They have a great lunch special and your restaurant is always clean. It's a fair price and much more healthy than a drive-through. Your food is delivered to your table. Hot and fresh every time.. The employees are fantastic, as they are always helpful and friendly.

I'm disappointed the buffet is gone but they do have good lunch options though none of them include a drink. Also the floors needed sweeping and the mens bathroom garbage was full. Lastly, both the food and service were 5 stars.

Very quite today. Ordered lunch buffet, salad was fresh, except the Croutons. They should have been discarded last week. Very stale. The pizza was fresh and tasty. 3 types were put out, then breadsticks, then cinnamon twists.

Dirty. You come in, almost no people inside, no queue yet still out of 10 table only 4 are available because rest has dirty dishes on them after previous clients. We spent there 30min and nothing was cleaned during.

This restaurant needs a thorough cleaning. I met here with about 30 ladies for lunch and festivities today. They were a little short handed, but the workers did their very best to serve us . However, I was very disappointed in the lack of cleanliness today. It was really bad. Also, on the last visit to this restaurant, we mentioned to the staff that there is a rug near the salad bar that is a serious tripping hazard, but it was still in the same place today. This place has the potential to be a good choice, but they really need to get a cleaning crew in there.

This restaurant needs a thorough cleaning. I met here with about 30 ladies for lunch and festivities today. They were a little short handed, but the workers did their very best to serve us . However, I was very disappointed in the lack of cleanliness today. It was really bad. Also, on the last visit to this restaurant, we mentioned to the staff that there is a rug near the salad bar that is a serious tripping hazard, but it was still in the same place today. This place has the potential to be a good choice, but they really need to get a cleaning crew in there.

I’m giving one star not because of the service, but because management left one young woman running the entire store alone. She was taking orders, cooking, serving, cleaning, and doing everything herself, all with a smile and great attitude. It’s unacceptable that a company like Round Table Pizza would understaff like this, especially when the place is busy. To make it worse, tips can’t be added on card payments, so I couldn’t even thank her properly. She deserves praise, but management deserves the criticism. Do better.

This evening we ordered a pizza and garlic twists. We ordered at 5:35 PM. After and hour and 10 mins I called, I was hung up on. I called again, no answer. I called again and it rang and rang and finally an answer. They said they are backed up and someone from door dash should come get it in 30 mins, even though I ordered off Round Tables site. I asked if the pizza had been sitting there and they said "I think it was made recently." I could tell it wasn't. Fast forward to 7:20 I look out to our porch and it was finally dropped off. Nobody even rang the bell. We open the pizza and it's completely COLD and not even a hint of worm with just rubbery type cheese and gross twists. We are trying to reheat in the oven to make it edible but after almost 50 bucks out, that mind you doesn't come easy to us, we are very unhappy. I emailed corporate and I'm hoping we get a refund.

10/28/23 Order pizzas online at 453pm, a slow time,  and asked for heavy sauce for both pizzas. Order number #5012.  There were 5 or 6 staff talking in a group and who knows how hard they were working but probably not working at all.  My wife grabs the pizzas and they were done on time and hot.  Get home and for the 9 out of 10 time there was hardly any sauce at all. I mean no sauce. I worked at pizza spots before and I know. I ask my wife what was the staff doing when you went in. She said everyone was talking in a group. I call an hour later to complain and I am left on hold for 15 minutes and just said hello before being put on hold. I call back after I gave then 15 to answer it and guy wants to put me on hold again. I said I've been onhold 15 min already. I let him know that the staff there needs to help you answer the phones and maybe if they would stop talking in the back they might get the heavy sauce Order right for once.  People have to eat this pizza you know. This isn't little Cesar's prices either. I'm not one to complain much but I have had enough of this place now. Also dirty when I eat in with no bussing or cleaning to speak of. Just look at fork holder. Anyway now considering eating at Waterman because I can't take this ineptitude anymore.  Thanks.

I spent $64 on a small veggie and a medium cheese. Plus, four drinks. Then my granddaughter asked for some ranch dressing in a small salad dressing cup…get this…they wanted another .80 cents. I was outraged! I will never go back. No kindness here just you know what! District manager I spoke to is Shawn area manager, who said it’s policy. Very unhappy.

Place is disgusting ripped seats , bathroom was gross ants every, had ants in my soda thought okay let me change it out started drinking a brand new soda and ants were in it again

Ordered several pizzas for delivery on Halloween for a house full of guests. I called in order early to make sure they had plenty of time. Pizza never delivered. I tried to call over and over again, no answer. After an hour and half past delivery we drove over and the ordered had never been prepared. A lot if excuses about people calling in sick, working on online orders, etc.. Unfortunately, this is the second time this location has failed. They did the exact same thing 2 years ago (but was an online order) and never delivered. If they cannot keep up with orders on Halloween, don't take orders.

Got there at 10:50am waiting for them to open which says 11am they opened up at 11:03am. Paid for the lunch Buffet which normally starts at 11am but she informed me they will start around 11:30am I waited and the first 2 pizza wasn’t brought out till 11:51am. The 3rd pizza was t brought out till 12:37pm smh. Their we’re lot of customers that came in and they all were told they pizza would be done in about 15 minutes which turn into about a hour wait.

Website says buffet is open from 11-2, and there were almost 2 full trays of pizza and twists left in the buffet area. The man behind the counter said he wouldn't sell me a buffet because it closes at 1:30. I arrived at 1:39. If the pizza was there, why couldn't he have just sold me the buffet? I left and they lost a sale. I'll just wait till the buffet comes back to Suisun City.

And while i couldn't care too much for the atmosphere, the floors are covered in bits of trash/food scraps.

Called a few more times, the man picked up with the same response then hung up before I could ask the question. I don't order here often but from my last 4 to go orders, I've always had to wait an additional 15-20mins after the pickup time to either received pizzas with missing toppings, or as of today, have been told it needed to be "remade" at my initial pickup attempt. Ive even arrived 10-15 after the pickup time hoping that it'd be ready to no avail. This is not an isolated event either, I've sent others to pickup pizzas in the past, or picked up on others' behalf with similar experiences. And while i couldn't care too much for the atmosphere, the floors are covered in bits of trash/food scraps.

Called a few more times, the man picked up with the same response then hung up before I could ask the question.
