without any care that there’s people at the window waiting, I had to wait this time even longer than at the speaker, all that for her to ask for my order all over again, smh. There were only 2 cars at the drive thru and no one inside. Really bad experience
Never get my order correct. Past 2 times, had to get out of drive thru to wait in the lobby for my corrected order. This location is a few minutes from my place but I have to go to the Wooddale location for a correct order
My local Dunkin, and I keep wanting them to surprise me and be good but time and time again it’s always disappointing. Today was a dozen donuts that presented and tasted like yesterday’s. Hard, shriveled and inedible. I ordered ahead with the app and then the lady at the speaker said to pull around. When I got to the window the donuts were there on the counter and she was off cleaning. I was the only customer. She then finally decided to walk over to the window and hand them to me. I’ll be driving up the road to county donuts for now on.
We went in to get breakfast as it was on our way home and the man on the speaker did not take our order right. When I got to the window he handed me 2 iced drinks when one was a hot latte then was talking to his co workers in Hindi (note: I’m fluent in Hindi) and was complaining about how we should have told him at the speaker. Then before he handed us out food (ordered breakfast and donuts) he was handing me the donuts and took it away and said wait I’ll give it to you later. Then grabbed it outta my hands. We waited another 5 minutes before he gave us everything and still the wrongly made latter still wasn’t given to us until I reminded him. Shortly after we got home we opened the food and all the hash browns were squished together and looked disgusting and my sandwich's were burnt. Terrible Dunkin’ service, quality and management

While the staff ignore the customers standing for a long time, they do not respond politely. No eye contact. The person making my sandwich was also using her hand that had been touched with her cell phone several times. Poor hygiene on the floor and the counters too.
We just finished Thanksgiving dinner and had my sister tell me her trash experience at this store a while ago. Extremely disrespectful unprofessional people running this place. She ordered her food and the workers started running their mouths about her order when they were handing it to her. Why? Then someone came to the window and started lecturing her about her order. What is wrong with the people working here? She called to talk to a manager later and this monster was screaming the entire time. Ill be calling corporate. This franchise needs to be reviewed.
The workers are very mean & rude.. I asked very nicely to throw a empty can of green tea out & he acted like I was handing him a bomb!!!! He could of just said NO.... I will never go to that Dunkin Donuts

The workers are very mean & rude.. I asked very nicely to throw a empty can of green tea out & he acted like I was handing him a bomb!!!! He could of just said NO.... I will never go to that Dunkin Donuts
My local Dunkin, and I keep wanting them to surprise me and be good but time and time again it’s always disappointing. Today was a dozen donuts that presented and tasted like yesterday’s. Hard, shriveled and inedible. I ordered ahead with the app and then the lady at the speaker said to pull around. When I got to the window the donuts were there on the counter and she was off cleaning. I was the only customer. She then finally decided to walk over to the window and hand them to me. I’ll be driving up the road to county donuts for now on.
the worst dunkin’ donuts i have ever been to. they constantly mess up orders and are disrespectful. will not be going back.
