They do a great job there, always make my drink right, and serve me with a smile. I think what i like the most about this location is how spacious and open it is. Plenty of room to hang or get some work done. Not to mention, its pretty close to my house.

I sincerely ask the manager at this store to please focus on the employees. They are just not happy people for whatever reason. I’m sure I’m not speaking for all but definitely many of them. Whatever it is I hope they can understand that a smile goes a long way in this business and while we all have our problems, work is work and people should feel welcomed when going into a Starbucks or any establishment. I was even trying to joke with them and still got nothing! Don’t be in customer service if you don’t want to provide customer service.

Absolutely horrible service.. It takes forever for anyone to recognize your there and don't be a delivery driver cause they really ignore you. Unprofessional.. When you sit there all that time waiting you get to see how they clean the blenders quickly leave all residue from the previous order and start making a new one.. What if someone has a severe allergy

pulled into the starbucks drive thru at 953 as i saw they closed at 10, i know it was cutting it a bit close to the hour but i was spoken to very rudely by someone who has “been working here for long enough to know the hours “ and i was told it closed at 930. this bad review is solely for false hours online/ very poor customer service .

Terrible Starbucks. Been here for 24 minutes waiting for an order. Staff gives you an attitude of you ask where your order is. I’ve never waited this long at a Starbucks

The barista on the Drive-Thru headset had an attitude saying I placed my order 1 minute before I pulled to the speaker, Even though I made sure to place it way before I even got into the line, and I was waiting in the line longer than 1 minute (about 6 minutes) before I even pulled up to the speaker so that doesn’t make sense. I even looked down at my phone right after she said that and the website literally said it was set to be ready 10 minutes before the current time, and that it will be ready in 6-9 minutes from when I placed it. I understand that it messes up the system when mobile orders pull up right after they are placed, but it’s upsetting to receive an attitude when that wasn’t the case for me.

Mobile ordering is always “not available” and even when it is my order isn’t ready by the time I get there. This place needs better/efficient staff or additional staff I’m sure Starbucks can afford it.

This is the worst starbucks I go to. I only go back because of convenience to a major roadway. They are always running out of stuff. There drive through takes forever. I dont know if the turn over is super high and they are just constantly training people but if you are rushing dont bother even doing a preorder cause it takes as long if not longer then just walking in. Will be going to the other one that is a mile away but always quick. Especially with pre-orders

Just waited 27 minutes in the drive through with three cars in front of me. They’re out of frappachinos and the rude lady literally told me to go to Medford if I really want one. Than I get to the window and she hands me two drinks when I ordered 3 but she only entered two of them. Her responses for me to come into the store because she can’t hold the line up…. 16$ for a tall lemonade and a grande iced white mocha with the worst service I’ve ever gotten…. Goodbye Starbucks

There’s no consistency. I order the same coffee every day and it’s completely different every time. Today I got a black coffee that tastes burnt and flavorless. Just a cup of ice with disgusting coffee. They do this all the time. Half the baristas don’t know how to make coffee, just sewer water in a cup. For $8 I wish it tased and looked how it’s supposed too

Line always takes forever in the morning, was told my order I just placed would take 10 minutes to make when there was 2 people on line. The app told me it would be ready in 3-6 minutes. When I got to the window the woman was kind of rude and didn’t greet me and just handed me my drink while looking at the screen. I understand it’s early but if you work at a coffee shop you would think you would get a better attitude in the morning.
