Salad is delicious. Pastas are ok, nothing great. I got Ravioli Carbonara and it was very greasy/heavily buttered. Taste was ok, but not worth price. The Pastas here can be bland in my opinion. They are killing the salad game but need to up the taste quality on their Pastas, especially for the price.

Upon entering, the strong smell of sewer greets you in the entrance. It's pretty bad. Once we were taken to our table, which luckily was in the very back of the restaurant, our service was great! Our waitress was attentive to our needs, very prompt with our order and we enjoyed a delicious meal. The breadsticks were phenomenal. I'm a little disappointed that they took the create a sampler away, but our meal was still great!! I'm only giving 4 stars because of the sewer smell.

Overall kinda mid experience, if you have the choice go to the one on the West side instead. They food is the same either way but the service is much better over there. You do typically have a shorter wait here tho.

Food quality is usually good but lately not up to par. Bread sticks were not fresh and salad lacked sufficient dressing. Soup was bland compared to normal. Service was decent.

The restaurant had a funky smell in some parts. The quality of food has seriously declined over the years. I probably wont ever go to another OG again. Salad was saturated in overpowering vinegar dressing, soup was ok, bread was ok, pasta was good but the meatballs were overly seasoned so badly, the tiramisu and chocolate cake were practically flavorless and the only thing to save the chocolate cake is the Hershey syrup it was drenched in. My server was excellent.

As someone who has eaten at many Olive Gardens, the only reason this particular one will get 2 stars from me is because my Sever was willing to go above and beyond, had the sweetest tone, and a smile on her face the whole time. And the Female Manager or shift manager, whichever she was, was so willing to try and help. It just didn't make up for the inconsistencies coming from the kitchen. Chicken Alfredo with Broccoli added is my dish of choice. Well, the grilled chicken was rubbery, and I don't mean the usual cooked chicken texture that I've come to enjoy from olive garden. It was overcooked. I did get it replaced with the Fritta style chicken and was much happier with the chicken, but by the time this all came to an end, I'd eaten my soup, most of the breadsticks and just had to Box up my meal which was disappointing. My Alfredo was watery because my noodles weren't drained all the way, so it completely threw off the texture of my dish, and the sauce just pooled around the bottom of the dish under the noodles. My partners Tour of Italy came out looking like somebody had already tried to dig in, which was a first for me because I've seen many Tours of Italy come out pristine. And he had a crispy piece of chicken on his plate, which was odd, but if I throw a fit over that, I'm just nitpicking. That won't lose your points. Sometimes, the presentation gets messy. The temperature of the food was a huge disappointment, I'm used to Olive Gardens Dishes being nice and hot, giving you a few minutes to socialize while they cool in front of you. This was not the case at this location, it was finger warm warm enough to see notice a temperature difference but you can't convince me that this had just been prepared or even thrown in a microwave to at least bring it back up to temp. I love Olive Garden, and the Chain will always have my business as I've been going to them since I was 12 years old, 11 years later and I still haven't found a better, or more consistent place to get my Alfredo and Tiramisu for date nights and social events. But this location will be hard pressed to get me to return, which is disappointing. Please do better and work on your consistency and standards.

Be careful when you tip cause they are cheating you. It was stuffy and smelly on our last trip. We were also charged $2.99 for a table game when we didn't play any game. I think our waitress did it when she ordered our appetizer. Annoying to be charged and taxed and pay a tip on something we didn't even do. Also, they add the tax into your tip when they aren't supposed to. You are supposed to tip on the pre tax amount. Be careful when you tip cause they are cheating you.

Then I just ask for bread sticks and Alfredo and she charged me 7 dollars for the sauce and breadsticks. Now I see this place has magnets smh yall just nasty and I was there last week Saturday night.

Nice and neat restaurant, but the food prices have become ludicrous. Two salads, a soup, and two pieces of tiramisu will cost 50 dollars. Add 10 dollars for the tip, and the costs will be too much for a common couple. We used to come here often, but no more. Much too expensive!

We had family in town and decided to go eat on the Westside after our son's christmas concert. We were a party of 9. We had a young waitress and bless her heart she did her best to keep up. It was a long wait for breadsticks and our food. When we finally got the breadsticks they were burnt. We had issues with ALL of our food. They were also out of kids pizzas for the night.(7pm) That's never happened before. We eat at the other restaurant all the time. We saw managers walking around enjoying themselves and didn't even offer to help our struggling waitress. When we went to leave we noticed that staff members had a back door propped open and were smoking. When the manager saw us stop and look he literally flicked his cigarette and RAN to get out of our site. We won't be back. This wasn't our first bad experience from this location. Sad.
