The food was delicious. The waitress made us feel welcome. All the food was good. I had raisan toast and apple butter, cheese grits yummy, scramble eggs with cheese and sausage.

I travel a lot for work, and I always end up at Waffle House wherever I’m stationed. It’s kind of my personal travel tradition at this point. I love to sit and pick out the music on their jukebox and eat my food in bliss. But this particular Waffle House stood out even more than usual. The wait staff here was genuinely great—friendly, attentive, and just easy to talk to. They made me feel like a regular even though I’m just passing through. And listen… I’m picky about my steak. I ordered the T-bone medium-rare, and they nailed it. Most places either overcook it or don’t even try, but they got mine exactly how I asked. Hot, juicy, and cooked just right. This spot definitely earned a return visit next time I'm in Birmingham Alabama

It's Waffle House. Eggs bacon and under crooked waffles ( just ask for em "well done" .. you'll be alright). Enjoy a simple meal prepped by simple people. Can't beat it 😀

I ordered and paid for my hash browns to be covered and chunked…thinkin them puttin 1 lil chunk of ham was very petty. In such a big hurry that I didn’t even check the bag like I normally do so I guess that’s my fault

You will be charged a different price everytime you go . Beware !!!! Order might be right , might be wrong. Better check your food. They charge for to go orders plus a service charge. Like 10% each … It makes you not want to leave a tip. I’m assuming that’s a way for them to get a tip. Will not be back I’ll just go to the Bessemer and or Hurytown location where I pay less for the same meal. !!!

It says 24 hours me and my husband walk in w and they didnt alowed, no good how they want to make money customers bring money huh......they do what they want .

I ordered my hash browns like but I always do with chili ham and onions I get em and the only thing it has on it is cheese no ham and no chili nor any onions... I take it back up to the window to ask for some chili ham and onions and she tells me I have to pay for them very rude and unprofessional

Sat @ Waffle House x 30 mins and was told looked over by persons working there named TT we have had that problem before last time I was there she was down right rude she needs to go to customer training school.

The service was bad. Once our food was ready they tried to place my order in a trash bag. The food was under cooked and tasted horrible

Highly don’t recommend seems like they haven’t cleaned the grill in weeks all this tar in my food !!

0/10 food was Horrible and Not fully cooked. Sausage was still raw and the waffle was undercook my food was wrong . it took 40 mins to even receive it and it wasn't crowded .

I ordered to go cause it was late and the service was friendly I will give them that but that is where it ends. The food was horrible and tasted bad and it looked like they threw slice cheese on top of my hash browns they are supposed to be greasy but it tasted bad is all I can sum it up to I even tipped because that's what we're supposed to do. But I will never eat here again and I would not recommend it to anyone else either. I am gonna be honest and say what it is and this was by and far not what a waffle house I would call waffle house experience was supposed to be like. Sorry guys 1 star from me.

Beyond horrible attitude from a manager that desperately needs to be trained on customer service and working with the public. She should also be reported for stealing from customers. I placed an order at the window via website due to being advised the inside is closed to 6 am. I waited outside approximately 25 to 30 minutes for my order that no one told me was ready. I walked into the entrance smiling at 6:15 am to check my order status that should have been ready by 5:54 am. As I entered, the manager looked straight at me without any type of acknowledgement. I stood at the counter where only one order was visibly ready. The workers ignored me and continued to talk betweenthemselves; I still did not receive any acknowledgement of my presence. After about 6/7 minutes, I asked if this could possibly be my order. The manager, mind you, walked over and slid the bag towards me while not speaking. At this point, I politely said I'd like to check this before I leave. Now this is where it goes beyond horrible, terrible customer service with the unpleasant attitude of the manager. My hashbrown order was missing a topping I paid extra for. I brought this to her attention and the response was, "Ma'am, we ran out of tomatoes." "No problem," I said, "will you be refunding me since you are out?" Her exact words were... "We can't refund orders placed online and it's only sixty-five cents." I brought it to her attention, although the amount is small, it's still an item I paid extra for, which I did not receive. The manager again told me it should not be a big deal over $0.65. I too reiterated that I was not getting a topping I paid for, and it should be refunded. By this time, she reached into the register and handed me exactly $0.65, while mumbling under her breath. Okay, yes, I received $0.65, but where's the tax that should have been reimbursed? I endured waiting 40-plus minutes or more total for an order that had 3 mushrooms, 7 tiny pieces of ham, and barely any onions, all while receiving an attitude for patronizing your establishment. The whole experience was entirely poor. I wish there was an option to rate this location as a negative zero. The manager's unfounded, awful attitude surpasses horrible. A simple greeting and willingness to resolve an issue goes a long way. I will be contacting the corporate office concerning this matter.

Went in a group of three at about 8AM on a very slow weekday. Got in and took out own seats. Meka, our waitress took our order and things seemed ok. We ended up waiting an hour before we got part of our orders. In this time we noticed multiple people get up and leave due to not being waited on. The gentlemen next to us sat and waited very patiently for almost an hour before getting up and leaving because no one bothered to take his order. After having to remind Meka multiple times that we were missing whole chunks of our orders (which upon being reminded we watched her go start after already waiting over an hour. ) Another thing to mention is that in this whole time, even after asking we never managed to get a single refill for our coffee. By the time we managed to get the rest of our food which was literally just a couple waffles and a side of bacon, everything was cold and we had been there for a total of 2 hours. By and large the worst experience I’ve ever had at any Wafflehouse. Highly recommend avoiding. Especially if Meka is waiting on you.

Never got a chance to even order. The server was slow and had an attitude. All of the empty tables were dirty, and I took the few dishes off one table to sit down at a table, and it still took the server even longer to wait on my table. Then, she proceeded to clean other tables before even offering my table ANYTHING, SHE DIDN'T EVEN COME TO WIPE OFF THE TABLE THAT I HAD ALREADY GOTTEN THE DISHES OFF OF FOR HER!!!!! SHE DIDN'T EVEN SAY I'LL BE RIGHT WITH YOU, OR NOTHING!!!! She cause at least came to table cleaned it and offered coffee or SOMETHING, INSTEAD OF IGNORING US. Then, when I told the manager, who busy and looking tired, she started talking loud and crazy. Service and people like this is why places are closing down. This was the worst intentional BAD SERVICE I'VE NEVER RECEIVED!!!!
