Jose Luis assisted us this evening and provided great customer service. Although it was late and understaffed, he accommodated to our requests. The food was hot and tasty, especially since we arrived around 10:30p. I recommend this location and Jose Luis to assist you with an outstanding experience.

My partner and I just tried the new sourdough burger and we enjoyed it because the bun was not at all greasy and it was something new! We appreciate that this location is 24 hours for late night runs. Also, our server ‘Jose Luis’ is typically the guy there during the night shift and is always pleasant and a friendly face. Good experience as usual!

Came around 11:00 PM from 6 Flags and was able to order from a kind and patient customer service rep. named Jose Luis who took our drive-through orders although it was late and he was the only one working the drive-through and counter. He was generous with the sauces and was very patient although he was understaffed on a thanksgiving holiday on 11/23/23. My party and I appreciated his service since we did order alot. The food was good specifically the chicken tenders.

Overall, it was a great experience. Every part of the store was clean. The manager, Jose, was very kind and attentive. My order came out quick and everything was fresh.

Coming from Utah we stopped late after being at the beach. Hungry and tired. Night manager treated us the best. I loved her personality and welcomed us. She was so friendly and sweet. Wish i could go back. Our family loved it.

I took my grandkids to Carls Jr in Fillmore today totally expecting it to be like every other fast food place. I was immediately impressed by how nice and welcoming the staff was. My two smallest grandsons spotted balloons that were used as decor and the kind lady who took our order immediately cut two balloons from the display for them. The food was fresh and yummy too. We’ll definitely be back

The restaurant was quiet and played some great classic Christmas Music. The staff was extremely friendly and offered great service. The food was hot and fresh and not the typical expectation of a fast food restaurant. The restroom, lobby, and seating areas were clean. This is a well trained and well managed location.

VERY disappointed. Meat patties 1/3rd their former size. Additionally, the burgers are now comparatively tasteless. I won't be going back to Carl's anytime soon.

This is the second unpleasant experience at this exact location which is starting to make these rules and limitations feel targeted, and we are at the point where this is one of the last places that we decide to eat in town because of the service we received in the past and apparently continue to receive even now. The first experience a few months ago was with the exact same manager, Elaina, who told us that she would not honor an in store coupon for a discounted kids meal, despite the fact that it came from the official app and company itself. She was very adamant about the fact that they lose money from those corporate deals, and refused to even compromise despite acknowledging that it was an official coupon. The only reason this was even an issue was because their mobile system was down at the time , otherwise we would have ordered through there to get the deals like any other modern day fast food restaurant. If you are franchising a restaurant, advertising and promotion comes as a part of that deal so it was and still is very unprofessional of them to not even respect their own coupons and deals. Tonight we ordered after months of not visiting specifically because of that negative experience. We were greeted by an even worse experience which I did not think was possible. We picked up our meals at the counter after ordering on the app, and we had food as well as some drinks that were prepared for takeout. I am a type 1 diabetic and very specific about my drinks because I have been served regular soda before, despite workers swearing up and down that it was diet. It is for that reason that I choose to fill my own drinks when possible, and when I noticed that the drink had no markings indicating diet, I thought it would be no issue to empty and refill at the self serve fountain inside the restaurant. You would think that Elaina personally paid for every soda, essentially implying we were stealing and "not allowed to do that because she had already filled the soda, you only paid for one soda" were her exact words. I have never been to a fast food restaurant in the USA, with a self serve fountain, that did not allow free refills and it felt like this was just a targeted attack for the dispute that had happened months ago. Not only that but her attitude and explanation gave a very "because I said so, I'm the manager" energy that only comes from those that are least qualified to be management. I did not want to make a scene about it and even discretely mentioned to my wife that was why I was switching the soda, but I feel that I should not be embarrassed and met with arbitrary rules just because someone is on a power trip. The reviews online make it clear this is not a one-off experience and this location needs to find effective leaders, not managers in title only with the customer service skills of a DMV employee.

I can't believe what I just witnessed at this store. I was greeted by a lady named Xochitl, and he was extremely attentive, gave me suggestions on what to order and made sure the lady in the back knew that I wanted a portion of my order well done. All good, right? Then, the manager of name José shows up and I tell him how good of an experience I had with Xochitl and that her customer service skills are on point. Well, he proceeds to berate her and tell her in front of me that how come she's not like that with everyone? I thought he was joking, so I said, no, sir. You need to compliment her for her professionalism and politeness and he just replied with a horrible attitude, no! She should do better, yelling at her! That's completely uncalled for and Xochitl should be the manager, not that rude manager. I hope Corporate sees this review and rights that wrong. I work in customer service myself on my own business and find that attitude from the manager completely disrespectful and humiliating for the nice employee that all she could do was to say I'm sorry, sir to me and went somewhere else. Poor girl, it must be horrible to work under a manager like that. I give her and only her and the lady cooking on the back, 5 stars 🌟

They always have new employees they can't keep them, I've always have issues when I come here with pricing ,with my order.. they screw up all the time .. I ordered 1 Big Carl combo with a -$1 coupon they screwed that up charged me more and added another hamburger.. @ this place you bring up there mistake and its youre fault with a attitude..Im never coming back ever...

I can’t remember a time this location actually got my full order packed and given to me correctly. Drive through time are a snail pace at best, associates will hand you the wrong order after confirming the correct items at the window, and food obviously was just slapped together with no care, so sloppy it upset me and I couldn’t enjoy my hugely overpriced meal. Avoid this Carl’s location, open 24/7 yes, convenience but at what cost?

We ordered on the app. We came inside and waited and they ignored us. We could see the order wasn’t ready though so we waited. Then my wife went up and waited for 10 minutes and they didn’t talk to her or anything so I went up to check on our order and they tried ignoring me too and only acknowledged I was there when I called for them. They were very rude and the lady at the register tried to tell me she was the only one working there even though there were others in the back and there was only one person in the drive thru. I would suggest not placing a mobile order and just ordering when you get here because your order will take the same amount of time. I would also suggest training staff on common courtesy because the staff was extremely rude.

Horrible experience.. it’s always an issue .. they continue to overcharge .. refuse to use coupons on the app. I asked for two spicy chicken sandwiches and they charged me 11 for each one . I asked them I asked for the ones for $4 and they said they don’t sell them anymore and I already paid they said the could not refund .. the gentleman there was rude and mad and said that’s the price and if I couldn’t afford it I shouldn’t come back .. I will never return to this place . I would drive 30min to the next town to eat but just horrible service . And to top it off they got my whole order wrong and mind you it was only 6 items

I ordered 2 orders of fried zucchini and a single Carl’s Jr Famous Star w/cheese and french fries. No complaint about the two orders of zucchini. They were made fresh, hot and tasty. My famous star hamburger was cold and had no flavor. My french fries tasted stale and were cold as well. When you spend $31 for these few items at a fast food restaurant, the least I can get is a hamburger that’s made fresh and hot french fries. After a long drive and looking forward to a hot meal, this was very disappointing.
