I came in last minute to pick up an ice cream cake for my friend's birthday. Without me even prompting, Gideon offered to write a special message on the cake I selected from the freezer. He gave me a color choice and told me he'd be back in just a minute. And literally, one minute later, he came back out with a beautifully decorated cake. This really was the kindest and most efficient service I've received at a food establishment in a long time. And he had a smile on his face the whole time. Thank you Gideon!

We really enjoyed this place. The ice cream was good. Service was great. It did not look like they have indoor seating right now. I would definitely recommend this place.

Cool treat on a hot summer day! Stopped by our local Dairy Queen and decided to get a banana split, sundae and pineapple milkshake. The staff was friendly and courteous. Seating was plentiful, and the rest rooms were out of order.

Such a pleasant stop. Very clean. The customer service was so far above expectations that I had to write this review immediately while stile enjoying my Blizzard. Several patrons came in and had friendly conversations with the service staff. I have never been to a better Dairy Queen!

This Dairy Queen is really nice. It’s a Dairy Queen, and you’re getting exactly what you’re looking for out of a Dairy Queen. However, closing at 9:30PM on a weekend is just wild to me. Most other ice cream places are at least open until 10 or later.

Been coming to this location for the last 2 years. Their ice cream is always awesome, and have tried most of the ice cream choices they have to offer. Not as much as badkin Robin's, but nobody makes a blizzard like dairy Queen. The staff has always been nice and friendly every time I have come here. The booths are a little cramped and it wouldn't hurt to have a more updated floor plan, but it's an ice cream shop and not a lounge. I haven't tried the orange Julius menu, or much of the food, but I did get a corndog and although it was good it did kind of taste like a frozen one. But if it is ice cream your looking for, you have come to the right spot!

This is my first time eating food from Dairy Queen and it was good. I had a burger, fries , drink and a sundae for $5.30. The only slight problem I have with them, is they do not have locations in my area of PG County. If anyone knows where the locations are please post them. I try Google and it shows me Virginia.

Very great DQ branch, I recommend going there. But their washroom wasn't available . The burgers and fries are SUPER good!! Although the ice machine wasn't so well, everything was great!! Go there and get some blizzards, burgers and fries!! It is a very cheap place too!

They put cheese on my no cheese burger and fries were cold and many soggy. I went back and they made me a new one fast and offered me something for inconvenience but I declined.

It's a DQ of course! However, to be fair, I only stop when visiting friends, and this is our go to for Blizzards!!! M&M of course!

I didn’t even know there was a Dairy Queen anywhere around here. I was dragged here by my girlfriend for free cone day and it was pretty good. I got a burger along with the cone and it was fairly good for pretty cheap. Definitely worth checking out at least once. I just wish it was in a better location.

my recent experience was unlike the many previous times. I ordered a strawberry sundae. It did not taste appetizing. the ice amount was small and it was just a cup full of the strawberry sauce. I asked for my money back and my cashier seemed to become upset. I did not catch his name but i remember he wore glasses. As he stood there while the other employee returned my money, he seemed to laugh....I do not think paying for a bad sundae is funny. The only nice part about the end of this situation was the other employee who dealt with returning the money was polite and handled it professionally.

Clean and good service. Chicken was really good and crispy but took a little while to come out. The milkshake I don't recommend because it was very milky and less ice cream. The blizzards were good though.

Whoever was working tonight (10/5) was putting in waaay too much chocolate syrup. We got a blizzard and an oreo brownie cupfection and when you got to the bottom there was half an inch of chocolate syrup left over! It overpowered the ice cream. We’ve never had this issue before.

Ordered the pumpkin pie blizzard. Delicious flavor, but it was like ice cream soup when the cashier handed it to me… definitely not a blizzard. Won’t come to this location again.

My burger was lukewarm and my wife found a hair in her gravy. When I showed it to the man behind the counter, he only said "I'm sorry, that's all I can say" and offered nothing in way of refund or compensation. Service overall was slow and unclear.

Awful customer service on the part of the young lady at the cash registers attitude and the silk cold younger guy who is supposedly the manager and almost 7 or eight dollars for a small blizzard and they literally almost cried or called the police because I dared ask for a free barbecue sauce, because apparently I have to give half a dollar to get something that is usually complementary for a burger so would definitely take my money elsewhere and go somewhere else because these thieves want to play the victim after they squeeze you up for every less sent. It’s literally cheaper to eat at a sitdown restaurant than fast food, restaurants nowadays from my experience, and the horrible customer, service, and, threatening staff is not worth it, don’t go there!

Food is never fresh. It taste stale and freezer burnt. The employees touch their face, etc. and don't wash their hands. They don't where gloves. I don't understand how employees can work with ear pods in their ear and serve. The females that work the front are rude. They want to serve to their liking and not the customers. The manager makes excuses for his employees, saying the front Hispanic cashier is slow. He allows the female with the head covering to be rude. This store always smells like a stinky wet mop. They use the same rag to wipe everything in the front store. I don't recommened this location.

Sign on the door said they were open till 9 o’clock. I made a special trip over there to get a blizzard. Arrived at 8:53 and all the lights were out and no employees to be seen. Terrible service!

They refused to accept the 85 cent blizzard coupon. It also smelled very bad inside and looked like dried up vomit on the floor. Never going back. Edit: I'll point out I sent a feedback form over a week ago as requested by Dairy Queen in response to this review and I never received a response. It's all lip service to appear like they care about customer service.

Chicken basket had tenders that were cooked what seems like a week ago. asked for gravy (that they forgot) and was given an actual cup of hot milk. Returned it and they said they couldn’t fix it. Wins the award for worst Dairy Queen I’ve been to.

My friends and I have a tradition of getting blizzards every Sunday formally called “blizzard sunday.” We loved it UNTIL DQ started messing up our order literally every single week. It first started with missing Ingredients, no biggie. Then it progressed to the wrong size of blizzards, fine it happens. Today we got the completely wrong order.. maybe it’s out fault for continuing to come back, but for the love of all that is good we just want what we ordered.

Really unsatisfied with the service. When I asked for something simple as a "Salted caramel trufle" I spent to get a blizzard with caramel. But been told after the fact that it is not served with caramel when it's called caramel truffle. This is the worst. Instead of offering to just add the caramel since it's false adverticemen or misguided name they just took the blizzard back. Said even if I wanted my money back. I guess the tire off service is not to really satisfied the customer but to make their money no matter if the customer is satisfied. I don't enjoy the fact that I was not offered what I wanted. All they said is "it doesn't come with caramel." If you want caramel is $.89 cents extra. The worst

Today is Tuesday, July 9th, it is 7:35 pm..... I'm still here at this DQ location, and I've never, but never had the service I just got with my kids, I've been coming here since I was 18 years old and now I'm 34 years old, and I pretty much knew the crew throughout the years, and this three crew members that are here today, are a disappointment to restaurant. I've come here practically all my life and today was a very but very bad experience here. I ask for a small cookies and cream icecream.... The guy who was at the front was and I quote: ITS CALL A BLIZZARD, DONT YOU KNOW? I was so upset and angry that for some reason I decode to stay, besides the BLIZZARD I order a small chocolate icecream cone, and the girl in front told me that they dont server chocolate icecream cone..... I was so surprised, and I told her that that is impossible that I always get chocolate for my wife, she insisted and that they don have chocolate. I still stayed, I order a cheeseburger meal and when I asked for my sundae, that one that's coming with my meal, she said they serve tha meal with the sundae from 11 to 4...... Like I said, I've always come here, and this people are denying me what I already know. I guess the restaurant and the people are giving this place a bad reputation. I dont think i would come back again......

I used to come here often but the service and quality is terrible now 8 dollars for a blizzard with nothing in it and a staff that makes you think it's your problem not theirs. Take your money somewhere else.

Drove here 20 minutes on a Friday night on a whim to arrive at 9:48pm. The place is supposed to close at 10 so we thought we could quickly grab some soft serve. We walk in the doors all excited and immediately the employees tell us to leave and that they've been closed since 9:30. What kinda place shows open til 10pm and doesn't serve ice cream until closing? So disappointing.

On December 26, my mom and I went to the Dairy Queen to get the Oreo blizzard. We were craving this blizzard and we were in the area. However, when we arrived there a Muslim lady who was soooo nasty to us. We arrived there around 8:50pm and we were happy we made it because we knew online it said they closed at 9:30pm. But that was lie. As soon as we got the blizzard, we realized there were no ores cookies in the blizzard, so we kindly asked the Lady if she could give us another blizzard with more Oreos. She refused to make another one and began to use the blizzard she gave us and add Oreos and mix it again. Which was a disaster. The Oreo blizzard was nasty and didn’t taste like the blizzard we normally get from there. It has no taste and was runny. Wasn’t thick at all. The Muslim lady refused to make another one. While we there my mother asked to use the bathroom and the Muslim lady told my mother they were closed. I told her they don’t close until 9:30pm and it was only 9:00am at that time. This Muslim lady was so rude and nasty to my mom and I. She acted as if it was a problem for my mom to use the bathroom because she was closed.?however , after I advised her we were customers and we should be able to use the bathroom, she began to argue. Then she yelled at me while my mother was given the key to the bathroom saying, “YOU NEED TO HURRY UP!”. And I responded to her by saying who are you speaking to?” She continues to argue with me and I asked her to give my money back. She refused and continued to argue with me. I told her to stop talking to me and get her manager. She continued to yell and argue, saying the register was closed. I told her that’s not my problem and I needed my money back. Also there was another employee who was there and was Spanish. She advised the lady to give me cash out the register, but not my full payment. This Muslim lady do not deserve to work with customers with her demeanor. Never had this experience at this location and I have been going here for many years. I will not be returning to this location and if someone can please have a manager call me. Thanks
