My friend and I went to this restaurant after dinner and ordered a set menu. Since we had already had quite a few drinks, we left a cash tip for the waiter, and another friend did the same. We tipped around $140 in total. However, when we paid the bill, the restaurant charged us another tip, and the total bill for four people was nearly $300. The total bill was that they charged my bank card $300 + 140 cash tip = $440 It seemed that the waiter did not tell the front desk that we had left a cash tip, so they continued to charge us. This is frustrating because customers are not stupid, and I will not have my business again with a place that operates like this. The manager really needs to monitor these practices more closely. Even if customers have been drinking, it is unacceptable to take advantage of them in this way. "I am very grateful for the manager's proactive communication and timely correction of errors, which has made me very satisfied. Understanding how to establish and maintain trust with clients is a key factor for the long-term development of the company."

The good parts: Spacious rooms. Great sound. We did not hear feedback once, even with two microphones and speakers all around. I really like the vibe and decor of the entire place. Service was prompt. There is a restroom inside the rental room. On the other hand: There is a limited selection of English language songs. Understandable for Flushing. The karaoke application is primarily in Chinese. I think this place is wonderful. I hope they add more English language options.

I mean...truly the epitome of a Chinese KTV. Our room had a pool table in it. Atheistically very nice but for me it's annoying to find songs (I'm not Chinese) and had to keep asking my friends on how to work the touch screen. Then comes the cost. It's effin $$$$$$$ 😆

Came a few times before and enjoyed my time. Always nice to come by, we ordered a bottle & the set with a fruit platter & soda alongside it this time and the “show” of it was really nice lol. Kinda wish room could get a bit darker though. Private washroom was nice but ran out of hand soap at one point so that wasn’t great lol. Wish the song selection was larger as well but still had most songs we wanted so not bad! Will definitely come back again, greatly enjoyed my time!

The rooms are okay. Service was good. The lights in the room didn’t change. The microphone kept turning off every once in a while. They also calculate tip based on after tax total. The total amount on the bill was different from what they actually charged me so that did confuse me a bit.

This place is opened late and very spacious. The decor is really modern, eclectic, and moody. I enjoyed the space to dance and perform and that there was two screens (one upfront vs the back for the singers). The back screen was fully working unfortunately and the catalog favored songs in other languages than English. It was a bit hard to navigate the system (tried using the phone too). The service from the staff was really good.
