This place is BY FAR one of the best McDonald’s I’ve been to worldwide. That’s right. I have visited my fair share of McDonald’s around the world. This place is a little gem. If you are nostalgic like I am, you might shed a tear when you see the play area. It is exactly as I remembered. Obviously modernized but the spirit of what it represents for the 7 year old child inside of me is there. Randall, manager in turn, and all of his staff are so cool and professional. It’s been a while since Ive seen McDonald’s staff smiling and not stressed. That being said, these guys are sharp! On full point. My order was accurate. My kid’s Happy Meal was delivered organized inside not all tossed all over like at other locations. The facilities are also immaculately clean and there is staff that walks around and even fixes chairs left out. Management is doing everything right over here and they should probably be training everyone else. 100/10 for sure. 👍

No human warmth. Only the soft glow of kiosks standing like obelisks in a temple devoted to hyper-efficiency and artificial beef-based joy. A screen blinked to life as I approached. “WELCOME, CONSUMER UNIT #992417.” It knew me. I hadn’t even touched it yet. I placed my order with reverence. A Double Quarter Pounder. No pickles. Extra despair. The kiosk whispered “Excellent choice” in a tone that made me feel...seen. I watched through a transparent panel as robotic arms composed my sandwich with clinical perfection. Not a smear of sauce out of place. Each nugget dropped into the fryer with the same level of precision used for launching orbital satellites. In the corner, a toddler reached for the soda fountain. A laser quietly scanned their palm and dispensed precisely 4.7 ounces of Hi-C before softly intoning: “Portion complete. Sugar credits depleted. Have a pleasant assimilation.” I sat in the dining area, which now resembled the waiting room of a spaceport or perhaps a DMV operated by Skynet. Soft white LED lighting above, smooth wipeable surfaces below, and the faint scent of sanitized french fry oil floating like a corporate incense. There were no napkins. Only an “Absorbency Distribution Unit” that scanned your face and offered you one (1) biodegradable wipe, folded with military precision. A screen above the exit displayed “YOUR MCEXPERIENCE SCORE: 87% APPROVED.” I bowed in thanks. As I left, a soothing robotic voice echoed behind me: “Thank you for your transaction. Your data will nourish the system. McDay™ complete.” I have not felt hunger since. Only a dull, humming loyalty to the Algorithm. Five stars. I'm Lovin’ It™—by compulsion and by choice.
Drink machine is always down. Fries never cooled properly. Super slow
50/50 chance that they get your food correct going thru the drive thru. I don’t think they can read or there’s a language barrier but check your bag before leaving the window. Also,waaay to much salt on the burgers 😵
I just went inside this McDonald’s to order because I needed the vegan ‘grilled cheese’ and was afraid the drive thru won’t get it right. The order tanker repeated it back, no meat!! Got home with 2 burgers with cheese!! I placed 4 orders with drinks and the food was handed to me not packaged to go!! The order taker didn’t ask. I didn’t think $45 worth of food to one person & 4 drinks wouldn’t be to go. And to top it off, I ordered 3 meat only patties!! They were so hot to the touch I had to use utensils to cut them up. While the burgers in buns were warm at best!! Even when you go over and above to guarantee to get what you want, grilled cheese not hamburgers don’t count on it here!

Has gone severely downhill over the last year. This place just gets worse and worse. Soda machine is never calibrated correctly. The French fries are 99/100 undercooked. Majority of the staff is rude and never says hi or thank you/ you’re welcome and are untrained.
Food is great, but they messed up the order at drive thru, ordered 3 of the $5 meal, and got two cheeseburgers and a 10 piece nuggets instead the fries and drinks were correct but they gave me someone else order as well
We went to inside to get food. So a woman came to us and told us it’s closed. She said she is the manager. She is so rude. The door was open. That’s why we went to inside. So if it’s closed they supposed to close the door. Never go back to this Mc Donald. Thank you.
Terrible customer service !! We went on 9/14/25 at around 1:00 The person takin our order at the drive through was rude, short tempered and snotty. When we got to the window for pick up the girl handgun us our food was not any better. No personality not a hello to us nothing just told me what our order was and began to hand me the bags and drinks. There were 6 of us I asked for napkins, ketchup, ranch and the sauce they are promoting right now A gold sauce. We were given “0” napkins, 1 ranch , 1 gold sauce and “0” ketchup - for 6 of us I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich and it tasted like fish. I had to double check it to make sure it wasn’t a fish filet , it wasn’t. What is was , was disgusting! Horrible makes me gag to think about it. The bun was burnt too . So horrible We have not been eating out a lot lately. And we don’t go to McDonalds. I wanted a salad, that’s why we went there for that and burgers. They don’t have salads! When did they take them off the menu? We would have not gone there otherwise. They are just awful in other locations too from when we used to go in the past. For sure now we won’t ever go back
Ordered breakfast through the app. Order was confirmed for pick-up. Went to go pick it up. Upon arrival was notified that the order had been canceled. Not the first time they stopped serving breakfast before their published cut-off time at this location. I'll be going elsewhere from now on.
They have all falling off as a whole food chain overpriced under portion and there frys are now the worst ever these damn kids go crazy if they dont get it so to ease there noise and because im to lazy to find another place they get it
Walked in around 10:15 pm, because door was open and I saw a customer inside so I was under the impression they were still open. I walked by a lady that was cleaning, she didn’t say anything. I ended up waiting at the cashier for about 5 minutes and the cleaning lady walked by me multiple times, but didn’t say a word. I saw the kitchen was busy, so I waited patiently. About 5 minutes go by and someone finally approached me just to tell me they were closed. Poor customer service and negligence. I have never been to this location and will never return.
First of all, I come here and to other Mc D's frequently for the coffee. How hard is it to complete a one item order? Apparently very hard, as I had to go back twice this week alone. Not mention they won't honor a free refill if you sit in your car to drink your coffee. It's weird, and cheap... and no other Mc Donald's operates like this. The managers are angry and rude. What a shame it's the only one in town.
Worst service at any McDonald’s ever!! Another customer and I were standing in line waiting to place our order. The employees didn’t even acknowledge we were standing there, when she finally came to take our order, we were told that they were no longer serving breakfast however, while we were standing in line, the breakfast menu was still up. If the employees were doing their job correctly, we would’ve been able to get what we wanted to. Thank you for such excellent service (please note the sarcasm)
MEAT RAW PICTURES BELOW Went there because I was at work and in a pinch and needed lunch cause fast foot is supposed to be reliable. I got a burger and the middle of the patty was raw. I went in and showed them the picture of the burger cause I threw it away. And the manager gave me problems that it was a picture and I didn’t bring a partially eaten burger back. He said and I quote “next time this happens bring the burger back” I sure hope there isn’t a next time for the sake of a lawsuit lol. He gave me all of my money back except for 70 cents. I don’t care about a couple quarters but it’s the principality and the rudeness behind it. But anyways. Place is a joke.
