Beyond Meat makes Del Taco a winner. Never ate here in the decade+ its been in my town. Now I have been twice in four days. All because they now have Beyond Meat available in any of their products. Winner winner

Compared to the outrageous line of vehicles across the way at In N Out, the lines are typically short and the staff very friendly here when I go through the drive thru.

Ok Girls! Staying on the diet for the holidays and Del Taco has our ANSWER. The Taco Salad with Seasoned Beef, is so tasty and good. Several nurse friends lost weight eating them for lunch and dinner (we work crazy hours) so I bought mine in Moorpark on Los Angeles Ave. and it was The Best! Very fresh lettuce, tomatoes, guacamole, sour cream, cheese in a shell and the meat was yummy. Plus salsa type with fixings in it. Just plain delicious. The nurses and doctors said that this location has the BEST cooks too. Great fast customer service and clean safe restaurant. Highly recommend. You are going to look great in that dress for the holidays too! See you soon and God Bless. Love Debra and Cats.

The service it's average, their food is ok, every time that I go there, they put less and less meet, lettuce and cheese, the cashier on the drive through has to help the cook because they don't have enough employees, she or he should not handling food because he or she is touching money, that's one big no no, that's just my comment.

Pretty much what you expect from Del Taco. The drive through is usually not too busy, and you can get through it in 5 minutes. Compared with the In-and-Out next door, it can sometimes be the decider on where I go.

I went i in and they helped me once they were done goofing around. The girl seemed like she didn't want to be there. Very cold & sterm. A heavy set hispanic girl. This was around 6:20 on Sunday the 7th. I won't come back to this location. Kind of sucks because I live nearby.

Foods I give 4 stars compared to other Del Tacos. Little more meat and sauce and the quesadillas are cheesy and thick. The service is sloooow and gets 2 stars. Past three times I have gone there it took a long while. Last time I walked in it took 20 minutes for some tacos.

Put my order in a to go bag when I was dining in. I wanted a replacement order since several guests after me came in and got their food. They remade it for me, but didn't give me extra cheese like I paid for. Wouldn't make it right when I asked about it. Poor management!

I have to say, quite a few wrong orders through the drive through. At this point, this place owes me about 6 quesadillas I've been shorted. Being short on a drive through order is almost guaranteed. When I check, and find that something is short, they correct it immediately. The reason for the two stars is that it's just mistakes. Everyone makes mistakes. I have to be super diligent here, and my orders get corrected. If I forget to check, I'd honestly say that about 30-40% of the time, I'm shorted at least one item.

This del taco is getting worse every year. I have been going here for 2 years and within that time they accidentally put meat in my veggie burritos on 2 occasions. They also keep raising their prices! The fish tacos used to be 2 for 4$ and now theyre 2 for 6$!!! Talk about inflation.. Also they used to have 2 corn tortillas on the fish taco and they changed it to only 1 tortilla. A lot of times they prepare my tacos with the least effort possible. They don't even try anymore. My tortilla was hard and broke apart and the prices are too high.

Last night I went through the drive through at del taco in moorpark and when I un wrapped my spicey jack quesadilla one over their markers they write the special orders on the wrappers with fell into my lap. I have gone to this del taco on multiple occasions because it is near my work and the quality of there food is never that good but this is rediculous. I am now wondering what else may have fallen into my food withou them noticing. If somethng so large could go unnoticed I can only imagine what small things have dropped in food there. I hate to do this so publicly but I think people should know this kind of thing is happening where they eat. This may have been just a one time thing but then again maybe not. Just be warned to check your food next time you order from this del taco.

The manager touches the food with out any gloves or anything. It's very disgusting when he is touching money and who knows if he touches his face and other dirty things. Don't go there. They're no excuse for in sanitary work place.

Went in ordered a burger at 7:30 pm . They told me the grill was closed for 30 minutes because they were cleaning it. It was Sunday night a week ago . I got so mad I left and went to inn and out next door . Best decision of my life . Went back because my wife and kids ordered tacos . When I got there they were frustrated because they got the wrong order . Never again will my family go back to del taco in moorpark ! The one in simi and Valencia are a thousand times better '!!

Took 47 minutes from the time I first started to place my order in the drive through until I got my food in the window and only 2 cars ahead of me. Everything we ordered was cold 2 epic burritos 2 Tacos 2 Fries and a cheese burger. I was so angry I pulled into the parking lot next door threw $29 dollars of cold food into the garbage can and walked into Panda Express and order food so we could eat hot food. Horrible service from the line manager in the black shirt. She never wanted to help people standing at the register. We watched the whole time we sat in their dining room. She would purposefully make people wait. I literally had to tap my ring on the metal counter to get her attention. One lady, after we got our food, had to practically yell at the manager to get her attention. She made these two older ladies wait for just over four minutes. Another lady with two young children stood there at the counter waiting to get her order mistake fixed for about three minutes, while trying to keep a close eye on her toddlers. Again, the lady just ignored her and made her stand there forever. It wasnt like she was busy, she just continually refused to look toward the registers to see the customers constantly waiting.

Don't waste your time here!!! I order some soft tacos and fries and got the wrong order. The food that I got was poorly done and cold. Talked to "management" at that time and she looked exhausted on all the wrong orders that they were making... Since Taco bell near me was closed, I decided to order from Del taco. Big mistake! Out of 6 items, they screwed up on 3 of them and didn't notice until I got home. Food doesn't taste the greatest either. No wonder why I stopped going to Del taco a long time ago. Also the parking lot and the restaurant was empty, guess that should've been a sign to stay away

Worst customer service !! Order on line and when order is wrong cant cancel even on confirmation email, call store and they tell you ( not my problem if you dont pick up ypu still have to pay ) then send you to 800 number with automated service and no option to help you! Unacceptable!! Stealing poeples money!!

Waited almost have an hour for our order. Manager on phone with personal business while he slowly assembled our order. When I asked him to finish his personal phone call, he was rude. Another family in line behind me just left without ordering because of this.

When I ordered my food while we were dining in it was disgusting to watch the server grab the food with her bare hands and then touch a garbage can from the inside. This establishment needs to be looked at closer fast food restaurant server should be wearing gloves while serving food not once I saw the server wash their hands.

Four cars in the drive through and an almost empty lobby. “I’ll be with you in a minute, we’re really busy,” the speaker says. Many minutes later, “Sorry for the delay, we’re really busy. I’ll be with you in a minute.” I watch as the over thirty cars in the In-N-Out line next door swiftly move forward toward their destination. Each of the few cars in front of me takes an abnormally long time, especially considering this is “fast food.” I expected to see bags upon bags of food handed to each vehicle. To my surprise, it was merely one bag per car. Where is the “really busy” that was preached? I watch as the line next door dwindles down. The progress they are making is frustrating. Why am I not moving through this fairly short line? After way too long I finally get my turn at the window. Was it worth the wait? Was it so delicious I may subject myself to such delay again? No. It wasn’t. They got my order wrong. Two tacos and a fry. So simple. Or was it?

I love del taco, but this particular location was the worst I've ever had. I ordered the chicken soft Tacos and chicken steps and fries, and they were all terrible. The chicken was undercooked, as were the fries. And the tortilla on the chicken Tacos were stale.

By far the worst Del Taco. I have been here multiple times for a quick bite to eat. The workers always have an attitude. This last time they ask me to park in front to bring the food out and i declined as it is a pain to get over there due to In and out traffic. They proceed to tell me to go the other way which required a u-turn which i am unable to make in my track as i barely make it through the drive thru. They then ask me to pull forward just a little and they will bring it out. I asked why do i need to do this and she proceed to say that the timer is going off and it hurts their ranking. I proceeded to pull forward and waited 10 mins to get my food. The worker comes out to the gate and wants me to get out of my truck and walk over to him. I was so blown away at this customer service that i declined and told him to come to me. I will not be going back here anymore due to the lack of customer service. They have a drive thru so I dont have to go somewhere else to get my food. I hope the owner of this store reads these.

I did drive through pick up through the app. They made me pull around front even though nobody in drive through. Forgot items and others were cold. Carnitas quesadilla tacos got me really sick. Probably because they didn't cook them. Cheese was not even melted. Pork was probably not heared to 165 degrees getting me really sick!

Terrible experience. We ordered the loaded nachos from the drive through. They were handed to us side ways. Looked like someone's uneaten food thrown in a container. When I went in to complain, I was just told sorry. When we got home we realized they had shorted us $10. Last time we go there.

I’m very disappointed with my recent drive-thru experience. When I arrived, there were only two cars ahead of me, so I expected the wait to be fairly quick. Prior to coming here, I had just gone through In-N-Out’s drive-thru where the line was much longer, yet they managed to move customers through efficiently and with great coordination. That contrast made this experience even more frustrating. The wait felt unnecessarily long, and it seemed like there was a lack of organization behind the scenes. What bothered me most was the interaction I witnessed while receiving my order. The cashier appeared to politely confirm with the cook that everything was in the bag before handing it to me, which is a reasonable step to ensure accuracy. Instead of responding professionally, the cook loudly and rudely told the cashier to just hand me the order already. It was uncomfortable to witness and created an unprofessional atmosphere. No one should be spoken to that way in any workplace. Respect among team members is essential, and staff should be working together to ensure orders are accurate and customers are served quickly. Better teamwork and communication would not only improve the speed of service but also create a more positive environment for both employees and customers. Overall, this experience reflected poorly on management and operations, and I hope steps are taken to improve efficiency, teamwork, and professionalism moving forward.

Since Taco bell near me was closed, I decided to order from Del taco. Big mistake! Out of 6 items, they screwed up on 3 of them and didn't notice until I got home. Food doesn't taste the greatest either. No wonder why I stopped going to Del taco a long time ago. Also the parking lot and the restaurant was empty, guess that should've been a sign to stay away

Worst customer service !! Order on line and when order is wrong cant cancel even on confirmation email, call store and they tell you ( not my problem if you dont pick up ypu still have to pay ) then send you to 800 number with automated service and no option to help you! Unacceptable!! Stealing poeples money!!

Waited almost have an hour for our order. Manager on phone with personal business while he slowly assembled our order. When I asked him to finish his personal phone call, he was rude. Another family in line behind me just left without ordering because of this.

When I ordered my food while we were dining in it was disgusting to watch the server grab the food with her bare hands and then touch a garbage can from the inside. This establishment needs to be looked at closer fast food restaurant server should be wearing gloves while serving food not once I saw the server wash their hands.

I love del taco, but this particular location was the worst I've ever had. I ordered the chicken soft Tacos and chicken steps and fries, and they were all terrible. The chicken was undercooked, as were the fries. And the tortilla on the chicken Tacos were stale.

Four cars in the drive through and an almost empty lobby. “I’ll be with you in a minute, we’re really busy,” the speaker says. Many minutes later, “Sorry for the delay, we’re really busy. I’ll be with you in a minute.” I watch as the over thirty cars in the In-N-Out line next door swiftly move forward toward their destination. Each of the few cars in front of me takes an abnormally long time, especially considering this is “fast food.” I expected to see bags upon bags of food handed to each vehicle. To my surprise, it was merely one bag per car. Where is the “really busy” that was preached? I watch as the line next door dwindles down. The progress they are making is frustrating. Why am I not moving through this fairly short line? After way too long I finally get my turn at the window. Was it worth the wait? Was it so delicious I may subject myself to such delay again? No. It wasn’t. They got my order wrong. Two tacos and a fry. So simple. Or was it?

I did drive through pick up through the app. They made me pull around front even though nobody in drive through. Forgot items and others were cold. Carnitas quesadilla tacos got me really sick. Probably because they didn't cook them. Cheese was not even melted. Pork was probably not heared to 165 degrees getting me really sick!

By far the worst Del Taco. I have been here multiple times for a quick bite to eat. The workers always have an attitude. This last time they ask me to park in front to bring the food out and i declined as it is a pain to get over there due to In and out traffic. They proceed to tell me to go the other way which required a u-turn which i am unable to make in my track as i barely make it through the drive thru. They then ask me to pull forward just a little and they will bring it out. I asked why do i need to do this and she proceed to say that the timer is going off and it hurts their ranking. I proceeded to pull forward and waited 10 mins to get my food. The worker comes out to the gate and wants me to get out of my truck and walk over to him. I was so blown away at this customer service that i declined and told him to come to me. I will not be going back here anymore due to the lack of customer service. They have a drive thru so I dont have to go somewhere else to get my food. I hope the owner of this store reads these.

Took 47 minutes from the time I first started to place my order in the drive through until I got my food in the window and only 2 cars ahead of me. Everything we ordered was cold 2 epic burritos 2 Tacos 2 Fries and a cheese burger. I was so angry I pulled into the parking lot next door threw $29 dollars of cold food into the garbage can and walked into Panda Express and order food so we could eat hot food. I don’t even know if my order was right but my guess would be no

Horrible service from the line manager in the black shirt. She never wanted to help people standing at the register. We watched the whole time we sat in their dining room. She would purposefully make people wait. I literally had to tap my ring on the metal counter to get her attention. One lady, after we got our food, had to practically yell at the manager to get her attention. She made these two older ladies wait for just over four minutes. Another lady with two young children stood there at the counter waiting to get her order mistake fixed for about three minutes, while trying to keep a close eye on her toddlers. Again, the lady just ignored her and made her stand there forever. It wasnt like she was busy, she just continually refused to look toward the registers to see the customers constantly waiting.

Terrible experience. We ordered the loaded nachos from the drive through. They were handed to us side ways. Looked like someone's uneaten food thrown in a container. When I went in to complain, I was just told sorry. When we got home we realized they had shorted us $10. Last time we go there.
