Good ole Chick-fil-a, the food is always prepared correctly and swiftly. What else can I ask for from a fast food joint? Even when there is a long line, it's never more than 10-15 minutes to get through it completely. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable as well. Will continue to go to this location as long as I live here.

This chick fill a is like the standard you have come to love. Great service. They always respond with "my pleasure"! Clean Restaurant and parking lot. Food is always great, piping hot - freshly cooked. Chicken sandwiches are tasty and juicy!

Pretty average location, clean, fast and polite service with the most consistent chicken you'll find. My kids love this location because the staff really seem to treat them well. If you have kids, don't forget that they can swap their "toy" for an ice cream cone!

Great customer service and a fun staff!! Love going to any Chick-fil-a, they clearly have a high standard of customer service across the board. Accessibility: Be careful of parking near the drive through as it's a double drive through and you could get stuck. Doors are not automatic open. Register counter seemed low enough for easy wheelchair service. Bathroom had a handicap stall. Line for checkout would be tough to maneuver through in a wheelchair.

It is a very good place for quick food. Before I write this review let me tell you I started visiting this place for my kids. I am not sure why but they love this place. I got this from other kids also. I am visiting this place quite often; maybe once a week. It is neat and clean. They have nice play area to keep small ones busy. At last but not least, kids love the different toys they get from here.

This place is the best!! From salads to nuggets to sandwich’s. Super family friendly. Customer service is the best ever. We love going their. If you are ever on the go or not this is perfect place to dine in or dine out :). 100% recommended for families or not.

Chicken sandwich, chicken wrap, cobb salad, waffle fries & Oreo cookie shake were all delicious. Staff are very helpful, cheerful & they all seemed to enjoy working outside taking orders in the drive-thru & delivering food to the cars in line. It went so smoothly and everything was great & a very pleasant experience.

December2025: 5⭐: I would recommend this fast food, restaurant location and workers I encountered today. I arrived at this location and noted that there was no one here. The interior was empty and the drive-thru was empty. I was able to get inside, get my order and decided to eat it before getting on the road. My trip took exactly 2 minutes. And the time I sat in my truck vehicle eating and watching the area, the line grew in both drive-thru Lanes and every parking slot filled with cars. It was about 11:00 a.m. and this crew got the job done with that amount of volume and the small amount of time that came to the restaurant. My food was what I expected and it was hot. Chick-fil-A has a standard for their meals which I appreciate when I frequent the restaurants. February2018: 4⭐: Stopped by here again yesterday evening to get the kids a 12 count chicken nuggets and two chicken sandwiches. This is always the best meal on the run for me when I am pressed for time. The kids like to eat here and I agree the fast food is decent most of the time when I come here.

It’s always busy but that’s because the food is great and the customer service is great. I give this a 5 star review and rating and is by far the best fast food place with quality customer service and a fun play area inside for the kids. It’s always clean and always busier than any other fast food place around it. I eat here at least a few times a week and love the core values this establishment was founded on by the founder and creator of chick-fil-a even though he has passed away. Best fast food restaurant there is.

This place deserves 10 stars! the food is delicious and the service the best... The ethics of the management team is worth to mention. My teen daughter worked with them until a few days ago, and this was her first job. My eternal gratitude for having made her experience the best. The training was great, the ethics were fantastic, the attention to details made of this experience an enabling experience. As a HS student, this was flexible enough so that in critical moments she could focus on her classes. Yet, when needed, she received the feedback for becoming better and learning the full responsibility of what is to be accountable in a job. The manners of the workers in this place is unprecedented... We have ordered food in this place many times prior to this personal experience. The grilled chicken is cooked to perfection! the food is fresh and the quality of the orders is always pristine. This is a place that deserves the attention of all... it is helping the local community, providing jobs to teens while forming them in other values important at work, the food is excellent and the management is the best! Kudos to this store for being a great example of what and how we should all operate! Like my daughter would say at the end of an order: My pleasure! writing this review! Best of luck to this store now and in the future!

Martha at the counter was amazing. I placed a large order (over 30 items) and there was no hesitation from Martha and the team to get this done quickly. It was also done super fast .. Chick-fil-A.. thank you for having people like Martha on your team!

Everyone is always so polite. I hate I didn’t get the young mans name but he was the kindest person. He had dark short hair and braces I believe. First time ever I had a small convo…it was early, no line. He suggested I buy the stuffed cow for my dog…my girl loves it! He shared info about his dog etc. SO nice! Who cares if he was just trying to sell me a cow he was genuinely nice. I appreciate that! My Sophie loves this cow!

AMAZING Service!!! This location has the best employees. I was having a hard situation with my toddler and the employees went out of their way to help me, taking the food to my car and giving my little one a chick fil a stuffed cow. Never experienced this level of customer service. Super grateful for their help.

I cant put my opinion down on other Chick-fil-A's but Eddie the manager had amazing customer service. Thankyou so much for allowing him to be your manager. Well deserved! The problem wasn't a problem at all but he took it as one "in a good way" and helped the "problem" to great satisfaction. Also the food was amazing! Wife loved the grilled chicken breast's! Thankyou again Eddie!

This is the best Chick-fil-A in the area! We go to all the Chick-fil-A’s in the area and the Long Prairie FLO MO is hands-down the best one ! Everything is always cooked perfectly and never overdone. Chick Fil A is consistently great at every location. They have employees who care, great food, and they go out of their way to provide great customer service. There is certainly a difference between this franchise and all others. The food aside, if other franchise restaurants had the same service, I would frequent more. I do not know how they find employees who are so cheerful, positive, and respectful, but every visit is a pleasurable experience.

I love coming here and getting my grilled nuggets and Diet Coke. Connor, the best drive thru worker, always greets me with a smile and is so very kind! He always knows just what to say and quickly gets my order in. This kiddo is a shining star!! 🌟 ⭐️💫

It's God's chicken. Kidding of course God loves all chickens but this place is so precise, efficient, and their food is great for fast food. I still like other places better, but they are always helpful, joy-filled people and a reliably good meal. Somehow we actually caught them at a time where we had to order through the microphone and you could still tell they were smiling on the other end. Well done.

This is my go-to Chick-Fil-A location at Founders Square in Flower Mound. Amazing team, service, and food. I had an order that I didn't pick-up in time, but the manager was still able to put a new one together for me. Though it was my fault for not getting there on time, I really appreciate her willingness to help me out. Because of her help, I was able to get breakfast for my team at the office. I will be back again and again.

One of the few times that I actually eat fast food and this time it was Chick-fil-A. Thankfully it wasn’t too busy. Food was hot and fresh the waffle fries could have been a little more crunchy. I’ll definitely eat here again at this location.

Absolutely can't go wrong. Chick-fil-A has nailed it in every category. I'm so happy to see that expansion has made no difference in service or food. I recall, years ago, when the 1st Chick-fil-A opened near me. Overnight camping???? FOR CHICKEN? Still can't grasp that except for the young . Now I understand what the 'hoop-la' was all about!

Ordered from the drive through and got home before I realized we were missing several items. (It happens!) Drove back and was helped out by Rachel who went above and beyond what I was expecting. BRING YOUR DOG I've allways been a casual patron but today I discovered/was offered the free Pup Cup (whip cream?) for my two retrievers. Not sure if this only at participating locations but CF will be seeing a lot more of me from now on. Thanks... you guys are great at everything you do.

While going through the drive-thru at the Chick-fil-A at Founders Square in Flower Mound, TX, customers appreciate that staff is working the lanes in an attempt to expedite the orders, however, the weather conditions coupled with the heat from the vehicles create dangerous conditions for the employees. Recently traveled to El Paso, TX where one location provided a canopy with fans for the outside employees to work under, while another utilized bucket-cooling units (pictures attached). While El Paso is hot, they do not have the heat with humidity to contend with as we do in North Texas. Not worth the extra minute in getting me my order to have these employees working through summer month heat advisories. As always, great service provided, however, provide them some relief or get them inside.

It's okay. It's just fast food, nothing spectacular here. The sandwiches do not come with too many vegetable so you have to ask for them. Also I do not understand why this location is so popular. Many times you drive by, BOTH lanes are completely full, the line/queue is overflowing onto the main road, which is horribly dangerous.

Order ahead or you'll have a 30+ minute wait at the counter if you go at peak time. They are working as fast as humanly possible, but the location is just so popular. Drive thru line backs up traffic on 2499! Staff taking orders did not wear masks :( though I saw some workers in the back with masks on. Very few guests wear masks (I saw maybe 2) while in line, etc.

It's not my first choice. The batter seems too sweet. But, the wife and kids seem to like it. Traffic management, corporate values, and speed of service are good. However, locations should not be allowed to have lines that spill out into lanes of traffic. This is a problem of location selection and customers alike. If not for the family, I'd boycott them on this alone.

I don’t know how good my rating of the atmosphere is since I went through the drive-through, but these guys took my order fast, brought out my food in a reasonable amount of time, and it was deliciously consistent with the Chick-fil-A standard.

Chick-fil-A is always worth coming to, didn't have any problems with the atmosphere or staff or food, except that one time but nevertheless that didn't stop me from going here a couple of times more than any other fast food restaurants here in Dallas.

Considering this is probably the most consistent fast food chain in the country...I think it's fair to evaluate it as such. Like many locations, there is a line around the building two cars wide from about 9am till 9pm. Great for the franchise owner but makes the parking lot a nightmare considering all the things around it. The staff is super nice as is par for the course and the place is clean inside(prob cause you can't dine in). The only reason I have given 4 stars instead of 5 is this is a pretty inconsistent location weirdly enough. For a place as busy as it is...the fries are just warm half the time and the nuggets small and sometimes cold. Speaking of nuggets...its nice they are real but they are getting smaller and smaller over time.

This is the first time I haven't rated a Chick-fil-A with 5 stars. This location didn't have the dining room open. They also didn't have workers outside to help take orders and expedite the process. Therefore, it took forever to get through the single lane of drive through. Typically, there are 2 lanes with multiple employees outside taking orders plus having the option of just walking inside. This one was extremely busy (as they all typically are) with nothing done to try and help it to move faster. This is not the typical Chick-fil-A experience. The food was still great but the service was lacking.

I used the app to order ahead and chose to park in a pickup spot instead of drive through. The layout of the parking lot is terrible and it took me 10-15 minutes to just get to the parking spots. Once I parked food came really fast. Food is great, as usual. Someone needs to hire an engineer to fix the traffic flow though. It was bad enough to make me want to drive to a farther Chick-fil-A just to avoid that mess next time.

Clean, friendly place, but extreme limited menu - chicken sandwich and spicy chicken sandwich... prices on upper level for fast food. If you want a refill for your drink... go back in line (very anoying). Food is good, but I really do not understand why they are overrun by thousands of customers every lunch time = long long wait.

During my recent visit to Chick-fil-A, I had a somewhat mixed experience. Here are the key factors: Order accuracy and speed: Unfortunately, I noticed that the employees were rushing too fast, which resulted in an inaccuracy with my order. It felt like they were prioritizing speed over accuracy, which can be frustrating as a customer. Food quality: On a positive note, the food was fresh and served warm. The quality was definitely commendable, and it tasted great. Resolution of issues: When my order got messed up, the staff did the right thing. They promptly refunded me, and their apologies were sincere and heartfelt. I appreciated their willingness to rectify the mistake. Employee training: It seemed that most of the employees were new and could benefit from better training. This lack of experience was noticeable during my visit. With improved training, they could provide better service and avoid mistakes. Kathy’s exceptional service: I must highlight that Kathy, one of the employees, stood out for her friendliness and helpfulness. She made the experience more pleasant. Overall, Chick-fil-A had its ups and downs. While the food quality was great, the rushing nature of the employees and the need for better training were noticeable. However, the way they handled my issue and the kindness shown by Kathy were redeeming factors. I hope they can improve their operations to provide a consistently positive experience for customers.

Tried out the chick-fil-a deluxe sandwich and it looks like a bicycle ran over part of my sandwich... first thing I see when I open the box was... disappointment. Hopefully taste better than it looks at first glance.

I had ordered delivery of 3 fries which included a combo deal online. When the food arrived ,it didn't have large fries and when I called up the store they said can you come and pick it up as they didn't have the ability to refund though I had gone through their app to order this is unacceptable in today's world of integrations. The reason why we pay extra to order delivery is not to go to the store, Then the store said they can issue a order of fries when I drive in, but unfortunately I won't be able to drive and get it. Food was ok but wish the empathy towards customers would improve .

Its Chic fila. This is tge slowest Chic Fila you will ever go to. They remolded to add 2 lanes to the drive through and dont use it. I spent 30 minutes in the line and I had a mobile order. Yet they insist on only using 1 lane. Great food if you have 30 minutes to waste in line.

My 2 stars is based on service alone. Flower Mound needs another chick fil a. The lines for drive-thru are always terribly long, and often times than not, the order is not correct. Today (10/8) I was charged twice and the only way chick fil a was willing to give me a refund was if I drove back to the location. I eventually did drive back, but it was such an inconvenience to be charged twice in the first place.

Service has been going down hill recently. In the past we have been having more errors in our meals that required us to go back to get it fixed or just deal with it if it was small enough. Today, I was asked to pull ahead at the drive through lane because my food was not ready after already waiting in line for about 10 minutes. After pulling ahead I waited for another almost 10 minutes without any staff updating me on the status on my food. In that time several cars behind me got their food. I had to leave before the food arrive due to the amount of time I had to wait.

I use to like this location. It has go down hill after the remodel. I’ve received the wrong order three times in drive thru. The drive thru workers seem unorganized. Offering me other people’s food. The quality of the food is diminished. The interior used to be inviting. Not anymore.

Was not impressed with the service today which is a very rare thing to say for Chick-Fila who usually as a whole is top notch! At least 10, that’s right TEN cars in other lane passed and got their orders first before the line I was in. Not sure if someone ordered the whole menu and backed up the line. But in any case, right thing to do is have that car pull off to the side and keep the line moving. That drive through was over 40 minutes

This location can be spotty sometimes. Chick-fill-a generally have top notch service and great food quality, but this specific location (if they haven't improved already) needs to work on accurately serving what their customer requests. I ordered their Cobb salad but asked first at their order speaker if they could serve their salad without bacon. The very nice young lady said yes, and that's what I ordered. While eating the salad at home, I discovered pieces of bacon meat (that I first mistaken for other ingredients in the salad like broken egg or cheese) midway through eating and especially towards the bottom of the bowl. I can't eat pork! It's not only by choice, it doesn't agree with my body at all! Unfortunately I'm just now able to share my thoughts... I couldn't reach anyone calling after discovering the bacon in the salad, and with me being in a rush throughout the rest of the day, I kinda let it go at the time. But my reason of writing a review is because over time, I've experienced from this location getting breakfast sandwiches (egg white grill) sub par, or having to enter the drive through after receiving my food from a pickup spot in the parking lot (after ordering online) to get sauces/salsa when I had requested it already in my online order. It's like the frustrstion with this specific location just built up pushing me to write this review.

I really hope that someone at this location (founders square) reads this review. The service is great. Great employees. Most of the food is up to par. But the FRIES! They are always chewy, or a little stale. They never taste fresh. They never have enough salt. Maybe the fryer is not hot enough? I am comparing the quality of these fries to other Chick-fil-A locations like Lewisville and Southlake. Their fries taste crispy and fresh and salty. This has been a problem for a long while now. Happens on different days at different times. I hope you can fix it. I have spent thousands at your restaurant, but will likely use other locations from now on.

First, service at restaurant is good. Food is great. Their point system is a rip off. Twice I've tried to redeem points for food. Had enough points. They took points from me buy never added food to order. Store was clueless. Chick Filet is lying about their point system.

I ordered curbside today, and drove off assuming my order was correct. When I got home my daughter's order was not in the bag. I love Chick-fil-a, but just wanted folks to be aware they need to double-check their order before driving off (especially if they are at their busiest times).

Slowest chickfila I've ever been to. Ordered only a salad and have full 2 lanes but it took 15 mins in the drive through. No one out running orders like every other location. I'm sure the food is just as good as always (I'm still sitting in the drive through writing this) but they gotta work on scheduling and drive through back ups.

I went to order a milkshake at 9:30pm (thinking I had plenty of time before they closed) and was informed that the machine for the ice cream had already been turned off, so they couldn’t make any milkshakes. If you don’t close until 10pm, your customers should be able to get an ice cream product until then (or at least until maybe 9:50). The Flower Mound location at 2001 Long Prairie has focused all of their business on the drive thru costumers. Their inside service, cleanliness and atmosphere is suffering in a big way for it. We felt bad for the overwhelmed employees. It took 15 minutes to get acknowledged at the counter let alone place an order. And that was with one customer in front of us. Tables were all dirty. Every trash can in this place was overflowing and then some. Spilled food (lots of it) under and around the tables and walkways It prob took 45 min to get our food after standing in line behind the one customer in front of us. The employees were doing the best they could given inadequate staffing. This isn’t the first time we’ve encountered this either and had chalked it up to “having a bad day” previously. More than a coincidence at this point. Sharing to hopefully help the employees provide the level of service they signed up for.

Sandwich was good, tea was good. But the fries were old and cold. Not a huge deal, but man I miss customer service . What the heck guys???

This location is consistently slow, either drive thru or curbside. I just waited 30+ mins curbside, and then they “lost” the order. Had to go inside and they suddenly “found “ it. Food was cold of course, and they didn’t offer to replace it with a new hot one. I will keep driving across town to the other location again. Smh

Service is pathetic. When in at 9 am and Ordered for schedule pickup time of noon for staff event. Paid for the order and got there and they still didn’t get the food ready. Had to wait 30 mins. This is not the first time. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Came here and was treated so horribly!!! Made a complaint about being called a racial slur by Jennifer in drive thru and the shift leader basically blew it off!!! Do not come here if you’re of color! I love chic fil a but I’ve never been treated so horribly at a chic fil a!!!

I’m disappointed in chick fil a delivery because they’re accepting orders knowing their system is screwed and taking peoples money, some of us can’t just go and buy another lunch, and then immediately returning your money, but not for three stupid days. Thanks chick fil a. Used to love you, now I’m hating you more and more every day with changes in your food to the people taking care of customers

Everytime I come through the drive thru they skip bringing food to the car in front of me and bring me my food, then I end up waiting for the car in front of me to get their order for 5-10 minutes before I can drive away. This is so counter-productive. Now with the double lanes I am trapped and can not leave until they finally serve the person in front of me or tell them to park while they prep. Skip the drive thru.

I asked Evie for a spicy chicken sandwich with pepper jack cheese and she put in a spicy chicken sandwich deluxe. I don't eat lettuce and tomato soni don't pay for it. Very poorly run chickfilla. Do not recommend. I ordered 2 sandwiches with no pickles. Both came with pickles, fries were soggy and sandwiches were way too salty. This was my second time at this store and both times the drive-thru was very slow and took forever. Took about 15 minutes both times with very few people in line. Talked with the manager about my experience and the manager was very snotty and rude. Do not go!!! Slow service, rude staff, very disappointing for a Chickfilla Franchise.

I have dined here many times throughout the years. They’re always busy. I have experienced poor traffic flow due to their busyness. Today and on another occasion I have received judgmental looks for wanting my meal to be correct or remade. I can make a complaint when I as a long time customer feel that the order is wrong or of poor quality. Many people will just eat their food or throw it away if it’s flawed. This specific location needs to retrain their drive thru employees in customer service. Today, one girl in particular I saw again stare at me with judgment b/c I complained about my order. I asked her if she had a problem. She looked the other way and ignored me. Not a word of apology or friendliness was given. No one said anything nice or were customer service oriented. I have seen businesses close due to poor treatment of regular customers. You don’t think it’s possible, karma exists. This establishment and it’s owner are deeply horrified at giving good customer service. I will be taking it up with the corporate office regarding the operator Jason and the situation.

Order ice cream, cost me 4$ each got 3 of them. And came in kid portion cup (used for mac & cheese). ABSURD. They put Oreos on the bottoms. Told the manager who said “this is the biggest size and at least they packed it for you”. I have had so many issues with this chikfilla it is the worst one.

Worst location ever, I've been there 4 times in a row and I asked for some Chick-fil-A sauces in all the occasions and never received any also the fries didn't have any salt at all. Chicken was ok.

Came here this morning for a mobile order. Waited almost 25 minutes. Received a notification it would be brought out soon. Great! Except, it never was. They marked my order as delivered. Never was. I had to leave for work. Absolutely ridiculous.

The dining area was so cold we finally asked for to go bags and left. We first asked the manager if they could adjust the temp but the quickness of her prepared answer makes me think this is a usual request. I asked again and she stepped away to ask her manager but he also declined without explanation. Maybe the owner took the keys to the thermostat box home? Is the temp controlled by corporate? We may never know. The food and service are always great, but we won’t come back to this Chick-fil-A.

The last two times we’ve ordered through drive through there have been items missing from our order when we got home. It’s so frustrating to come home only to have to drive right back. This place used to be 100% reliable but now it’s like wendy’s. Good food does not make up for basics like putting what was ordered in the bag.

I have experienced consistently poor wait times during dinner hours in the drive thru. One lane will see 2-4 orders filled rapidly while the other lane sits. I see orders behind me get filled, but I have to pull around and wait. Each time the excuse is "We were waiting on fries"... Maybe a potato artist is hand crafting just my fries while the people behind me get their bags of food. Or maybe I'm the only person in Flower Mound who orders fries, and they have to dig them out of the freezer each time. If you're ordering dinner from them, skip the fries, or bring a book and be prepared to wait...

Please double-check orders before customers leave. My order was missing my salad. I don’t eat out much, but my kids love this place, so we were looking forward to it. An employee reviewed the receipt with me before I left, but the contents of the bag did not match the order once we got home. No big deal, mistakes happen. What’s frustrating is that I called the store three times with no answer, then filled out the survey, and still have not received a response 24 hours later. I’d appreciate better attention to order accuracy and follow-up when an issue is reported.

Picked up a breakfast this morning, temperature with windchill is 10 degrees, yet store management is making a poor teenage girl sit outside in the cold to take orders. Is it really necessary? Can a suburban Karen accept an order that takes 10 seconds more to finish in order to avoid treating a teenage girl like an orphan in a Dickens novel? Where is your compassion?

Rude and unfriendly. Not what you’d expect from a chick Fil a. These are not the “my pleasure” attitude one would expect. Terrible. Disappointing. Not run like most chick Fil a restaurants. Asked for a manager because of how rude the employee was and got no response from the employee - just an attitude. The manager could not have cared less about the employee rudeness.

Consistently the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever gone to. Orders are never right— they either don’t give you all your food or just give you something you didn’t order. Sauces are always wrong, that is if you were lucky enough to get any in the first place. Apparently the morning shift people are the only ones who remotely have any idea what they’re doing. Once it hits lunch or dinner your better off going to the Lewisville location.

I came a few minutes ago and placed my order. I ordered two chicken strips, but they only gave me one chicken nugget in the box. Are you serious? And this isn't the first time they've gotten my order wrong. I like this place, and I haven't left a bad review before because I thought it was just a simple mistake, and that's fine, but it seems like too much.
