The two gentlemen working the front had a great positive attitude that was contagious. The food was an A+ me and my wife were pleasantly surprised. The tortas were on par with what my Suegra makes. The Agua frescas are made fresh and in this summer heat they hit the spot, not much sugar added if any, just quality fresh ingredients. Will be coming again for sure. Will try the Vacaville location next. Fairfield set the bar high.

This is the best spot to get authentic Mexican food and at very reasonable prices. We had chili reanos and a lengua chimichanga, they were both exceptional. The chimichangas come with guacamole and sour cream for no extra charge! It is very nice that you can help yourself to chips and many salsas along with jalapenos and limes for no extra charge. My family prefers going to this restaurant over all of the other choices in the area. The people who work there are always polite and friendly, a family atmosphere. Please tip them well, you will still save money, and they are worth it. A lot of people order door dash and the like here. Definitely a once a week stop for us.

Go here almost every day for lunch. Salsa bar is great, food is always fresh and hot, and the customer service is top notch. Highly recommend the jalapeño cream sauce if you like the spice

Literally chose this place by the flip of a coin. Subway/ Chinese/Pelayo's... Feel like we won the coin flip lottery! Good prices, GREAT food, lots and lots of choices to individualize your order, and incredibly fast service. The quality of the food and service were what I would expect from a much higher priced restaurant. If you are in Fairfield, It is worth checking out this hidden gem.

Food is always really delicious! Been going to their locations throughout Solano County since I was a child. The salsa is one of the best salsas in existence to me. Their nachos are super filling and their meats are yummy! A dry regular burrito is amazing for when you're on the go, and their super burrito is pretty epic! Definitely one of my favorite burritos! Always happy to eat here!

I've been here twice; the enchiladas are delicious and the rice and beans just as good. I really like their chip and salsa bar as well; it's a nice touch. I'm definitely looking forward to going again.

I love this place! I've never had a bad meal here, and it's always clean! The staff are very polite. The food is amazing. I love their tamales and the lengua tacos! The complimentary chips and salsa bar to go with your meal is a very nice touch.

Went for the first time tonight. I ordered a burrito with grilled chicken and whole black beans. Disappointed to say the least. I arrived home with a grilled chicken burrito with refried pinto beans. The staff that took my order was pleasant, she took the right order, staff in back of house needs to pay more attention to the customers order ticket.

Food is decent, but it took 50 minutes for a single order of enchiladas. If they are busy, I would highly encourage you to find somewhere else to eat! I brought this up to the cashier and he said the cook did things her own way. He said if someone asked for a single order of something different, then she made it last. I think he was right! It took forever!

This place is alright. Took awhile to get four burritos for to go. The reason being was that the people working messed up an order. I personally got the vegetarian burrito and wasn't that impressed. I feel like I can get a way better burrito for the same price somewhere else. Would I go back to this restaurant while living in the area? No. Most likely not. Just wasn't that impressed with the food.

Whether you buy a bottle soda or a machine soda you have to serve yourself. Crazy they still place option for a tip when all they do is bring your food. We got our food and I waited for the tortillas. Never came. So I got up and asked the girl if I could have tortillas. She said yes and then charged me $2 for 4 tortillas. This wherent even hand made. Regular store bought tortillas. We started eating and the rice tasted poorly. Like if it was bad. Between sour and stale. The beand where ok but not good. And the chile?? Well the size was normal. But it was all egg. The chile relleno which is normally made with chiles anchos verdes poblanos was switched to a yellow thin chile. Cheese wasnt great. It was missing salt and spices. Terrible food. First time we go there and will be the last one. Im Mexican so I know how the dish should be. This was not it. So if you want true Mexican, this is not the place for you.
