One of the best fast food places os the Wendys in Farmingdale. Food is always hot. Service is quick and efficient. Dining room is alwats clean no matter what time of day I go there.

Once again my favorite fast food if you see my other comment on it you can tell I go to alot of different Wendy's still sad about the chicken 4 for 4 but the biggie bag is manageable... not a fan of bacon and cheese on my chicken but whatever I like bacon with eggs,rice, or Mac and cheese...

This location is always fast to process the line....the food is always great and made to order.

I met several friends there and we spent about an hour and a half, eating and reading scripture, and singing a praise song to God. 👍😄😃 I have always enjoyed going to Wendy's more than other places. We went in early evening and very few people there. But the food was good and the service fast.

The Wendy's on Hempstead Turnpike in Farmingdale has an exceptionally nice and friendly staff! The place is immaculate and the food is always perfect!!

Took a while to get through at the drive thru but can't really blame them for being popular in the area. As soon as I did place my order though, I had my food in like 3 minutes so I can't complain. Food was absolutely fresh and delicious and they didn't forget any of my sauces this time. That cinnabon thing they had was delicious as well, great for only $3 and change imo. Unfortunately for my arteries, I'll most likely be back.

Wendy’s is alway not bad. But this place forget to give us any source for our order that have chicken nuggets and fries

DIRTY GLOVE IN SALAD. CHARGED EXTRA. EDIT: Prompt and full refund. I went back and spoke to the manager. He quickly apologized and gave me a full refund. He said they didn't have blue gloves in the store though, so no clue on how it got in the salad. Back story: I ordered a salad here, got to my hotel, opened the container to check it before I ate, and there was a fingertip from a dirty latex glove right in the middle of the salad. I tried calling the restaurant 4 or 5 times and never got anyone on the phone. They didn't give me a receipt, so I went to my bank account to prove the purchase and found out that they charged me $10 for this $7 salad. I'll be in the area tomorrow for work, so I'll definitely be stopping by to talk to somebody about this. This doesn't make any sense.

I went w a friend to meet a few others from my Bible group on zoom. The service was fast, and it was mostly empty w just a few people. The diner next door is another favorite place.

Good for a quick bite there drive up window is very fast even if there's a line they get you in and out. It's a very good attribute for this bc store and location it's also a new remodel about a year or so back and quite frankly for fast food one of the few I rely on for a quick bite.

Make sure to specify which potatoe you want if you dont they give you just a plain potato - no butter no sour cream. Also, this location no longer offers the broccoli & cheese - only plain cheese or bacon & cheese for toppings.

Usually employed by younger individuals who don't really care about your order. Especially when you ask for something specific on your sandwich or something specific to be taken off your sandwich. They are just zombies clicking into a computer without actually listening to you. The younger employees sound miserable all the time. But then again, I would be miserable too if I had to work at Wendy's. But someone has to pay the bills right? How hard is it to put extra pickles on a sandwich especially when I repeated it multiple times and it was repeated back to me by a young man behind the register. Then he forgot to give me my change and I had to end the parking and going inside and getting my $5 worth of change that was not given to me by this young man. Pickles make the sandwich so much better and I was severely disappointed. This is quite a long review for Wendy's but sometimes an experience rubs you the wrong way and you just need to vent, you know??? Just a handful of pickles.... How hard is that?

During the day this place is wonderful.. staff is good and fast and food is always hot and fresh and usally clean.. at night and on weekend is a different story but usally pretty decent

I like the 4 for $4 deal. If they added one or two more items, they could do it a 5 for $5 or they could also do a 3 for $3 deal with less. I'd like less ice with my drink, though.

The chocolate Frosty machine was broken when I visited, they had the strawberry Frosty which we did not like; tasted too artificial. We do really like the chicken nuggets here, especially the spicy nuggets.

Bathroom floor was dirty needed to be mopped. And you started tracking dark from the bathroom into the dining room, Floor was very sticky

Decent Wendy’s outlet. Sometimes they serve fresh nuggets but I have had no issues get them replaced.

Stopped in when frosties were on special. It was a pleasant experience. Getting back out of the parking lot and on our way was far more challenging.

This location was average at best. Service was not very blah. I have definitely had food fr Wendy's that was fresher. Oh and the strawberry lemonade was thick and way too sweet. Better luck next time but I think I'll pass on this location.

It depends on which locations you frequent but I often find the dining areas and restrooms range from just messy to downright filthy. Although there have been exceptions, the service at the location that is most convenient for me is usually not so good. I have had employees that were rude, ignore waiting customers, have their backs to the counter while talking with each other and don't seem to understand English. Food is not always fresh or hot. I consider it a last resort type of choice.

Only drove through, I don't usually eat fast food so I gave it a 3 but it is better then most fast food.

Foods fine. Very miserly owner though, constantly disables the national coupons, jacks up prices and now just seems to do no more breakfast?

I really like this location around 11:30 this morning i left the doctor's office. unsing the drive through I placed an order for $5:00 with coffee so i can take medication before heading home. At the window I realized that i forgot my wallet home, blood sugar reading up and up I really need to eat something i left Windy's with no food. So sad.

I would have to say that this is one of the less desirable Wendy's I have been to. Unfortunately, more often than not, the drive through order is not correct. How hard is it to get a double with bacon, cheese, onions and ketchup? However, either the bacon or cheese is left off. The point of drive through is to get the food fast, so why would I then return to fix the order.

My last breakfast order was terrible Went thru drive thru and home to eat it The muffin must have been reheated and like a rock sausage missing. Customer service sent me a meal voucher. By. NO DECAF coffee !! that is horrible that they took DECAF choice away I can’t drink regular Wendy put it back!!

Each location differs. There is one on Hempstead Tpke. in Farmingdale that is always in desperate need of cleaning. Employees (not all) are often talking to each other with their backs to the front end. They turn away after taking your order and don't pay much attention to customers.

Ordered online 15 minutes before heading over and still had to wait for my order. Food wasn't hot so freshness isn't the excuse.

Food wasn't all that hot and they screwed up out order as well so we had to go all the way back. We ordered 2 chilli cheese fries and they gave us 2 chilli cheese baked potatoes. When we went back the guy said those are cheese fries, the other girl came over and said no it's a potato. Then he proceeded to say that they didn't have chilli cheese fries on the menu but they do LOL. I think someone needs to sit down and relearn the menu.

Bring back the Spicy!! The 4 alarm sandwich was my favorite!! It's just me. I can't eat without Spicy. Otherwise Wendy's is great for so many of you folks.

What can I say - it's Wendy's. Their food is okay. The reason for the low review is how often they seem to get my order wrong. There's one woman in particular there who's very nice but more often than not when I drive away I end up getting something different from what I actually ordered (and yes, I know I could take the time to check if my order's correct but sometimes I'm limited for time).

Asked for a regular hamburger kids meal , no cheese . "Please make sure burger is hot " Received a cheeseburger , barely warmer than room temp. Fries were drenched in salt , and we're warmer than the burger . Diet soda was good , kids chocolate frosty was ok . Asked for a receipt - not given at time of purchase . I guess customer requests for a "hot" burger aren't important to this location , nor are other simple requests by the customer .

I usually get good services from other Wendy's in Long Island. But this Wendy's branch was totally frustrating. Operated by some young kids, they didn't even know their products. I really feel sorry for these kids. Never ever come again.

I’ve lived in the area for about a year now and have visited this Wendy’s close to a dozen times. At this point I’m convinced there is a management issue as each time we’ve visited the drive-thru staff seems grumpy and annoyed with their customers. Not once have we been created with a simple hello or any kind of basic greeting. Now the orders always have something missing or not what was asked for. BTW, placing the condiments on the fries and nuggets is nasty.

I feel like this wendys is either a hit or miss. I've had plenty of good experiences with bad experiences. Though if you do have a bad experience, fill out the surveys and they usually make it right. The food is good and best get the frosty key chain when they're out, you'll get a Jr. Frosty with every meal for the rest of the year. This is great value.

The employees don't know nothing about the wedy's system or application or reward system ! I told the employee to scan the qr code from wendy app from my phone and she told me that the rewards don't work at this branch then tried to charge me over 5 dollars extra because i asked for extra tomato and pickles in my sandwish !! When i asked to see the screen to see how much this extra tomato cost, then she asked her manager and told me that they applied a discount for me ! Overall the branch is clean and the sandwishes taste good but the employees need to be trained and if actually the reward program is not working here, then this should be a local sandwish shop and not a franchise for a brand as wendy !

Every time i come here they mess up my order or rush me while ordering and dont hear me correctly make sure to confirm your order when going the drive thru

If you're closed for the holidays, that's fine. At least turn your sign lights off so people aren't waiting at the drive thru for service.

Literally every soda flavor was out in the freestyle machine. I went to the front to ask if they had any soda in the back and the guy just shook his head. Talk about lazy employees. Food was good though.

We went into Wendy's about 10 minutes after opening time and ordered our meals. We went to get our drinks from the machine and got sprayed by the machine. It got all over our hands and even got my white flip flops covered with red syrup. We had to get someone to come over and "fix" the machines which took a good 3-5 mins (you will see why I quoted "fix" later). We then got our food which was your good, basic Wendy's food. There were no ketchup packets on the condiments and straw table so we asked for some for our fries. We then were given a handful of packets from behind the counter by the manager which were all sticky. After eating for a bit, I was thirsty so then I took a sip of my cherry flavored coke to get something that tasted watered down (almost like sparkling water with a hint of coke). I assumed since the machine was broken before that the syrup must be the problem. So, after eating I went back to the machine to refill for the car ride. I poured regular coke into my cup. After we left, I took a sip to taste something resembling vitamin water. This was the worst experience I've had with Wendy's making this a one star for me. The food was good and the staff seemed ok but the inconveniences defently ruled that out.

I used to come here every week to get a burger. It's usually understaffed. One day I saw one of managers screaming at the one autistic empoyee working at the fri station and he started stuttering and crying. The people there are horrible and I'm never going back to that wendy's.

Worst wendy ever... got 150 nuggets for my family and they where all raw... i brought it back and the man who says his name is chrid said they were not raw. Extremely slow and disorganized. Worst Wendy's experience I've ever had. Will never return to this Wendy's again. Restaurant wasn't even busy at all, and they made multiple mistakes to multiple orders.

They messed up my order twice! I ordered and paid for cheese fries and they gave me regular ones so I had to go back. Once they gave me the right ones I went back home and took a bite of my sandwich, I had discovered they put bacon in my sandwich when I had never asked for bacon. Me being Muslim and not eating pork because it is against my religious belief, I decided to call and see if they can resolve the issue since I was not able to eat the sandwich. After three tries no one answered the phone. On top of that the both times I went there they didn’t even give me my receipt. I come to this establishment a lot and this is one of the many times they mess up my order which I usually forgive, but this time it was extremely unacceptable!

This wendys is extremely inconsistent. Their food is fine but they frequently give me the wrong order. Especially when I order through seamless the order arrived incorrect. It's too much work to call up and wait another hour to receive cold nuggets so I usually just leave it. Definitely pass on ordering from here off seamless

It’s a quite Sunday. I’m the only one on the drive thru line. Got my order wrong. I asked for a number 11. Which has bacon, bbq sauce and cheddar bun. I got a Jr cheeseburger with 8 pickles lol . The fries sucked and the nuggets were soggy. Thank god the soda was cold to wash away the terrible taste. Not going back here anytime soon.

The stuff always makes mistakes with the orders, they seem not to pay attention when you talk to them. In addition they all look miserable you can tell they hate working here and they transfer that to the customers, there’s not one person here that is friendly. Definitely a very poor experience. Visited this location today and was literally being discouraged by my daughter as we turned into the parking lot drive thru.. she explained that a few years ago her order was literally tossed out the drive thru at her instead of being handed to her. Even though she was very upset about it she didn’t make a big deal about it ; she just knew she was never spending her money at this location ever again. I decided to visit anyway thinking maybe this time would be better but to my surprise it wasn’t. The young lady taking my order was very rude and disrespectful very nonchalant and dismissive and answered back with WHAT!! at my questions asked Instead of saying can you repeat that or excuse me. When you work in any establishment that deals with the public common curtesy is a must. If you don’t like what you do for a living then clearly it’s time for a career change. Always show up to work and give your best; or just don’t show up at all. Especially when you’re dealing with the public. Everyone is going through something just don’t take whatever you’re going through on others. We are human beings and we need to be nicer to each other.

She might be the reddest person I've ever seen and I don't think I've seen her do anything but yell. I think her name is Ana, but somebody needs to get her under control, she makes my whole visit unpleasant.

Horrible management!! Had a problem with an online order which arrived missing items. I called and spoke to the manager. She told me to come get the missing items. I told her I was without a car, hence the delivery. Told me to call delivery driver. When I called back to tell management the delivery driver didn't answer, she became dismissive and rude. She told me that her employees saw driver take missing items. Well, I still don't have my items. Management took no responsibility for work ethic...I can only imagine what she let's slide with the quality of the food. I'll spend my money elsewhere.

Your guys services suck. for starters they have copied the big mac from mc donald’s and they just put other things in it. Also the drive thru is so slow. The last time we went through the drive thru they told us to go in a parking spot and wait for our food while other cars were getting there food right away and we waited like 20 mins for our food and we had to go in there to get our food but still waited for food. One time i went they also gave me a burnt burger, burnt chicken nuggets, and also burnt fries. My coke was also not fizzy. It’s also very annoying when you guys never have the vanilla frosty and every time you always tell me that it will be there “soon”. Also when i went to get wendy’s for lunch it took me a while to get my food and you guys were going really slow. i hate to be mean but this is the truth.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a fast food spot. Couldn’t hear cashier(Maria) clear, had to repeat myself multiple times with no confirmation of my order. Then got to the window & asked both ladies to read over my order that was met with an attitude, given a complete mess of a frosty with one napkin (no napkins for the food) & this whole time never told the price until I asked for the receipt. If you give service like this, might be best next time to just clock out for the day.

Doesn't close at 2am as stated online. Staff just stands in drive through window and talks while telling you they are closed. This was at 1:20am. Guess it's no surprise why taco bell has a line around the building just a mile up the road. Unfortunately stopped by again. Live 10 mutates away. Got home and fries were so cold. They should also rename the baconator a double cheeseburger with 2 straps of bacon

Placed an order through the drive through. When I got to the fries looked like they had been fried again to heat them up. The spicy chicken sandwich was old and looked like it had been refried as well. Horrible business tactics. You figure since someone is going in the drive through they won't notice how bad the food is until they get home.

5/04/23 This is the last time I will ever get food from this drive-thru location. I haven’t been here in 2 years because without fail the food I received is not how it was ordered. Today I ordered a Dave’s single with lettuce and tomato ONLY, 4 piece nuggets, fries and a small chocolate frosty. Got home and realized I didn’t have the frosty and the burger was loaded with cheese onions and pickles. I don’t knock anyone trying to make a living but maybe it’s best having people that can understand and speak the English language customer facing!!! Get your act together I’m never going back
