Tonight we had exceptional service from Kourtni, so I wanted to give her a quick shout out! Kourtni was awesome! They were out of both the protein I wanted and Pita chips, she made the chips for us and then was super friendly for us waiting on the food, since we were a to-go customer. My first time. Will def be back!

I've been to several CAVA locations, but this one stands out purely because of management. Dejuana is absolutely wonderful. She runs a tight ship while maintaining such a warm, welcoming energy. You can tell the staff respects her, and she goes out of her way to ensure every bowl is perfect and every guest feels seen. It's rare to see a manager so hands-on and positive. Highly recommend this location!

I pass this location fairly often mainly because I’m not the biggest fan to try out new things, but decided today, why not? I walk in, immediately I get greeted and served by Kevin. He was an absolute sweetheart! He led me through the line and the options I can choose from. Pita chips were the first thing he recommended and then falafel. He made my bowl just how I’d like it. 10/10 service, absolutely love him and the food they serve there. I’ll definitely come more often during my breaks.

This was my second time coming here. I went to a different location the first time. This experience was way better. Rita definitely was EXTREMELY helpful and gave me a much better experience. She explained everything and allowed me time make choices about what I wanted. She also gave me suggestions on things to try as well. Great job RITA!!!!

This is the BEST location. The consistency in food quality, taste and service is always good. I wish I remembered everyone’s name that work there. ALL of the employees are always so kind to me. Ms. RITA always knows my order and when I first started ordering from here I tried to tip. Ms Rita said, “no we don’t do tip here and you just have a wonderful day!” It’s nice to have GREAT service and not asked to tip for walking in and ordering. Other companies that are similar, should learn from cava. I wish I could name all the employees because you all are awesome! Thank you

My husband and I are regulars here because of the flavorful menu and healthy ingredients. We love the build your own bowl and the harissa avocado bowl. Another reason why we keep coming back to Cava is their employee Rita, who always remembers us by name and our order. Rita’s Hospitality is top notch!

I want to recognize Presley! She was amazing! I’ve never ordered Cava Build a bowl and I’m on a Daniel Fast. I explained I couldn’t have certain ingredients and she walked me through the whole thing! Her product knowledge was amazing! She even pulled out the allergy sheet on the one thing she was unsure of! Thank you Presley for being so sweet and kind!! I recommend this location 10/10 because the whole staff is great and the location is so clean!

I am so amazed at how good this meal was. The food is delicious beyond anything I have ever tasted for a long time. My favorite is Mediterranean, so this is right up my alley, but again beyond what I expected. Not only is the food great, but so is the atmosphere and service. I was immediately helped by Sara and with it being my first time trying she helped me out with choosing a meal that was right for me and my tastebuds. Presley was also very helpful and I am grateful for them and putting up with my decision making and oh let me not forget this. Those fried pitas were the best thing EVER. I was on the way home thinking about them and ate some in the car lol. On the way out I talked to the general manager and she was so nice as well, her name was Dejuana and all together they make that place great and you can tell they are all working very hard to keep the people satisfied and the place up to par. The homemade drinks were good which I found out from the GM on the way out they make them fresh daily. I am so glad I found this place, definitely going to be my number 1 go to. I went and dined in and there was so much left over because it is well portioned.

Slop bowl did not meet expectations. What is the clix? Clearly just slapped together hastily and without care. Brown avacado. Free pita that was an option when ordering did not come with either meals.

I love the food from CAVA and come to this location probably once a month to grab lunch. Every time, I mobile order and every time, it takes significantly longer than the app says it should. I completely understand that at times there are rushes and it might take a bit longer to come out. However, I ordered one bowl that took 25 minutes to be ready for pick up from the time I ordered it, and 15 minutes past when the app said it would be ready by. This seems to be a common issue as multiple people were waiting for mobile orders that should have already been ready for pick up. Not sure if more staff need to be on payroll to support mobile orders or if the pick up times on the app need to be adjusted. The associate at the register offered me a drink while I waited which was appreciated.

are all the employees slow? seriously. every time you order online they get the order wrong and take 15mins longer than the pick up time should be. i worked fast food at 14 years old and its simple. clearly the employees here are not capable of the most basic skills. last time i will ever be back. order should not include any of the meat and suppose to have rice. can they read?!?
