I wanted Taco Bell and looked for one along my route and this one had the highest rating but was out of my way. I came anyway and am glad I did! Service was fast and friendly and the food was hot and delicious
Always good experience at this location and if ever have a problem it's only because people are human and make silly mistakes But will an corrected issues without question and really make it right and make you welcome enough to come back at this location again
Lunchtime people are nice and enthusiastic. Food is also prepared with more care than the other Taco Bell places I’ve been to

Taco Bell is my favorite fast food place to visit. When I come to this particular establishment they are very sweet they get my food out in a timely manner and the place is always clean which is very important at this time of covid. I will return the next chance I get.

I go get my 83 yr ole dad and I dinner here 2-3 times aweek. we love the Mexican pizza.with sour cream .your food order is fast and your servers are all friends and polite .Taco Bell is worth checking out .
Fast food that was very hot and very fresh tasting coming through the drive thru has been a problem for me to find. Not any more. This was the best drive thru experience of good food and quick service I've had in a long time.
The manager here Brandon was very helpful. I needed my order to be made quickly and done right and it came out hot and perfect. The xxl burrito and soft taco meal was made with no error and done so quick I was able to get back to handling my business call that I was waiting on right in time. Great job guys here at Taco Bell are serious about the work and making sure customers are satisfied.

I just left and i have to say that THAT was the best experience I’ve ever had a Taco Bell. From the service to the flavor and freshness of the food. They’re lobby is not even open, this was through the drive thru. Awesome job!
I really enjoyed this location. It was clean, everything was organized, it wasn't hard to find a clean table, and the employees were quite helpful. The best part about it was they got the order correct and the food was hot and fresh.
Every time i go to class at brookhaven, if i stop by this taco bell location, im ALWAYS impressed!!! Food looks right out of a commercial, and the employees are some of the best ever! I swear its a corporate manager training facility-employees are extremely professional and courteous! Dont eat fastfood, but will make an exception for this location. Keep up the good work!!!👍
Ya know, what can you say about Taco Bell? They are all clones of each other but I had a pleasant lunch with a fellow co-worker at this one. The food was good, the cashier was friendly and they got both our orders right. A good dine in experience for a good little 30 minute lunch break.
Thank you, Darian! One of the night crewmembers forgot to put the burrito I ordered in my bag. I came back a few nights later and explained what happened, and Darian replaced my burrito with no charge. He didn’t have to do that but he was very polite and professional. Thank you so much.
We don't eat Taco Bell very often but I am glad we went to this particular location. The young lady who took our order was amazing. She was friendly, smiled the entire time and didn't even become upset when we added a couple of items. Kudos to everyone here!!!!

I come to this Taco Bell all the time. I’m a regular at this point. Everyday I come I’m greeted at the drive through by the most friendly worker I’ve ever met. His name is Bryan! Bryan keeps me coming back here and the team at this location does an amazing job getting the food out quick and making sure it’s made right and tastes good. I’m not lying this is the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to a lot of Taco Bell’s. I look forward to saying whatsup to Bryan when I swing by because he does the best job at making me feel welcome. I will continue giving this place my business and you should too!
New menu items were very good.
Very friendly staff, I placed an online order so I can't speak on the interior. Sometimes you get burritos that have the insides burst out of one side while eating it and it didn't happen here, so we'll wrapped burritos is a bit plus to me
My boyfriend and I went to this Taco Bell the other night pretty late after work. Went through the drive through and got a young man named Aaron. He was literally one of the kindest people we had ever met! He had such a great attitude and personality. It’s hard to get good service nowadays, even harder to get great service. But that’s what Aaron had. Thank you Aaron! The food was also great. It was hot and fresh. We will most definitely return to this location. (:
It doesn't seem to matter which Taco bell I go to, They all share this one thing they have in common. Quality of Food. Taco bell has maybe disappointed me 1, maybe 2 times my entire life of eating here. It's always been good, the prices have been fair, and I'm always happy leaving this place and I don't feel bad after eating taco bells food. Good experience overall but they have a button on fountain drink machine for diet dr pepper. I push it but nothing comes out. I ask the manager and he says they don't serve any dp products anymore. Not many people like Pepsi so taco Bell should get the point or lose business
I went here the other night and ordered a batch of Cinnabon Delights. As I waited for my order, I overheard them talking about one of the workers burning the Cinnabons. When mine came, they didn't seem burnt. They were crispy and absolutely delicious. If that's burnt, I'll take it any day.
I mean, what can I say? It's Taco Bell. But then again I have a weakness for taco bell. Either you love it or you hate it but it is what it is! This one seemed like a typical location; better than some,not as good as others...but Certainly sufficient
Nacho fries are great. All tacos , quesadillas and burritos are customizable which is great. breakfast hash browns can be much better.

It's a good place to get your food as long as you can pick the hair out they don't wear hairnets and they need to but it used to be really good food but they put a lot of lettuce to take up space when they should not do that because it makes it pretty bad
This Taco Bell is just okay the food is what you would expect from a Taco Bell but the last two times I've gone the soda machine was not calibrated correctly. And the staff is kind of rude no please or thank you for anybody even when you're super nice up front to them you do not get it back
This taco bell is never open during their late night business hours. I used to love coming to this taco bell but customer service isn't great and my last meal from here wasn't how I remembered it. It was cold and soggy.
I usually visit this Taco Bell once or twice a month, whenever I am working on this side of town. Although the food is fairly good (my faves are the "beefy 5-layer burrito" and the "Cinnabon delights, ") the drive-thru is typically very slow and the cashier often seems to be more interested in their conversation in the kitchen than in providing a great service experience. I would NOT recommend it if you are in a hurry!
Not much to say really It's Taco Bell. The food and service quality is dependent upon what shift is working when you visit. The lunch shift is pretty good. They always get my order correct and are friendly. The late afternoon and evening shift however usually misses my order up and act like I'm the one that didn't say no tomatoes three times.
Ok. Its Taco Bell, I get it. But the with the addition of the self serve kiosks, there is zero customer service. I placed my order and picked up at the counter, but they forgot the drink cup. I stood there for 3 minutes, while the employees looked at me waiting but continued with thier work. Normally I would not make an issue, but this is the 3rd time this has happened.
I’ve repeatedly received the wrong item. I ordered a black bean grilled cheese burrito but keep getting just regular grilled cheese burrito that comes with the beef, which I don’t eat. I mainly order for pickup and I don’t always have the opportunity to come back and ask for replacement, so it is kind of annoying. Please correct this issue.

Very disappointing, I had Taco Bell in the UK and absolutely loved it, so I was so excited to try it in the USA, staff were not very helpful, the restaurant was dirty and untidy. The food seemed like it was thrown together and was cold. Shame
This location used to be halfway decent. Now they either get my order wrong, don’t give me all of the order, or are out of what I want. I even started ordering on the app thinking that would help ensure accuracy but nope.

Quality of the tacos at Taco Bell have gone way down ever aince they changed the taco shells provider years ago. These new shells fall apart whenever you bites into them now. More importantly, no one at Taco Bell corporate cares enough about the quality of their products to fix it! When I arrived, the manager was sitting in the lobby talking to friends. No one else in the lobby. Even though two employees looked right at me from behind the counter, they completely ignored me for SEVERAL MINUTES before anyone took my order. Manager saw this, but said nothing. Between the poor service and poorer food quality, I won't be back anytime soon, IF EVER.

Every time I go, they never have what I need. This time, they didn't have black beans nor soft taco shells. Like, really!!!!This place sucks and I try to avoid coming to this location (Lewisville of 121). I would rather drive farther down the road to another one
In an industry were customer service is important, this location takes it to an all new low. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes (feels like 20). Had to flag down an employee to come to the counter. Then they walked up, pointed at the self order thing, and said, "Can't you just order at the kiosk?" When I said "No", he walked off saying "Whatever. Wait then." I stood for another 5 minutes, determined I was going to get human service. The rest of the conversation was rude as well. This is one location I will not be returning to.
Despite there only being 3 tables occupied by guests, it took right at 20 minutes to receive food today. Noticed cars going through the drive through, and folks receiving food that was ordered after I had... They did quickly get it made for me after I approached to ask about my order. They apparently had given my food to someone in the drive through. 🤷♂️
Who ever is at the drive through Dec 18 around 7:45 has terrible customer service and needs to be retrained or let go. We eat here frequently and will not be back due to his rudeness! Unacceptable!

The customer service here sucks I asked for a sweet tea they were out and instead of asking if I would like anything different they gave me nothing to drink they didn't have any salt to them tell it I will never come another taco bell again

Ordered 2 Bcn club chalupa due to listening error I was charged $7.50 order # 412for the first bcn chalupa and order number454 $9.31 for second. I would say Kevin z over charged me $4 to much. So merry RIP off to me, even when I trusted him charging me the correct amount. Well that didn't work out!!!
Horrible experience!!! Management absolutely Rude uncaring the worst attitude and no customer service or social skills at all!!! Sadly I work within minutes and every time I go it’s the same thing and have had to get numerous refunds due messed up orders. The management is never friendly or polite or smile and never apologize or take ownership for poor service. Less than an hour ago I went to this location, about 20 minutes before closing. Waiting at the menu box for 3 minutes, no order. Circled around and saw the employees chillin in the car and drove off after I passed them. Not sure if it's common for this location to close early.
Rude as can be and for the third time in a row I had to return because they got my order wrong. In reality the score a zero. The heavy set woman ( because lady she is not) with the long braids has been the one in charge everytime my order has been wrong. 3rd times a charm. I called corporate they said it is a private franchise sobi dont expect anything to be done. I won't be returning.
I came through the drive thru at 12:40am on Aug 28th 2020 n there were open signs on n the website said they were open till 1am. They would not say anything through the speaker at the drive thru menu so I pulled up to the window n I could see two employees inside n they straight up refused to acknowledge me. I finally honked my horn n they still refused to even look at me. By this time there was 6 cars in the drive thru all being ignored. I then tried calling the store number n it just rang n rang even though I could see the phone next to one of the employes. I'm absolutely furious still sitting here writing this at 12:56am n I can't find a corporate number to call or any other way to contact mangment aside from leaving this review. I'm absolutely disgusted that they couldn't take 2secs to turn off the lights n open sign or say "hey we are closed." Horrid customer service, I'm appalled.
I'm not ordering by kiosk. With what Taco Bell that I've been to, kiosks DON'T tell them all my alterations. If they don't want to take my order in person then they don't want my money.
I confirmed with the guy and he missed a part of the order even though her charged for it. It just happened a few mins ago around midnight. This is the 3rd time out of 3 times that they have messed up the order. Please always check ur items when picking up from this Taco Bell, especially at night
On April 12, 2022 I went through the drive through but they forgot my taco. No big deal I went in to get the taco. Employees repeatedly said they gave it to me when it clearly wasn’t in the bag and started speaking Spanish thinking I couldn’t understand them. Spoke Spanish back and then received the taco they neglected to give me. Then realized my entire order was wrong I’ve been in customer service for almost 10 years and would never allow my coworkers to respond to a customer with such disrespect. I don’t think the owner or manager of this location would approve either but maybe that is the way they choose to operate.
I just left this establishment. I ordered a Gordita Crunch, Fiesta Potato and a burrito. I got all the way home and opened up my order to potatoes that looked like they have been sitting out all day and a Gordita crunch that was white and extremely doughy. The burrito was all not a good quality. I called and asked to speak with the manager (Daniel) I explained that I made it all the way home and I unfortunately was not able to come back but I would not be eating this order. I asked what could be done in which he stated there was nothing he could do. I asked for the number to corporate I was on hold for over 20mins and he came back and stated that he was not the actual manager but he called the manager and they said I needed to contact door dash. I advised that I ordered online and he said “I’m just the manager” I will be finding the corporate number and filing a report on this location. The food is unacceptable and should not be consumed.
Asked for a combo and received a total different one when I backed up to tell the employee Sarah my order was wrong she starting talking to the other employees saying she heard me it was the order she gave me when I said it twice. After that the manager Max came saying no need for an attitude when I was not giving them none. They kept closing the window for me not to listen to what they were talking about. Once I got my ordered I received only ONE hot sauce when I asked for more then this girl started giving me attitude saying she did put 4 because I only get 1 per item. Horrible service and awful service. Never ever coming back to this restaurant.
I am a customer of the restaurant on a weekly basis. I was given ingredients for the order that were different from what I requested, even though the bill was correct. Poor service and the taste was very bad.
This Taco Bell has lost my business forever. I had three different orders, so I attempted to go into the lobby to make it easier to order. However, the lobby was closed. I completely understood this since it was past 10pm. So I went through the drive through, only to wait 20+ minutes to be told that I can only have a max of two different orders and that if I wanted to I can "place two orders now and go back through the line for the next order". By this point, the line had considerably grown and wrapped around the store and we explained this to the guy behind the speaker. He couldn't care less. I asked to speak to the manager, the guy remained silent and refused to answer me. I also explained that I was unable to leave the line due to the cars in front of me and how unacceptable this was. Therefore, we next door to Whataburger and not only was the line faster, they took all of three of our orders without issues and they started breakfast early for us. Taco Bell, step up your game.
Got food here before work today and cashier didnt understand how to do cash and then the rest on card and food was poorly made and they gave me the entire wrong $5 box. this location truly sucks and teh one on abraum's is way better and knows what theyre doing and has better customer service skills. This crew at this location do not know how to run a store at all.
Clearly this Taco Bell location was way under staffed....but, there really is no excuse to be waiting nearly 40 minutes to get your food in the dining room. Don't bother "running for the border" at this location because they are going to take their time anyways! So, if you have the time to wait and have a leisurely, non-rushed dining experience in a lackluster dining establishment without full service, this is the place for you...everyone else, keep driving.
Went there my fries were cold. Manager was don't interviews. So, I couldn't get a refund. I called nobody answered. The whole crew had attitudes about correcting my order. When I finally got a hold of the manger. He was a complete a*hole about the situation. Bottom line...I never got a refund or my food. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. 👿
I placed a mobile order at 12:13am. I waited at the drive thru speaker until about 12:35am. The employees inside just kept staring at me through the window and then moving away whenever I looked up. I eventually pulled up to the window and now they're hiding from me. It's slightly past 12:40am and I still haven't received my food. This location is supposed to be open until 1am.
Came here for breakfast. The breakfast menu was not up. Girl taking my order was impatient and rude. I ordered the breakfast box and I couldn't understand what she was saying. Her diction was terrible and she was rushing her words. And she got mad because I didn't understand her. Make it make sense. Never doing taco bell for breakfast again.
Worst taco bell in the area, the drive through person doesn't understand the orders, they speak english, but dont know how to enter a taco instead of a burrito. You cannot understand them over the speaker, messed up three orders in a row! They gave me two bean burritos and a locos taco, when i ordered a gordita crunch and two regular tacos.
Ordered online for pickup via the drive-thru, but the very rude person at the drive-thru would not give me the order, and stated all mobile pickups are to be made in the lobby. Well, fix your app where it doesn't give me the option for drive thru. Will never visit this location again.
Avoid this restaurant. Expect a long wait and frequent incorrect orders. They got orders wrong - mine, my companion and the other customer before us. Asking for the order correction takes forever, too. And our reorder was incorrect, lol. We almost felt someone was punking us for a tv show.
Was supposed to be open at 7am according to Taco Bell app. Placed mobile order at 7:20am. Pulled up to drive through speaker at 7:25am. No answer. Pulled up to the window. Woman counting change looked at me, then ignored me for 5 minutes. So I cancelled my mobile order and left.
This doesn't even deserve a star. The employees were beyond rude. I have tried to give this location several chances to make my order correct the first time and they can't seem to get it right ever. This particular visit made me decide to never go there ever again and I will never recommend it to anyone. The food was horrible, the management yelled at their employees in front of us got an attitude aswell. I got a FULL refund back because by the time I got off the phone with the G.M. I lost my appetite.

All I wanted was a cheesy fiesta potato (at other places it takes less than a minute to get this done and its worth $1.50 or so ) I go to the drive through, around 6 pm in the evening. There was no other car in drive thru and maybe 1 -2 customer inside. I order it, than pay and they ask me go to the front door and wait there in the car for food and someone will come out with my food and give it to me. (all this trouble so that their average drive thru time is maintained to a good level). I wait for 15 minutes and than it comes out with not cheese or sour cream. By this time I am furious, I go inside to complain, I have to wait coz the lady at the register is busy with drive thru customer, after 5 minutes its my turn, I tell her and all she tells me with an attitude is that do you want me to put some sour cream on it. I am red with anger and hunger, but all is say is that just give me my money back. Oh its not over yet, shew gets another car in the drive thru so tell me to wait, takes the order and than comes back and gives me the money back still talking to the drive thru car. Horrible expereince. Google Reviews are worse. DO NOT EAT HERE. There are many other taco bells providing better food and better service

They took almost 40 minutes to get my order. They forgot items from my order as well. Some employees were apologetic but some were not. After all that wait when I arrived home the order was still not correct. I ordered assorted and they gave me all crunchy. One of my crunchy tacos only had meat in it. The manager apologized and wrote that I had a free meal when I returned on my receipt. That’s nice but I won’t be returning.
So yesterday night, i went to taco bell for a five layer burrito, of course i asked for some modifications to be made to my burrito. What i ask for was a five layer burrito with no beef, no shredded cheese, and extra nacho cheese. although they added the extra nacho cheese, but the burrito was literally completely full of beef something i didn't ask for, this was at the drive through. I am disappointed because the person that took my order didn't listen to a word i said.
Horrible service inside ! Rude young girl took my order. When I received my order it was three crunchy tacos with a spoon size of taco meat, a little bit of lettuce and sprinkle cheese! I took it back to the counter showed her the taco and she said what’s your problem that’s the way it is. We’re not going to replace your taco and we’re not gonna give you back your money I didn’t even ask for my money I want to three crunchy tacos that looks like the menu. Rude rude I walked out and didn’t care about the money I will not be treated that way and I will never go back.
I'd give a review less than 1 if I could. I've been to amazing Taco Bells but this isn't one of them. This one just told me that they couldn't take my order while in the drive thru of one car ahead of me because they were too backed up. I hope the franchise owner sees this and either hires more people or closes down. Ridiculous.
I specifically asked how much supreme crunchy taco were a piece Mgr stated $1.29 but charged me 1.99 bc they're 1.99 not $1.29. Line person was more pleasant than Mgr. I didn't care much about price just honesty upfront which I didn't get. Let's do better bc honesty/ accuracy goes a long ways with me when I'm spending my hard earned $$$.
Im literally so upset! I come here and order bean burritos because I work overnight and there’s nothing yummy that I usually eat, open. I’ve actually enjoyed the burritos and my usual visits but tonight?! I ordered 2 enchilada chicken burritos, no chicken sub black beans. I am half way through my burrito and start tasting chicken! I spit it out IMMEDIATELY. I have been a vegetarian for 10 years for various reasons including health reasons and I’m so upset that there was no care when reading the instructions on the order ticket. It’s clear as day NO CHICKEN. I had to pull over immediately because I got so sick from the taste, the nerves and the unsettling in my tummy for not knowing if I consumed meat. I’ve been in tears just hysterical about the whole situation. Taco Bell, Please train your staff to have some respect for the customers that are spending their money for convenience. I’m so very disappointed. Of course the staff or management are not answering the phone, so will be calling for a refund and if that does not prevail, I will be refunding myself through bank dispute.
Maybe as much the Taco Bell spot's fault, but I was not made whole regardless. I ordered here through the app specifically because I wanted a caramel apple empanada. The app allowed me to place the order along with three other items. When I arrived and was handed me my food, I was informed that they were out of caramel apple empanadas. I was offered a refund, and I said yes please. The employee then very politely tried to offer alternative desserts. I declined and maintained that I'd prefer a refund. I monitored my credit card transactions until the transaction posted with no refund. Double disappointment. No empanada. No refund. 😕
The worst experience i ever had. I am pure vegetarian. I never eat meat so I ordered everything with beans but I don't know it was having some kind of meat I don't know about as I never eat it. So please kindly pay attention on the order.
After ordering 2 chicken chalupas at the drive through, and double checking my order before pulling up to pay for it, asking them to please make sure it's chicken and not beef, they still gave me beef chalupas. This has happened not once, not twice, but 3 times in the last month. Maybe they need to hire someone to cook that can not only speak English but can also read English. The next time this happens to me from this particular Taco Bell 🔔 I will not be so nice about it.
Might be the worst TB in the area. 22 min for a simple combo? Poor door dash people stacked up at the door and at least 2 others trying to get the drive through orders fixed. Staff is sarcastic and rude to everyone. Avoid this location. They'd be better off just being a drive thru. Corporate needs to step in. Finally had to ask for a refund and walked next door to Wendy's...
This place consistently gets my order wrong. Every single time. They did it again tonight. Tried to order one of their new featured items, and did not receive it, but received a normal menu item instead. I would be more understanding if it were young teens working there but it was a full staff of adults. When asked what kind d of sauce I wanted, I replied "Diablo and Fire". She immediately threw a handful of Mild in the bag 😑 This is why you're 40+ years old and work at Taco Bell. Pay attention and do better.
