The food and atmosphere were wonderful. The live music was too loud for dinner conversation. The music was good, just a touch too loud. The food was outstanding.

By far THE BEST Italian and food I’ve ever had hands down. Everything on the menu is delicious and the portions are massive! Gio’s steak is my staple every-time I come here. But I’d be happy with anything they serve me. Brittany, the bartender is so amazing and makes our experience more personable and fun. I love everything about this business, food, drinks, desserts, service, music, specials, atmosphere, and down to earth owners. No wonder they have so many regulars!

My husband and I went here last night for the first time. This place has a very cozy and homey vibe. There was live music since we were there on a Saturday night. Our waitress was honest and sweet. When we were given the bread, I knew their food would be bomb since the bread was delicious, IMO it’s not easy to get the bread right when it’s made in house. I got the pork shank and my husband got chicken parm, we were very satisfied with both dishes. Drinks are cheap here too, a cocktail ranges from $8.5-$9. I recommend this spot for a date night, get the pasta or meat.

Excellent Italian restaurant! The food is outstanding, "KISS". The portions are large enough for you to enjoy your meal the next day. The staff are fun and attentive.

The food here was great! The portion sizes were huge, I had two meals worth of leftovers. The fra divola was amazing! The spice level was perfect and it's always great when you add shrimp! Definitely recommend this for a couple's night out or to meet friends. The music was an added bonus, and it wasn't too loud so you could not have a conversation

We reserved a table for Saturday evening for a table of 5. The atmosphere was enjoyable and there was live jazz music. We were seated next to the music but the volume wasn’t too loud. The musicians were very friendly and asked if the music volume was ok. It was very enjoyable and we were able to listen to the music and hear ourselves comfortably. We ordered three apps: greens and beans, muscles and pork/beef balls. Everything was very delicious and the greens and beans were spectacular! For dinner our table ordered- chicken French, chicken Marsala, chicken Milanese, chicken parm ane veal parm. Portions were generous and the food was delicious! We all had to get to go containers and we enjoyed it the next day. Service was friendly and pleasant. This was our first time at the restaurant and we will definitely be back!

Great place for dinner. Had my wife’s birthday dinner there. Excellent food, drinks and wait staff. Food portions are very generous also.

This was our second time eating there in less than 2 weeks! The first time we had Veal Marsala (the best I have had) and Chicken Parm. Last night was Seafood Ravioli and Spaghetti with live Jazz. Everything, I mean everything has been delicious...appetizers, bread ..even the salad! Bobby has been our server both times and he is awesome! We love the food, the service and the atmosphere. We will be back....there is a whole menu to experience!

Great local, authentic spot serving up quality food. Good atmosphere and timely service. The artichoke appetizer was quite tasty, as was the calamari and the other entrees ordered. Go check it out!

They opened the store for our group after gathering for my brother in laws burial! They offered us all of there menu choices not just a few options whichwe really appreciated. All of us were very happy with the quality of there food. I especially was amazed by the size of my pork chop, and it was the best I have every eaten! There were no disappointments of any kind, which has not been the case in many restaurants we have visited. Thank you for a wonderful experience which lightened the sorrow we were experiencing!

I enjoyed the atmosphere of this place. They have live jazz. The food was fantastic. I could have eaten the soup special all day long. Our waitress, Alison, was excellent. She was pleasant, knowledgeable, and just the right amount attentive.

We had a 630 reservation. We were seated as soon as we arrived. I am hearing impaired so I asked to change to a different table. They happily moved me to a quiet corner. I was very appreciative. The food was amazing from start to finish. Our server was amazing. The best server we have had in a long time. We will definitely be returning

Excellent Food! The owners, Pam and Giovanni made us feel like family our very first dinner. Italian as it gets, and a great wine selection. You would have to drive to NYC to get a meal comparable!

It was my first time there. We were a fairly large group. I ordered the Pork chop, it was delicious. It wasn't dried out, the mushrooms with it were fantastic. The waitress was friendly, helpful and great at her job!! I would definitely go again.

We had been thinking about going to Prosecco for quite a while - last night we finally decided to try it out - we were greatly impressed. We sat at the bar - a very intimate but comfortable spot that felt very cozy - we then watched the parade of food exit the kitchen - huge, hearty dishes - one more appetizing than the last. The bartender Steve was super attentive - the owner Pam gave us great advice on what was good on the menu. It is obvious that Prosecco is a local favorite given that most tables were taken - we came from abut 40 minutes away. If you are thinking about taking the drive one night, trust us, you won't be disappointed!

Food and service were top notch, as usual, sat down right away on a saturday night with reservation. Reading the reviews about being busy on holidays or too loud with the music.....YES its busy everywhere on Valentines day, lol, (or a weekend night with no reservation) so don't be surprised if you wait longer than your reservation. YES they play live music there, so ask to sit farther from the stage, they advertise music which is more than fine...if you cannot hear the person across the table in a non-music atmosphere, don't be surprised that its "too loud" (and 1 guy singing with his accoustic is not loud). Drinks are$10-$12 a piece, same (or cheaper) than most places and they are NOT weak by a long shot. Fresh hot bread, the side salads are meals in themselves, and you are brining half your dinner home with you for the next day, portions are immense. 100% recommended for great authentic Italian cuisine!!!

My wife and I have dined at Prosecco - no joke - at least 25 times! There is a reason we keep coming back - it's absolutely outstanding! I think we've tried everything on the menu at least once (apart from their Seafood options due to allergies). We are huge, HUGE fans of the Alfredo, Lasagna and Chicken French!! Come hungry and ready to leave in a food coma. Keep doing what you're doing! See you next time!

We were traveling so no doggie bags for us. That was our only disappointment. Service was great (thank you Michelle) and the food was excellent. We had Mussels, greens and beans, and chicken parm. The chicken melts in your mouth. Highly recommended, but make reservations. It was packed on a Tuesday night in mid- October.

Had a great dinner here! Service was fantastic, the waitress was so good and checked on us occasionally asking if we would like anything. The food was professional and extremely good! The chicken french was one of the best I have ever had at a restaurant and was able to pair it with their very delicious gnocchi! The arancini was flavorful and packed with very good rice! Definitely coming back for seconds soon!

Came in for a Thursday night dinner, outstanding. We had such a lovely intimate dinner here even with how busy they were. The service was top tier and the food just made the experience that great. We loved the live jazz which was not too loud from where we sat but loud enough to enjoy. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place with great service and food.

We had a family dinner for our father's birthday. It was a party of 11 and the entire experience was very good. The servings are large and filling, the service is helpful and professional, friendly and courteous. The entertainment was not overwhelming, you could still hold conversation while performance was going on.

This is one for our favorite local Italian restaurant! The atmosphere is just lovely here. Happy hour weekdays 4-6pm with quite a good selection. Live music most evenings 🎶 There is a section off to the side where you can be seated if you prefer a quieter experience without the live music. The greens and beans with sausage and calamari are a must and to die for!

Great spot for dinner and jazz. An inviting atmosphere of dark wood tones and stone. Food is freshly prepared. Choices include pasta, seafood, beef, chicken, veal. Salad was cold and crisp. Staff was attentive to detail and pleasant. Nice selection of wines.

The best Ciapino in town. Also if it's your first time don't be surprised by the portions. Every bite was perfect. From the sliced bread to the amazing salad dressing to the fresh food and scrumptious desserts. Well done!!

I went here today because we got a gift certificate from a relative of mine. Needless to say, if nirvana had a taste, it’d be good from here. The portions are absolutely gigantic (Meatballs are ~3 1/2 inches around) and their starting salad is remarkable- especially when combined with their wonderful in-house made Prosecco vinaigrette. But then came the magnum opus of the meal. Their 14 oz., one-and-a-half inch think NY strip steak. It the PERFECT blend of tenderness and firmness, it was cooked perfectly (medium well, because I’ve had mixed experiences with medium rare at other restaurants), it was extremely juicy, and the seasoning had the perfect amount of bite to it to round the entire steak off nicely. If you ever go to Prosecco, get the strip steak. If you don’t like strip steak, go here anyway. Sincerely, A recent patron

One of my favorite stops when in the area. Great service and atmosphere. Staff is super friendly and food is fantastic. Go with an empty stomach and you still may be bringing food home. We like to sit at the bar and eat and we always meet good people to engage with. Bartender is on top of his game.

We have been to Prosecco's numerous times over the past few years, and we have always been very pleased with their staff, the prices, the portions, and the music. I decided to have Prosecco's cater my family meal for Thanksgiving on Friday 11/29. I have to tell you, it was the best by far. I ordered. 10, 1/2 pans of food for our dinner. Let me tell you, I was expecting 20 people, and the amount of food that they prepared could have fed 30 people easily. The food was prepared nicely and was very very tasty. It was ready on time of my pick up. We had everything from greens and beans, roasted potatoes, to chicken and eggplant parmesean, to chicken marsala and chicken carmen. This was probably one of the best dinners my family ever had, with leftovers to feed everyone for 2-3 days. I have nothing but praise for this restaurant. I will say, Prosecco's is probably one of the best restaurants in the Canandaigua / Victor area if not The Best.... They are Great!!!

What a cool place. The best Bolognese I've had in a long time, maybe ever! The jazz vocalist was a nice touch. The amount of food we got for the price was incredible. We will be coming back, even though it's an hour and a half from our house. Worth it!!

Very generous portions at this nice little Italian Eatery. Food was very good. Don’t miss the beet salad with the balsamic and lemon dressing. We started with the Arancini which we loved and that changes frequently. The lasagna that I had was 6x6x4” and my wife meatballs (stop laughing) were the size of baseballs. I wish we lived near here.

Went here for Valentines day . Was a little worried because it was a 8:30 reservation. But boy did they impress us and made the night amazing. The Bartender was super apologetic for the wait and even made us extra drinks to make up for it . We were seating quickly and the server was just amazing. All the specials were available on a super busy night and was just out of this world . Every dish was better than the previous one . Make this place a must visit for your next special dinner . Highly recommend

The best Italian Food in town. Fast servers, amazing sauces, and an expansive menu! We were seated and had water and bread instantly. The waitress even offered to take our hats. Got appetizers nearly as fast as we could order them, and when they were done, the food was ready and amazing. Will definitely have to stay for desert next time!

A rainy Sunday night looking for some good Italian food. Decided to give it a go. Able to get a table easily. Service was superb. Very nice and helpful. Husband had Haddock French and really liked it. I had angel hair with Marinara sauce. The pasta was delicious but the sauce was a little bland. Bread was really good and served warm. Extensive dessert menu and the bar menu was great! Didn't like the country music that was a constant. Would give it a go again.

Honestly my only complaint is that the portions were too large. Slightly smaller size and price. There were 4 adults and none of us finished our meal without taking a good sized portion home. It was price appropriate for the serving but to much.

I was there on Saturday evening with a party of 4. Made a reservation upon word of mouth recommendations. Very glad I did so. The food was really very good. I had the mussels for an appetizer, would definitely recommend them if you like spicy. The flavor was outstanding all the main courses were Great. Relaxed and warm atmosphere. Would go back again for sure. Missed out the the carrot cake for dessert because it is only made occasionally. Good enough reason to go back. Sorry I forgot to take pics of the food

So today was my birthday & my wife took me here for dinner. I was told the owner is Italian, & it was clear from entering the door! The smell of food that meets you outside is enticing! I just feel like you can tell the difference between authentic & imitation. A few highlights: The Sicilian calamari- probably the best calamari I’ve had! Fried perfectly- not harsh! But it was also the combination of tomatoes, banana peppers & cherry peppers with a marinara dipping sauce. Super flavorful! The peppers gave a solid spice with the crunchy-chewy rings & a cool garlicky marinara! A real delight! I was very impressed with the portion sizes. They are more than generous! I did a make-your-own pasta bowl. Loved that I got to have a gluten-free pasta option. The garlic & oil sauce with added vegetables. Their Caesar salad was also bulky. I added a chicken cutlet to it & that was wonderful! My only wish was that their Caesar dressing was more flavorful. Felt pretty bland to me. But overall a lovely restaurant experience! Server was nice! Food was brought expeditiously & perfectly timed! I see why they are popular!

A bit weird with the decor but the food is pretty good. I was reluctant to try the red sauce because it varies so much from place to place but we had some with our calamari and found it to be to be very good. No complaints.

My wife and I tried this restaurant for the first time last night. The calamari was complete garbage the atmosphere quaint the dinner was actually exceptional. I would consider going to this place again, but I would avoid the calamari like the plague.

Really, really like this place - they’re still improving and will be 5 star soon. Serving sizes are too large and food presentation needs improvement. Suspect they have a great chef that needs some support on all the rest.

We ordered yesterday for pickup this afternoon. The entree's were generous and delicious. We also ordered the antipasto which was quite disappointing. Understand that ordering to go is different presentation but oh my gosh a few slices of cheese and meat, a generous amount of olives but a very skimpy presentation. Nice serving of bread. We'd asked and the person taking our order explained that we'd have an up charge to change our dinner salads to Cesar salads but we did not receive Cesar salads, Cesar dressing but definitely not Cesar salads. Not romaine lettuce but cabbage and chick peas, shredded carrots not Cesar salad. Understand a busy time of year...thanks for reading

This place was recommended by someone during a wine tasting. The atmosphere was loud. The band was entertaining and the food was delicious and plentiful. I was impressed by the portions. I definitely ordered too much but all was delicious. Starting with salad and antipasto then I had fried calamari and chicken Parmigiano to finish. Ended with espresso and a caramel Gelato 😋.

TL;DR: The food is delicious, the servings are hefty, the dessert is phenomenal, the atmosphere is comfortable, great service, furniture was too wobbly. 4/5 Prosecco is a nice Italian restaurant serving delicious pasta, bread, and cannolis in large serving sizes. My wife and I have been looking forward to coming here since we moved to Farmington, and they did not disappoint. We enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and decor. The food was all delicious and we have plenty left for the next few meals. My wife tried the chicken parm and she really enjoyed it. She said it wasn’t her favorite, but it was tasty. I got the Bolognese with angel hair and I was very happy. For $25 I got enough pasta for several meals. The meal also came with a house salad and their house dressing. The salad was just okay, but came with a lot of tomatoes, cucumbers, and chickpeas. And my favorite part was the fresh bread. I wish they brought us more than two little slices when we asked for a refill, because I could eat bread all day. But it was delicious either way. Finally, we ordered cannolis for dessert. At 2 large cannolis for $7 I was not expecting them to be this delicious. My wife pointed out there was a hint of cinnamon or something in the filling that took it up a level. Usually I don’t care for chocolate chips in my cannolis, but this had a good balance. I was a little disappointed by the quality of the furniture. Our table and chairs were VERY wobbly, making it really hard to eat. Our waitress Kinley was very nice and provided great service. I hope she gets a raise. Reservations: I almost forgot, we made a reservation using Google and it worked great!

Outstanding venue for quantity, quality and value! Wait service so capably provided by Michelle who delivered delectible cuisines to our table. She didn't miss a beat. Prices very reasonable! Quantity of food for the money impressive. Best Italian dining and menu variety anywhere in the Finger Lakes. Only issue we had, which overshadowed the entire experience was the live music being so loud. It should be soft, soothing background music. The five of us could not hear ourselves talk. Not going there for a show. And, the trio was mediocre at best which made it worse. Why can ownership or GM not realize finer establishments do not need or promote such adverse environments. Turn down the decibles a few notches and we’re dedicated patrons. If not, unfortunately, we’re going elsewhere regardless of service and food quality.

It was a bustling Thursday night for Prosecco. We were seated immediately at about 7:15 after my son’s basketball game in Victor. The place was busy but they seemed to have enough staff for the tables. Unfortunately, service was so very slow in which the waiter apologized. I cannot count the number of times my 15 year old son told me that he was starving 😆 the bread should have been replenished for him and our wine fort husband and myself but there was a good 30 minutes where we didn’t see our waiter. The food was beyond delicious. I made sure to check in with my son to see if the wait was worth the delicious food and he said it was - his lasagna was devoured. I’d definitely go back and expect the wait next time. The location is beautiful and love the live music where the artist was mixing in some holiday tunes.

The food and service was amazing, the little after thought of a seating area that was so cold I couldn't remove my jacket was not so great. It was cold and the heater at the opposite end did nothing for us and the lovely music playing inside could barely be heard. We made reservations in advance for our anniversary and we left disappointed.

M
Meemee Nope

This place was disappointing. The service was pretty good but when we got our main course we didn't really see our server again. They informed us they no longer have pizzas and they told us they did not have any caffeinated coffee. They also did not have espresso. I got artichokes French and they did not remove the woody parts from the stem so no one would eat them but me. Some of our pasta was overcooked. My friend really did like the gluten-free rolls. Everything was just okay. However it cost $180 so I don't think we'll be back again. We can get a much more decent meal at some place like the Green Front.

Pre fathers day dinner for 4. Reservation early. 4th table sat. Bottle of wine 2 appetizers, all was, good. Got quite busy as,usual. 30 min after appetizers n no refills on water or cocktails, table full of empty everything yet no salads I was,sad for my husband n my son that made the reservation. We boxed up the majority of the food that finally came out n enjoyed our ride home. I'm not one to usually complain or take pictures but I did. Sorry Prosecco.

Last time I went to eat , menu for drinks has a hot and spicy martini, last time i was over charged by 2.50, I spoke to the owner on the phone , he stated he was sorry and offered a $10 gift certificate which I declined. Today we again went ordered the same drink , spoke to the waitress and told her what happened she confirmed it was 9.50 per drink. When the bill came due, I checked and again they over charged for the drinks by 2.50 each, I brought it to the attention of the waitress she talked with the owner, he told her there was a price increase and the 12.00 is the right price even though the menu says 9.50. So a bait and switch operation by the owner . Beware!!!

This was disappointing. I ordered artichokes French and they did not remove the woody parts of the stem. They were out of some desserts and they did not have any caffeinated coffee, including espresso. Nothing was really amazing. My steak was very fatty. The only thing that was remarkable was that my friend really liked the gluten-free rolls. After we received our main course, we really didn't see our server again until the end. I feel like I can make food as good as this at home. They do not have pizza anymore.

The Resturant is understaffed ! We waited almost ten minutes for someone to come and seat us although we had a reservation!! And we were told that they have only two servers for the whole place and to expect delays ! I think they should not take reservations and then let people come over and tell them that ! Very disappointing

Ate at the bar. Service was awesome and attentive. I ordered the special, which was wahoo fish over mashed potatoes. While the initial tastes were delicious, the chef had left the skin on the bottom of the fish, which was extremely fishy. It ruined the dish. I left disappointed.

Been to Prosecco a few times, and had similar experiences - the food is genuinely good but they are perpetually understaffed, which is really a shame because it takes what could be a fantastic dinner and turns it into a frustrating experience. They take reservations, so they know in advance how busy they're going to be on a given night. You would think they would know how many people to schedule? Do they not pay people well enough to work here? If so, good restaurant staff is worth their weight in gold and will make your business more money with quicker turnaround and more repeat business. I wish this restaurant was as good as it could be because the food quality really is one of the better Italian restaurants in the area.

We were dining on a Tuesday and typically enjoy Prosecco food and service. Unfortunately this Tuesday our arrival coincided with their intention to close early. They made it clear they would seat us, but the whole time, we were rushed as they cleaned up around us. Locking the door may be a good idea if you decide to close early, otherwise fully commit to your customers. We will go again, I know they do better than this!

The service was good, but the food was lacking. We had a reservation, as we had a lot of people and were there for an anniversary, so we were seated quite fast. For an appetizer, we ordered an antipasto board, hoping to receive something worthy of the $18 price tag, but all we got was cold cuts, a block of cheddar cheese, sliced mozzarella from a bag, and a large bowl of olives in the middle. My lasagna was... Okay. The steak was bland and slightly chewy. For a table of nine, with a couple appetizers and drinks, we ended up paying ~$450. We didn't even order dessert. The live music was okay, but it wasn't anything special. Just a guy playing guitar and singing classics in a folk music style. For a high end Italian restaurant, it was a little disappointing.

My husband and I dined there last night. We did not have reservations but were seated within 10 minutes. While we were waiting a younger man and an older woman were at the hostess station (where you sit and wait- the hostess station is just above your head and your shoulder almost rubs the stand). The were discussing reservations for this holiday weekend and the young man BURPED next to my face! And kept talking as if nothing happened. Didn’t excuse himself or apologize! I looked at my husband and I just asked him “ Did that man just burp in my face?” To it, he replied he sure did. After we were sat, it took several minutes for a waitress to see us because they confused her as to which table was just sat. She took her order which we had plenty of time to think about what we wanted to drink an appetizer and our entrée we were serve served our appetizer first my husband’s Coca-Cola second and my wine came 15-20 minutes after. My food was served first (absolutely delicious-chicken Carmen) my husbands came 10 minutes late (20 ounce steak ordered medium rare- served VERY rare) had to send it back. But after getting it back was extremely delicious. Also had a cannoli and it was ok. The jazz band was delightful! Loved it! Not sure that we would go back after our experience but the food was good.

We went to celebrate an anniversary. Positives: We had a 5pm reservation and so we were seated right away. The service was excellent. The food arrived in a reasonable time. The specialty Cosmo was very good. Negatives: The food. It was average to less than average. One strip steak was cooked to medium and had enough gristle in multiple places that i didn't want to swallow it. Also chewy. I ended up cutting around all those areas once I realized how much gristle it had and ended up eating the equivalent of half of it. For $45 it should have been much better. The waitress asked if the owner if he could accommodate my pepper allergy. The first time he gave her was no. Everything has pepper. She can have salad. I was surprised he couldn't make anything fresh, such as beef, so she offered to go ask one more time. After the second time he said he could make me unseasoned fingerling potatoes and steak. I can have other seasonings, just not pepper. But they were flavorless potatoes, not all cooked through, and I covered the steak with gorgonzola so that added flavor. If it hadn't been a poor cut of meat it would have been good. It was cooked to medium though and I was impressed by that as a lot of restaurants don't get beef temps right. We ordered the antipasto but really it was a meat and cheese platter with a bowl of olives in the middle. It came out with cheddar cheese, yes Cheddar! And dry flavorless log mozzarella that you get in the packages at the grocery store. What didn't it have? It had no pepperoncini, no roasted red peppers, no marinated vegetables or other italian cheeses aside from the bad mozzarella. The description did include red peppers so that was clearly absent. The rest of the food was all over the map between 2 people that loved it, 3 that thought it was okay, 2 didn't like it at all, and 1 kid who had buttered noodles so she doesn't count 😆 Oh - the live music was okay. The singer had a fairly okay voice. What he did well was not blasting it too loud to enjoy the atmosphere. He set the right volume for the occasion and we appreciated that.

Have driven past Prosecco many times and we finally decided to try it out. Sadly, we probably won’t go back. While there were good things, like the desserts and the waiter we had, the food left a lot to be desired, especially at these price points. We started with the calamari fritti (we wanted the Sicilian calamari, but the olives can’t be taken out). I’ve never had such thin calamari in my life. It was like paper. No lemon, but that’s fine as we could’ve asked for one. It’s served on a large bed of spring greens, but with no dressing or anything (minus the marinara, which was good), they just take up space. Really though, this calamari was paper thin, we were so confused. The veal French was over breaded and lemony to the point of sourness, and this comes from someone who loves lemon. The large amount of sauce also made the veal French soggy quickly. The seafood ravioli also swam in sauce. They gave six raviolis which is typical, but the dish could use only 20% of the sauce and anyone would be content. I also love love love garlic, but there was so much in the ravioli it overpowered everything else. Cannolis were good, and the scoop of gelato is very large and was delicious. The mule drink is a bit small for $11. Overall, I would come back to enjoy drinks on their patio, but for paying $111 before tip, I would not go back for food again. However, while service was very slow, the waiter was incredibly kind and funny, and none of this reflects how they are as an employee.

Although he atmosphere was really nice with the guy that was playing it was just a perfect ambience. The bartender yelled when he talked and it was very disruptive and maître D acted like she was doing everybody a favor to set them down so even though the place was great the food was great. The ambience was great. The people that worked there as far as side service staff weren’t good and there was a young guy that came in to buy some food and he just swore the whole time you were standing by the bar and I know he knew the family or whoever owned it because they were all talking

Worst dining experience I've had in a long time. Our order was forgotten about and brought to us much later. We did not receive our salads but was still charged full price for our meals. My wife's was brought the totally wrong pasta that she ordered for her meal. Never to be seen again once it was sent back to get wrapped up to go, I had to send my salmon back because it was too rare for my liking and was told I had to order it well done if I wanted it differently ....never had to do that before but that's fine......my salmonn was comped tho , took us 2 hours to get our table turned over and we didn't even get our leftovers. Only half our order was brought back to us to bring home after waiting another 25 minutes for our food to get packaged up we decided to just leave. We will not be returning. On a side note, the lasagna soup was fantastic and the artichini was fantastic .

It was too loud. The people behind us were so loud and I could not hear anything my date was trying to say. The food was okay or I should say mine was okay his fish was prepared terribly and the side it came with was just greasy and bland. For the price it should have had a more reserved flair and been much quieter.

Was there last weekend. The service and atmosphere was pleasant. Music was great. Food was just ok. Mega portions which is unusual these days, it was enjoyable yet nothing to write home about. We also had their phone ringing in my ear throughout the meal. The lemon cake for dessert was delicious and a huge stand out, in fact probably saved my experience.

I love this place, but I have to write this review unfortunately. For the last few weeks my wife and I haven’t been able to make it out to the restaurant as we have a 9 month old baby to care for. Every time I try to do a pickup order, the staff advises that there is no pickups allowed. I practically want them to take my money because we love the food so much. I am hopeful that this review serves as a stepping point on understanding why a restaurant is unable to do pickup orders. I can’t imagine how many people they turn away for business each week. I wonder if others are feeling this same scenario. I hope this review helps them be better!

It was my first time there. I heard great reviews. Ordered the lasagna. It was warm on the outside and refrigerator cold on the inside. I cut it in half, put the other half on a small plate and called the waiter. I sent it back stating that it was cold. He took it and brought the same 2 plates back a few minutes later. IT WAS STILL COLD! So I said I didn't want it and asked for a 2nd glass of wine instead. Never got it. I am very disappointed. Will not recomend nor return.

Terrible experience....service could care less about us. I watched multiple people walking around not doing anything yet it took over an hour to get our food. We waited about 20 minutes after being seated to get water and they still didn't take any kind of order from us. Waited about another 10 minutes before they asked us our drink order. We ordered the drunken clams for an appetizer half the clams were empty. I also ordered the fettuccine con fungi which was more of a soup than pasta. The bread was cold. We could hear the manager clearly talking negatively about customers. Paid almost $100 to take home goulash. The one positive however was the drinks. I do not recommend.

Wow, things have changed since my first review. We had reservations tonight, got there early, there was people waiting inside & outside the door. No hostess to be found. There was around 16 people all crammed up front, waiting, that all had reservations. Waited for over 25/30 minutes. A couple came in from off the street, pushed by us all. The "hostess" finally showed up & she took his name and eventually called them to the table in front of all of us that were there waiting. If they were short staffed they could have came up & let us know, took our names, maybe even apologized & let us go to the bar. But not once did anyone glance our way. The hostess never even acknowledged us. Not a smile, nothing. So unprofessional. We finally left starving, while the rude couple who pushed through were getting served. What a complete disappointment. I would never recommend this place & we'll never be back. I'm not one to leave bad reviews. This was the worst I've ever been treated in a restaurant. Don't waste your time trying to eat here... My first review before my recent edit... Very nice atmosphere, the food was good, pleasant server & the man singing was excellent. An enjoyable experience

To start, I’ve been here before with my family and it was nice but this time was terrible. I don’t recommend coming here on a holiday. My girlfriend and I had reservations at 8pm on valentines day, we got seated at 7:55pm by the hostess and that was one of two interactions we had with the staff. We waited 20 minutes just to get water and we only got it because we had to get up and tell the hostess no one had seen us yet. We were then told our waitress would be with us soon. I understand Valentine’s Day is busy but we waited another 10 minutes and our waitress never came over. We didn’t even get a “hi I’m your waitress, I’ll be with you in a minute.” They also had live music there which would've been nice if we weren't sat right in front of him. It was unreasonably loud and we could barely hear each other. So after 30 minutes of waiting in loud music we left. They were overbooked and understaffed when that could probably be avoided by not accepting so many reservations or asking people to leave that were there way past their reservation.

Last Tues, my first visit, it was not too busy, I ordered the Alexandro, chicken pasta prosciutto spinach it was so garlicky the taste and smell was overwhelming I could see a lot of little pieces of raw garlic all over the pasta, very disappointed, was not able to eat this, spent $25 plus a good tip because the service was fine. Never had that bad of a meal at an Italian restaurant, I have never written a review before, that’s how bad the food was.

Their clam dish was not edible. It was made with all frozen clams and minced canned clam meat. Same frozen clams you can get at restaurant Depo for $3.80 a dozen. They were dry and flavorless. The way this dish was described on the menu made it sound like it was going to be a creamy clam sauce but there was no sauce, it was pasta in clam juice or more like water. The smell of the dish made everyone at our table nauseous. We didn’t say anything because our server was young and seemed a little overwhelmed so we didn’t want to cause more stress. But we will not be going back. The service was nice, not top tier - the atmosphere was different but nice. The salads were fantastic and the bread was incredible. But the clam dish shouldn’t be on their menu.

Every time I try and order from them for take out they either have their phone off the hook or they are not taking takeout orders. If you cant do take out orders dont make it an option
