Nice atmosphere and ambiance (lots of greenery and plants along the walls and). Good service and excellent drinks. The place is a little pricey but has great small plates as well. Intimate hole-in-the-wall setting that’s great for a date or good conversation. Good music that isn’t too loud to impede conversation. Would definitely recommend!

This place was a hopping when we wandered in at around 9 on a Friday night. It was mostly a young, diverse crowd in there. I had a cider, and my partner had a porter. We also had some shishito peppers. The cocktails were a little pricey.

Food was fabulous! Cajun shrimp were outstanding, savory and big! The tomato soup and grilled cheese were amazing. Drinks were also fun and tasty. Atmosphere was great.

Service is impeccable, I asked the bartender Nai I think to make something for me with tequila and it was so good I ended up having 5. The brussel sprouts were so good I was devastated that the kitchen closed before I could order another one. Basically come here for amazing service, great drinks, and delicious food!

The experience was nice. Really laid back and chilled vibe. The waitress was very attentive and friendly even gave us a free round of drinks the House Citrus......but the crab dip was everything!!! We are definitely going back to try the rest of the menu. I can't wait for the grilled cheese and tomato soup 😋 damn we had so much good conversation I forgot to take a picture of the food 🤷🏾‍♀️

In Emeryville for work and came in for a burger and a beer. So Glad I Did! I had the Andre Igadola burger and it was the best burger ever in the history of my burger eating experience. Service was fantastic. Sat myself and was promptly greeted even though the bar was packed. Food arrived quickly and the team checked in with me a lot and refilled my water a lot! This place is vibing! There are 2 TVs for sports too.

Ordered a Pumpkin latte, a gluten free cowboy cookie and a sesame bagel with cream cheese, Avocado and greens. Everything was absolutely delicious and felt very healthy while also feeling like an absolute treat. Chef's kiss! And the service was very friendly. I don't get to stop here much but it's always treat when I can.

I used to be more of a regular here. With the recent price increases it's more of a special occasion stop now. The cocktails are still great though. Happy hour is decent and there is a small outdoor seating area now (thanks COVID!) Inside is cozy and welcoming. It can get loud as the evening goes though. Menu is small, but I've never had a bad meal here. Service is very good considering how packed it can get inside such a little joint.

I only started going out to bars within the last year, and this spot has easily become my regular bar. All of the staff are super friendly, the music is always really good, drinks are always on point and the food is delicious! If you’re looking for good vibes with no drama, then I highly suggest coming to branchline!

This is a little gem of a bar in Emeryville. The decor and ambience are chic. The atmosphere is laid back. You can find a lot of friendly locals here. On this occasion I had a delicious bacon burger paired with a boozy horchata cocktail while I waited for my train at the nearby Amtrak station. Hats off to the fun waitstaff!

The “full” salad was half the size it used to be. And the bowl of Brussels sprouts—that arrived ten minutes after we’d finished the fries and salad—was also half-empty. Wow. I am fine paying over $100 for dinner and cocktails for two, but this wasn’t dinner. It was snacks. We left hungry.

We couldn’t hear ourselves talking and my ears literally hurt. Why?? Turn it down a notch and keep the fun party vibe without destroying our ears and making any conversation impossible.

Everyone from the regulars to the bartender were nice. Decent atmosphere. Normalizing more than $10 for a pint is too far, regardless of the city.
