Before this Denny’s was a bit overwhelming. But since they upgraded it, it has better staff and it looks clean and the food is great. Rosa and Ace are wonderful cooks, I love when they cook for me. Cesi is a great server who always get us what we want and need! Thank you!

I went over the weekend to try something new and surprisingly it turn out how I expected it soon as I step in the workers sat me down and I chose what I wanted to eat and my food came in just in 7 mins and my server was Cecilia she was sweet and caring and always checking if every thing was okay with me the food was very delicious and when it was the time to start leaving I could barely move a muscle of how full I was definitely would go again next week.

Had the Philly Cheese omlette. It was perfect. Francisco was solo and was running that dining room like a champ. Excellent service. Delicious grilled cheese and soup as well.

Booths are clean and roomy. The waitress was very nice and made no mistakes with our order. The food was above average and portions we're generous. The one negative was that they were out of mashed potatoes and we were there at dinner time. I definitely would eat there again and recommend them to everyone.

My daughter and I love to travel and always find a Dennys. We get the same items, two side salads, and a sample to share. We substitute some things out because not all Dennys fry their onion ring nor mozzarella stock right. This Dennys had great service and excellent salad, with perfectly fried food. Perfect comfort food after a days play at Six Flags!!

My sister in law and I love having breakfast here. This is an older restaurant, but their food is better than the new ones, literally a few blocks away! Its clean and the service is great. I'm addicted to the berry pancakes that has fresh blueberries in the batter, and topped with strawberries and banana, with a dollop of whipped cream. It's awesome!

I went there Saturday and Sunday with my family. We love eating especially the one in Fairfield California. They have beautiful teamwork. I seen the servers taking each other’s food out. The food was nice hot. I got my refills for my drinks. And the service is really nice there. They are busy but they keep managing the best they can thank you Paco and Estella and Cesi 😍😍😍 best servers. They have the deals they’re super slammed for 9.99 where you get pancakes bacon sausage and hashbrowns. Best deal ever. I’m on a mission to find the person/people working on Sunday night! I came in around 9pm, on my way back home to San Francisco. It had been raining pretty hard, so the drive was tough and I needed a break. Everything was wonderful while I was there, the service was excellent, fast…but most importantly, like a doof, I left my wallet behind only to have it recovered and held for me until I could return 2 days later (I didn’t even realize I didn’t have it until I was safely back to the city). My life was in that wallet! I am so grateful and would like to properly thank the team working that night. This is a perfect Denny’s, great folks…go visit them and don’t leave your things behind!! Lol

Come here for breakfast, always a delight, food is good and served hot! The fruit used is fresh and the atmosphere is amazing, always feels so homey and cozy! Definitely recommend for breakfast. Went there after bowling last Saturday around midnight and they must have recently upgraded because the seats and booths were nice and cushioned. I had the zesty nachos and tried their chocolate banana and peanut butter milkshake!!!! Omg delicious!!! I will definitely be going back for another!!!

It's tucked way the heck back away from the freeway, but once you find it, it's a pretty decent Denny's - certainly better than one of the two others in the Fairfield area. It's clean, the service is good, as is the quality of the general Denny's fare. It's one of our usual stops if we're late getting out of the Bay Area headed home to Sacramento

The food tasted absolutely great and was nothing shy of what I expect when I go to any run-of-the-mill Denny and although the payout, in order for me to leave, was a tad bit slow I'd have to say. Other then that one thing (which is why i gave a 4 star rating, not a 5 stars was selected as well) no complaints here tho!

I ordered a side of biscuits and gravy and the buttermilk biscuits were nice and fresh and the gravy was almost hot enough to burn my mouth. Very good, didn't even need seasoning. Way better than Babs Dinner.

Denny's has always been a "go-to" for grabbing a bite. This location did not disappoint. Good food. Friendly and efficient staff. Clean tables, floors, and stations. You really can't ask for too much more than that.

We stopped here because the Black Bear Resteruant nearby was being remodeled. Apon arriving in the parking lot the last Disabled parking slot near the entrance door was taken by a Non Disabled Young Couple. Great I am Disabled and use a cane. Once we got inside and ordered, the food was hot and delicious. The waitress was nice and friendly to us. I would recommend this place to family and friends.

The people are nice. A little bit of a wait since it's a holiday. That's ok. The wait went pretty quickly. My order was taken shortly after I sat down. I appreciate the fact that a restaurant was open on Christmas. I went here because it was close by and I wanted to get out of the house for a little bit. I would go back while living in the area.

It's a Denny's. The food is consistent. The staff helpful and polite. Dining room and restrooms are clean and well lit. Today, I had the cheese steak omelet with an upgrade to french toast instead of toast/pancakes. I love this omelet, mushrooms, onion, bell pepper, and tender beef with swiss cheese wrapped in three eggs. It's not a culinary innovation, nothing on the Denny's menu ever is, but it is a dish that I have come to crave every so often. Denny's offers standard diner fare, good service, and a clean environment at affordable prices in just about every town with a highway off ramp in the US.

It's strange how you go from one restaurant to another and the atmosphere is changed by the wait staff being happy or not. At this one it just seemed like the staff was overworked and a bit angry about it. The food was fine, the cleanliness was acceptable. But what makes a Denny's great is the people. Maybe they need to hire more wait stuff so that the current wait staff won't feel so over worked.

Was here late Saturday night. Our server was Gina. She was great. She checked up on us constantly and made sure we had everything we needed during our meal. Our food was good. Coffee was okay super light blend. Clean bathrooms and dining area.

The value slam breakfast is one favorite! The buttermilk pancakes are always fantastic, eggs and bacon are always perfect too. Don't go on Sunday around noon or 1 because it's slammed! I went back Friday night about 5:30 or 6 and had the most fantastic value hamburger and perfect fries! $9 wow! nice waitress too

Brought my mother in for a brunch hour breakfast. She didn't want too much but on her picking and choosing the nice order taker explained that it'd be better to get the Grand Slam deal with her order and it would be cheaper than if we had done it the way she wanted it. And also included hash browns which she didn't ask for but she ended up eating anyway. Mom specifically wanted toast and they offered us that instead of the pancakes which was really nice. The problem is the toast was only toasted on one side and then buttered on the untoasted side. Mom was very disappointed that the toast wasn't toasted on both sides. I was a little confused too but we did not make an issue of it was staff as mom was able to make a full meal with the hash browns. I had the French Toast Grand Slam. The French toast was better than I expected. It tasted very good for something I had not had in a long time. I got a couple of eggs sunny side up and they were done perfectly. The hash browns are delicious, cooked on a grill; they don't taste anything like the deep fried ones you get at a certain clown place. Bacon and sausage we're both delicious as well. The meal filled us both. My only atmosphere related concern was that Mom really wanted a booth so she could people watch out the window, and I being a big person had a hard time sliding into the booth they're a little too tight for people who are of a larger size. It was my mom I dealt with it. We plan to return again next time I'm in Fairfield to visit Mom.

My server was mostly nice but completely rushed me through my meal even though there were plenty of seats available for others and it was 2am. I had just worked 12 hours and wanted to have a break and eat before driving another hour to get home. Paid nearly $20 with the tip for subpar service.

Service was really slow..it took over 30 minutes to get our drinks. When the food finally came out..it was good. It did seem like our waitress was the problem. But she was a sweet older lady.

My mom ordered the potato balls and I ordered slow-cooked pork with mashed potato one day when we stopped there for a quick bite. Both dishes turned out to be very salty and greasy. Anyway, I think it's the usual style of the fast-food they provide. Service is slow in general.

The restaurant was busy. We were seated right away but waited awhile for service. The food is ok. The steak was small but everything else was good. The server was great and helpful.

Denny’s is an older restaurant usually serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert all day long as it is open 24 hours a day. We came for breakfast this meal and the restaurant was fairly busy but we were seated at a booth with in 5 minutes. There are 3 handicapped parking spaces and a nice free parking lot. This Denny’s is next door to In-N-Our Burger and next door to a major hotel chain. Our waitress asked if we would like something to drink and promptly brought that to the table. Lynne, our waitress, was courteous, friendly, and helpful. She was attentive to our needs (glass needing a refill etc) and prompt at fulfilling those needs. I have nothing bad to say about her! We spent about 3 minutes looking over the menu and ordered. Lynne brought the orange juice and jam for the biscuit. She came by again to tell us our food should be out shortly. The food was good, not great. The bacon was very thin and greasy, but after wiping it off on a napkin, tasted okay. The toast tasted stale, but I ate one piece with bacon on it. The other plate was eggs over medium, a biscuit, hash browns, and chicken fried steak. It was all okay, nothing to write home about. For that food including a soda our total came to about $34 so you can value for yourself our money’s worth.

We ordered online (first time doing it) and my food was ready when I got there. We wanted three orders of Dulce de Leche Dessert Pancakes. The person who helped me was very rude... she looked very mad (she’s a petite and thin woman, with glasses and dark hair) and she was definitely having an attitude. For some reason that I simply cannot understand when she looked at my order receipt she exclaimed; Oh Wow!! and rolled her eyes. The pancakes were good but cold... so I had to reheat them.

The most important thing is the food was good. No concerns on taste and quality and on todays visit they actually got the orders correct and didnt miss providing parts of the meal like the bacon or the sausage. Having said that it is clear they struggle with organization during peak times and holidays. None of the servers or manager were consistent in their prioritization, had ppl waiting for seats for extended amounts of time when there were open and clean booths (I ordered my food to go) and the communication among the staff was poor if not non-existent. My primary issue is I ordered online and when arrived 20minutes later (eta online) it wasnt ready, ok no problem. Its busy I understand. But after 15 more minutes I asked if it was close and the manager specifically said the ticket didnt print until 10 mins ago, so whats the point of ordering online I asked her and she was dumbfounded. Then she told me my order was last in the current lineup of like 7 orders. Fail. I then was about to just cancel the order and only after I came back up to the counter to cancel she tells me she was wrong and my order is getting bagged right now. Ok cool. But had you communicated with your staff and asked, you woulda known my order wasnt far off. Poor communication. Then I get home and realize I got 3 containers of syrup for four breakfast orders. 🤷🏾‍♂️. Nothing’s perfect so oh well but definitely do not recommend them at a peak time ever. This was my third time ordering from here and each time theres some kind of fail. Guess thats why its cheap.

After coming most Fridays for a year the service went completely south. Cold food, being ignored by the server and only excuses with no apology for poor service. This used to be the good Denny's and now I can't help but to say avoid going here.

Not very pleasant. Very unorganized. Kaotic. We were seated in the back right booth. Went to get sweetener for coffee. Reached onto container and the container was f garbage, empty sugar packets the container was full of dirty finger prints, salt and peper needed to be wiped off, black Rack on the table was disgusting, needless to. Say table had not been cleaned in a while. Not a pleasant experience.

Had country fried stake and eggs. Gravy was very lumpy with no flavor. Hashbrowns were borderline burnt. Table next to me remained unbussed the whole time I was there. Front door was very dirty.

Rude service by April. I went here to place a to go order. I was given a menu by a polite young man, and after reviewing it. I stood in line to place my order. April saw me a decided to take others prior to me. Then another customer stood behind me waiting to pay. As my turn came, April again tried ignoring me, I stated I’d like to place an order to go, and she said, okay let me take care of her first, pointing to the customer behind me. I was taken aback by this, and responded with okay. When she was done ringing up the customer, she turned to me, rolled her eyes and said “whenever you’re ready” as if I was wasting her time at this point. It was such a turn off being disregarded multiple times and then being treated as if I’m the one holding her up when I’m on lunch and have a time schedule to keep. This service mindset was so distasteful that I did not want to give that establishment my money after they have already wasted my time.

My third and final time at this location. Each visit has been unpleasant in several ways. Today we waited for over ten minutes to be seated, and with my elderly relative was pushed to the furthest back corner past the cluttered emergency exit. Despite the seating all along the windows were available. The food took over thirty minutes and the cleaning lady placed a disgusting floor squeegee propped behind my son's head. When I got up and moved it to rest against the numerous chairs stacked in front of the emergency exit, the cleaning lady gave me a nasty look. From now on my family will take the time to drive to a different location.

I'd give it 0 stars if possible. Came in and there were maybe people at 5 tables. Nobody came to seat me for several minutes. When i was finally seated and ordered my drink i was asked if i was ready to order...well i wasn't seeing as to how i just literally sat down. Waited over 20 min and not a soul came to take my order...keep in mind there were only 5 other tables with people in them. Paid for my drink and left. I will never come back.

I waited like 20 minutes to get my food and when it finally came it was cold. Not even slightly warm just plain cold. I told the waitress so she took the plate only to come back with it a minute later after she microwaved it. The food had no flavor except for the ketchup I added and the toast was drowned in butter to the point where it leaked when I lifted it up.The food destroyed my stomach for the entire day. I should have gone to IHOP this place is horrible

This place is not I repeat not open 24 hours although the sign states that and online website States it too simply because from 2:00 in the morning to 5:00 in the morning it's closed I and my girlfriend waited three and a half hours in the parking lot for online order to be completed when we had understanding it would have been done right away as usual should they be open 24 hours but they're NOT! Major inconvenience Unnecessary should they update their Website and Sign! Besides their food was lukewarm at best unhappy non polite woman cooking that morning also! If you don't like your job hey a different one, this was our first and last visit to this Denny's location! We must only guess why the female cook was so rude

Okay let's start here. They have remodeled and it looks a lot better. But all the remodeling in the world can't replace unclean dishes utensils and other things. The food was less than satisfactory. At least what we order anyway. It was absolutely horrible. I usually have a pretty decent meal at Denny's but today was the exception

My family and I went here after church. We understand that there may be a wait, but this place was ridiculous. When we arrived, there were approximately six groups ahead of us. They lady said about a 30 minute. We decided to wait. The problem came about when the tables became available and were cleaned, but the lady nor the gentleman called the groups to be seated. Tables were empty for 20 minutes and more without them seating anyone. They never apologized to waiting guests or explained what was going on. Four of the six groups left. We had waited an hour and there was one couple who came in before us that were finally seated so they had waited over an hour. Once seated, there was us and one other group. They finally called people, but we’re telling them most of the people left. It was like the scene in Farris Bueller’s day off! We ordered our food and it took 30 minutes to get our food with now a practically empty restaurant. Still, no apologies just “thank you for waiting”. There was more but this review is long enough. Don’t go here. They seem to care more about their online orders than flesh and blood customers.

This was not the worst dining experience I have ever had, but it was close. I was seated promptly and within a couple of minutes the waitress brought the menu and took my beverage order, "Diet Coke and a glass of water please". Five or six minutes elapse and the waitress brings me a glass that looks like Diet Coke, and no water. I take a drink only to discover it is Coke, not Diet Coke. Several more minutes elapse while I wait for the waitress to return. No joy, she is not returning. I leave my seat to hunt down the first available Denny's person to get my beverage order corrected. The person that helped me apologized and noted that Coke and Diet Coke look the same. Really! Do they also come from the same dispenser? Several more minutes elapse until the waitress returns to take my order. I ordered my meal which included an order of bacon. So far, the interaction I have had with the hostess and the waitress, gave me the impression that they were bothered by the fact that they were expected to wait on patrons. Now after an unusually long wait, the waitress brings my order to my table and she promptly leaves. Right after she leaves, I notice that even though I ordered bacon, I got sausage. I ordered bacon because I don't like sausage. Well, I didn't want to wait another ten or fifteen minutes to have my food order corrected, I just gave the sausage to someone else. Besides that, the waitress never returned again anyway except to present me with the bill. I never got a drink refill, both my water glass and my Diet Coke glass remained empty, no one ever asked me if the meal was okay. I had the feeling I was just a burden to them. I never complained about anything and I remained polite. I will not return to that Denny's for at least one year. By then, I am pretty sure, they will all have been fired. No stars from me (had to give one star to post the review). On a positive note, I felt no need to leave a tip which saved me $5.00

First of all, the service was terrible. I ordered an omelette and I received scrabbled eggs with bacon and sausages instead. The whole time we were there she never asked if our meal was okay or if we needed anymore refill. The portions were small. Will not recommend this particular Dennys. The Dennys in Cordelia is much better.

Very poor service! I called to inform staff that my steak was rare instead of medium well. ..i was ask to hold... I was on hold for more than 20 min. I drove to Denny's while still on hold...i arrived to store- ask for manager and asked him did he recognize his store number which clearly showed that I was on hold for 23 min and 4 sec and it was still counting... my money was returned but my meal and appetite was ruined. I'm done with Dennis... poor management, and the worse customer service I've ever experienced. Denny's was once a deceit establishment...ugh! I will be notifying corporate office Monday morning.

I Encountered one of the worst visits At This denny's location Adding up to $40. I was completely dissatisfi, got off at work at 430 at Night went to Denny's for breakfast And surprise my family with breakfast. When I got home from work upon my discovemy meal was poorly prepared And missing key items. In my breakfast. I had 2 grand slims that only contain eggs and sausage. No toast, no hash Browns. Then And they separated each item into different containers. Where it looked like I had a complete meal but it was just A meal separated. Which was a complete outrage. That I had to drive in half an hour back to the same Denny's location They had to remake my order. I asked for a refund as well because of the hour-long drive and the inconvenience knowing how expensive fuel is. And they said I would get my A refund in 7 days that never came. I called back to speak to a Mand they told me because of the cost of food they don't do refunds anymore, disregarding the cost of my gas and fuel and time it took From me and and after being Disrespected by the manager. She hung up in my face.10-29-23 I'm trying to make a phone call to get the manager's name. But she's not answering the company phone for in bond orders... I will never go to this location ever

I had an issue with my credit card or maybe it was their register? Paid with a second card and ended up with a bill on both cards. I called in and spoke with the manager, he said to give it a week to see in the “glitch” fixed it self. Never did so I went in person with my receipt and card statements. I talked with the same guy from the phone and showed him everything and pleaded my case for a refund. He denied that they charged me twice and was very unhelpful. I would not recommend this place and will never eat there again. The service was very slow and the eggs were cold on kids meal plates. There are a lot of other options near by avoid at all costs. This place stinks!!!!!!!!!

Ordered food at 3am, picked up, got it home, food was completed over cooked/burnt, and inedible. Immediately went back for a refund, was told I had to come back after 6am when a manager was actually present to get a refund, came back a few hours later and spoke with the manager and got refunded, but the refund will take 5-7 days to return to my account. So I didn't eat, and I'm out my money for almost a week. Horrible business practice, could only go as low as 1 ⭐ on here, but even that's not deserved. Edit... 4-25-23 Went back on 4/19 because I still hadn't received my refund, the manager remembered me went to check on it... 15 minutes later she told me she just got off the phone and that they said my refund was still pending, and that they released it that day... It is now 4/25, and I still haven't been refunded for this situation.....

Waited an hour for our bland food. Mashed potatoes were more like potato soup. Coffee siplled by the server and then ignored. Eggs were not cooked all the way. Not taste with the shredded potatoes. Chicken tenders burnt. Not a good time.

Our original waitress was perfectly prompt with a great sense of humor. Unfortunately as we were on our way out another waitress shouted across the restaurant and asked if we were going to pay. I relayed to her that I already paid and it was on the table. I was completely embarrassed and felt that it was a personal attack. I will be filing a complaint with local management and corporate.

0 Stars! The service was unacceptable. Our server gossiped with another server while our food sat in the window for over 10 minutes. They were not busy maybe five tables, we did not receive coffee refill, and when we got our food it was cold and unedible. The only edible portion of our meal was the toast an English muffin that they did not prepare. Will not return to this Denny's, and highly doubt I will visit any of their other establishments due to this poor quality. Go somewhere else!

The food was decent. Not a big fan of this location. Unfortunately. It took a very long time for us to get our food and there were only about three other parties seated in the entire restaurant. I had to remind our waitress several times to get us water and other items. She was very nice, but otherwise not super attentive. It was disappointing. At best. The food tasted fine except for all the pancakes were burned and I didn't want to wait again for them to fix them so we just left.

They seated other people at our table, then after 40 minutes of waiting they brought me a very strange dish with one sausage, which I didn’t care about. And when I asked to bring me what I ordered, they simply redid the same thing. There are many other places around, but I was hungry after an hour of waiting

Must have been the first day on the job for our waitress. Also the cooks. No drinks then finally got them- no straws. Got our food finally, hubbys was sent back as he ordered over easy eggs, not hard. My club sandwich was the first time I’d ever seen it served as a two piece sandwich. Tasted ok tho. Had to go find napkins, straws, and the bill finally. Please don’t ruin your day by stopping here.

If I could give 0 stars I would, worst service I've ever had at a dennys . We arrived and the place only had a few other customers . Nobody offered us drinks or menu. One of the servers was on the phone with her daughter instead of taking care of the 3 tables that had customers in it. Took them an entire 30 minutes to even come greet us and ask for drink orders. Took another 45 minutes to receive the worst food by far I've had at one of these restaurants. So Bad we left all the food paid and left to eat at in n out accross from them.

Hair in my wifes food. Very dissapointed. Wait staff top notch. This is on the owners who fail to have a functioning hygiene protocol requiring hair nets or covers on cooks. Gross!

AWFULL! Absolutely AWFULL! The service is horrendous and the waiters kept forgetting. I waited 40 minutes for the dulche de leche pancakes I ordered. The first image is what they Should look like. The second is what was given to me. The drinks are bitter, the food is awfully, don't come here!
