Golden Chick

It was lunchtime and the store was CLEAN, EVERY TABLE! Also, it was our first time at any Golden Chick, so we didn't know the menu at all. The manager/assistant manager was so patient with us and helpful, despite the store being so busy, a credit to the food and service! The employees knew exactly what needed to be done, they knew the system, and they truly cooperated as a team, yet the atmosphere was calm and quiet. I was sincerely amazed. C'mon, we all know the all-too-common fast-food atmosphere and employee work ethic, but not at this location in Floresville. It was actually a really nice place to eat!

Dined in for lunch. VERY nicely decorated. The staff is friendly and super nice. Order process quick, food fresh and hot. It's VERY CLEAN and nice and cool inside. It was at lunch, and they handled the lunch crowd pretty quick. One of th ladies working super nice didn't get her name, but she was always asking us if we were good and if we needed anything else. I will go back and dine in again.

Bianca and team catered our corporate event and they had the food super fresh, ready to go, very communicative and responsive on timing.

Amazing customer service and extremely fast, normally you have to hope theyre good in at least 1 area, but here they were above and beyond in all categories, I was served by Elsa and she was delightful, will definitely be a regular at this place

The restaurant was really cold inside but I can’t complain. Food was good. Service was fast and friendly. It’s pretty expensive though.

This is the place to come and eat. We came in at 8:45 at night, knowing that they close at 9:00PM. The Manager, Bruce welcomed us in and took care of our whole team. They dropped food in the fryer when we walked in and had it out in minutes. Highly recommend them if you’re in a pinch and need to feed a crew.

Peter the manager saved the day. We got in kind of late after a race and he reopened the kitchen and served us an amazing meal. Food was amazing. His team is top notch

Called the store to report tea grounds in tea Steven the manager had informed me he arrived at 3:30 PM and that the morning crew had made the tea incorrectly. I arrived at 4pm and don’t know if the tea should be lasting that long or if another batch should’ve already been made for his shift. Also was handed a broken cup an had I not noticed would have made a huge mess I know it’s only a golden chick but a little pride in what you do goes a long way hopefully I get a response from golden chick telling me that they’re sorry and to come back and try it again, but unfortunately, I don’t think I will. I think this is why a lot of restaurants go down. And then people wonder why they don’t get paid what they think they’re worth for an hour.

Placed a scheduled pick up time for between 4:50pm and 5pm. I got there about 4:45pm and my order was ready to go. Perfect. Drove home (about 20 minutes), and opened up the bag to find out food was cold. I don't mean cold as in because of the drive. No, the food was cold as if it had been sitting out waiting for pick up for over an hour. I check my receipt, and it even said scheduled pick up for 4:55pm. My husband and I had to reheat all the food that was ordered. Very disappointed today.

Mr. Area director. Stop by your business in Foresville. Ordered the 8 PC. Mixed chicken. Found out mixed means (legs and thighs) with no discount for no white meat. Unbelievable

Everything is done fast here but cannot put simple things in the bag, like napkins or utensils. As well as managers are extremely rude, crew members are outside doing whatever they want. This Golden Chick seriously needs to be reviewed and get their store together.

I am very upset the food was over cooked . I could not even eat it. The gizzards and fried chicken were so hard . So I tried to call and tell them and no answer. I called 10 times.This was a waste of money that I don't have to just throw away and go get something else. So we didn't eat. It has always been good . I just don't think we will be back and it's because I couldn't even get ahold of anybody. This was about 7pm so they were open for a while still!

The new GM tom is very unfriendly and unapproachable should not be working fast food if you can’t be nice to the public. Kept giving me nasty looks and didn’t smile or greet me once . Rude to his employees should not be doing that in front of public or in general. Do better

I order two pieces of fish it was all breaded fish was so dry my pen was bigger then fish as soon as you break it it all crumbles this time I give a D- for 14 dollars you expected some better thanks for nothing golden chick trash!!!!!!
