Probably the most well run Jack around San Diego. Anything you ask for they will go out of their way to make you happy. Super Friendly and haven't got my order wrong ever. I live down the street and have been going here for Probably 15-20 years.

Better quality fast food. Curly fries, jalapeño poppers are tasty. Burgers are good here, good chicken nuggets too. Good place for a quick bite and drive thru is always open. If what I wrote helped you out, please give me a like. Thanks.

It's Jack. Post-COVID. Overpriced fast food. Service is exemplary considering they are underpaid and understaffed. The soda machine is fun with lots of options.

The food at this Jack in the Box is outstanding. The bathrooms are so clean you could eat off the floor it's amazing. I recommend anybody eating at this Jack in the Box in Encinitas.

What's not to love about a little bit greasy tacos. They've been making them the exact same way for 43 years that I've been going to Jack's. The best around with just the right amount of sauce, beef, lettuce and I have the cheese held. I love Jack's tacos!

Went to try the new snoop dog munchie meal, which includes curly fries, a taco, a brownie, air freshener, and the main course which was a fried chicken hot dog with bacon and ranch sauce. Which was amazing I would definitely go back to try it again! I'll give it to Jack in the box for this one they always know how to cater to the more enlightened audience.

Front end ordering is slow to customers needs. Restaurant is in need of a refresh remodel. Temperature inside was freezing in the dining area. Not a good experience compared to most Jack in box restaurants.

It's clean and the food is usually fresh, though they're always understaffed so the edit can be a little long.

Always cheerful and chill staff when we've been here. Usually clean unless you arrive just after the lunch rush and staff have been too busy cooking and serving to do a cleaning run. Open 24 hours. Food cooked when you order not picked from a pile under a heat lamp.

When I'm hungry late night and everything else is closed, the Jack In the Box drive-thru is my goto, for a Bacon Egg and Cheese croissant. Or two. Tasty, and cheap. And much healthier than a processed burger at the other place.

Exactly what you'd expect from a Jack in the Box. Nice service, clean interior, and driveway open 24 hours. Food is pretty good. Obviously lacking in vegetarian options, which is unfortunate, but realistically I wouldn't expect anything different.

The food was good, however they really skip on the fries, only giving a small amount for a larger size. But that may have just been that once.

Typically I'm not one to post pictures of the Jack n The Box Locations that I frequently visit. BUT, the meat here really wasn't in the flavor department. Nonetheless as a hungry post delivery person I ate the burger meat. The fries were nicely made and I drenched them in hot sauce. Flew them into the landing strip of my mouth and called it a day with them. The burger meat is what I crave the most from Jack in the Box. Heck, McDonald's down the street from here even if it's an incline to walk to may do the trick since their quarter pounder burgers hit the spot as well. The one Jack in the Box that will always hit the spot is the one located on Van Buren & Washington in the city of Riverside. I usually order the same thing. Come down to around 15-17$. Combo #7 sub the drink for a Large Oreo Shake, curly fries and some good sauce packets. Honestly I might just start asking for the burger meat to be not cooked way too well done. Since that's what this meats sensation felt.

One particular staff member was rude to me and my wife... completely turned off our appetite

Service was very slow. I couldn't even get someone to take my order for the 1st five minutes. Drive thru did not seem to be moving that much faster. The meal was good once I got to it. Morning is probably not the best time to go here. I must say they do keep the restaurant very clean.

Manager a bit of a Bully. Traney not treated nice. Manager blamed traney for her mistake. I observed whole incident. I'm sure they were both under pressure, but Manager was in the wrong. Giving you a low rating at this location for that Jack.

Jack in the box in Encinitas is another story their hamburgers aren't good I've had different ones and they aren't good they're teriyaki bowls are very good they're egg rolls are very good except they're teriyaki bowls are third the size of what they were before all of this price gouging his happened there people aren't all that great they only have maybe two that are very friendly very nice very willing to help the women are very rude very unpleasant women so I don't have good things to say about our insidious Jack in The box and I have other friends that don't like it either

Around 11:00 Saturday night an Older gentleman employee needs to be patient. I was still trying to order then he cuts me off and tells me to pull forward. Not very friendly at all to say the least

Customer service was subpar. The one person who came up to me after I registered a complaint about the iced coffee treated me as if I were there to do her a favor rather than to be serviced.

Busy late night, not enough crew to handle it. Dining room needs to close at 10 or something. People keep interfering with the staff's ability to hear and take drive through orders.

We pass by every sunday evening on our way home so we won't be going back

Could not go thru drive thru. Went inside to order and he said that he was the only one there. Couldn't handle all the orders in drive thru. And then he got my order wrong. I did not receive my tacos but it was to late to go back. I should not have to double check my order.

I've been coming here every week for almost a year. The soda machine is hardly ever maintained, forcing me to ask the staff to pour my drinks nearly every time, which are frequently wrong. I've also had them completely forget my order and give me the wrong sizes. The only napkins in the place are at the counter, which is annoying when you have a spill-prone woman with you. I didn't care that much until recently, when they put cherry in my Dr. Pepper and forgot the guac on my guac and bacon chicken sandwich. I have a nicer, better run jack in the box on my commute, so I've decided to go there instead from now on.

Make sure you you check your order before you leave. I did not get my tacos that I paid for.

Just spent 30.00 at a gas food place and did not receive our spicy Jack burger. Guy was nice, but still didn’t get all our food that we paid for.

Only one placing an order. Shift change going on. Last minute talking among them, heard F word twice. Food cold, like it had been sitting a while. Kept me waiting 10 minutes.

Showed up at 7:45am. Doors locked. Despite sign on door said open at 7am for take out only. Attempted to call, no one answered. Could clearly see employees inside the store.

Horrible service! Went there two days in a row, they gave me the wrong order 1st day, 2nd day the food was burned and was still wrong order. Girl name Joanna can’t take orders correctly at all and the cooks must be sleep. 8/7. and 8/8/2018. never eat there again ! And advise you not too either. Jobs too easy to mess up! Shows they just don’t care. Should get another job if that’s the case.

Tacos were not cooked completely, they were like a limp fish saturated in oil. Jumbo Jack's were dry and lukewarm. The only things that were cooked properly was the fries and onion rings. Will not return.

I understand that mistakes happen but when I'm in the drive-thru with a sleeping baby and I have to come back and make a U-turn and take my sleeping baby out of his car seat and come inside your store to let you know that you guys messed up I expect at least an apology. And this was the manager that I spoke about the mistake about.

Always check your order! They forgot half of my order. Unfortunately almost midnight not trying to come back for my order it’s not worth the time and gas but I learned the lesson.

They close the dinning area at 11:00 n state they are on their lunch, you can never understand them, i swear the night lady ALWAYS has a dam attitude plus several times they dnt know how to count tacos always end up with less than i ordered. This is the first time I have received food in the past three months from this JITBox location. I used to eat here on a regular basis until their EBT card reader started denying my card. The card would receive approval elsewhere but not here. On one occasion, the reader had been stolen. The person helping would always show the store's computer screen and demonstrate they were using the correct button to request approval of my EBT card, but a denial of funds would return every time. The difference in my receiving approval now was my recognition that the receipt showing denial showed funds had been requested from a Cash account and NOT the EBT account. The EBT button they pushed was setup to request cash; whereas my card was NOT setup for cash payments. I requested the Cash button be pushed. The server refused adamantly but let another employee put the button. When the Cash button was pushed, the EBT purchase was approved. I believe the restaurant has deliberately setup their system to get money from the cash accounts of people's EBT cards. Why? I don't know. But an investigation should ensue. i won't be going back here. No JITBox receipt given. No napkins. Incomplete order. And the dining room still smells like the stale odor of their restrooms as if they do NOT use disinfectants. And that is something I have complained about to JITBox corporate offices. But I guess Jack In The Box has a corporate that people should eat in a dirty restroom.

Went here, they ran out of bottled water... I asked for a refund, they shorted me $0.20 and they refunded my credit card order in CASH. Which is also illegal... You're supposed to refund the order ON THE CREDIT CARD. How do you work at a fast food chain and not understand that? I pointed out the short change and he looked at me, shook his head and grumbled. You know, if you knew HOW TO COUNT in the first place, you wouldn't have had to count out the extra 20 cents. It took me less than 10 seconds of looking at the receipt and counting. You don't just short people change, neither do you refund them with cash. A bad jack in the box all around, try to avoid.

23 minutes to order and get food. 17 minutes after order. They were short staffed but still ridiculous. Obviously a management issue not having enough staff. Felt bad for the work personnel. On top of that, a hair in my eggs. Girl did offer a free drink but had to throw out the food. I had run out of time to even take the drink. Never waited that long at any fast food restaurant.
