Who Is This?

I found out about this place from the YouTube reviewer, Mike Chen. I usually don't have high hopes from internet personality recommendations, but this place looked good. And WOW was it delicious. Very few places impress me, even few knock my socks off. Casa Pollastro exceeded my wildest expectations many times over. The food was absolutely phenomenal. The service was amazing. The atmosphere was beautiful. We walked in around 12:30 on a Tuesday, the place was dead and it even took them a couple of minutes to realize we were there. I think only 1 or 2 other tables were sat. Honestly, not a great first impression. I was thinking what was going on or wrong with this place. But as we were there, many more tables were sat, Did I mention how phenomenal the food was? You are served in courses, and you can ask for more of dishes you like, it is unlimited after all. But we really didn't have that ability as they kept bringing more and different dishes to try. Even the ones I didn't like, were great. I didn't like them as a personal preference, not because they were bad. From the starting bread to the passion fruit mouse dessert, it was all incredible. The service was right up there too. Always tending to your needs, never more than a couple of minutes without someone coming by with more food or checking on you, and no, not in the overbearing server kind of way. It is a lot of food, so bring your appetite. At $36, it's a steal. I would have paid triple that and it would still have been undervalued for the quality of food and service you receive. One way or another, I will be going back here as often as life takes me to Texas.

Outstanding! This Brazilian restaurant is a true gem. The food is a perfect blend and every dish tastes incredibly fresh. I can't say enough about the butters and bread—they are absolutely delicious and a highlight of the meal. The atmosphere is great, and the service is top-notch. Highly recommend

I celebrated my birthday here last evening. From the moment we walked into the door the experience was absolutely amazing. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and professional. The food was amazing, very seasoned I was very impressed. My family and I will for sure be back thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality.

This is a whole experience perfectly FINE DINING and if you have not tried Casa Pollastro. You are seriously missing out. Go there today! The food is magnificent. The service and hospitality staff where simple professionals at waiting and comfortability. You most certainly will never leave there still hungry even with just having the lunch 4 or 5 course meal and its affordable at $35.00

I have eaten at Casa Pollastro several times. I was craving them for dinner and decided to make an Uber Eats order. BIG MISTAKE USING UBER EATS 😢 The Uber driver arrived and sat at the restaurant for 16 minutes and NEVER went in to get my order. Driver 2 from Uber started heading that was, made a turn and then Uber sends a message that the driver had another stop. What? 😱 5 minutes after the Uber app cancelled my order, 1he and 13 minutes after the fact I received a call from Casa Pollastro to apologize for Uber. 💞 I'm the world of people lacking great customer service I was pleasantly surprised to hear from the restaurant directly. They apologized and offered to make it right. Now, it wasn't their problem. It wasn't their fault. They already lost the food that Uber made them miss. Food cost is NOT cheap these days. I told them they did not have to give me a gift card. I acknowledged that I felt no I'll will towards them. Uber Eats was the disappointment and who I was dissatisfied with. The gentleman insisted that he wanted to make it right. He them offered to replace my order and send it a different way. Y'all, I was still hungry and still craving my Casa Pollastro 🤷🏽‍♀️ What would you do? I allowed them to replace the food. I then asked if he was the manager or owner. He was the owner on this Labor Day and I'm thoroughly impressed with how he runs his business. - OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE - OUTSTANDING AMBIANCE - OUTSTANDING FOOD 10 STARS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Make sure you take a moment to acknowledge great businesses when they deserve it. My friend and I ate here for the first time today and everything was excellent from the service to the quality of the food to the atmosphere. Jack and all the wait staff we had interactions with all went above and beyond to make sure we had a perfect dining experience.

Celebrating my sister's 50th birthday 🎂! What a great experience. The food was amazing, pastas, pichana, cheese balls, polenta, soup. Great diversity in the courses. And ohh the passion fruit mousse. Very nice!! Topped it all off with cafe Americano.

This place was very delicious. The food was great, we tried all the dishes, as it states for the 36$ per person. It includes soup entrees with tortellini’s, chicken Parmesan, spicy chicken, bottom sirloin, picanha, side dishes of potato salad, cheese with honey, cheese bites, salad, bread, it’s buttery spreads with 3 diff toppings, everything was buffet style and towards the end- you receive 5 diff pastas. Omg they are each too good not to eat. Make sure you go hungry 😉 you also have dessert! Oh and we ordered caipirinhas, delicious 🤤!! This place a GO! It’s been the BEST Gaucho experience I’ve had!

Amazing service, food, and atmosphere! We made a reservation for a four-course meal. First of all the place was beautiful from the cleanliness to the way everyone in the wait staff is so coordinated. Our server Lucas, I believe, was very cheerful and explained the menu well while being fast and efficient at the same time. The food was amazing from the bread to the dessert. We were amazed by the quality and flavor of the food. The four-course meal is endless and the pasta and protein options keep coming. Our favorite pasta was the guava ravioli and the steaks were so juicy and well seasoned. Overall I’d give this place a 10/10 experience based on the food and service would come again! Didn’t get to take many photos because I was so immersed in the experience but here’s a couple. The place I’d say is a bit pricier than others but I would recommend it for special occasions! 3 all you can eat meals and 4 drinks came out to about $144 + tip and they certainly should earn a HEFTY tip because of how attentive they are. 🌟

Five star service. Great location. The lambs, steaks and chicken are well made and taste so delicious, and the prices are absolutely incredible. The staff go out of their way to ensure the entire experience is effortless and couldn't be any more grateful. Highly recommend.

We visited Casa Pollastro and had a pleasant overall experience. The food and drinks were decent, with good flavours and nice presentation. Nothing overly memorable, but everything was enjoyable. The service was also good, and the staff were attentive without being intrusive. One thing we really appreciated was the amount of space. The restaurant feels open and comfortable, which makes it easy to relax and enjoy your meal without feeling crowded. It’s a nice place to meet with friends or family and enjoy a relaxed evening together.

I liked the atmosphere, although the music was a bit too loud for my taste, as I don’t really enjoy very noisy restaurants. The waitstaff were all very friendly and attentive. The food is good, with a menu that focuses mainly on pasta. They also offer chicken and beef, but in more limited options. Dessert is served at the end, and it’s very good. I’m not sure I’d return anytime soon, mainly because I’m already familiar with the menu. While the food is good, it wouldn’t feel like a new experience. For two buffet meals and two drinks, it was $80 approx.

Five star experience very attentive & kind staff. So much food! It’s too bad our other server slipped & fell, so he had to leave to attend to his injury. Please invest in some nonslip rug runners for the safety of your workers & patrons.

I’ve been here twice, and I’m just a wee bit disappointed the second time. The price jumped from 30$ for everything to 42$ for everything. This change happened in 5 months. The food was fine, I’ve always personally thought the chicken was dry. I also have a feeling the pasta is a bit old. I’ve always found it under seasoned and a bit mushy. I love the starters though, and the steak is very good. There were less people bringing out food than the last time I was there and it took over an hour to get any steak. The first time I went was my birthday and it was very nice overall. I don’t think I can justify going back when the food is more expensive and not much better. Very sad about the price hike considering it’s been 5 months.

Food was tasty. Love the appetizers, pasta could be better, and chocolate mousse was delicious! Pasta definitely is a filler and can make you full fast before chicken and picanha comes to you. Only complaint is I’m not sure if they were using the same serving spoon for the pasta for everyone in the restaurant, but they were touching our plates to serve us food everytime and goes back to the bowl, which is not sanitary at all and kind of gross. For sure the knife they use to cut the picanha was used for everyone as I saw them put it back in their drawer once it touched our plate. Would not recommend if you are a germaphobe. Based on the past pictures, they use to serve pasta on a plate for each table. Not sure why they stopped doing that but that seems more in line with food safety than what they are doing now.

EDIT: Looking at the prior 1 star reviews, we should've known better. Thank you for reaching out, but no, I will not be coming back. It being a holiday should not be a reason for a bad experience. It feels like you're not trying to make this right; it feels like you're trying to save face. Mike Chen was wrong. I don't know what they gave him, but he really sold it. The food is suppose to be Italian and Brazilian Steak House. When they first come by, they give you appetizers, which are great. All that was good. When the main course started, It's more pasta with no flavor, and a few pieces of meat. It gets to the point that they just stop coming around with the steak and want to keep giving you chicken and pasta. So $41.99 for appetizers, a few pieces of meat, and unlimited out the box flavored pasta? Hard pass. And we went for Valentine's Day, too. The deserts were great. This is the first time I can tell you Mike Chen failed me and he was paid to go eat here. Parking is TERRIBLE, too. Now that I think of it, the staff could be more professional. They were talking about customers in spanish.

We had a long standing reservation for an engagement party at 7, for the private room. The whole party had to wait 50 minutes and each time we talked to staff, we were told that it would be 10 to 15 more minutes and that the party currently in the private ropm was paying their check. We had to wait in the lobby where there was no seating and by the end of the wait had become very crowded (see photo). Very unprofessional and impacted an important occasion.

I cannot believe how bad this restaurant was. At the end of the day we spend as much money as Fogo de Chau and the food was not half delicious or half high-quality. They try to fill you up with starters and pastas and everything was so salty. The steaks were small portion and not good quality and really hard to come around the server. Totally forgot that it was someone’s birthday in our group. Will never come back to this place save your money and take your business somewhere else.
