Waited 20 minutes for our food. Other customers got off from their vehicles to get down and request for their food. They also were waiting 15-20 minutes for their food. The place was dirty by the refreshments. I feel this place needs more workers to assist for the rush hours.

I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 happy meals, they told me to park my car and they’d be right out. I waited for 15 minutes and they forgot to dress one of the burgers

11/11/25 4:30pm the wait at the counter is consistently 6-8 minutes with me waiting at the register with no customers in front of me, 2 cars in drive thru. this has happened multiple times at this location.

I ordered from kiosk inside and waited 25 minutes for my order. I asked multiple times when my order was coming. Order came out wrong - kitchen obviously wasn’t looking at the order and no quality control was in place. I was so frustrated by the time I got my order, that I left rather than getting my correct order. To cap it all off, we got a cup of tea as we were leaving - turned out to be sweet tea in the labelled unsweetened tea container. :(

It says they open at 5:30 and I was there for 20 minutes and it was 6am when I pulled up! Then I pulled up to the window and The rude cashier looked at me through the window and kept walking with no I’m sorry or give me a few minutes. Y’all need to do better with customer service.

Extremely slow service. I have given this location a few chances and I always regret going. Check your bag before leaving because they always seem to forget items on top of taking forever.

Had me waiting in line for 30 minutes only to ask for my receipt since they forgot my order. I then got my food and asked for my receipt back and they told me they lost it.

Waiting time was 40 minutes! Since when is the Mc D’s large French fries not even half filled, no sauce with the nuggets, no ketchup and they gave me a Dr Pepper drink instead of a Diet Coke when I specifically asked her if the drink is correct or not!!

Just ordered a frappe and cone. Orders taking forever inside and out. Bags of food on the counter with no one giving them out I looked and one of them was a curbside order (employee is suppose to take out). Customer needed help with a mobile order and manager was being rude to customer. This place has gone downhill. I only stop by when certain managers work cause I know I’ll get my food fast and fresh and CORRECT!!!! Place is messy as well

I was traveling with my family so we were around 30 min back on the road when we noticed that they had messed up our order. So I couldn't go back to get it fixed. I specifically asked for no onions, since the hamburgers where for my kids and they dislike onions. Even if they take it off the onion flavor is still there. No they weren't busy at all either cause there was only one car in front of me in the drive thru, so there was no reason to rush through the order and get it wrong. As a traveler I'm very disappointed cause I love McDonald's.
