I recieved the best customer service from Jason today, he made sure that I received hot, fresh chicken and not the chicken that has been sitting under the light for an hour or two. And the sides were hot and fresh as well and for that you get 5 stars from me my friend. Thank you

It has been 13+years since I have been in an area that has Church's Chicken. It's as good and affordable as I remember.

Hadn't been here in a while but when we got dinner about a week ago the woman who took our order in the driver through was great. They did leave out 1 of our items but we went back and got our item with no issues. Definitely will be back and recommend this place.

This was the best visit we have had since this location opened. My husband was intrigued by the ads for the bourbon black pepper smokehouse chicken. Because of several previous visits, we were skeptical, but a friendly voice greeted us in the drive-thru, and they actually had it. The friendly voice was followed up with a friendly face with a great attitude to complete our order. Once home, the chicken was cooked perfectly; not dry/over cooked. The whole meal, as well as our experience, was tasty and enjoyable.

I drive to this location which several cities over, it's the closest location to me and the food is always great. Super hot, crispy chicken, great biscuits and sides. I would like to add it's great to support family owned businesses and I can tell everytime I go they work hard and care about their customers. Thank you for the awesome family meals. Drive thru is always quick as well.

Compared to when I used to come here as a kid, it was definitely a huge upgrade. The old manager is gone and the store has a cleaner, brighter atmosphere than before. The food quality is definitely better than before so I'm happy with what I got.

Always good, go there multiple times a year. Area around there is dirty. Wish they would lower the family meals down to a even 20.00 instead of 24 or 27. It would be best to go to this one before it gets dark outside.

I love their chicken sandwich and it's not a long wait time so if you have a few minutes before you have to go back from lunch this is a good place to go.

This location puts out consistent quality and the items are never stale. Store is clean and appears fairly new. Service is usually pretty quick and the order-taking accurate. I like that their sodas are the perfect mix of syrup and carbonation unlike many fast food places that serve "weak" sodas.

Chicken ws fresh and crispy! Also, the jalapeño bombers were right out of the fryer and good! The guy that took our order was patient while we decided on what we wanted to eat!

I haven't eaten at Church's chicken in a while but one day driving on Hardwood, I smelled the chicken and decided to stop there. It was hot, fresh and very tasty....like how Church's use to be!!

Great place and thankfully it exists at this location its the only fast food chicken for several miles. I love the corn nuggets. Sometimes the dining area isn't the cleanest but I do frequent the drive thru often.

Update: the owner called me and rectified the issue. She was very polite and apologetic. I appreciate the service and response. This chicken is stale, the fries are cool. I’ve attempted to call but, it goes to a full mailbox. I’ve also left feedback on the site. I want my money back and I’ll happily return this order. The biscuit was fine.

There was only 3 people working at the time I went. So it took a while to get food order and recieved. But once I recieved food notice stuff was missing still. Understandable there was only 3 people working. It was corrected. Food was hot but chicken sandwich had a little pink to it. Other than that all was good.

Had the fried shrimp and tenders $6 combo with a side of corn on the cob and fries. I thought the shrimps was too dry and caked with flour but my 11yrs old felt it was good. Customer service was good but not exceptional. We have been back again because my son likes their food. Never too busy on both occasions.

I had the above comment in my first review and it still holds true today. The food always tastes like it was freshly made. The spicy is a little hotter on some days than others. Can't tell if it is my imagination or if it changes slightly from time to time.

I was trying out this spot from the "Too God Too Go" app, I ordered at around 545am for 945pm pick up. Paid 3.99+tax, a bag of chicken in a container that couldn't be closed 1 mac and cheese, a bunch of mash potatoes and gravy, and a large bag of biscuits. And it was all spicy chicken, oh yeah its about to go down 😎 😋.

If you can get a discount or you watch how much you order, this establishment is lovely! 💲 ✨The service was nice and efficient and the food came out exactly as you'd expect! I had chicken strips. The strips needed some seasoning. Gravy on the mashed potatoes was brown gravy with a lot of chicken bullion. Okra was fried nicely but again could have used seasoning.

Crazy prices a family sized order of okra is $12.00. That's nuts! And the new spicy sauce is soo sweet we just tossed it in the trash.

I had the spicy chicken strips. They were quite good, better than Popeyes these days. I also had their two hand held chicken pot pies. They were even better. And two are less than $4. Much better than Marie Colander.

I ordered a family meal and didn't get biscuits. I drove over 20 mins just to get food. I tried to call, but their isn't a reachable number.

I used to go to this Church"s Chicken all the time, my family really enjoyed the food. I haven't been in awhile and went to order a family meal and wanted mainly legs and they would not do it, I even offered to pay more but he still said no he wasn't allowed. I used to order all legs or mainly legs all the time and yes sometimes I would pay extra if it was necessary. Anyways, they lost out on a $45 sale, and I ended up buying a few chicken legs separately just for my kiddos! It's just kinda weird they wouldn't give me the chicken I was willing to pay for.

Service was fine. Effort put into the food at night at least just seemed lacking. The Mac and cheese legit tasted like a hot banana. Weird, but that's why the review is 3 stars. It's a restaurant, fast food yes, but pride yourself on your food. Treat your employees better so maybe they'll put more effort into the food they make.

Chicken strips we're old and hard. Noone asked if any dipping sauces/gravy was needed and none provided of course. No ketchup for the fries which were decent. I rate a 2 because it was quick.

Just not a good experience. 2 of the 4 pcs of chicken I received were either overcooked or cooked twice. Very dry. The other two pcs had the strong odor of burnt oil. The biscuit was the only GOOD part of the meal. Sorry, Church's Chicken, I will not be back

First of all, I have to say that I have been a fan of Church's for a long time. Love the chicken, love the biscuits, it's all good. But yesterday, I walked into this restaurant and it was literally hotter inside than it was outside. And it was at least 90 outside, mind you. I sat there and ate my chicken, while dripping in sweat. Very uncomfortable, very unsatisfying. I'm a manager in customer service and I know you need to make sure your customer is comfortable and happy. I was so hot, I couldn't stand to finish my food because I could stand the heat any longer. I wasn't the only customer who noticed it, as I sat there 2 customers said something about it. Walking outside was my final relief, as it was way more cool outside. I won't be back to this church's. It's a shame.

Whoever took over this location the past few years has made the quality go down. They do not season the chicken unless it’s spicy. The chicken is often dry/unseasoned unless it’s certain employees inside. For the love of god season the chicken. You have to season fried foods. S E A S O N. Also make sure the macaroni is macaroni and not slop.

Always check your order this is probably the third time this location gave me regular instead of spicy. It’s annoying. We prefer the spicy and order it that way. You can tell if you check it if it’s spicy or not. I wish the order puller would be able to know as well. It a consistent problem, today I didn’t have time to go back to get it fixed. It’s just a disappointing experience when it’s just the regular. It’s just not as flavorful.

Order a 12 piece family meal. Two sweet teas. The sweet teas was old and undrinkable all the chicken was dark meat. Durm sticks and thighs no white meat. For $44 + I expected better.

Service is trash here.. the young lady in the front never spoke when I walked in nor while filling my order she had a stank look on her face like she didnt want to be there the guy in the back though came up with a smile and asked what I needed.

While I have no idea what the atmosphere is like because I went through the drive-thru I can speak to the quality of the food and service. The drive-thru was fairly quick because we were the inly ones in line. As for the taste of the food I can say I LOVE Church's coleslaw and always have! The fried okra is really good, also. However, the chicken here was VERY disappointing. I grew up eating Church's Chicken but in a different city so I was happy to find out there was a location close to where I live now. Unfortunately, the chicken at this location tastes NOTHING like it does at many of the other locations I've been to. They all taste the same which is great! But, the skin/chicken here had a very odd flavor (maybe different grease used to fry it) and the tenders were SO TOUGH I could not eat them. When we called after we were able to eat dinner they were closed. So we attempted to call the next evening but they would not answer the phone. So my sister and son went back up there and the manager did offer to replace the tenders but not the sides. So we were prepared to pay for those again when he did offer to throw in one side at no charge. While I really appreciated him replacing the food (though according to my sister he didn't seem to happy about it), esp. since it cost me over 30.00 I was still very disappointed that the chicken had the same odd flavor. If I return to this location I will likely only order the coleslaw which is all I ate from there (besides a little bit of okra). I do understand franchises can do things somewhat differently but considering I've been to many locations which all had the same great chicken flavor I believe it's just this location that does something different enough that I won't be returning (unless it's for the coleslaw!!).

Ordered a 10 piece mixed meal and a large unsweetened tea. They didn't have sweetener but said I could get sugar or sweet tea. Obviously I can't drink sugar or I would have ordered sweet tea. The tea taste like dish soap like container wasn't washed out good enough. I had to pull around to front for biscuits and waited 30 more minutes. They came out and tried to give me someone else single meal and I had to prove I bought what I bought. By time I got food chicken was cold and even thighs were dried out, it's hard to get dried out thighs.

Food tasted ok. I asked for piping hot chicken and told the guy I wouldn’t mind waiting because I always want the most fresh crispy chicken. I didn’t wait wait to get home so I opened my box in the car and come to find out the chicken was not so fresh. The skin was beginning to get soggy no crisp at all and the manager or cashier wanted to argue with me that the chicken was fresh. I’m like “sir, I JUST ate a piece and it was Luke warm like it had been sitting in a warmer for quite some time, not even like it was setting under the heat lamps” . Instead of offering to get me some fresher chicken like I asked, just immediately gave me a refund for the chicken only portion of my tan. Just Poor customer service… like I said before I didn’t mind waiting. And clearly they are open for dine in or carry out

I told my daughter last week that this company was hiring. So today she went in and inquired about the job. They didn’t even give her time to leave the property before they snatched down the now hiring sign. I do believe it was because she’s African American. I also have a video of them doing so.

Terrible customer service via drive thru window. Have been there many times but today was by far the worst experience I have had. I couldn’t hear anything due to the low volume speaker-which has never been a problem. I’m assuming it was whom ever was working at the time (I think his name was Juan). I asked a question about a family meal- at the window because I could hear at the speaker-repeated my question several times, and stated what I was not asking- because I was repeatedly told what I ordered-only to be stared at crazy and disrespected. I ended up driving off. Roll of the dice on customer service, never been treated this way before at this location.

This experience wasn't as good as they normally are. Chicken was greasy &tasted as if it was cooked in old grease. Fries didn't taste done, but had same old grease taste. Not everyday is perfect; this just wasn't a good day..

I was there last week and the manager looks so confused and disoriented completely rude to me and my family at first I was already charged but he suspected one of the drink non paid of he come up lto me to pay again untill my wife pulled the receipt and showed to him and he never apologized at all it will be never this place for me again, untill sme improvement of the staff inside this place.

My cashier was maskless. I ordered a combo and before I could finish ordering, he turned around and put my box together. I told him that I wanted to substitute the side but he cut me off and just told me the total . Then he just turned his head, smiled and pretended he didn't hear me. I asked him if he heard me (bc I was wearing a mask). He said yes and asked me if I wanted ketchup. I repeated my request and was ignored again. The new recipe shrimp had the properties of both rubber and gum. Fries were old and the biscuit was so oily, you could wring it out like a sponge.

I went in the drive thru and ordered 14 pc tender and 2 pc ckn... got mixed brown meat only. My order was wrong and I even got took for some money. I called explained I was the only one at window. So she smugly said she was sorry and we were busy we had 20 people in here. Twenty people is too much for you to handle. JUST A JOKE...

Churches has this nice beautiful pictures of these new Honey buffalo bites this is false advertisement. I bought those honey bites 5 in a box for $3 the bites were dry and they were small like let's see smaller than donut holes! This was very disappointing and I bought three boxes of the $3 ones as snacks for my children and we were all disappointed

This place has really went down hill. The chicken have a really bad after taste and not fresh at all. Chicken has been old and half cooked the last few times I been to this location. They charge for extra sauce even if you get tenders....which is ridiculous. Eat here at your own risk!

I got a chicken sandwhich and a regular order of crinkle fries. The chicken sandwhich was edible. The fries were gross. They were cold and tasted as though they were made last week. Also, they tasted as though they were fried in oil that should have been thrown out. I took a little bite and gave them back. What a huge disappointment.

This place gave me old chicken and me another coworker got real sick off this chicken. When I got to work the chicken was really brown I thought they just over cooked it. No looks like they refried old chicken. I called the health department cause I called Church's several times a day for several days and they wouldn't answer. Do go here until they are checked out by the health department they need to close them down.

I placed an order at the drive thru. When I got to the window, my order was incorrect and the drink was missing syrup. I went back to the drive thru window. The Asian guy corrected the order and gave me another drink. Once I got down the street I looked at the lid and it had a dead gnat on the inside of it. I will NEVER eat from here again. This is a disgrace and they are disgusting. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I will be turning you in to the Health department.

A 16 piece mixed family meal now costs over $50 and just 2-3 years ago it cost $30.30. Out of 16 pieces there were just 2 really big pieces and the rest was a joke. Very small wings and drumsticks and the rest was batter heavy. Sides were okay. The service was good but it's not worth the money. Home cooking is better, anyway.

They really need to work on their customer service, from beginning to end the man at the drive thru rushed me and was just overall dry and rude. Then with the food, the chicken was burnt and flavorless. I’ll definitely be careful with choosing locations to my favorite chains in the future cause this missed every mark

I had the worst chicken of my life there Tuesday night. It was totally hardened and dried up. The batter basically crumbled and dropped when you bit into it because the chicken under it had dried and shrunk up like it had been under the lamp for a few hours. I literally had about 2 bites off each piece that wasn't too dried up to chew. When I called twice to speak to someone about it, I just got a generic voice-mail that didn't even identify the business as church's. I left my name, number, and the issue I had with the food and still haven't heard back. I won't be spending money there again. Have told family and friends about it too, they won't be either.

I asked what time they were closing because the weather is really bad and the roads are very icy…. I was told may be 630. So I was trying to confirm whether I should place an order now because he said maybe and he had an attitude he’s very rude. Not sure if he was Mexican or Arabic but he rudely hung up in my cave and was also talking very aggressively…. I was not rude at all. I was just trying to get confirmation before I had went out in the bad weather. I would not request this place to eat at not even on a good day. That was a terrible way to handle someone. By the way, I worked in restaurants in plenty of restaurants and I have never treated a customer this way.

This restaurant routinely shorts my orders. Today, I decided to go inside and order so I could check. Of course, they shorted me again and I called her out for it. She apologized and corrected the short. The cook used his bare hands to make a sandwich for someone then he came to front counter and took an order from another customer. I believe Euless requires all food handling employees in the city to take a class on hygiene. I don't know what to think of this place. The new signage is terrible. If you drive by you have no idea what food they serve.

This particular Church's serves old chicken. it's like they cook a bunch before lunch and just let it sit. all day under the hot lights. If you order later in the day, you will only get dry chicken. There are too many better places nearby to waste money here.

I bought the smoke house chicken they gave me dry chicken with a bit of seasoning on top of the chicken I can also tell the chicken was old reheated chicken when I first tried it this chicken it was from another location and I thought it was delicious very juicy hot chicken and the flavor was wonderful when I stopped in at the euless location I was so very disappointed it’s not worth your time or money at all this was my second time there and it was absolutely the same mad I went again

My 12 & 15 year old daughters went, One guy working was rude & charged her for a Large Mashed Potato $4.99 she didn’t order her meal came with a small, then they didn’t give her the fries she ordered $2.99 so she goes back for her $4.99 with the potatoes she didn’t order he goes what do you want now? She tells him he rudely gives her the fries and doesn’t refund her so I call the manager Humayon or whatever name they said they thought it was funny calling my daughter that girl and being rude! First and last time and none of her food was fresh.. Shame on you guys! Then the manager had the nerve to say oh he was just playing like who plays with a paying customer saying what do you want now!

If I could give no stars I would. I just went and bought dinner. Waited for quite some timefor them to cook my chicken to get uncooked chicken. I didn't notice till I got home and I called up there and I told them my issue. The manager Juan was very unprofessional. He laughed in my face as if I was lying to him. We all had separate meals fchicken fried stake, and fried chicken. Only one meal was wrong. I was fine with going back up there to have it remade till he became rude over the phone and started laughing as if it was a joke. Churches needs to hire better management if you ever want me to buy from here again. I will pass the word. BE CAREFUL UNDERCOOKED CHICKEN!!!!
