Not my favorite but the "buttery" menu keeps me coming back. Try it out, it's a good different.

The service is outstanding, they have people out with the iPod taking the order so the line moves very fast. Very professional and attentive at the window, this young people are awesome ‼️

It's a fast food place, so... But the personnel are nice, the place is always clean, the food is better here than other Jack's I've been to and prices competitive.

Solid serving time, very polite, and made the food well, not sloppy, no mistakes with my order, appreciate the good service 👍🏼

After 9 pm you can get a ridiculous amount of food (including a drink) for only about $6. Best deal around for that honestly. I did feel kinda sick after only cause I don't normally eat fast food but it was bomb af while I was eating it

Breafast croissant, bacon was extra crispy and in pieces. The croissants were falling apart and the whole meal was flavorless. That being said I still love Jack..

Can do taco boxes and fries, but burgers are usually burnt to #### and at times inedible. Cheesecake is on sale and actually really good for the money.

Just happened to pass by and stop it wasn't packed or crowded. I used the drive-thru.

This jack in the box is amazing EXCEPT the fact that I got a loaded mini taco box with NO fork and NO Napkins whatsoever. Would have gave 5 stars but im sorry forks and napkins are like training level things to be first put in the bags before the food .

Very good staff, food okay, place needs some updating interior wise. Drive thru, sometimes the wait is a little long. Staff holds the place in a higher rating, they are very friendly.

Staff is nice, food is fast food type food. Only thing I can complain about is the app isn't always up and running other wise. I have no issues with this location.

Good food, but dinning room is very uninviting. It is 7:45am & they have the thermostat set to 57 degrees.

However, the experience has drastically declined since the arrival of the new manager. The issue is not the food; in fact, my last few orders have been just as good as always. The real problem is the new manager's attitude. In my recent visits, I have witnessed a complete lack of customer service. It seems her presence creates a tense atmosphere, and her manner of interacting with customers is unacceptable. Not only does she have a visibly negative attitude, but she also fails to demonstrate the management skills required for a customer-facing position. Ironically, the rest of the staff seems to be trying hard, but the atmosphere feels heavy because of her. Conclusion: Frankly, the food is not worth the bad experience. As long as this person is in charge, I prefer to go elsewhere. Good food is not worth it if it comes with poor service. We urge management to review this employee's customer service training.

Portions are smaller, prices are higher and they removed the self serve soda dispenser.

Totally unfriendly cold, no smile no expression, sort of gave me the , you shouldn't be here gringo treatment. Not Cool. When my order came up they , just gave me a dirty look and didn't say anything.... they didn't even call the order number. Really? At least in my neighborhood, "predominantly Hispanic" they know how to treat people kindly and everyone respects each other..... regardless of race.... For the most part...... You guys could really learn something from the Jack in the Box in my hood..... Good luck in the future...... No wonder the restaurant was empty in your drive-thru had no cars in it..... I don't think I've ever seen my Jack in the Box without cars in the drive thru. Never coming here again
