My recent visit was a most pleasant and worthwhile experience. I ordered a number of gift cards and was helped by Kevin. He was so helpful and kind, making the purchase efficient and easy. Food was delicious but I was most impressed by the high level of professionalism and service provided by Kevin. Thank you!

Stopped by for breakfast, and then again a few days later for lunch. Both times were met with friendly service, and the food was great. No squashed sandwiches and soggy sides but big tasty sandwiches with crisp sides. Plenty of parking as well.

Best experience EVER!! Love that there is an express drive thru lane for mobile order pick up. This should be at all locations. The staff almost instantly greets you with you completed order hot and fresh to add to the exceptional experience!

Came here with my daughter for a late dinner after a visit to Adventureland and we had a wonderful experience. The service was great, the food superb and fresh and the restaurant itself was clean. Been going to chick-fil-a for years and I must say this is one of the best locations hands down! Excellent customer service, Fresh food, and speedy service. I come to this location many many times for deliveries. Not only is this location professional, but they great everyone with smiles (not the fake one's). Every time I come in Emmanuel always asks if we want water. As someone who is on the road a lot, a cup of ice or even water goes a long way. I will highly recommend this place for this kind and fast service! The fries are especially my favorite!!!

Good food and quick service, but that might be because we went at 11am. We dined in and as we were eating, a worker was walking around the tables asking each customer if they enjoyed their food and if they needed anything. I have never wrote a review about an employee before, but I had to this time. There is a woman named Lana there. She makes this chicfila feel like a top tier resturant. She walks around with a smile asking everyone if they need anything. Getting people sauces etc, constantly cleaning tables. It did not feel like I was in a fast food resturant. This woman needs a big raise. I dont know what she's making now, but im sure it is not enough for her work output.

So I just had to leave this review because I am so happy with the customer service I received today. I apologize I did not catch the woman’s name at the register. She seem to be a manager of some sort, but I had a situation where my husband ordered food through the drive-through came home and my food was correct but he had ordered three chicken sandwiches plain with nothing on them and, they had pickles on them and he is like deathly afraid of pickles. It’s kind of silly to me because I love pickles, but he will not go near them. He will not touch them. He was freaking out when he opened up a sandwiches and he came to me and he goes. I will not eat this and I was like OK. What do you want me to do go back and go See if they can give you new ones? So I did and the lady behind the counter was so sweet and so nice. She actually offered us an extra fry because she asked me if mine were cold and then also gave us a brownie to eat while I’m babysitting because I had mentioned how I’m gonna be late to my babysitting job , I just thought that was so incredibly sweet of them. We live right down the block and I go here all the time and I will definitely be back!!

This place is great! They even have a little indoor playground, which I find rare these days. The food was delicious and the staff were genuinely nice and seemed like they actually enjoyed their jobs.

I am amazed at their efficiency in the drive thru. There were tons of cars, a few workers on tablets, and the traffic moved better than on the LIE. The fries are particularly good and crispy at the Farmingdale location.

This location is the epitome of the CFA experience. The workers here are extremely polite and friendly and the food is exactly what the higher ups want to serve their customers. Never disappointed when I come here. If only all fast food restaurants took notes from how CFA operates (minus being closed on Sundays) 😂

It's not like your normal fast food restaurant but it is quick food but not like McDonald's or Burger King or anything they stand out alone when my favorite quick restaurants to grab a chicken sandwich, the food on the menu is always delicious and the service is great.

As per my grand children’s request, I have taken them to Chick-fil-A Hicksville, LI location a few times. Recently we went on a Monday for lunch. They (4 & 6 years old) knew exactly what to order from the kids meal. I got a spicy chicken sandwich. Overall, the services were efficient and welcoming! We ate everything in no time. They then played at the kids indoor playground. I am sure this restaurant will continue to be my top go to place to save the day as a grandma 😊

We went on a Saturday evening around 8 pm. The service was amazing, you place your order, pay and go to your seat, they bring the food out to you. The spicy chicken sandwich was delicious as usual, but I gotta add that it's a bit thinner than in the past. The chicken nuggets are very small, the chicken tenders are big, moist, and meaty. The place is very clean, not so busy for a saturday night. Great staff and service.

This might be a rare location, but it's definitely the cream of the crop of fast food restaurant. My first time at chick fil and I was so impressed with the politeness and professionalism of the employees here. This location is clean, modern, and even have real nice touch such as the fresh flowers on the table. There is a small indoor ground and the kids loved that part. Families with young kids will love the stick on table mats that this location provide. Truly the nicest fast food resturant i have ever witnessed. Looking forward to coming back!

Our cashier, Denym, was FANTASTIC. She listened and executed perfectly. We had a child with us, and she made him feel so special by speaking to him directly. She offered my father a senior discount and gave my nephew some stickers and a toy. The rest of the team was very friendly, too. We asked for the manager to come by so we can tell them how lovely their staff is, and the owner was here! He took the time to speak with us. The food is excellent as always. Hey I usually try to give more successful and profitable fast food chains a hard critique. In this situation this 5 star review is definitely hard to earn but out of all the chic' franchises opened on long island this one stands out as a standard of excellence with all the other locations looking up. I personally have received exceptional service at this specific restaurant and it is hard to find a more customer friendly service experience. On a macro level I would love to see this company do more community give back because from the looks of things these restaurants are extremely profitable.

They keep the place immaculate, I saw multiple staff cleaning and asking people if they could take their trash for them. Fastest Chick-fil-A I've ever been to, drive-thru staff is always great and on point, Food is always hot and fresh, only issue is that they're seasonal drinks are only sold in the small size, wish they came in all the sizes.

I usually have a positive experience when I go to Chick-Fli-A, but today I did a mobile order which I always do but when I went up to the drive through window they told me to pull over to one of the designated parking areas and someone will bring me out my food. After pulling into the designated parking spots and waiting five minutes for my food to be brought out, I ended up having to go inside and let them know that no one ever bought me my food.

Staff handled the crazy take out line very well, and the hand off of the food at the end was smooth as well. Food was delicious, only down fall was I specifically was as asked about sauces and the gentleman specified he would give me 3 of each, receipt said it as well but I only got one kind of sauce x3. I Love Me a chic fil a Cobb salad 🤤🥗 that is my go to and the lemon 🍋 frosty for lunch or dinner. Have to get the waffle fries with no salt 🧂 and the chic fil a sauce, which is gone before I get to my destination! I do like their kale slaw very tasty 😋

Service is great not always the fastest but always hot food and taken care of with a smile, be sure to double check your order before leaving to not get home and see that something wasn't in your bag or the wrong food was put in.

I love Chick-fil-A and I am especially glad that it is nearby my workplace. The only reason I give 4 instead of 5 star is that, employees seem to be bit indifferent toward customers and I had several experience of my orders either coming out wrong or late. But I like the fact that this restaurant knows how to treat the reward members by sending free perks, and I really enjoy that! The food comes out warm and tasty, so no complain on that matter.

We order breakfast 2-3 times a month for takeout. Obviously we enjoy their breakfast, but the last two weeks have been quite a disappointment. Last weekend there was hardly any bacon on the sandwiches, and this morning the eggs were disgusting, soggy, and runny. If this were our first time having breakfast here, it would definitely be our last. Don't know what's going on, but hopefully things improve or we will stop being customers.

It is unacceptable for a renowned establishment to serve such a repulsive surprise in their food. Finding such a blatant disregard for hygiene is deeply concerning and has irreversibly tarnished my perception of Chick-fil-A. I truly had a very disappointing experience.

The bread should not be larger then the chicken. Also it was no very hot and we at it there. The Fries were half filled for a large very disappointing. The nuggets were great though, and everything was tasty just expensive for for portion you get.

I had an absolutely dreadful experience at the Chick-fil-A on Main Street this past weekend. From the moment I walked through the doors, the staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. As soon as I approached the counter to place my order, the cashier looked me up and down with a disdainful expression and let out an exasperated sigh. Before I could even say anything, they barked, "What do you want?" in an irritated tone. I politely requested a chicken sandwich combo, to which the cashier responded, "Ugh, how original." They said it with such contempt that I was taken aback. I tried to smile and make friendly small talk, asking how their day was going, but the cashier completely ignored me and instead shouted my order to the kitchen staff in a condescending way. The kitchen staff seemed to mirror the cashier's attitude, as they were visibly rolling their eyes and muttering under their breath. When my order was ready, the cashier slammed the tray down on the counter and glared at me, not even bothering to say "here you go" or "have a nice day." I thanked them anyway, hoping to diffuse the tension, but they just turned away without responding. I ended up taking my food to a table, and the manager, who had witnessed the entire interaction, never once came over to apologize or check on me. The food itself was subpar - the chicken was dry and the fries were limp and soggy. I expect much higher quality and service from a popular chain like Chick-fil-A. This was easily the worst fast food experience I've ever had. The complete lack of customer service and common courtesy from the staff was shocking. I will never be returning to this location, and I would strongly caution anyone else against going there as well. The management needs to provide serious customer service training for their employees

As a Regular Customers I can say that this location’s service is really bad. My order has been bagged wrong in 4 occasions. The most recent one was today. Ordered through the mobile app “4ct Chick N strips” and side of salad with a small lemonade. I only received 4 chicken Nuggets!!!
