Kids ask to go to Jamba and I'm happy to take them. It's fast and friendly. Has all the Jamba smoothies plus açaí and wheat grass and some other options if you like.

Kinda hidden location but once you know you won’t forget. Friendly workers and great drinks and açaí bowl. Only downside is prices keep rising but that’s everywhere

I love Jamba juice. Their smoothies are delicious and healthy. They have dairy free options and they sell stuff like chips and nuts and water too. They are a super healthy place to get a snack. Everytime I go there, it encourages me to live a healthier lifestyle. Its cool that you can see how the smoothies are made.

The smoothies are excellent as well as the waffles. My 4 year old had 2 waffles and a medium smoothie. We always enjoy going there.

I took my daughter in after school for a drink and Tana was working the counter. The person in front of us has skmw food alergies and asked a ton of questions. Tana was patient and informative. She knew the menu well and gave lots of options and even offered up customer order options. Tana kept a smile on her face and was very attentive. I wish more young women her age took the same type of pride in their work as she did. Job well done. We will be back.

Consistently good smoothies, drinks, and bowls. The server this past Saturday morning around 8:20 am on 10/5/24 was exceptionally helpful and quick to prepare our order. He assisted us in best using our gift card and better utilizing the Jamba app and we were in and out in under 10 minutes.

Went in Friday evening and the guy who took my order did not say a single word to me which was pretty rude. Felt like I was talking to a wall. Anyways, ordered 2 drinks walked over to jimmy johns and my son accidentally spilled his drink. I went back to Jamba Juice to purchase a new drink for him and the a different worker named Cole did not hesitate to make us another drink for free!! He was extremely nice and had the best attitude! He definitely deserves a raise for the way he works. Very friendly and quick :) thanks Cole!

Want a delicious meal for breakfast try the chunky berry bowl it has peanutbutter in it and topped with granola, bananas and strawberries. I usually through in some blueberries and add a parmesan pretezel on my order. It usually keeps me full. They have friendly staff. It is in tbe moorpark market place which has a great selection of stores like Target, Tjmax, Smart and Final, Kohls, Famous Footwear and Michaels. So you can even get a few of your errands done after you eat. They have a huge parking lot so it is never a problem finding parking.

Got a "large" green drink the other day and it turned out to be more like a regular size. I saw there was plenty left in the blender but instead I got foam. Buyer beware...I should have checked before I left.

I visited the Moorpark Jamba Juice store today, and unfortunately, my experience was beyond terrible . I encountered a situation that required assistance, but instead of receiving help, I was met with sarcasm from the manager Briana. It was disheartening to see the manager laughing with another customer at my expense rather than addressing my concerns professionally. As a loyal customer who enjoys Jamba Juice, I expected a level of respect and care, especially in a situation that could have been easily resolved. Instead, the manager's dismissive attitude made me feel belittled and disrespected. It's disappointing to see such a lack of customer service and empathy in a place I frequently visit. I don’t think Briana has any training as a manager. I am still shocked by her approach, lack of care, arrogance, dismissive attitude and sarcasm towards to a frequent client who was just trying to use a fundraiser gift card. I hope this feedback encourages the management to reflect on their approach to customer interactions. Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity, and a little kindness goes a long way. A long and detailed email was sent to Jamba Juice Costumer Service after that horrible encounter.
