I generally visit here in the evenings. The food is typical for a CJr. You either like the food here or don't. The employees here have always been super friendly. Other locations were less friendly. 5 stars are deserved in my opinion.

The service here is truly amazing. From the moment I got to the register Karina had a great smile. She up sold me and I am very happy with it. I got the food fast with table service asking if I needed anything else. About 10 minutes later, I had someone else come to the table and ask if everything was good. She then recommended the dessert. I declined and she stated if there is anything she could get let her know. After a little while, I can only assume the shift lead or manager came by to ask how everything was. After I was finished not 1 minute went by that they picked up the tray. Even when someone was getting off work they said bye to everyone. (Almost have the feeling like you belong) At a fast food restaurant, it is very uncommon to have this kinda service. Congrats to the management stay to have staff that has this kinda pride in there work.

Staff has always been cool to me. They let me use coupon codes without actually having the coupon.. it saves me a few bucks and at the end of the day, everyone's happy... especially my tummy.

I went today for their weekend special ghost burger only to be told “they were out”!! How would a restaurant offering a special RUN OUT!? What kind of manager runs the place? Don’t bother with this place.

The diet coke was all water. Asked and they said out of diet. Got regular and it is terrible too. Even though they were told diet was watery they did not put up a sign. Next customer came in and same problem . Hen another man came in complained about regular coke. Employees don't care.

This place is constantly getting my order wrong. They give small fries when you order large, forget to give you your drink, dont give ketchup when you ask. The food tastes fine but i recommend you go somewhere else.

I will not be visiting this carls anymore. They are $4 more expensive than other stores now! It’s a chain. Why the price difference…

Once again I order something, and the lady can barely be understood through the speaker. I ask for a famous star meal and get a big carl meal. They rush you so fast that they just make whatever they want. This is the third time Lorena has screwed up. Take her off the drive-thru. She's ridiculous. I did drive thru because you go inside and nobody helps you. I wish I could give you zero stars. These workers are being paid $20+ an hour?

Asked the drive thru worker if she was sure everything was in the bag that was on my mobile order she said yes I trusted her set my bag down and left home to realize the sauces I ordered weren’t in the bag. I understand it’s just sauce but my meal had multiple sides that really don’t taste the best without it so next time confirm by reviewing the order and items in bags. Ruined a good meal thanks !

Went to this location for lunch. I placed my order, then asked for senior discount. I was told senior discount was not working. You have to be extremely mentally challenged not to be able to subtract 10%, so I cancelled my order and went across the street to Jack in the Box. If they couldn't figure out a 10% discount, how could I trust them to prepare my hamburger and fries? I've never had this problem at any other Carl's Jr. I won't be back since they obviously don't want senior citizen business.

Update May 2021. Now the drinks are very expensive and they reduced the size of a large size to a medium and lids don't fit. Be prepared to clean up a mess. I stopped going here. Update Oct. 2018 **** This place is a bit on the decline. The food is not as well prepared. No napkins on the tables (what?). It seems like they are always a person or two short staffed.

Oh goodness such terrible customer service. We waited 10 minutes in the drive thru after the lady told us to hold on. We were the only ones there. So we decided to go inside, where there was only 2 people. There were three employees and they made us wait another 10 minutes until I asked them if they were ever gonna take my order. They acted like they couldn't hear us so we asked them if we could have the managers name and they told us to wait and so we left angry 😡

I order and dont receive my meal till about 15 minutes later in the drive thru while it is empty. Fried kid in the window just hands me the food and walks away while i dont get my drinks. I go inside to ask for them since there was no one in sight and same fried kid just hands me the cups without saying a word to me. Highly recommend anyone to go to another carls jr because these same people arw the ones makinh your food and it seems like they are fully lost and have a smooth brain.
