I heard about the curderburger and had to try it out for myself. I don't normally review fast food places but this burger was AMAZING!! Assuming you like cheese of course, but man was it fantastic. This NEEDS to be on the menu permanently. I got it on a double and the ratio was perfect.

I grew to love Culver’s when it was in Allen and was crushed when it closed. So so excited to see a location right down the road from my new house. The cod sandwich is my go-to. It’s freaking delish and they always make it fresh. Do not sleep on the cheese curds. They are a treat. Good burgers too. The crinkies (the fries) go really well with a cup of custard. Try it. You’ll love it I promise. My partner got the pub burger with the pretzel bun. She said it was great.

First time trying this place. And it was really good! More reasonably priced than Whataburger with great taste! The Culver's Bacon Deluxe was hot and juicy and overall great! The Crinkle cut fries are super tasty!

I’ve been to this place so many times, and each time it’s excellent! The food here is amazing (granted every once and a while it’s a bit cold), the atmosphere is amazing (granted I’ve gone here for as long as I can remember so that’s probably why) and the service is great too! The bathrooms are clean. The tables are clean (and if they aren’t, a staff will immediately come and clean it), the food and desert is amazing! Overall a really great time! The only con I have is that they removed Mountain Dew and Pepsi from the soda fountain D:

My daughter lives in Denton and wanted Culver’s for lunch, so we went to Flower Mound and had a great lunch. We were happy with our meal and my daughter enjoyed her custard. After leaving and shopping for a bit, my daughter realized her wallet and keys were missing. She went in to the store we were just in and I called Culver’s and asked if they had found a wallet and keys. They asked for a description and I gave that along with her name. They informed me that they had found it. We returned to the store and got her wallet/keys. Very pleased with the service and the fact that EVERYTHING was still in her wallet, including her cash. TOP NOTCH EMPLOYEES! Thank you!!

Culver's gets a perfect score from me. I always order online, and pick up to take home. My order is always correct, and the portion sizes are perfect. There are a lot of places that charge a good amount of money for much smaller portion sizes, or for food that isn't nearest tasty or satisfying.

REALLY LOVE THE PLACE!! If they were to open one in Arlington or Mansfield sometime in the future, I would be really THRILLED!! ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!! Definitely recommend it!

First time here and was not disappointed, even with there ac out. Yes it was warm inside, but the strawberry salad n cod sandwich was amazing. The girl that helped us was so so sweet, cute mixed girl hate I didn't get her name. Excellent experience. I'll b back

We went through the drive-thru, so I can't vouch for atmosphere, but what we experienced was fabulous. We used to live up North further and think of this restaurant as a restaurant only found in the midwest. We hadn't found one down in Texas until now. It was such a treat since it is very different from our other favorite burger places here. We happily drove 30mins to get there. It did not disappoint. Their cheese curds are amazing and not a thing at other burger places here. I haven't found another burger place with as good of a mushroom swiss burger as theirs. I'm glad I remembered that their concrete sizes are really big and only ordered a mini. I still had a hard time finishing it since I had a whole meal as well! My husband and I could have split the mini size concrete and have been fine. I think mini would have been perfect if that had been all I ordered.

Culver's is rated #1 fast food for a reason. If you have tried their cod dinner with mashed potatoes with brown grave and fries, or their tenderloin sandwiches, or chicken salads you know why. They are always the same, great quality. Fantastic food!

Super friendly and helpful during their busiest time. Their food is awesome fully meeting their standards. They're Butter Burgers are absolutely the best burgers in town. And don't miss out on the custard / ice cream. The staff works together as real team, helping each other out to make their customers have a great experience even when they're soda machine is down. Corporate should be really proud of this store, their manager and staff.

Great tasting burgers!! Fresh fixins and love the crinkle fries. I also appreciate that this locations doors are open until closing, unlike the location in The Collony, which is drive thru only after 9 pm. The Flower Mound location gets all five stars for clean restaurants, friendly staff, tasty food, rare menu options like fried cheese curds, and open dining areas all hours. Thanks for the awesome visit, I will definitely be back!!

QUALITY FAST FOOD I had a great experience at this location. The women's bathroom was clean as well as the dining area. I was greeted when I walked in and that was a plus. I ordered a single butter burger deluxe, onion rings, and a strawberry shake. Every item was fresh, the perfect temperature, and soooooo good! I should have gotten the double deluxe, but I'll get that next time. :-) If you haven't tried this place, I urge you to give them a try.

Wish there were more Culver's locations. But the food is special enough that I drive 30 minutes each way once a week to visit. Burgers are great, as are the crinkle fries. Service is fast. And every employee I have encountered has been very friendly, which sadly is rare in the service industry these says.

I never tried Culver's until recently. For fast food, those are great burgers!! Deluxe is very tasty with lettuce, onions and tomato. Service is friendly. The dining area is clean and pleasant for a quick bite to eat.

We first had Culver's in Wisconsin many years ago. Glad to see them here. Cheese curds, onion rings, spicy crispy chicken, french fries were all great. Some of the food was a bit salty, but still nice.

I’m from the Midwest and when I tell you me and my family drive 45 minutes to this location it is ALWAYS worth it. I don’t normally leave reviews but I love Culver’s so much!! I know it is a Midwest chain but I pray that the dfw area gets more locations. If not, I will always drive to this culvers because the food is always amazing, fresh and accurate.

One of the best fast food joints in town. They have delicious burgers, but don’t sleep on the chicken sandwich or the cod dinner! They also have delicious fried shrimp. Also, if you like crinkle cut fries, they are the best!

I must rate the fish as 9.8 compared to most seafood restaurants. It was a pleasant surprise that I would go back for more. The burgers are also 9.5 in comparison to a sit down restaurant and not a burger place. This is definitely a family place for lunch or dinner. This post is in regard to my first time going. In 3 weeks, I have been there 3 times.

This was my first visit to Culver's, and the staff made a great impression. Josephina was patient and helpful as I figured out what to order and everyone I interacted with was friendly and attentive. The manager was checking on tables and even helped clear mine, which stood out. The food was tasty. The burger had good flavor, though the bun was a bit cold and stale. The fries were crisp, and the Butterfinger shake was excellent. I work nearby, so I’ll definitely be back.

Good service and quality products. I've never been a huge fan of their food but I tend to try things on the menu that aren't hamburgers so I don't know how their hamburgers are. Their custard is good but you pay a premium for it. It was a clean well kept location. The music was too loud though. It was hard to enjoy our conversation.

It was very good! My husband ordered a patty melt, I ordered the fish and chips and lastly of course we couldn’t leave without our custards! For my husband the patty melt could have used a sauce or something but for me it was good, I guess it depends on your personal preference! I’m in love with their fries, one of the best fries! I’ve never been to a Culver’s before. But, boy am I glad I chose this one. I let the staff pick what I ate. Person gave me a cheese burger and chicken tenders, couldn’t ask for a better pick! I’ll have the fries next time and a shake. Great staff here, clean, and food was fast. Hard to call this a place a “fast food joint”. Staff is what makes this place 5 stars though, glad to see people wanting to work here.

The food here is great. I would have given 5 stars but I have noticed that every time I eat inside the employees look miserable for some reason. This is not a one time thing. It has literally been every single time I have eaten here and with several different employees. The employees never smile and appear not to really like working there. They actually appear to be upset. It makes me wonder how they are being treated by management. If I continue to see it I will probably stop going to this Culvers.

We love Culver's. The food is always great. The service has always been good at all the 3 facilities I've visited. I was a bit disappointed at this particularly place, not the food or the service, but the building itself. It is sad that upper management has allowed the building to look so unloved. The AC wasn't working. They had a couple of floor units and it made it bearable. The employees were friendly and professional. I'm sure they are doing the best they can with what they have. The restroom was 'clean' but it showed build up dirt on the floors. All in all, great food and service, but the place needs a major overhaul.

Drove 40 miles to try. Culver’s Started with the standard cheeseburger, onion rings and soda. The cheeseburger was good but not impressive, onion rings were very good Will have to try other menu items next time

A fast food place that happens to have actually delicious, tender pot roast sandwich, yet no longer serves even a packet of horseradish - lame sauer kraut is all you can get. Plus I had to wait forever in the drive through: first came the sandwich, thennnn the ice cream, by 2 different people. Sigh.

Whoever the young lady was taking my order through the drive through sounded frustrated cause i ordered a bit more than just a combo meal. "Rudely & Frustratingly stating"Will that be all?.." or "Anything else?.." is not the impression i want from someone taking my order & possibly prepping my food. I didn't know it was such a burden to take orders at a restaurant where people order food. The order was not anything extravagant. Other than that the food was amazing.

In terms of rating fast food hamburgers, this place is number one! Unfortunately a little bit of that experience is ruined by poor customer service. I don't go there often because I don't live close, however in the seven or eight times I have been there I failed to be treated the same as I do when I go to In-N-Out. Just curious why other fast food companies are not able to provide great customer service like In-N-Out does?

It's usually very good here. Today they were having a bad day. The kitchen was backed up 45 minutes. The manager acknowledged this and said he would fix it. Frankly, I was impressed with how they handled the tough situation. I'm looking forward to the staffing corrections and enjoying this wonderful burger outlet again.

So my first experience wasnt that great. I usually give places another chance. This time was better. That first burger was not really good neither was the cheese curds This time i just got a butter burger with cheese and fries. Fries were okay and burger was decent. Been on a custard binge recently after I visited the Lewisville Culvers and had excellent custard there. This location however fails to live up to the same quality custard wise, ordered half and half and my custard simultaneously came out to be too runny and had ice chunks in it instead of a consistently smooth creamy taste. This happens when you serve custard that's been sitting out for too long, do better flower mound.

Food is always pretty good, but service is this locations downfall. I filled out a direct contact after last visit and never heard back. Staff looks like they hate their lives and attitude towards customers reflects that. Tonight we chose to dine outside so we didn’t have to listen to the staff behind the counter yelling at one another like we did last time, and one the staff members very rudely yelled at some kids for where their bikes were parked- claiming they were “in the way”, when they were very much out of the way. Likely won’t be back.

The food was good, but the presentation was sloppy. It's like they just threw the burger together. I ordered the buy one get one free, and the meat was hanging outside of the bun. The lettuce and tomato was thrown on, and it made for a really bad looking burger. I ate one but not the other one.

Their service was great! People were friendly and their food was pretty great but they had a lot of missing item's. We drove from Alvarado to Flower mound for the Cod with no Tarter Sauce but a heck of a lot of greece. Ordered Clam Chowder and after we purchased, they said they didn't have any. But yes, thank you for the cocktail sauce to my non existing shrimp. Asked for the Mint ice cream with brownie bites only to get it with no brownie bites. We told you this was our first time here. Like is this normal? First impression are lasting impression! People! Lets get it together! If you dont have it, mark it in your menu. If you don't know how to make it, get someone who does and have them walk you through it. Presentation was great and the food was good but really get your condiments on order, it can make or break a customer experience.

The onion rings were ok and crispy. The crinkle fries were crispy and like any other fry to be honest. I was disappointed by the fried cod, there was no flavor whatsoever. The batter used for the fish had no seasoning or even salt that I could taste. If they used the batter they use for the chicken tenders then the fish would be delicious. The shake was good, it’s a shake🤷🏻‍♀️. Also, the dining area was very warm…it was almost as if the AC was not turned on or maybe we went at a time when it wasn’t working properly. The staff was friendly.

Burger was ok. Fish was not. But that my fault for ordering fish at a burger joint. Fries were crispy. soda was as expected. Wait for food was understandable.

Disappointing! Always been good before. Guess they forgot my dine in order, 15 mins later, world’s smallest burger comes out cold. Patty was 1/4” thick, dry, and overdone.

My first and most likely my last order from here. Going through the drive through was fine except the person taking the order seemed distracted, didn’t answer my questions, assured me there was cheese on the burger when she rung it up. No cheese, dry patties that are stacked and the only thing saving this meal is the fries. Hardly any mustard making this burger hard to swallow. Honestly though the fries were so fantastic that they didn’t need ketchup.

just passed by here today and all i gotta say is the customer service is awful. as a true culver’s veteran who served his years working in a different location, this is unacceptable. The lady who took our order tossed our concrete over and just left. CITY BOYSS CITY BOYSSS

Love me some Culver’s but this has to be the worst one customer service wise. Tonight they had to remake my ice cream multiple times and all it is, is hot fudge on vanilla custard and hot caramel on vanilla custard. I pay for extra every time. I’ve been ordering this at Culver’s for decades. This location always has an issue with it every single time. If your hot caramel and hot fudge isn’t for ice cream do you just have it for burgers or?? Finally after multiple times of a younger kid coming back and forth the older white haired guy came not to say sorry but to tell me the salted caramel is the same as the salted it’s just hot. Well genius it’s 100% different the hot is way thicker and chewy but thanks for the non apology of not being able to make my simple ice creams 5+ times I couldn’t even count how many times….please retrain these people I would hate for Culver’s to fall because people can’t figure simple things out

Me and my family came to this location for the 2nd time yesterday Saturday October 11,2025 at 6:45pm. We came here the 1st time and went through the drive through and we received TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE from a young lady who took our order and a bug in our drink. Thank GOD for the Chef the food was still amazing. We decided to come again yesterday and give this place another try due to the food being really great and everyone makes mistakes. Funny thing is the same young lady who took our order last time also took our order again this time with the same attitude I assume she works this shift consistently. She did not communicate the order correctly and cut us off in the middle of us giving an order and said" IS THAT ALL". No it wasn't all considering the fact we were literally talking and she cut us off to say that. We completed the order and corrected her twice for saying the wrong burger on the order. While we waited a long time for the food, the same young lady who took the order brought it out to us and as suspected we had the wrong order. We didn't complain and being nice about it we came inside and "spent more money" at the counter for the correct burger that the lady at the drive through messed up. The young guys working the counter were efficient and appolgeleic. We appreciate the guys inside at the front and the CHEF. I would love to continue to dine here and tell others to also come here, however the manager needs to seriously deal with the ladies working the drive through on their communication skills and not talking to the customer with an attitude especially if the customer is Not giving them an attitude. Please fix this soon because, I Iike this Franchise however I know that I can also take my money, time, and whoever else I know to another location of this Franchise.

Things are always broken for long periods of time here. I have made a many weekly visits in the last few months and every time I come in it is always hot even when it’s really hot outside. I've complained to management and employees the manager was very rude about me complaining told me to eat outside. I’ve even ordered from online and the drinks are completely water down because of the ice melting. My custards are hot not cold at all. Do these people not have a way to keep the drinks cool before they are delivered or pickup???? I have complained about the the Custards being melted when i get them and the drinks being watery.The service was great. The employees are nice (some of them) Please!!!!!!!!!!! do something about the A/C in THIS LOCATION. The Owner/Manager (Mindy) is not doing a very good job at owning this franchise. Please do something about the conditions of this location in. customers will not want to come back if this place lets broken machines and things linger for months.

We went to Culver’s on a Friday at 9:30 PM (30 mins before close). They locked the door as we pulled up & then we went through the drive through and the girl laughed and said sorry about that. We ordered two “Concrete mixers” and they pulled two ice creams off the counter and gave it to us - it is soup. I’ve been to many Culver’s for icecream and this has been by far the worst experience LOL. I’ve worked in service and you can start cleaning early but don’t offer services until the close time if they can’t be offered! All my reviews are usually so positive but this was so terrible I’m surprised

I have eaten here several times. Today was such a disappointment. The tables were all dirty in dining room. The very uninterested cashier yawned in my face after I had to ask her if she was working. Is there a manager that works here? Sad this was my experience today.

I am writing to formally express my deep frustration and disappointment with the completely unacceptable level of customer service I received at your Flower Mound, Texas location during my visit tonight. Quite frankly, it was one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve had — and it’s not the first time this has happened at your establishment. From the moment I pulled up to the drive-through, the interaction was cold and indifferent. The young woman who took my credit card did not say a single word to me. I had to initiate a greeting just to get a response — which is backwards, considering I’m the customer. Then, without any explanation, she taped a number to my side mirror and shut the window. I had to honk my horn just to get her attention to ask what it was for, and her rude response was to “pull up” — followed again by the window slamming shut. To make matters worse, when the food was finally brought out, the young woman simply handed me the bag and walked away. No greeting. No thank you. No acknowledgment whatsoever. I even had to say “Thank you” loudly just to break the silence — and still received no response. Out of sheer frustration, I asked, “Do any of the workers here speak to customers?” This type of service is not only unprofessional, it’s completely unacceptable. It’s happened multiple times now, and I am tired of being treated like an inconvenience instead of a valued customer. I expect to be acknowledged, respected, and at the very least, thanked — especially when I’m the one spending money. I am asking that this issue be addressed with your staff immediately. If your team cannot handle the most basic elements of customer service — courtesy, communication, and respect — then perhaps they should not be working in customer-facing roles. This was my first time using the app to place an order. Immediately after submitting it, I received an error message saying, “Something went wrong. Please try again.” So I went ahead and placed another order. Apparently, both orders went through, and instead of calling to clarify the situation—despite having my phone number on the order—the manager himself prepared both and waited for me to arrive. This lack of proactive communication is disappointing. When I explained the issue, the manager showed no willingness to help or cancel one of the orders. His attitude suggested there was nothing he could do, which reflects poor management and customer service.

The shrimp dinner made me sick with indigestion...the fries were cold and hard. What has happened to Culver's? I'll tell you....young people who don't care about their job. Oh, the roll was stale and dried out, too. What a waste of time and money.

hate to write a bad review but not a good experience; burnt chicken sandwich, felt like a brick when biting into it. the rest of the food was good but the guys at the cash register were side eyeing eachother and laughing because i asked for a chicken sandwich that wasnt burnt. highschool kids working that get the bare minimum done tables were all dirty and nasty as hell had to clean off my table because it was covered in lettuce and mayo aswell as the tables around me being messy. chicken sandwich i received for the second time was put together very sloppy it was falling apart and the pickles were under the chicken. the chicken was like floating. all of them asides from the manager have staring problems and it makes the atmosphere uncomfortable. i dropped my airpod on the floor (the place wasnt busy at all) when i came back only about 30 minutes later when they were cleaning (no customers) my airpod had suddenly disappeared and they hadnt seen

Haven't been here in about 4 years due to a really bad encounter with a former employee that was making fun of me because of my order and made me cry. I gave this place another chance because my husband has never had Culver's before. He was not impressed at all, and I got very sick for the rest of the day. We threw away more food than we ate. Which was sad because it is a bit more expensive than a typical fast food place. Felt like I wasted his money. Tables remained covered with trash and trays during our visit. Employees would drop off food to customers but completely ignored the mess and not even picked up trays on their way back to the front. The soda machine was broken. They offered caned drinks, and we didn't know if we were allowed to get another can of soda for a "refill." The restrooms were out of paper towels. It seemed like something was wrong about everything. Very disappointed. Not how I wanted his first impression of Culver's. This place used to be one of my favorites.

We went in and gave our coupons to the cashier. He said our ice cream would be coming right up. After standing there for about 20 minutes, and watching others come in and be served before us, when my daughter (she was born in El Salvador),asked where is our ice cream, I had to tell her that we were not being served because I believe the staff on duty is racist. I am African American, a veteran,a Mom and a grandmother. I think it is sad to have to experience this and explain it to my little girl. Too bad for Culver's because if we liked the ice cream, we would have become customers. I would like to leave zero stars, but unfortunately I cannot post this review without leaving at least 1 star.

Chris was very unpleasant to say the least. I also ordered my burger with cheese and I go to the front counter to ask for cheese and the employees just stood there all confused??? Including Chris, so sad !! The food was very good though. They also have a major fly problem by the ketchup and soda machine.

The food was just okay, but the real issue was the terrible customer service with one specific employee. Today was our first visit to Culver’s. I had perused the menu online so I had a bit of an idea of the offerings. When we first got there, my 5YO son asked the employee at the register (Chris) if there was a toy with the kids meal. He asked multiple times and never received a clear answer. I also asked if there was a custard included with the kids meal and was told no. Looking at the menu board, I didn’t think that was right, but fine. So I ordered the kids meal and my burger and went to go find a seat while my husband finished ordering. When my husband found us, he told me that I needed to go back up to the register to tell them what I wanted on my burger. When I went back up, I asked Chris if there were toppings that were typically included and he said no and listed all the options. I was pretty sure there is a “standard” topping option, but I just told him what I wanted on there. I asked if I needed to pay or if my husband had already done so. I was told my husband had already paid and went to sit down. I asked my husband if he got a receipt and paid already and he said he hadn’t. While my husband was filling up his drink, Chris asked if he wanted to finish his order. My husband thought it had been finished already, so he was confused but paid for our order. When my husband got back to the table, we looked at the receipt and saw an extra burger that we didn’t order, or there had been a misunderstanding when adding my toppings. My husband went back up to the counter and talked to the manager to fix the receipt. The manager commented that it was a weird receipt, and gave us a refund for the extra burger. When Chris delivered our meal, he gave the excuse that “we’re busy” for the trouble. The restaurant really wasn’t that busy, but that’s not a valid excuse for the level of incompetence we had seen so far. Two out of the three burgers we ordered were incorrect. What we received matched what was on the receipt, so there must have been a misunderstanding when ordering. After our meal, I looked at the receipt again and saw that there was a custard included with the kids meal after all, so I went up to ask about it. Chris was the one up there again and when I asked him about it, he had no idea and had to ask the manager. The manager explained about the tokens and gave us the kids custard right away. The other employees seemed to be doing a good job, we just had the misfortune to interact almost exclusively with Chris. He didn’t seem like he was under training, just incompetent and apathetic. There were so many basic questions about the menu he couldn’t answer. The entirety of our bad experience comes back to Chris. He either needs better training or to be fired.

I ordered two mint brownie regular concrete. And there's absolutely no brownie in them at all. When I asked a young lady where the brownies were she goes "I don't know and walked back inside". And she told me they don't have a receipt machine working.

expired food and bad customer service I ordered a butter burger with cheese and gluten free bread. they gave me a a piece of paper with cheese stuck on it. the bread was also 7 days expired and was dry and hard. when i brought to the managers attention, she argued the sticker on the bread was wrong. then she gave me another bun which was 16 days expired. she made it seemed like throwing cheese on paper was normal. the manager clearly has no customer service skills or any idea how to prepare a burger.

The food wasn't hot, the burger greasy, and the employees inept... I expected much more for $35 than what we received... An actual restaurant for a few dollars more would have been a better choice. They also had some type of sports team taking up the majority of the dining area for an awards ceremony. 1st and last time at any Culver's. -10 out -10 don't recommend!

Well...you dont get a fish dinner at a place like culvers!! It was gross. All breading. The coleslaw tasted old. It was disgusting! However, the frozen yogart is delicious!

The employees here are generally great, but the manager on duty (Caucasian male) working the night shift on Friday, January 23rd at approximately 8:09 PM needs an attitude and professionalism check. I am a DoorDash driver. When I entered Culver’s to pick up an order, the manager looked directly at me and completely ignored me. Instead, I was greeted immediately by a polite young African American male with longer hair. I’m only noting this detail so upper management can accurately identify the individuals involved. The younger employee was excellent—attentive, professional, and proactive. He kept an eye on my order, communicated with me clearly, and immediately handed me the order as soon as it was ready. If my experience had ended there, I would have left extremely satisfied and likely come back as a customer because of his service alone. However, that changed the moment the manager stepped in. As soon as the younger employee handed me the order, the manager abruptly inserted himself—physically pushing past the employee with an aggressive demeanor—and demanded that I take a picture of the receipt. He did not ask. He did not acknowledge me. He did not explain a policy. He repeatedly jabbed his finger at the bag while demanding I take the photo, all while dismissing his own employee who had just assisted me flawlessly. The younger employee handled it with professionalism, stepping aside and returning to work immediately, which tells me this kind of behavior from the manager is probably not a one-time occurrence. I wanted to tell the manager that I am fully capable of doing my job without being talked down to—that he is not my supervisor, and that speaking to people that way is unnecessary and disrespectful—but instead I simply mentioned that the younger employee did a great job and deserved recognition. The manager rolled his eyes, dismissed what I said, and defensively responded with, “Well, I didn’t see you,” admitting indirectly that he knew he ignored me when I arrived. As I walked out, he let out a loud, irritated sigh for the entire restaurant to hear. If I were an employee here, I would hate working under leadership like that. Good leadership retains good employees. If there is high turnover at this location, this could be a reason why. Good leadership also retains customers. If this location is losing business rather than growing it, this behavior explains a lot. I understand people have bad days, and I don’t know what this manager is going through personally. But emotional contagion is real, and personal issues—or ego—should be left at the door when serving customers and leading a team. That’s all. Thank you.

There was a dark black hair in my burger, please make sure your staff is wearing hairnets!! Also the order was wrong as well which made us even more upset. I hope the owner or manager sees this review, I understanding things like this happen, just something for you and your staff to work on and improve. (We ordered through uber if that info is needed)

Typically 5 stars. Check your order in the drive thru, apparently the new training is providing half finished burgers in the box. Lovely to find when you arrive home and the manager is dumbfounded when called. Attention to detail and team work is key. Do better.
