Pizza is good, but ordering ahead apparently doesn’t make much of a difference. And the amount of people I saw walk in, looking for Hot N Ready pizzas, only to find out they had none, and then leave, was staggering (they were told the wait was 40 minutes!). Poor management when you can’t anticipate being busy on a Saturday night and lose customer after customer by not being prepared.

The pizza is always fine, but this place itself is so slow. One of the cashiers doesn't manage times well. She made me wait a long time for my pizza that was sitting there... Then, when I got to the car I saw it wasn't what I ordered!!! She made me wait again and didn't say anything. When I asked how much more I had to wait, again, the pizza was there already!!! She turned around and gave me the pizza and it was like "oops"... Plus she has an ugly attitude.

There was a hair inside my pizza! At first i thought it was mine but it was definitely in the sauce under the cheese. Adds to the flavor I guess 🥴

This place is very hit and miss. Today was a big miss. I ordered the deep dish and the pizzas were very misshapen like they'd fallen on the floor or something. They looked like they'd been through hell! They seemed a little underdone, too, while the bread sticks were a little overdone.

They lady at the front i think her name is Laura. She is the cashier. My order was not correct. So I called to tell her that. She was rude and disrespectful. I will not be coming back to location.

Every time when I order from the app they don't give the crazy sauce and this time I forgot to ask for it so I just wasted a dollar

Went 3 days ago and no pizzas Hot-n-ready...went today and no pizzas ready ...this is so sad....

Always check your order before leaving , because they tend to undercook or overcook your pizzas. Watch out with mushroom pizzas, the canned mushrooms make your pizza soggy. Also, just because it’s ‘hot n ready’ doesn’t mean the product has to lack of quality.

Service ok. Food not good over cooked and didn't taste like the regular Little Caesars that we Love. It seemed to be clean. But the cook looked post off and grumpy and the cashier had to much commentary but was helpful on switching out the stake bites for the pepperoni bite. The cook did not seem happy about that and over cooked the bites. I was in a hurry so I ate them like that.........I will never go back to that Little Cesars

This was the last pizza place i will go to. Now I will not go again. I order online and the pizza was cold and stuck to the box. I even had to wait for my order. It wasn't do in time it was promised. Then they gave me pizza that was already made. When I ask about it. I was very disappointed. I will never be back.

Worst experience ever. Waited for 25min outside for it to still be old reheated pizza. 6 kids hungry after I get off work to eat this on family movie night. This pizza wasn't even hot you could tell it wasn't fresh cheese was burnt from reheating it and the fact we watched other come and go after we were already there waiting. And still waiting it was to be ready at 10:25 and we got it at 10:50 had to go inside and ask where our food was why it wasnt ready or in the portal. Never expected this from here. Our pizza was never in the portal sadly we ate because it was late and we got it later then expected and everyone else was closed. Thanks again for not giving us satisfaction.

I arrived and ordered on site and items that I ordered were a basic pizza, hot wings and stuffed bread. Cashier tells me it will be 15 min wait. But in just 2 minutes she had all items ready which is quite scary. Sure enough pizza tasted like pre frozen dough that didn't fully cook. Hot wings and stuffed bread were flavorless and all were quite cold and I considered microwaving them but instead I opted for the trash bin after just 2 slices, 2 drum sticks and a single bread stick. This was the first and last time I ordered Little Cesar's. It was close by and I was curious about its quality. I learned my lesson and will go back to my usual.
