Came in to eat at the buffet with my family and Anna was so pleasant! She’s so friendly and we really appreciated how attentive she was with pre-bussing. Food of course was great and they were consistently coming out with fresh new trays. Thank you Anna and the team for the wonderful experience!
Food was excellent as always. Buffet on a Friday night was delicious the coconut shrimp is to die for nothing was old or bad when we went but it was kinda peak hours right around 6 so food was getting turned over at a decent rate. Not a huge selection but definitely a tasty one.
A wonderful dinner buffet surprise. Everything was delicious and fresh. Vegetables were crisp and delicious. I’m in love with the sushi. This is my new favorite go to Chinese buffet. 😋
If I could give this place more than five stars, I would. The sushi is the best I’ve had in NWA—and the buffet is small but spectacular. There wasn’t anything I disliked. I don’t know why I haven’t been coming here, but I am definitely going to be a regular now. If you’re looking for an excellent Chinese buffet, look no further. This is it.
I entered with a party of about eight people and they told us to please wait so they could refresh the food. And they did that within a matter of a few minutes. It wasn't long at all. The food was good. It was hot. And the price was reasonable
Really enjoyed my meal at Human Manor! The lemon chicken was super tasty with a perfect crisp and tangy flavor. The egg drop soup was smooth and comforting, and the fried rice was delicious and fresh. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to!
finally, after my whole life, I finally went inside this restaurant. And it exceeded expectations. It was affordable. It was fast. It was fresh and I was blessed with a great server named Ike who answered all my questions and help me with everything I needed help with. My daughter and I enjoyed it and we can’t wait till we get to go back again.
Hatsu our waiter is amazing! He has great people skills & if you are undecided on what to get he will help you or answer any questions you have. My husband got Beef with mixed Vegetables & I got Kung Pao Shrimp. Both are delicious. We got the pu pu platter all jokes aside it has jumbo shrimp, egg rolls, chicken wings, wontons, ribs & teriyaki beef. Great stuff...you should come try it out. Needless to say we had plenty to take home for lunch tomorrow!
Always a favorite when the family and I are in town since we are out of state now. Food was good and enjoyed the newer items placed on the buffet since last time we came. Only a 4 star because the house chicken and lemon chicken were not crispy due to being out too long. Flavor was still what I remember though.
Quality over quantity! The food selection is smaller than most buffets I’ve been to, but I actually like that about this place. I feel like it helps ensure the quality of the food since they only focus on specific options. And I really liked their sushi! The service is great and it’s worth checking out for the price — very affordable.
1st time picking up take-out here in over 7 years (we've moved but I was nearby during dinnertime). 2 orders each - Kung Pao Chicken with fried rice, wonton soup, and egg roll. Service was fast and friendly. Food was super hot and packaged tightly which I appreciate. For Chinese take-out it's great - spice level was good (Kung Pao should be spicy and it was!). Fried rice was meh and egg rolls were small but really tasty. Portions were large but not insane - for 2 people we will get almost 2 nights out of the Kung Pao and rice. Next time I'm in the area I will pick up dinner again!
The food is Great. The service is good. The owners are so nice. I recommend this restaurant. I only have one complaint. It's not as nice dining in because of the doordash people coming in and out of the restaurant. The dining atmosphere / experience isn't as pleasant as it used to be. I wish they would make doordash go through the drive-thru. They have to go buy all the diners to pick up their food. Not to mention the cold wind blowing through the restaurant as they swing the doors open.
I used to really love ordering takeout from here, the food was really good and the portions were great! However the last 3 times I’ve ordered from Hunan Manor it’s been very disappointing, smaller portions, old tasting ingredients, just overall it lost its quality. Hopefully it gets better soon!
The chicken curry sauce is nice and savory, I asked extra spice. It's not really spicy at all but tasted good. About 30% of my order was JUST onions though. Which I like but...that was a bit excessive. In the photo there's still more onions in it.
Ordered lunch from them Through a reputed food delivery app. The food came fresh and hot, nicely packed. However, the food was not that good. I ordered sesame chicken with a side of chicken wings. The sesame chicken was exactly tasted like orange chicken from Panda Express 🙄. It was fried battered chicken breast pieces coated with a sweet sauce. For some weird reason they gave brown rice with the order, I did not ask for it! Infant I don’t like brown rice! Also the amount of brown rice was also very small. The chicken wings were kinda greasy and okay. Not too good, I started feeling nauseated after eating four of them, because of the oil. However, as a whole I was not very happy.
genuinely the worst sushi i have EVER had. the tuna in my sushi roll was almost puréed like the little cheap packets you buy at the store. the spicy mayo was gritty like oatmeal. the chicken i got was fine, but comparable to Panda Express. also there was a fish tank in the restaurant that was tinted green from the amount of algae growing on the glass :( #justiceforthefish anywho our service was very good but damn that food was buns
I used to swear by Hunan Manor--have eaten there for the better part of 30 years, back when the original location was on N. College. Back when Helen owned it I would argue it was the best Chinese I'd ever eaten in NW AR.. Everything was top notch. But over the past few years, I feel like they have cut corners on a lot of things. The steamed dumplings are not as good, the chicken wings (appetizer) are nowhere close to what they were, the shrimp are tiny, etc. I could go on and on. We tried one more time last month, and were so disappointed. We'll not be back. Hunan was a staple...it was the best around, now it's below average.
Our food was so very disappointing. Vegetable fried rice with shrimp, so dry and tameless with over cooked veggies and ittie bittie minimal amount shrimp yuck. the chicken lomein no vegetables except onions and maybe 6 little pieces of chicken. I really miss Formosa. 37 bucks and not good at all
My parents took my son & I out to lunch on Sunday. It was busy but not packed. I am the only one who ordered from the menu. Everyone else wanted the buffet. My order of the combination fried rice arrived. Very small portion. MUCH smaller than what I've had many Times before. It was fair. I tucked in only to find a bunch of egg shells in the fried rice!! We just wanted to leave at that point. We discovered when the transaction processed that there was a serious overcharge!! I'm SO over this place!!!! I stopped ordering online for delivery due to the ridiculously high "convenience fee" charge which by itself is more than the delivery fee plus taxes. It's majorly gone downhill lately. My Family as well as any out of town guests that we have will absolutely NOT return here EVER!!!!! This place has become a disgrace!! Especially compared to really excellent restaurants like Mong Dynasty. ZERO comparison!! Hunan Manor is pathetic. The service staff really sucks too. 0/10!!!!!!
They absolutely have worms in their food!!! Saw another review stating someone found worms in the sesame chicken. Here's proof it's also in the beef and broccoli. You CANNOT argue with this one.
