When I opened up my burger it looked like the picture. Everything was organized on the burger perfectly. This may seem like kind of a silly thing to be so impressed about, but 99.9% of the fast food that I get is usually sloppy and doesn’t seem to meet the standards of what the restaurant is trying to portray. Kudos to your employees for making such a great burger.

I am one of those customers who went right before closing and I remember working at fast food restaurants and absolutely heating customers who did that but we met the nicest people tonight at 11:50 PM. They even made me FRESH FRIES!!! Everett, Dante and Junior were absolutely amazing. For being this late at night they had an extremely positive and cheerful attitude and the customer service was phenomenal. If you guys haven’t given these workers workers a raise I highly suggest you do so. This is my first time writing a review but I’ve encountered these individuals multiple times and every time they are so kind. THANK YOU GUYS!

Great customer service! The person at the window was great! (Guy with glasses, long hair in a ponytail). He asked us how our day was going, and wished us a great night! He was very professional and polite the whole time. It’s a little rare to have such great service at a fast food restaurant, but he exceeded our expectation! Great job!

This restaurant doesn't offer the fish sandwich anytime during the year. Very disappointing for those who enjoy Wendy's delicious fish sandwich available at other Wendy's restaurants.

Very nice staff, but I came here to try their new mozzarella chicken burger just to find out the combo costs $12 which is what I pay for restaurant dine in food and not fast food. So I expect quality to be higher which it just does not match up. Too salty fries and the burger does look like horribly assembled and small.

Ordered the new pretzel bacon pub cheeseburger. Didn't look much like the advertisements and that definitely is not a pretzel bun. Tasted ok for basically a fried chicken bacon flat sandwich.

I ordered breakfast at Wendy’s this morning and requested no sausage on the Sausage, Egg & Croissant meal. My receipt clearly said “no sausage,” but what I received was just a sausage patty with what looked like a sad slice of swiss cheese – no egg. Pretty disappointing, especially since the order was simple and printed correctly on the receipt.

I ordered the double cheeseburger and the meat patties were drier than the bun. The meat had clearly been previously cooked and was sitting around Waiting for the next customer. I will not be back.

Went to the drive-thru for a cheeseburger, taco salad and chicken parmesan salad and two shakes. The burger had so much mustard, that's all you could taste. The salads were already wilted and the taco salad, OMG, they gave you hot chili to pour over it...not its even more wilted. It was horrid and we threw it all away. I asked the young guy for straws...he said they're so think (shakes) that you eat it with a spoon. He literally wouldn't give me straws. Do not eat here....$33 got me nothing.i ended up making us ham sandwiches.

Last time I go there. I could understand if they were busy but it wasn't. Everything looked & tasted like it was a 2 days old . They must've spilled salt on the fries because if that was on purpose they need new management. And they raised prices on top of that. Pathetic. Lazy. The board of health should pay them a surprise visit. I will be disputing the charge on my card. I paid for something to eat & couldn't eat it.
