Hi I'm writing today for the excellent customer service by Shahita on 12/24/24 at 7:50am. Shahita.. was very nice and friendly. This is the only good experience I had at this McDonald's that's why I am writing. Keep up the great customer service!!!

Always go through the drive thru so I’m not sure what the atmosphere indoors is like but my food has been hot and fresh every single time I visit this location.

I had 7 Big Macs and it was delicious so was their lettuce very good the lettuce on the big Mac was so healthy I also ordered a coupe of large French fries it was also very healthy due to the vegetables the oil was also healthy cause they use vegetables too make it I would 100% go back here ☺️

It was good but the loud kids yelling at the top of their lungs made it hard to talk to my friends

Yes I like this McDonald's I don't eat McDonald's all the time but if I ever eat McDonald's I like to come to this store because the staff is really friendly and I like the location to parking places really big so I can park my car easily and walk into the entrance who's the drive-thru option is really fast also and I like the, inside of the store also

Don't get their new Cheesy Bacon Fries. You get a small portion with a very thin cheese sauce, but there is quite a bit of small bacon pieces on it. Definitely not worth the price.

Service was nice well understood order. Nuggets and fries were really good and so was the dollar menu cheeseburgers. Good Most of all is open 24 hours.

The food here is usually pretty good. I really don’t have complaints other than sometimes waiting a little longer for my order and breakfast ending at 11am now

Service is good. I like the table Service because I'm disabled. However, the temperature in the eatting area is unbearable. The Food gets cold before you can eat It. It is very cold, no HEAT. This is a Constant occurrence. It is Now Sunday 3/26 and the cold air is blasting from the vents. I'm sitting with My coat on and My Food is ice cold.

Used the drive-through, which seemed busy for a Monday afternoon. The fries were hot and the Big Mac was thicker than I'm used to eating. It tasted fresh too. I must try this place again.

Not many rib places in Nassau County and Famous Dave's are good ribs with very good consistency from visit to visit. Service is typically slow paced for me and again it's consistently slow every visit. If your in the mood for ribs it's still worth the visit as there are not to many options around.

Always smells like a sewer by the door. Majority of staff is rude and try to ignore you even when you're standing right in front of them.

This is a below average McDonald's. The food is fine, the service however is occasionally good, usually sub-par and (especially at night) often awful. And by that I mean lazy people with an attitude. For example my girlfriend and myself love McDonald's ice cream cones for a late night snack. About 50% of the time, we have to drive to the next town over because the staff is too lazy to change or clean or make more after a certain time. The restaurant in the next town over, always has it and are all around more helpful and friendly. I understand that working at McDonald's is not the ideal job, and you may not want to make a career of it, but dont be miserable or act like they are being bothered when you ask for an extra sauce or ketchup.

Here's two reasons the place is only receiving three stars... We ordered the filet-o-fish and several other food choices. We drove ahead and decided to backtrack because we wanted the two for 5 deal for the filet-o-fish. When we got the order we always double check and it was missing one filet-o-fish. Although we went through no trouble to retrieve the missing one, a mistake like that is careless. The other star is for the fries we got, they were overly salty. Other than that, the McDonald's was typical and staff was friendlier than average.

Another case of people not listening to your order.... I understand completely that at 2:30 in the morning you can't get certain things cause it's getting to the closing hour but a little thing like UNSWEETENED TEA ??? What I received was Sweetened Tea. & I had to discard it cause I'm not allowed all that sugar. !!! Only 2 ppl working at that store. That I don't mind but the sugar thing wasn't a good thing!

Had a funny odor when entering it smelled like dirty mop water .I asked the cashier was there any coffee she didn't respond so I asked the manager instead and she responded politely. I ordered fries and chicken nuggets and the fries looked over cooked but it was the Oil but the food isn't nasty and the store itself is clean and new.

Workers needs to be nicer to customers.....facilities need to be cleaned often. At least once an hour....with proper cleaning products like bleach!......The food quality is notvl the greatest anymore....How do you go.to a fast food place and receive a cold burger and fries...there has to be a time limit on these foods and serving it..If the food has been sitting tooo long then they need to make fresh!....Also when a person is ordering a flavored coffee....THEN THE COFFEE SHOULD HAVE FLAVOR ....YOU DONT PUT 2 TO 5 PUMPS IN A LARGE CUP...MINIMUM SHOULD BE 6 TO 7 PUMPS... TO TASTE THE FLAVOR...when...asking for extra flavor the worker at.he window was annoyed, when I know the job was not done right to begin with!....what she didn't know is that.I was aware of the policy.

This newly redesign of this restaurant has only 2 registers no drink fountain in the lobby and is truly a purchase and go. I dont like it compared to other McDonald's that offer free drink refills and more comfortable dining experience. This redisgn is for speed and drive thru.

Don't expect real carribbean dishes.. Fushion or carribbean inspired🤣

me and my siblings went in to get some coffee and all of our orders were wrong. the frappe was watered down and barely any caramel, my iced coffee had no extra vanilla shots THAT I PAID FOR. and my sisters medium coffee was only half way full and almost cold. we ordered it right on the spot so idk what went wrong but we ended up asking for another drink because it was just disgusting. the nicely did. the service is pretty quick tho.

Place was cleaner than my last honest review but I wish area managers helped with the ownership who clearly is not on top of their internal staff like they should be as it reflects poorly on the brand Leadership comes from ownership ..managers train staff on what is expected of them ....If I had to guess this location does so well so it doesnt matter as long as the profits keep rolling in and nobody cares I go to this location out of sheer convenience ONLY

Service is great but it seems like they do not change cooking oil frequently. Oil from fries/hashbrown smells so bad.

Unfortunately quality service only comes in person and during the day.. last night i ordered my food in the drive through and my total came up to 15.39 initially .. i had a 20 bill and 50 cent in change because i didnt want to take back alot of change (i was ordering food for my parents) about 10 mins later (because the line was long) i get to the window and the lady tells me my total is 16.17. I asked her to repeat the total she said it again 16.17 so i gave her the 20 and a quarter because once again I didn't want alot of change .. she comes back with $4 and a hand full of change and the receipt .. so i asked her again miss what was my total she told me 15.39 so i told her i had another quarter and I didn't want all of that change.. she gave me an attitude and told me no shes not giving me change because I already have my change and I only gave her one quarter... I tried to explain to her that I had another quarter but she told me the wrong price and she tried to argue with me over her messing up my price she then said she'll get her manager to open the register and at this point the other customers are beeping at me ... she's standing there staring at me and then her manager comes to switch the change as i watched them pic up the $5 and put it back down the manager comes and gives me 5 singles and said they had no more 5s .. she didn't even give me the change that came with it. That was one of the several encounters I've had with the employees another time a male staff of 4 made sexual remarks to my friends and I coming from a party they didn't put sauce in the bag and when i went back for the sauce i was asked what was my friend willing to do for it ? McDonald please vet out your employees and their attitudes because i go there for food not to be disrespected or treated less of a person

I was very surprised the quality of food is poor at night, as well as the service. The day time has quick service as well as crisp fries. My night visit the fries were burnt an it took them a few times before they got it correct. The young lady at the drive thru needs to be retrained. When u deal with the public u need to be personable, approachable good at your trade.

Food tasted like trash. I didn't finish any of the burgers. The chicken from my sandwich tasted unnatural. My burger tasted like it had been sitting there since the day before. There was no soda. That orange antifreeze they gave me was thrown out with the rest of the garbage. The fries were salty as all heck. I should have just thrown my money away. I practically did.

Last night I went to this place to get a fish filet and a chicken sandwich. Spicy chicken deluxe or something, caramel frap and got the iced coffee. The drinks were good but the sandwiches were horrible. My chicken sandwich was not cooked in the middle and the fish sandwich just smelled so bad. The minute I got the bag it had a weird smell. Never coming here again.

Definitely check your order before leaving this place. Visited this place 4 times. Twice they've given me the wrong order for breakfast and I've had to drive back to correct it. Being fast defeats the purpose if it inconveniences the customer. Will check my order for now on prior to driving off. Thanks

Bought 2 large fries and some nuggets…. When I got home noticed that each fries box were only half full. Didn’t waste my time to go back and complain. But definitely unacceptable.

They need to pay attention.. They forget items that you ordered. They put my strawberry pies into apple pie boxes, because they ran out, but they forgot to let you know that when you pick it up so that when you get home you think that you received four apple pies. So then you go back to the McDonald's and that's when they tell you when you made a second trip. Absolutely ridiculous.....

The inside of McDonald’s was locked at 7:50 on a Sunday morning. It wouldn’t be that big of a deal but I stop by on the way to an appointment to use the restroom and grab breakfast. I’m now able to do both and going to be late. Really appreciate the lack of customer service or employees. Please do better thanks! your supporting customers.

It was free fries from a mobile order for fries day. We order and go there all the time. The manager was horrible today. Everyone ordered on their phones and two people went to pick it up… he would not let them. Would they do that for regular mobile orders. The people went back to pick up their order and they had given it away saying that it was not there.

Short line at the drive-thru but atrociously long wait-time. After wasting nearly 20 minutes in ordering food, once I arrived at window to pick it up, a bulk of my items were "not available" anymore. These were primarily the nuggets which was the primary reason I stopped to buy food for my 3 kids under the age of 10. There was no apology or offered made, I was simply told no longer available and I was not charged for it (thankfully).

Lady at the window got my order wrong because she was texting. And continued to text when i got to the window. then i got To the next window and had to pull up which is fine but people behind me are getting their orders before mine. I get It. It’s mcdonalds. But do better.

Extremely unprofessional I walked up to the door at 11:00 pm. The hours of operation read "Dining room open until 12:00" but for some reason the door was locked. A customer who was inside had to let me in. One of the staff members had his friends visiting and was just standing there talking until his friend told him to go ahead and take my order. Not one single person who was working there was wearing a hairnet. One guy was standing at the front counter on his cell phone. A while I was eating a customer was knocking on the glass so I went and opened the door for her. When I used to work in customer service, we closed at 11pm, but if a customer walked in at 10:57 we served him/her. I understand wanting to be done early but DO YOUR JOB!! There is no reason why the door should be locking customers out an entire hour early!!

The frappes I ordered both had big chunks of ice and it was a third missing. Literally got scammed. I have to chew on the ice instead of sipping the drink

for obvious reason it gets really between 2:00pm and 4:00pm when kids get out of school, drive thru gets really pack, car reach outside the street, the personal that works at this shift is not enough, they cant handle all the customers, mcdonalds should hire more personal for this shift so they can move the client quicker and smoothly,

Ordered adult meal with chocolate shake instead of drink. Told there were no shakes! I paid,got my order and no cup!!!!!! Why wasn't I told this to begin with???

A whole bunch of teenagers after school and it's not like they all are customers they just sit there waiting for an instigation to occur and fights break out. Not enough ppl to stop from someone getting jumped. It has happen then and there's no telling when is it going to stop.

The worst McDonald’s that I have been too. They never have gotten my order correct and it’s not the most complicated order in the world. Have gone back on numerous occasions for cheeseburgers without any burger and just bread with cheese. It is ridiculous.

I drive 15 mins away just so I don’t have to go to this location. These people are rude and disgusting. They never get my order right and I ALWAYS have to wait. Last time I went I was using the mobile app the code didn’t work. They would not honor it and told me that I would have to pay full price for a defect in the app. It’s just a shame!!

I ordered a double fish it's cold the cheese is dried up and the bun isn't steamed and the fish patties are clearly cooked at separate times. The Elmont, NY location has always been a 1 star establishment... since I was a little boy (I'm 50 now) they have continually gotten orders wrong and today was no exception... I chose to go inside instead of the drive thru because they're so bad... today they not only forgot my McNuggets sauce but the Happy Meal toy making my 4 yr old quite upset... but it's par for the course at this location

It was terrible, service was horrendous. The manager was rude, the workers paid no attention when a question was asked of them. They either did not understand when I spoke to them, maybe they were extremely tired or just plain rude and impolite. For me the manager needs to attend a class on customer service. I will take my dollars elsewhere, not a problem, there are other McDonald's, better yet I'll try Burger king . I won't ever return to that location on Hempstead Turnpike .

WORST MCDONALDS EVER!!!!!!! Terrible service & staff! This is by far the worst McDonald’s and food service I have ever had in my entire life! Literally waited just 10 minutes to order..... than we get to the window and it literally also took 25 minutes just to get our drinks and pay and than another 15 after that to just get the food. Only reason I stayed for the food was because they had taken a card for payment which they reluctantly forgot to give back and had to be asked for.also forgot to give a sausage burrito that was ordered and payed for. Saw 4 people standing around just talking! I highly suggest that NOOO ONEEEE goes here!!!!

Just ordered a large artisan bacon smokehouse chicken combo via uber eats from this location and it was a huge disappointment. I didnt get the large combo that i paid for, thanks for the rip off, and the sandwich doesnt have fried onion strings like the description says it should and, honestly this is not the first time this location has messed up my order. Honestly, im not coming back here, they have serious quality issues

I order from this establishment for breakfast through DoorDash. They took over a hour to prepare the food. Then they gave the driver a completely wrong order. He then had to come back in to get the right order which took another half and hour for them to prepare. When I finally received my order. There was items missing!!! Awful service. I would rate zero stars if I could.

Placed Curb side order pickup for 3 items. Waited for 20 minutes, tried calling the restaurant but no response! Had to go inside then and yes it was busy inside but nobody even cared about anything due to the ongoing chaos! Finally got my order after asking 2 staff members about it almost 25+ minutes later! Didn't know that 'Curbside Pickup' meant....I had to cross the curb to pickup my order!

Worst customer service during lunch hours. Placed an order with two add ons, and the person asked with an attitude "what else do you want in the burger, I mean that doesn't come in it". I'm not one to complain, but their attitude terrible. The night crew is much nicer.

This has to be the WORST McDonald's in Nassau County. The bagels are stale, the steak egg and cheese taste horrible at this location and the hashbrowns were not made to order. But the cashier in the morning at the drive-thru is nice and polite (the lady with the hijab). The guy with the long hair isn't so nice.

Purchased an Egg McMuffin and 2 hash browns, everything was stale. The egg McMuffin was old and smelled I realized after second bite and later had a stomach ache. The hash browns were completely hard, could not eat any of it, it was like a rock. I had to throw everything out and couldn’t go back. Usually their food is much better, this was just awful to pay for old stale food. I never wrote a review online, this is my first because my stomach feels nauseated. Please throw out the previous day’s leftovers and serve fresh food we are paying for it.

I just came from this McDonald's. Their service has really gone down hill over the years at the drive thru. The young lady at the drive didn't sound she wanted to take an order. I wasn't given the total for my order and the sweet tea that I ordered had no sugar. I ordered apple pies and was told at the window after I paid for my order that the apple pies were not ready. Then they offered a refund. I think I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Local HS Principal has begged parents not to allow their kids at this location. Said nothing good happens there. What the heck is going on there ? Stay away folks. For your safety as well as your health.

Very poor service!we ordered breakfast meals when we got them, no creamers, no sugar, no tissue, no stirrers. My goodness we gave to go back. It was such very inconvenience Please train your staff well as to check the orders first before .They need to know what should be inside the bag. For me this place is a big NO. I prefer Burger King, the best 👍

Messed up my order, forgot $20 worth of it. I felt bad cause they had the poor worker standing outside in the cold no jacket no nothing waiting for me to check my large order…. Don’t you think you guys could’ve checked it?

Used the drive thru. Was made to pull into the waiting area for a medium #6 meal. Waited 8 minutes. My fries were cold by the time they got to me. Sandwich tastes stale. Had to go back in myself to ask for napkins and ketchup. Take out is faster at a local restaurant, the prices are almost the same, the customer service is 100x better and you'll at least leave feeling more full, and having eaten better quality food.

I have gone there twice over the last month. Both times I asked for a cheeseburger happy meal and both times I received the wrong order inside the happy meal. This time they also did not give my kids the toy in the happy meal. Thank you for disappointing my kids.

Manager was very rude and unprofessional, refused to give me food I paid for in curbside pickup because there was no code on the app. His tone was disgustingly defensive and condescending, I was just hungry. Don’t recommend this location, at least not while this manager is on shift.

This has to be the worst McDonald's on Long Island! First off! I don't like wfg and cheese on my sausage mcmuffin stop getting an attitude and learn to understand English. The sucking the teeth and getting nasty because I asked for 1 sugar and ketchup. Its too early to be nasty for no reason. Never again!

The food an service at this location needs improvement wingstop which is across the street has a better sandwich for less than what McDonalds pushes out. I felt like I was eating fake chicken as soon as you bite the cutlet it falls apart. If you are using the drive thru to collect your food make sure everything is there because I watched the counter girl miss a few things and when I asked I was assured it was there but that wasn’t the case. I hope McDonalds cooperate sees this review and take action I live in the area and support all food restaurants and I give an honest and fair review

We ordered a McDonald's BREAKFAST. My sausage egg and cheese mc griddle came with silvers of onion and a BURGER patty. It was disgusting. We also ordered 2 oatmeals...we didn't receive the raisins, fruit or utensils to eat it with. Finally we ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese mc muffins and only received 1. This is very discouraging for food we are paying for. We will never be ordering from here again.

WHO’S THE CLOWN!! WHO’S THE BURGER BITING McASSCLOWN….. I AM! I was stupid enough to spend 30+ dollars on two cold hockey puck sized burgers, two small bags of lukewarm fries and two weird tasting sodas. Definitely one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve had in a long time. I should have known better! All fast food is hardly fast anymore. And one can debate on calling it food. The fast food industry is hurting for customers. And the way they have been going ( especially in this country) there hardly to ever get these customers back… I know after this latest dining disaster I will never patronize McDonald’s again

Employee Mia that has red hair, and wears glasses is completely disrespectful, and an awful employee she needs to be fired immediately. I am 3 months pregnant and was disrespected by Mia in an awful way. I placed an order for a ranch snack wrap. When I received the snack wrap it was ice cold, I asked Mia politely if I can please get a new snack wrap because the one that I received was cold. She immediately responded to me with an attitude claiming " that's how the chicken comes it's supposed to be cold, there isn't anything I'm going to do for you". I was completely shocked about how rude, and disrespectful she acted towards me. She then proceeded to continue being rude, and disrespectful. It's absolutely disgusting that Mia treats employees in such a disrespectful manner especially a pregnant customer at that!

Hi, I was just there yesterday. I ordered a sandwich and was hoping to eat my meal in peace. There was a bunch of rowdy teenagers running around in there not eating. Management did not say anything about it. I had to walk out to eat my sandwich outside. This behavior is not acceptable when people want to have their lunch or breakfast or dinner. It’s common sense.
