Morning staff in the subway in Endwell are great. Very nice and the guy with pink hair made my sub great as well as the others that work there. Always had good experiences here.
I go to Subway twice a week. Love their subs. EVERY one of the staff has been nice to me. West Corners and Main/North st in Endicott/Endwell. And Harry L Dr at the Mini Mall in Johnson city.
The workers there were very efficient even with a fairly long line. They were friendly and treated us each as individuals not one in a big group. Also i felt good at the space that was maintained. :)
I ordered online and they followed all the portion ratios I requested. The sub was very fresh, and there wasn't much more I could ask for.

I gave Habenaro wrap a try. The wrap is hot by itself but the heat is lost in the tuna salad & Monterey Jack. I held all other hot peppers to let wrap speak for itself. I'll try again with pepper jack cheese next time. I fill out surveys &get free drink w/every order now. Always remember lemon, as in aid or tea, goes perfect w/fish.
Food is good. But the guy working tonight. Seriously needs to work on his projection of attitude when a customer comes in. He acted like I was inconveniencing him by coming into the store. They close at 10 and I came in at 930 and practically got rushed out of the store. No need for the negative attitude.

Only positive was the place is clean. I've given this place a few tries, and same outcome every time. The sub is mediocre, but they do give a decent amount of toppings. The staff are miserable. They barely look at you, don't smile, and just ask what you want. Not a hi or welcome anywhere anytime I've been there. I've tried to be nice, say hi and please, and have a nice day, but It's like you are inconveniencing them for buying their products. Sorry I wanted a sub today... Don't worry because I won't be back.
The food tastes the same as any other subway, and the people are great.. however, everytime my family eats there we get sick. This does not happen at any other subway we go to in the area.
Asked for Italian herbs and cheese footlong with one half breakfast and one half sweet onion teriyaki. Had to repeat myself at least 4 times finally I said am (am as in food you eat in the morning) instead of saying breakfast. There’s a big gray blockade on the sub making shelf so I didn’t know what him or her or it.. how they were making my sub… when I saw it it was made incorrectly one half was correct the other half was ham no egg no cheese just ham.. now already fumed just decided to pay and leave… won’t be back if “they” identify… would be working… All other workers understand me so idk what’s up but yea

Paid over $50.00 for this order. This is one of the chicken dippers we received. This is absolutely not ok. This business should be ashamed of themselves. Subway is just not the same. Especially this one. Now I see why they received so many 1 star reviews!!! Go out of business already!!!!!!!
I was a manager at subway for 3 years. No idea who trained these employees. Old women huffs and puffs when you ask her to put things on your sandwich. Looks like she literally fist fought this sandwich I just bought. Can’t even pick it up to eat it. Ripped straight across in 4 different spots not including the halfway cut that isn’t even cut all the way through. Waste of a lunch break and $14. Save yourself the headache

This location should be closed. Who are the owners? Based on the reviews I’m not the only one that feels that way. The evening employees shouldn’t even be making food. They spend more time outside smoking cigarettes and spitting on the ground where people entering have to walk in on. What a total disrespect for not just this business but all the ones that are trying to run good businesses near it. I would not recommend going there.
Walked in with my gf and stepson snd wasn't greeted correctly. First thing that was said to Mr and was unclear and inaudible was "what you getting" which sounded like are you eating to which I replied yes. There was tension already as we walked in and this instantly escelated it made the girl who started taking my order pass me off to the guy who seemed very nervous and new if I had to guess and I feel like it was because how she was treating us and her clear distaste for us coming in. The newer guy who I don't blame at all recieved no help when he was clearly struggling to make our subs because the other rude girl kept jumping around him to help other customers and it was making it harder for him to check what went on the sub i was ordering. She also made a remark complaining about people coming in while they were trying to I assume do flips and restock. I would have to say my worst experience ever at a Subway. I domt usually do reviews for any place but this wasnt right at all. Subway was also my first job and I know what is and what isn't acceptable with treating customers and this was unacceptable by a long shot. I almost walked out I won't be returning. I feel bad for the new guy that has to work with someone like that. She also rang me out for the wrong sub didn't seem like she cared to much about her job or how she treated people she doesn't know. Hopefully she isn't the one training the new guy because he was polite and patient even though he seemed new
I watched the employee put fresh vegetables on top of the older vegetables, and my sandwich maker rushed like there was 10 people waiting in line , it was me and one other customer. Was not happy with the sloppiness of my sandwich. Especially for what I paid for it. Not recommended. Sincerely a previous subway employee.
The young kids working at this location where rude and disrespectful. Very sloppy sub making as well. They also charged us $2.09 for a cup of ice water. They then explained this is because we must use a "courtesy cup" to receive free water which is a flimsy plastic Solo Cup which only holds about 4 oz of water. Lids do not fit on this cup and it's impossible to take this in your car as it would just spill it immediately. Also false advertising as the sign represented a deal which was no longer in effect and the store would not honor the promotion because they said, they never got around to removing the ad. Would not recommend this location.
Just got kicked out after me and my wife sat down to eat, sign says they closed at 9pm and they kicked us out at 8:55 because they need to be out at 9pm. Couldn't finish my sandwich because of how many veggies were in it would go all over in my car, just threw it away. Glad to see their priorities are closing instead of customer service. Keep that up and you will close for good.
I mobile ordered and they Completely messed up our sandwich’s it’s like they didn’t even check what I ordered at all.. very dissatisfied won’t be returning here.. I mean seriously I thought like my enemy made this damn sandwich.
I was in last Tuesday. The meat look sketchy so I went with Tuna. The ingredients were ok as expected but the bread was hard and definitely not fresh. You literally have one job Subway and that's fresh bread.

unfortunately am going out of my way for this one just wanna give people expectations could go into crazy detail but pretty much i bought food they forgot to make it even though the app said it was ready i went it took 15 mins for two subs that were maybe in the toaster for 1 min (def not long enough) he messed up one of the subs and pretty much it was a big deal for the person that ordered the sub so much that they decided to not eat for the night and they wouldn’t give me the right sub tonight so my last 12 dollars or so was for food that wasn’t ate :(
