Sometimes there's a bit of a line at the drive thru, but it goes quickly. They run out of baja blast a lot, but that's common across all locations. Orders are always correct and the workers are always great.

Stacy B does a great job up front! She's constantly cleaning up, keeping things neat, and being pleasantly helpful to customers. Her sense of humor is cool, too. Food was delicious and fresh. Thanks to the crew at Vestal Taco Bell!

A gentleman named Renice Rogers served us. He accomodated our requests even though he was busy. He even went above and beyond by giving us our food extremely quickly with a smile and also asked us if we need anything else. He is exemplary for what an employee should strive to be and others should follow his example 😁

With multiple Taco Bells in the area, they all generally provide the same level of service. The morning crew at this location are fantastic, and probably why I normally get breakfast here. Though, being located in a shopping plaza, they can get really busy at peak lunch and dinner times.

Friendly staff, very good customer service. I went inside to done in and after I ordered my food was ready before I even found a place to sit. To make it all perfect, my food was well made and FULL of all those ingredients, they didn't scimp or hold back at all. %100 recommend for Taco Bell lovers.

The food was average, consistent taco bell. The service was way above average they made me custom bowls because I am trying out a new diet and didn't mark everything way up. The music is always jamming and it's an up beat atmosphere!

Just a heads up, the mild salsa might make you reconsider your tolerance of spicy sauces. But hey, if you want to live on the edge without breaking the bank... this is your culinary playground.

Just a quick stop in as I passed thru. Big parking lot. Drive thru was busy, 4 cars in front of me, I was at the windows in less than 5 minutes. Great service. I ordered a soda at the window, she handled it quickly and Completed my order.

I arrived and was welcomed with a smile immediately, very clean lobby as well; which is wonderful because I always like to eat in the store. My food was done fairly quickly, especially with the amount of car in the drive thru. My items were perfectly hot and received everything. This nice worker; Jon was very informative with the new items on the menu that I haven’t seen yet. He made the process run smoothly for me and was very kind. Overall; very nice customer service, nice hot food, and clean environment. Vestal Taco Bell for the win.

There was a bit of a wait because I went at a busy time, but the service was very good and the food tasted great. They keep the restaurant clean, and it's conveniently located.

Rarely get the wrong order here like at other fast food places. The food is the same everywhere, so that's good. But I have had problems with the soda on several occasions where the syrup must not have been refilled. You also run the risk of getting stuck for 15-20 minutes if you go through the drive-thru.

Your average Taco Bell. There's a lot of seating but the seats are crazy small and kind of uncomfortable, they don't fit the serving trays very well. The staff is always really nice and the bathrooms are single room so that's cool. Drive-thru is usually insanely slow so if it looks busy it's better to go inside.

The food was wonderful and full of flavor. One of my favorite parts is their sauce which i asked for but it was not included in the bag. The staff seemed rushed which is understandable but happy staff makes happy customers.

They forgot our sauces and our straws but it was still delicious. There isn't usually much to complain about at taco bell unless they forget something in your order.

The team was working well during a rush. Food continued to come out if the kitchen. I got everything as ordered. I like the touch screen kiosk to order . It makes the menu easy to read. Offers specials. And gives you ability to customize your meal. The mountain dew freeze is gross, that's just my personal preference.

My family and I visit fairly often and we will continue to dine there. Many of the staff are friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming. In addition, the food is quite good for the price.

It's just about what you would expect from any taco bell.Depending on what staff is working the service and quality will either exceed expectations or be disappointing.The drive through and parking is quite possibly one of the worst setups you will see in the area.Very tight and can be frustrating at busy times.The power bowls are awesome I'm not sure why they don't try to advertise them more and push that item.

Order was correct, service was fast once we got to the window. Drive-thru line was so long it was out of the parking lot; two cars ahead of us left. We had placed a mobile order and drive-thru pick up was the only option offered, even though I noticed what looked like curbside pick up spots when we got there.

The interior appears clean. Food comes out at a generally standard rate. Drive thru is abysmal, often wrapping back into traffic and causing back-ups. Tight turn to the window is not friendly to longer vehicles. I personally prefer this location to the Johnson City location in terms of food quality.

I've always loved Taco Bell. But they switched to the automated ordering things inside, which glitched. We sat around for 20 minutes only to find out it didn't take our order, and it happens sometimes. The staff were nice and made up for it, but that's still 20 minutes. we sat around with 2 antsyhungry kids for nothing. Get rid of those stupid things, and let us deal with real people again, please. -.-'

The food was good but the cashier was rude when taking my order and kept glaring at my family and I through our whole meal. It was just my boyfriend my infant and myself so it's not like we were loud or making noise, the baby slept nearly the whole time. She just kept giving us this angry look, it made us so uncomfortable we ended up leaving and finishing elsewhere. As parents of 3 including an infant, sitting quietly to eat together is rare and it really got to me that she just was so rude that we weren't comfortable to take that time together.

This place has really become a dump. Waiting 20 minutes on orders. Missing items and just lazy lackluster service from the workers. A bummer, this was a good one.

This place stinks, and it's not just the fact it's Taco Bell. The staff are always in the midst of some epic drama. Every time I have visited this place, the staff are yelling and about to quit. There is no drive-thru, and the location is very awkward. You have to wrap around the entrance to get in. The food is okay, but the price is way too high for what you get. Something is always missing from the order.

They aren't making your paid for app orders until you arrive, they just leave them on the screen to game the system I guess. They then blame you for not checking in at the counter when you're surprised your food isn't ready after 40 minutes. The last two trips have been a complete mess with lots of irritated customers complaining about long waits. I'm not sure what happened at this location but they're struggling right now.

After midnight... Third time I've paid and had to park and wait 20 minutes for food. Tonight, I was handed like warm food after 20 minutes and the order was incorrect. I ordered a $5 cravings box and a 5 layer burrito.... I received a nacho fry, bean Chalupa, plain taco, and one random burrito. If you pull in and see cars parked and idling...don't bother. To bad it's the only place open late on the parkway.

Taco Bell Fan, Location Service Fail! I am a weekly Taco Bell eater, and love their food and quick service overall. Tonight this location failed big time. With no less than 12 cars in the drive through line we should have known. When we entered to order at the kiosk and nobody was eating and everyone was looking at their phone, warning sign #2. We quickly ordered a fairly light $16 in food. After 25 minutes (I confirmed from my text receipt), I finally asked how much longer….and was told I am the 3rd page still. People were getting refunds then their food would show up and others waiting would take it…quite the experience of delivery drivers and frustrated customers all on a Tuesday night at 7:30pm. Zero starts for service and three starts for normal Taco Bell food!

When they get the order right, it's okay. Unfortunately they got my order wrong, the burrito had no meat when I upgraded to chicken. They substituted the order when I complained, however then they messed up my wife's cruchwrap. They put almost no beef, and then said 'thats what we add to them'. Do not go here. Try another tb. Please.

I wont ever order from this taco bell again. Their customer service is awful. We politely said that a couple of our items weren't in the bag and every employee had an attitude towards us, insisting that they are in the bag. One woman specifically was extremely rude and if i knew her name i would blast it. Poor taste of employees.

Very allergic of tomatoes and they put them on my crunch wrap even after I modified my order. Also my burrito was cold the cheese wasn’t even melted. Every time I have ordered at this location we are missing items that we paid for, special instructions for items completely ignored (yet paid extra for), and today's order had missing chips and cheese (ONE time ordering they actually included it), and beef and potato Flatbread taco was missing potatoes... never ordering from this location ever again. This house of absolute incompetence needs to be closed down. I'll make the drive to JC and wait the hour wait in the drive-thru and check going forward.

Absolutely worst service I've ever had from a restaurant, and that's saying a lot! It took 30 minutes in total to get my order, they were very rude and didn't care about getting me taken care of, the app took my payment and never showed up at the store so I had to pay twice, and when I told them this they told me that it was not their problem. I would suggest to go to JC or not wasting your time with Taco Bell at all.

If I could give this place no stars I would. Can u imagine waiting 45 minutes in the drive for an order just to open it to see the whole order was wrong. Every single car going through the drive through (10 pm) has been pulled over to the parking lot. With a ten minute plus wait. After repeatedly asking at the window for mild and hot sauce both before I gave my card and after I received it back I didn’t receive any. Therefore I had to drag out my newborn baby to get sauce in 20 degree weather because the workers wouldn’t even open the drive they window for me when I came around again.

Don’t bother going through the drive through. Only 2 other orders ahead of us they made 8 cars pull into the parking lot just so their Drive through metrics are falsified as “good”. Then we watched through the drive through window as 3 employees stood around talking and joking for 15+ minutes before any cars got their orders/ Ordering online is even worse. They actually don’t even make the order or even know the order is in there until you show up to ask for it. That’s ok. Plenty of other businesses to choose from without dealing with a business that doesn’t respect their customers time.

I ordered through the drive thru, only to have half of the order wrong. I didn't realize this until I drove all the way home so then I drove back to have it fixed. You would think with customer service since my other food got cold that it wouldn't hurt to ask for fresh? Nope...spend 8 dollars on some cold wings just for then to hand me two coupons for free a taco with my next order. I even put a complaint in through corporate but still have yet to hear back.

I had a normal order with a value box and was informed as I drove up to pay that they were out of bottled water, which is all I drink and was offered tap water which I told the worker I wouldn't drink the same as anything else they offered so why not just throw in a regular taco and we'll call it a day. So after asking the manager I was told, no because I hadn't paid yet as the worker was taking my money to ring me out. I never got a chance to ask, well now that I've paid... Because she quickly opened the window handed the bag and said have a good night. It was only a cost of a bottled water or a crummy regular taco but that's the point that the people working for this multi billion dollar corporation think it's ok to falsely advertise or not hold up to their end of a monetary transaction. Can't wait to call corporate tomorrow.

this is the taco bell in the area by far. i have had multiple instances of absolutely horrible service. i ordered and i waited 3 hours just for my food to never be delivered. most recently i was left waiting for 2 hours for my meal and after repeatedly asking the workers for my food i find out it was given to another person and the refused to remake it because the store was closing. the management sucks and seriously needs to fix itself before they lose all their business. be wary of this place

I ordered a large nacho fry and I got the regular but it was half full not even where it’s supposed to be and I also ordered a grilled cheese nacho fry with extra fries and chicken, beef and jalapeño but no extra fries barely any beef maybe 3 pieces of chicken and no jalapeño sauce

This place is such a hit or miss. My theory is that there is a specific staff that is insanely slow, cause sometimes it moves at a good pace. But very often, almost every time I’m here, I’m waiting in the drive through for at LEAST 45 minutes when there’s only 4 cars ahead of me. It takes 10 minutes or more to move one space in line. It’s just ridiculous. I wish I had any other Taco Bell near me.

I've been coming to this Taco Bell franchise for over 2 decades, and I stopped eating here. Anytime I order something simple thru the mobile app, I can truly say half of my order is messed up. From missing items, the lack of portions, or adding items when I want things fresco style, the performance is slow. They need to hire more competent worker and be trained on how to execute orders on the fly before A.I. catches up.

the people who work the night shift are bad a their job, they also make you park in a spot when going through the drive through so their drive through time is good but in reality it’s more work for THEM and it ends up taking 20+ minutes to get your food. they need to hire better workers, you can’t just slack off because it’s late because YOU decided to work there.

Everyone should be leaving negative reviews and submitting surveys on Taco Bell’s website until they stop trying to game the system. They’re trying to cheat the drive thru timer to make it seem as if they’re helping customers immediately when in reality they’re telling everyone to pull into the parking lot to wait, then taking up to 40+ minutes to bring you your food, half the time something is missing and they don’t wait for you to check. Horrible business practice. I’ve worked at Taco Bell before it’s not hard to take one car at a time and make/give them food at the window, trying to look good on paper is ruining every customers experience. I assume they’re understaffed because they want to save money, either that or they have the slowest night staff ever, but something needs to change.

If you’re in a time crunch, just don’t go. You will easily wait 20-30 min for your stuff. It’s annoying. The one in Johnson City is so much faster.

At the time of writing I've been parked at the side door for 25 minutes after waiting over fifteen minutes in the drive thru line. Pro tip from someone who's spent more than their fair share of time in the food service industry: parking LITERALLY. EVERY. SINGLE. ORDER. does not actually make your job easier or your business more efficient. Update: I cut my losses after half an hour and went inside to figure out where the malfunction is. "Oh. They deleted your order. We'll make it. It'll take like five minutes." Update 2: after 53 minutes since placing it, I have received my order. All the food even made it into the bag this time. That's a first. TLDR: Skip this location and go to Johnson City

This Taco Bell's quality and service is becoming worse and worse. They are cheap with everything. Hardly any meat. No sauce or very little when you pay extra for it. And they get the order wrong. And prices keep going up. For what? I ordered a five layer beef burrito, and it's all bean. No cheese or sour cream or meat. Not the first time either. I think they are trying to save every penny and letting the cost fall on the customer. When I told them what was wrong with my order, I was met with hostility, as if I was lying. So I'm not going back.

This location is a joke!. Very clear with word everytime I go through the drive through and have to repeat my words 4-5 times. They still even screwed my order up.

I put in a mobile order, had to wait around over 20 minutes of the order not even being made, which was in their system. I was told by the lady constantly trying to ignore a rather simple question of where is my food, not even taking a minute to check, only to be lied to directly to my face with evidence I had to contrary that I submitted an order at that location saying that it was not in their system. However once the manager was able to come over suddenly it happened to be in their system and it had updated on my application. I don't appreciate being lied to, I don't appreciate being ignored by staff, and I definitely hate the fact that they would rather lie to your face than actually decide to take 5 seconds to help you.

Idk what happened to this Taco Bell. If it changed hands, or managers, or what - but the service, speed, cleanliness, and end product is absolutely shy of normal standards. Only TBell I'll go to anymore in the area is court st, Binghamton. Waited over 30 minutes for an Uber delivery pickup just at the physical restaurant. In the meantime, someone in the back started exchanging words with another customer for looking at him. Never again - this place is out of control. Garbage cans all overflowing and bathrooms are disgusting.

Loved going here when we first moved to the area and now it's completely gone downhill. My family went into the lobby to use a kiosk to order our dinner that part was quick and easy however we sat in the lobby for 30 mins before my partner had to ask what was taking them so long. After receiving our food 45 minutes later both chicken quesadillas that I ordered were wrong one had spicy jalapeno and one had no chicken but it's was for a child so he didn't care. I went in to ask them to correct just one and make it without jalapeno sauce like we ordered and when they remade it they made me a second cheese quesadilla even though I said just chicken and cheese... And this is just one of many incidences we've had here family will not be eating here again.

This location is the absolute worst. Waited an hour for a mobile order. The staff inside were only making the food for the drive thru. There were about 10 people inside who had all been waiting the same amount of time as me if not longer. The staff had no idea what orders they were making, there was no system or structure at all. The staff started getting rude with the customers but everyone just wanted their food. Don’t tell people it’s going to be a few minutes when in reality it’s going to be an hr long wait.

Wasn’t able to get any food. I placed my order in went to pay for it at the counter, worker told us he don’t know how to ring it up on the register and that he would get someone. A family came in behind me placed an order and got their food before I could even pay. Another worker came up to the front to help another costumer and did help them and went right back to working on the line and getting food out never even bothered to see if we need help.This Taco Bell has gone down hill all they care about is getting drive thru taken care of and making people inside wait for ever.

Never in my life have I ever experienced such a sorry excuse of a fast food restaurant. This Taco Bell is utterly atrocious and brings into the question of how it still exists. This shack which they call a restaurant, had over 20 people working in the back and yet my order still took over 40 minutes to make. This place was not busy and my order consisted only of 4 items. Yet they took ages to make simple tacos. Better yet, they didn’t make my slushy and drink when the tacos were finally ready. I had to ask for my drink cup. This sorry excuse of a restaurant rivals my time at dairy queen in Pennsylvania, as my worst fast food experiences ever. Needless to say I am disappointed and disgusted, and my view of Taco Bell has forever been altered.

Guys….this is the worst experience I have ever received. I ordered two cheese it Crunchwrap combos. Both fries and beefy five layer burritos were missing. In addition, we ordered two more beefy five layer burritos that also we missing. We ordered a quesadillas with no Jalepenio sauce, and it came with it. We ordered two cheese it crunch wraps and they had no cheese it later in them. When I finally went back to get my four burritos and fries, when I got home they was a flipping moth in my fries! The bag was closed and sealed the entire ride home. This is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. Will NOT be going back. $40 poorly spent!

And this is what my cheesy Gordita crunch looks like when I got home. Where is the toppings? The wait time is ridiculous, like I get it but I am so disappointed. Do better!! We were lacking meat in multiple things in our order. Got a burrito with extra chicken and there was no chicken at all. My crunch wrap supreme had almost no meat on it and they responded "those brown specs are the meat". Basically was a tortilla folded with lettuce cheese and sauce. Mistakes happen and that's fine but to not make a new one or offer a refund was unnecessary.
