We finally remembered to stop here, and we were not disappointed! It was fantastic! We got the cheese corn dog with potato and spicy barbecue sauce and the bulgogi bowl. It came with a clear soup that was like an umami flavor bomb! We will definitely be back!
Friendly, respectful, all guys staff, not sure if they have female employees, didn’t see one when we were there. The cashier answered all our questions the best he can, not rushing, very respectful young man, he gives honest answers, patient and kind. I look for great service in every place we go. I give credit to who credit is due. Lovely place for young generations. I highly recommend this place.
A hidden jem! When we went for my kid's birthday, it was calm and peaceful. Good music, friendly staff, and great food! Spent a pretty penny here but it was so worth it, there was SO MUCH FOOD!!
Friendly and quick customer service. Food was absolutely amazing. I will definitely be back. We got the kimchi fries, kimbap, KFC appetizer, taro boba float with ube, strawberry boba, and four corn dogs (hot Cheetos, sweet gochujang, and 2 classic potato). Overall my favorite was the kimbap. It was just so so so good!
New Korean fried chicken restaurant in San Jose and was there for the grand opening. The food was pretty good and you get a bowl of soup when you order one of their main meals. I had the teriyaki chicken which was actually very good and plenty of food. I also got one of their boba drinks which was very good as well. The staff is friendly and the service was very good as well. Even though they were busy they seem to be able to keep things moving.
Really good food! I wanted to try everything. I got the beef bibimbap and really liked it. The kimchi was good and had a decent spice level. I’ll be back. Family atmosphere and friendly staff.
One rainy afternoon in Jax we decided to go get Korean corn dogs. And omg.....they were sooooooo good. The boba drinks were hitting. The service was awesome & they made sure our food was good. We will definitely be back

I got the kimchi soup that came with a side of rice. It was absolutely amazing and the portion sizes are huge! I will definitely be coming back!
Finally had a chance to try KBOP today. Overall we really liked it. We tried the Bulgogi Bowl, KFC Bowl and a Hot Cheetos Korean corndog. The KFC had a nice kick to it and the bulgogi was also very good. The corndog was of course delicious. We’ll definitely be back to try more of the menu!
Food was alright. The kimchi pancakes were good. The potato corn dog had a bit too much breading in my opinion. The inner batter had a weird consistency. The servers were nice and the restaurant was clean.
The KFC BOP and kimchi fries were fantastic, but the highlight was definitely the giant corn dog with sweet Gochujang sauce—so good! The Taro Boba drink with swirl ice cream was delicious too, but for $8, it had way too much ice. After just a few sips, it was almost gone. Overall though, I’d still recommend this place for a great modern take on Korean food. Loved it!
Very friendly servers, big portion, the chicken was amazing. The only thing is the sauce was a bit spicy. Maybe they should ask the customer about how spicy they want the chicken before ordering, or maybe sauce on the side as an option. Highly recommend to try their every dish.
The mango refresher was awesome. It was sweet and delicious. The KFC bop was okay. The chicken was a little tough and scipy. The rice and vegetables were good. The staff was very cool and the atmosphere was good.
Service was friendly/welcoming. Food came out quickly. Food was hot. Exciting options. Idk if it's common but I received miso soup I think or some broth for dining in. The decorations were nice and not overbearing. The photo ops were a nice touch.
Food bowls were delicious and large . There were 3 of us that ordered. Had the kimchi pancake for the first time. It was yummy but you have to like sweet potatoes to really enjoy it.

The place is really nice, staff was nice but the ramen didnt had flavor it tasted like instant ramen to be honest, everything else was really good.
Saw this place before they opened and have been wanting to try it so I stopped by today and got the kimbap, takoyaki, a side of kimchi and 2 bobas. Sadly they forgot the side of kimchi, I knew I should have gotten kimchi fries 🥲 The kimbap was good and the takoyaki were really good except the dashi stock which we originally thought was paper. Will definitely come back for kimchi fries and beef bibimbap.
My husband and daughter love Korean food, but were super disappointed in their dishes. My husband’s spicy pork dish had very little flavor, and the pork was mealy. He said it tasted like a frozen tv dinner. My daughter’s chicken ramen bowl was just sour tasting. They both looked good but tasted poor. I got the potato covered cheese corndog. Big mistake. The potato pieces were flavorless and fried out, the corndog batter tasted like burnt funnel cake, and there was zero flavor in the cheese. Over all a very disgusting item. After all of the positive reviews we were hoping for better. The inside is clean and tidy and the people working were all very nice.
Ordered Kimchi tofu soup and bulgogi bibimbap. The soup was a bit salty but still okay when ate with rice together. The pork slices were quite tender and went well w the soup. The bulgogi bibimbap was full of various topping in addition to the beef. The rice mixed with the red Korean gochucjang sauce was quite tasty. On a scale of 1-10, I give it a 6 compared to what I had in Seoul. But by Jax’s standard, I give it an 8. Next time, I would also like to try their kimbap (similar to Japanese hand roll).

We wanted to try some Korean Barbeque and had a coupon for KBOP. I ordered 2 KFC bowls at the counter to go: One with double vegetables substituted for the rice. The wait wasn't too long but was not super fast either. I was the only customer in the restaurant aside from a family already eating. While I was waiting noticed the restaurant was very clean, neat and vibrant. They also have a nice patio. The person who handed me my order was super helpful with questions about their Boba teas, which I did not order. Atmosphere was nice but the food was just NOT good. There was a fair amount of chicken; however, both my husband and I had several gristly chewy parts in our chicken. The vegetables: Both bowls had large square pieces of chewy cabbage. My husband's bowl with the rice came with 1 tiny piece of broccoli. My bowl with the double vegetables had 3 tiny pieces of broccoli. The rest of our "vegetables" was the chewy cabbage that needed to be cut. The vegetables and the bottom of the bowl underneath them was oily - not in a good way. Most importantly our food just did not taste good. I am glad we had a coupon because we regretted choosing to try this restaurant rather than going with on e that we know has good food.
KBOP Korean is overrated. I came here because my daughter really wanted the cheese corndog. To be fair the cheese corndog is good as long as you order it plain and the person making it actually knows what they are doing. When it is done right it is solid. When it is not it is pretty nasty. Other than that the food is very plain. The flavors are muted and nothing really stands out. For a place that gets as much hype as it does the food just is not that good.
This is a shared opinion of my sister and I. The flavors/sauce used on the meat in our bowl were overpowering and too sweet but the rest of the bowl was very bland in comparison. The soup in our ramen was sour, egg overcooked and the noodles themselves were very similar to the bags of shin ramen we buy for home, nothing special. The takoyaki was pretty good. Both our drinks, matcha and caramal latte, were too sweet. The coffee was odd but I can't describe the taste other then not being very strong and maybe very cheap or low quality.
I had the chicken teryaki and it was not what I've had the last two times I've eaten there. The chicken barely had any sauce and was black with char. I requested twice to be clear, no char. It's was completely charred! The salad had been changed, definitely not what I had on previous visits. This one was awful, I couldn't eat it. I really hope they reconsider and return to the cabbage salad with the amazing dressing. Very disappointed 😞

Our order included the Ramen Corn Dog with cheese and hot dog, KFC BOP, and Kimchi Ramen with Pork. The Ramen Corn Dog tasted liked exactly like what it looked like and that is a hot dog with mozzarella and ramen with cheap sauce. Basically one food item piled on top of another with no flow and no flavor. The KFC BOP included glass noodles that had a funky odor and chicken that is dried out slapped with spicy sauce. Again, no flow. The KimChi Ramen looked mediocre and one can tell the ramen is cheap packaged ramen and not legitimate ramen. I do not recommend potential customers to dine at this establishment.
i ordered the kimbab and the jap chae two of my fave kprean dishes. The kimbab was definitely not fresh. It feels like Costco frozen kimbab microwaved. Jap chae though it was just $7 but i didnt expect it to be plain and bland. The noodles was soft. Usually jap chae has shredded egg, minced beef and some other shredded veg. Sonething like that its been awhile. I didnt try anything else so idk how it is.
