Oh, I loved it here. Came here late at night. Great atmosphere and ambiance. Love the interior design. Staff are courteous and attentive. The food was delicious. Update: 2nd time, and I'm beyond satisfied. Tried the pizza(salmon), and it was phenomenal and 2 new special rolls. Hot tea was very good. My best friend got the bento box with chicken and avocado crab salad. He was very happy. Our waitress was attentive & kind. Parking on site. Highly recommend.

Food was so delicious I can't believe I pass this place all the time and never tried it. Honestly the atmosphere is beautiful to the eye. The service is on point and always smiling. The food is fresh and delicious came with my dad. It's a must try. Plenty of parking restrooms are clean guys honestly give it a try. It's a hidden gem.

Amazing!! Best Service in Long Island. My girlfriend and I did a weekend trip to Long Island and decided to find a sushi restaurant. The food here is exceptional, the presentation is as tasteful as the meal itself and served quickly. We ordered 13 things. Frankie, the host shook our hands and asked about our meals, where we were from and told us the story of the business. This is must to visit if you love sushi and excellent service.

This place is AMAZING. My family and I were staying in Long Island at a hotel about 7 min away from Mizu, and we went onbthe first day we arrived. We returned for lunch the next day, and booked for dinner on our last full day. Their hot green tea is a great way to keep your stomach comfortable, and their Thai tea (big glass cup picture) was delicious, although it does water down so you might want to ask for less ice if you don't drink your drinks very quickly. We ordered the sushi platter, which came with a roll and nigiri. We also ordered the sashimi special salad, great for health conscious people trying to get more veggies. Their broccoli is pretty plain, but a solid veggie, but their sautéed Bok Choi is a huuuuge winner! It's worth getting each time you go. The sashimi platter is delicious and comes with rice, although you can opt out. Their miso soup comes with all the sushi platters, and is really good. We also got their ramen soup, (it has a really tasty vegetarian option), and their stir fried seafood udon, which was wonderful (there were no leftovers). If you book ahead, as we did for Friday night, you can actually order oysters (so worth it) and lobster (never had it sashimi style before, and the accompanying dip was very refreshing). All in all, highly recommend the food and the company. The waitresses were lovely and helpful, and the chef/owner was very personable and came to speak with us twice. Go if you love sushi and are in the area!

After a long day at adventure land amusement park we decided to go get some hibachi and sushi; which we love very much. Very happy with customer service and cleanliness the restaurant has been able to keep. Sushi bar and the view inside is super nice and decorated stunningly. The waitress really did her thing with the kids and very friendly and we love that very much. She saw my wife seemed cold and asked if she wanted them to up the temp for her “that was a first ever” that a restaurant was willing to accommodate to such extreme! Food was amazing and drinks were very good. We did three entrees which were steak,chicken,lobster with white rice, fried rice and some noodles. Had some sushi and it was very flavorful. 5 min from adventure land and highly recommend, we called an hour before going for reservation for 7 of us and were accommodated right away when calling and getting there. Thank you very much.

Overall delicious food and very friendly service. Portion is decent - I personally ordered a specialty roll and a regular roll and they were quite filling already. I would recommend this place if you need to satisfy your sushi craving and have a decent budget.

Just had an amazing meal! The food was absolutely delicious, and I really appreciated how fast everything came out. Our server was super helpful too, knowing the menu inside and out. It's always great when you get such good service. Definitely coming back again soon!

We have had the pleasure of dining at Mizu on several occasions. Each time, we have been impressed with the quality of the service and the food, and we have found it to be quite enjoyable.

For reals this sushi is delicious. Everyone with bad reviews are takeout (which NEVER get sushi take out duh, or they ordered Non sushi items.) This place has good sushi if you actually order the sushi. Grab a bunch of the special rolls and some fresh sashimi. Skip the thai food, skip the regular appetizers. Just order fish! Frankie the manager is such a sweetheart and so humble. This restaurant knows it's good and everyone is super nice. The atmosphere is really nice. We got the crispy wasabi cracker, the out of control roll, the Nico special roll and a salmon crunchy roll. We also got the Indian pancake app. Everything was unbelievable and delicious! I cannot wait to come back! The fish was fresh and the combos were very good. My only qualm would be maybe not SOOOO much sauce on everything, it hinders the flavor of the fish.

We ordered takeout and food was ready to go before the estimated pickup time. The quality of ingredients were okay- the tuna being particularly chewy and gamey was not a good sign. The other fish (salmon, yellowtail, eel) all tasted fine. The 7 roll party tray was $68 ($9.71/roll) is a great saving!

Tbh, this place was good food wise. Service SUCKED SO BADLY. It took forever to get our food and the server barely looked in our direction. At some point we asked her for another round of drinks and she literally went to sit down at the sushi bar to EAT. Like, I get it you gotta eat but BFFR, are you not working? On top of all of this, they charged us 20% gratuity. It was literally 4 of us with a toddler. And one of us literally just had ice cream. When we asked why we were charged for gratuity, they said it was their policy for 5. I'm pretty sure for NY, the policy is for 6 guests but that's besides the point. We asked if they could show us where it says this as all restaurants have it at least on their menu or receipt. They said it's just our policy, we don't have a sign. Um, scam alert? Low key felt targeted and racist. Will NEVER come back here again, even if they paid me. Wouldn't recommend going here to eat. Maybe just take your food out.
