Love having my brunch here with the best pancakes !!
We needed a great breakfast spot, found it here. Just passing through but will definitely be back.
Super fun place. Friendly family feel. Great service. Very relaxing atmosphere without being excessively casual or kitschy. Best huevos rancheros of my life. Omelettes were delicious. Eggs and potatoes perfectly cooked.
First time in for Breakfast. It was decent had the huevos rancheros. The price was decent, I almost got charge the wrong meal good thing I pay attention to my Tab .I would come back
Country Harvest Moorpark exceeded all expectations from the delicious food to the attentive staff. Their menu was large, and had a wide variety of options. My wife and I were there for breakfast, and can't wait to go back to try their lunch options. We highly recommend trying this amazing new restaurant. You will not be disappointed! 5 Stars!
I have been going there for multiple years a few times a month, my partner and I have enjoyed the service, food, and the way we are treated like family.
This is such a great place. Bri was our waitess...Awesome! Food ...AWESOME! Service...AWESOME! We had such an enjoyable experience in every area and we will be going back many times. The country biscuit breakfast is like no other. The biscuits are soooo good. We were very impressed and love eating at restaurants that are a perfect across the board and this is. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
I have ate here many times and it's always good food and service. The wait staff stops by often refilling coffee and other beverages. Pet friendly. Opens for breakfast and lunch only. Offer's outside seating.
This place never fails. Food is fantastic, the variety is on point, the staff and service is great, the prices are very reasonable... you just won't go wrong here. The atmosphere and environment is very clean amd inviting. Huevos Rancheros and chicken and waffles Benedict were off the chain.
I have been wanting to try this place since they opened and finally had a perfect opportunity/excuse to do so. My BFF was visiting from out of state and several of us headed to Country Harvest. It was pretty crowded for a Friday afternoon. We were THRILLED to see one of our favorite bus boys Tomas who had been at the Grinder for so so many years. He got our drinks, it felt like old times. Our server Maddie was so sweet we asked her what her favorites were. Two of my friends made their order with the intention of splitting it amongst themselves. They RAVED about the Pumpkin Pancakes with peaches. The Ouellette they had was perfectly prepared. On Maddies suggestion I had the Country Scramble and it was fantastic. Everyone loved their food and we all said we would eat there again. I went back today and took my spouse and I had Pancakes and he had the Eggs Benedict (which was one of the things Maddie had said was really good). My spouse is super picky. His plate was bare when he was done and he can not wait to go again. SO GLAD to finally have a great breakfast place in Moorpark.
Happy to experience this great new Moorpark restaurant. Best breakfast option since the Grinder closed. Loved the mostly booth seating (can't match the Grinder booth comfort, though.) Terrific staff and food and menu. Only issue is the fluorescent can lights shining through the ceiling fan blades create a strobing effect that made it hard to read and gave me a headache. Will sit outside when I go back... Very soon!
Maddie our server was great!!
Staff is amazing, very caring and fun, food is delicious, we go at least once a week
They might have the best biscuit I've ever tasted. Great country style breakfast place! Wonderful friendly staff and delicious food. I highly recommend!
Really good breakfast and lunch meals. The restaurant has a mom and pop vibe going. The service is on point.
Great food and awesome service and great atmosphere. The prices are insanely high but at least you get a large portion and its cooked perfect everytime i go in
I'd say 90% of the servers are very friendly and really make the experience here. Multiple servers from the Grinder seemed to have landed here after it closed. The breakfast food is always great. I've only tried two or three sandwiches for lunch meals, but they're very good as well. Patio is great and (Well-behaved) dog friendly.
The atmosphere was very nice. The servers were kind and attentive to our table.Everyone's breakfast was delicious, there was a great diner feel.
My family and I tried Country Harvest for the first time today and it did not disappoint! You can tell they use high quality ingredients and everything tasted delicious. My California omelette was cooked perfectly and the breakfast potatoes were awesome! My husband’s Belgian waffle looked light and fluffy and my daughter enjoyed her chicken pesto sandwich and was thrilled to see they offer tater tots as a side 🤗. The restaurant is extremely clean and the decor is adorable. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I’m looking forward to many more visits to Country Harvest.
The restaurant was nicely decorated for Thanksgiving which made the place warm and inviting. The menus were big for both breakfasts and lunches. I had my first Monte Cristo that is rarely served at the restaurant. Other people in the group ordered country skillet breakfast, tacos, wrap and burger, they were all big portions. This is certainly a place for our future visits as there are so many meal choices.
The restaurant lived up to all the hype! Great food and I love the modern diner feel. Local art focused on things in Moorpark. Friendly staff willing to go the extra mile to make sure all guests were happy. The menu was much longer then I expected and I am so excited to try more things!
Family friendly, fantastic food. Great service. A mustVisit and enjoy great food. But the known that she recognized with friends and family.
Ordered the breakfast burrito with tots Had it delivered It's the best 👍

We come to Country Harvest every single week and honestly love it every time. The food is always fresh, comforting, and consistently good — it never misses. Thomas and David usually take care of us and they’re both amazing, super friendly, and always make us feel at home. That said, the entire staff deserves credit. Everyone is kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. It’s one of those places that just feels right — great food, great people, and a great experience week after week. Highly recommend!
First time here and I will be back! Excellent server makes you feel welcome and not rushed. Breakfast has lots of options for a delicious breakfast. Including wet burritos, crispy hashbrowns to waffles, and the fresh fruit blueberry pancakes were yummy! My visit was on Saturday morning with only a 5 minute wait and free and easy parking
We enjoy our weekly Friday breakfast here. Our middle school son has late start and we have breakfast with him before he starts his day.
Great food and great service. Get the bottle of champagne. The presentation is fantastic.
Great friendly staff food was great make you feel good about having family there. Never had corned beef hash benedict, let me tell ya. Delicious. Recommend for breakfast? Yes.
Excellent service here. Food menu is extensive. There should be something for everyone and you can always ask for something specific. My go-to for breakfast is the Country Skillet with cheese, egg, potato, ham, and veggies. I can never finish it. The biscuits are fresh, warm and buttery. Great local spot!
Great American Breakfast fast service biscuits and gravy were tasty

Quaint country kitchen atmosphere in a not-too-big and not-too-small place, located in a small shopping plaza. Excellent breakfast selection. Efficient service could be a bit more attentive. Food was tasty and delivered to our table hot and complete. Average serving sizes left us satisfied and no leftovers. Distance from Simi Valley would hinder me from making this a regular breakfast stop. Still would recommend to friends in the area.
The food is fine, it's normal breakfast items. We sat outside and saw our server when the food was brought and 30 min later when we were way ready to leave. Never checked on us once. The potatoes were cold, but everything else was fine. Would have liked more coffee and the kids wanted water we never got. Service is normally not this poor.
Love the blueberry pancakes, but the espresso tastes instant. I ordered an iced mocha and it tastes like Nescafé instant coffee. Please if you can, can you get real espresso? Thank you
I ordered takeout for crispy chicken sandwich. Sandwich was ready on time. French fries were not made from scratch. This restaurant uses frozen fries; no taste, no taste. Fried chicken needed some spices: definitely some salt and pepper. Chicken could have tasted good if it had the right spices. The bun did not taste fresh. Perhaps few days old. The hostess/wait staff were nice and interacted with customers respectfully. I paid $20 for lunch. The right price for my lunch should have been no more than $10.
I have had really good food here before. Last time I got the tuna sandwich, which was dry, and lacking flavor. And lunch for two was over $50. Not very satisfied about that.
Pretty pricey for breakfast. Food was just okay. The gentleman who got us water and poured us coffee was fantastic! Our server and cashier however had attitudes. As soon as we received the check we could not get her attention to get boxes for our leftovers and get the bill corrected. As we were charged for something we didn't receive. Probably won't return.

There was a hair in my food. I've only been here once, so I'm not sure if there's a hair in your food every time you go here but there was when i went. The worst part about it.. the worst.. Is that they weren't even cool about it. There was confusion.. almost as if I, who had just gotten a haircut the place next door and a Shampoo, was responsible for shedding a womens hair on my plate. I DON'T EVEN HAVE BROWN HAIR. HELLO. They replaced my plate but by then i was just done. There's a lot to be said about customer service and if you've been in business for 17 years like I have, I'll be the first to admit that the customer is usually not right. But In some cases it's obvious when he is. You'd think common sense would help some people distinguish the two. It was really a crappy feeling to be honest. The food looked really good. I've been to the CH in Newbury Park and loved it. Even though, this location is much newer and nicer.
Used to be my go to place for country fried steak. They've changed it. Processed patty, used to homemade. Overcooked. I will have to look for a better country fried steak.
Only giving them 2 stars because the people themselves are nice, but the food taste terrible IMO I have been here 5x since they've been open and everytime the food just isn't good... Only tried it that many times cause I'm local and somehow they have 4 stars!!
Not a place I will be revisiting. The serviceware was all pottery and cold so when you out hot coffee into cup it became cold. The food came out cold for the same reason. Also never seen a ham and cheese omlette where the just take two slices of American cheese and try to melt on top. Only positive was the wait staff.
Waiter was so rude. When I was getting ready to pay I was having trouble finding my card so I asked if they take Apple Pay this lady laughed at me and told me to hurry up and find my card or she’s going to call the police. I’m a very antisocial person and I was just trying to get a quick lunch so I paid in cash and left
Food was mediocre for my first visit and the second visit, inedible. The bacon and hashbrowns were far too salty for consumption. The waiter asked me about the food when he saw it was barely touched, and I shared it was too salty to eat. He apologized but did nothing to rectify. He stated there is a new bacon vendor. Hostess asked how breakfast was. I shared that I was unable to consume it because of the salt. She apologized for the meal. I won't be returning again.
We decided to go to this place for our first time breakfast, After we had breakfast and we asked for our check, we paid cash to the waiter, he asked us if we want change, and we said not, keep the change, and we make our way out the restaurant, the lady at the register asked us right away if we paid the bill, and I told her yes, but she didn’t believe me, and she send someone else to the parking lot to ask me to paid my bill, again, so I went back to the restaurant to point at the waiter who received the money, he was pretty much saying that I paid over the app to the cashier, and I asked him where is the money I paid, and he pull the money from his packet, After everything I feel discriminated because I’m Hispanic they went after me at the exit, and asked me couple of times in front of everyone in the restaurant if I paid my bill, in front of everyone and in front of my whole family, and I would take this action as racism and discrimination against me.
Worst experience ever on Uber Eats!!! You need to remove your restaurant from service! Rude and then some!! I will leave reviews everywhere for your rudeness!!? If I could no stars for review, I would!!!! Get yourself off of any delivery service!!!! Ridiculous!!!
I asked for extra toast and they didn't even toast it enough taste like soft un toasted bread and the toast that came with my meal had 2 burnt halfs it's not very difficult to toast bread but putting that aside the host was very nice
My very 1st time and my last time. It was raining and asked for the heater stand but when a worker try to work it. Didn’t had no propane. It’s always good to have back up. Then the food was good til I saw a hair on the bacon the corner top.. very disgusting
If i could give this no stars, food wise, i ordered chicken and waffle and fried chicken Benedict by far the worst chicken and waffles we've ever had. The breading was nasty. The chicken felt old, and the food was super bland. After eating, my wife felt sick straight into the restroom to throw up the food. Will not recommend it at all. Stay away! Ended up leaving the food there paid and left.

This morning, I went to Country Harvest Restaurant in Moorpark with my service dog, Ruby. We’ve been regular customers, often visiting on weekends, and have never had an issue before. Normally, we sit outside when the weather is nice, but since it was cold today, we asked to be seated inside. After being seated, my service dog lay quietly under the table, as she always does. A middle-aged Hispanic male server approached and demanded that I show a card proving my dog was a service animal. I explained that legitimate service dogs do not have or require any form of identification, and that fake IDs are often purchased online by people pretending to have service animals. As I was explaining this, a young woman with dark hair and glasses came over. I don’t know what her position was or why she got involved, but she told me I had to sit outside. I informed her that this was discrimination and that I am legally allowed to sit inside with my service animal, just like any other customer. She insisted that I could not, saying they have had too many people falsely claim their pets as service animals. I reminded them that this was illegal and that I have dined there many times without issue. To clarify the law, I even pulled up the ADA website, which clearly states that businesses cannot require ID for a service animal or force a disabled person to sit separately. The woman responded, “I don’t care.” I asked to speak with a manager, but I was told there was no manager on staff and that one would be in tomorrow. By this point, I was very upset and shaken by how I was being treated. I finished part of my coffee, requested the owner’s contact information, and left. The owner, Chris, clearly has not educated himself or his staff on ADA laws and disability rights. I ended up going to Serendipity Café and Bar in Moorpark, where I’ve dined many times and have always been treated with kindness and respect. Unlike Country Harvest, they have never harassed me about my service animal or denied me access. It is unacceptable in 2025 for businesses to harass individuals with disabilities and their service animals. Owners need to educate themselves and their employees to ensure they are following the law and treating all customers fairly.
