It was not as busy, quick order used $5 promo from app and salsa bar was clean and loaded just wish they have something spicier with good chipotle flavor. Filled my drinks and food was ready... took about 5 minutes quick in and out. Food tasted great.

Enjoy eating there. Food is good and staff nice. The Salsa Bar could use some attention as people are messy and it can get messy and cluttered there. The food comes out fast. I don't eat in the dining room I take my order to go. My order is usually right. You do check it before you go. The dining room is usually crowded.

Great place, only I do not understand when they no have too much costumers they take too much time to fulfill the order, also I recommend all the time in drive thru review the order, sometimes an item is missing.

Pollo loco, I love your food but what's up with the chicken on the bowls??? This is my third time getting a bowl and lord it's all burn pieces.

I can tell that the employees are fairly new because they didn't acknowledge people who came up to the register or counter. They were busy working hard, but ignoring the customers isn't good. When they did finally come to take our order, the girl was very sweet and hospitable. The chicken is always good. We got the 2 person meal. The churros were a little overdone. And there was hardly any dressing on the side salads. We had to ask for utensils and napkins, again, I think it's because they are new employees. The tables needed to be cleaned, too. We didn't ask for anything else because of the waiting for them to acknowledge our presence. Again, they were really hustling to handle everything, so it didn't bother me too much. Will we go back? Definitely. They just need to get the hang of it all and I'm sure they will. 🙂

Had to use the order kiosk, and then i couldn't use rewards or coupons. So I had to wait for a server who was amazing. It just took about 5-10 min. As they were busy. This is my only complaint. So it was a great visit. Technology issues causing the loss of a star.

Ordered through the drive thru, stated my order properly and went to pay and pick up. My order was totally incorrect after letting them know two times what I was ordering. From my observation, he looked to occupied flirting with coworker. Had to reverse back for a spoon, he acted like I was bothering him. Usually don't get this service from here but most of been one of those days.

I don't like the new Burritos and I like the old burritos better. The food is okay there. The table are dirty and the floors are. Everything was dirty there . The seats were dirty to. The salsa was all over the place. This place need to be clean. Great location. Parking is not the greatest. The service was okay. 🍴🍗

The food is always good. As you would expect El Pollo Loco to be. They have Kiosks now to order your food, but even then, the workers seem frustrated and unhappy to serve you your food. The place is a hit or a miss with cleanliness. Sometimes, it's kept up. Sometimes, it seems they don't have the man power to keep it clean. Either way, it's a fast food joint, so it is what it is.

I thought ide give this place another shot. I ordered 2 thighs, a chicken taco and a small cold slaw, The thighs were delicious, the taco was dry the tortilla was musty and they gave me more onions than chicken, I didnt order an onion taco. They should stick to chicken. The small slaw was $4.59 a rip off. Im done with this restaurant $15 for those small items. Time to look for a better spot

This was just bad. My large order was wrong and I did a survey saying my oder was missing items/wrong...nothing. The workers don't even speak to customers when they walk in. When you have to speak to them, they speak to you like you're bothering them.

Soda Machine didn't work all the soda was grossly watered down and there was no ice. I notified an employee that all the soda was watered down and she already knew it was thankfully she gave us soda & ice from the drive thru area but the guy who gave us our cups didn't mention anything about it. Also waited 20 minutes for food only for the food to be missing the sauce it comes with. Terrible experience.

Both 6 meals today Asked for extra salsa, and for some reason they act as if their the ones paying for it Got home and put green and house salsa all over my food as I usually do! To my surprise my food was ruined Dry cold chicken wasn’t enough but the salsa being bad!! I’ve been a customer for many years This experience was a low blow, none of the meals purchased where free

My husband went and order some chicken tostradas, we have ordered them before, however these tostradas were horrible! Took one bite an had to throw them out!!!! The rice was terrible, the chicken did not taste like the chicken that they grill there, it was chicken from a bag or boil. Something is very wrong with this location! They use to have the best chicken there maybe 2 years ago. Too bad, they use to have the best food.

Terrible service, one meal ordered. Train your employees to actually read the screen of the orders. Pollo bowl combo only chicken, rice and beans, 3 sides of Jack cheese. The bowl came with everything, no Jack cheese but a bag of some others cheese. People order special if they have food allergies. Thank you for messing up my whole order. I will be going to the new location by stater brothers in chino.

I came here on 4/7/21 at 5:30pm. The staff was somewhat friendly. I ordered 2 lunch boxes. The Gordita and tacos were at the bottom of the bag smashed and leaking. The food was sloppy and and the “side” of rice and beans were mixed together??? This is the second time coming here and the food service does not get better.

Today Oct. 17 2018, drive through services sux!! I ordered a chicken, avocado tortilla wrap. I waited 2 or 3 minutes at the window before the cashier gave me the sum total. Then she gave me my food, I asked if there was dressing in the bag, she responded "yes". I looked in the bag there's nothing. I waited another couple of minutes for her to notice that I was still at the window. When she finally saw me I asked her for dressing, she brought me a damaged dressing container with dressing spilling out of it. I looked at her and asked "really"? I so she brought me another one, along with attitude. By the way my chicken AVOCADO tortilla wrap, had no avocado.

This place is supposed to be open at 10 am. And i checked their front door and it says open 10:30 am open. And it still isnt but their manager is outside just talking on the phone.

I usually like el pollo loco, but my pollo bowl had burned pieces of chicken and not much of it. And they ran out of cilantro. I went thru the drive thru so I can't really rate the atmosphere

This has got to be the worst El Pollo Loco, cruddy service and they barely put any chicken in your burritos and sometimes the food is cold. I write to the website every time I get bad food, seems like they don’t care to fix this location, what a shame.

the employees were friendly somewhat, but the food service was terrible. I asked for 4 things of nachos, one without guacamole, and they gave me all 4 with guacamole, when my boyfriend is allergic! i also asked for 4 cups of strawberry lemonade and they gave me 1 cup of strawberry lemonade, and 3 cups of regular lemonade.

El Pollo really has not improved on their customer service. The person answering the drive-thru had a very poor attitude which we all took as “you are bothering me. What do you want.” What we wanted was none attitude and wanted to hear a friendly voice and to take the order without interrupting by saying “wait a minute” then return and say “is that all? Your total will be at the window.” No that wasn’t all! This location at Marketplace on Philadelphia in Ontario is terrible!!! Got the order and it was wrong! Two chicken tostada salads were ordered! What we got was one tostada salad and a regular chicken salad. No dressings. I mean, yes, it was 8:45 PM on a Wednesday night, but geez, the attitude even at the window to pay was terrible and rude! And wanting the order corrected took an act of Congress so to speak. So we decided, nope had enough, took the order as is and decided, not coming back. The lettuce used was old too. Threw it down the garbage disposal. Really didn’t need food poisoning to go along with poor customer service and rudeness. Please don’t send a reply to ask for more “details”. The details listed above are exactly what went on.

I'm writing this review to share my recent experience at your restaurant in hopes that it helps your management team understand the customer's perspective. Upon entering, I wasn't greeted by the staff and felt uncomfortable due to their stares. Additionally, I wasn't informed that I needed to place my order myself. When I tried using the self-service kiosk, I found that it didn't offer the same options as your website—I wanted to add shrimp to a classic tostada, but couldn't. When I asked a male staff member for help, he initially ignored me to handle a drive-thru order, despite being a cashier. When he did assist me, he seemed unsure about the menu options, which led me to place my order on my phone instead. Considering I was ordering for my team, this experience left me disappointed with the store's lack of professionalism and organization. I hope this feedback helps improve your staff training and service quality

Check your order to make sure you are given all the items you order. I cannot recommend this location because I will not return. Every time I've been here, I am missing items that I paid for.

The service here is really bad but I return because the food is okay. But today I bought a large chicken tortilla soup . When I got home I noticed there was no chicken in it maybe they forgot to add it. I will never buy a soup from here again . I recorded it but I can't upload , What a waste of money.

I was there on the drive thru. When I get to order they says certain things on the menu are not being made (of course what I wanted) so I settled for a POLLO bowl...well let me tell you, it's not a pollo bowl, its a rice and beans bowl. Very disappointed 😶 I got chicken scraps

It's absolutely the worst tasting Pollo Loco around, and I've tried many. Don't know why it's gone downhill. They were always my favorite. The food is prepared elsewhere , I think, the Chicken is still cut up in the back, but it's cut differently, and there was no flavor. I paid 15.00 for a 2 piece worthless chicken that as I write, my stomach hurts. I'm taking the time to write this because I don't want anyone else to fall into the trap. I bought an Iced tea and asked for a lemon, I couldn't believe they said they didn't have lemons. They always had lemons, more money, smaller pieces of chicken with no flavor,and to make matters worse, I was on my lunch hour and I used the machine because no one took my order while I'm entering my order a man comes in and jumps in front of me and the girl took his order and he was served before me, oh!!he'll nooo. Never coming back, the damage is done, good job whoever you are because that's not the Pollo Loco I knew.

Weirdest interaction and order was wrong… I’m ordering through the drive thru and the person taking my order keeps laughing with her coworkers while i’m trying to order. Then we get to the window and that interaction was so weird for many reasons. Anyways, I laughed it off and left but then I saw my order was wrong 😭 I paid extra for the cilantro dressing and I didn’t get it nor did I get the salsa I asked for also. My son’s original pollo bowl that was supposed to be plain, was not. Then my double chicken bowl had lettuce instead of cabbage in it and it was only maybe 3 little pieces in it? I also got very little tiny shredded cut dark meat in my bowl. I was looking for the cheese and sour cream and it was like the tiniest amount i’ve ever seen 😂😩Im just so confused by this whole interaction and I won’t be returning.

This place does not know how to get an order correctly. I have gone on three different occasions and every single occasion something was wrong with the order. I have a gluten allergy and can get extremely sick by consuming gluten, so I ask for no rice. Guess what I got in my order? RICE!!! If you want an order made correctly, I don't recommend going here.
