Came to smash house for the first time because of an instagram post. First of all the young gentleman in the front with slick back was very polite and respectful. Food was good could’ve been a bit better, but for a first time it was 👍. Gonna definitely come back and give them another shot. The man was raving that I should try the newest item the chicken tenders so can’t wait to try when I come back..

Great, flavorful burgers! Sauce is shockingly good A+. More than just grilled meat on a bun. The taste will make you want to order more than just one. Had a bunch of different burgers so far, and all were really good. If you are feeding a family, they also have some specials too. Sides are also very good, can mix and match different burgers and sides. Great spot in Queens for a quick and easy dinner. No muss, no fuss.

Smash house has the best burgers in town !! Flavorful and filling and great vibe! I have already been a few times and every time it tasted better than the last time. Everything is great but I suggest getting the Spicy chicken sandwich, 305 smash burger ( make it double!), the Jalapeño burger, and the loaded smash burger. Their starters are also all amazing! My favorites are the loaded fries and the crispy onions. The atmosphere is fun and popping. The service is a 10/10. The servers make sure your food comes out, even when it’s busy hours. I have been there at very busy hours and my food was always out within minutes. They are attentive and make sure you’re satisfied. The owner is also super nice and friendly which adds to the atmosphere. Definitely will be a go to place for me and my friends!!!! MUST TRY!!! Fave place!

We stopped by Smash House after a long day with the family - At first glance my kids were so excited to see the coolest ambiance for a burger house. We ordered quickly, the menu was filled with so many options but it was not overwhelming and the staff was so helpful with any questions. The food came out quickly, was obviously so fresh and it was delicious! My picky eaters all had something they enjoyed and ate quickly. We highly recommend it and can’t wait to go back.

Had an amazing experience as a family of four! The owner helped us make the best selections from the menu, the seating area was clean, our food came out quickly and was delicious, truly a burger like I have never had, wings, fries and poppers on point as well. Each bite was bursting with flavor, and the quality of the ingredients was evident. What's even more impressive is that the kids absolutely loved it. The menu had options that catered to their taste buds, and they devoured their meals with enthusiasm. The friendly staff (including the owners)and efficient service also added to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend this burger joint to anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience. I love how big the menu and the portions too with endless options to fulfill everyone’s craving . I love how they offer combos ,family specials ,kids meals and catering. I love how you can order so easily right off the website and if your with the 10 miles they will allow you to choose delivery. Their delivery service is great ,I was able to track the exact time of arrival and leave precise delivery directions and food order requests for both the store and the delivery driver. Hands down the best kosher restaurant for burgers and more ,trust my word ,you will be full and happy and make this your favorite too!! Also they are open late which I really enjoy too!! You might have heard of then from Florida where their original store is at ,but I’m happy they have branched out in queens NY. Incredible Mexican grilled chicken tortilla with authentic ingredients, and I am a big fan of the Cobb salad (also the grilled chicken variety). Although I became accustomed to eating meat substitute burgers over the years doused in condiments and cheese, one smell of a SmashBurger Burger drew me back to the carnivore side. Let's start with the popcorn chicken perfectly fried nuggets with a light breading. Juicy and tender and served with a popper like sauce. Absolutely delicious. The loaded smash burger was as solid of a burger as I have had. The two patties were crispy on the edges and soft and juicy in the middle, the caramelized onions and beef bacon finished off the burger to perfection. And the crispy fries were the perfect texture counter balance to the soft bun and burger. I will be back.

Came with my fiancée and it was amazing. First time here and the worker recommended we try the jalepeno smash burger, and there crispy chicken sandwich. They have multiple different sauces to choose from, and the food came out pretty fast. One thing I noticed is that their bathrooms are cleaner than a lot of other fast food restaurants, don’t think I ever seen febreeze in a restaurant bathroom before lol, but surprisingly they had it in their store. I’ll definitely be back here and gonna bringing lots of friends and family here as well.

I must say this place is a 11/10. It’s by far the best kosher fast food restaurant ever. Let me first start by saying that when I entered the restaurant the employees were so friendly and polite. One of them recommended me try the chicken tendies dipped in the popper sauce, that was so good especially with the garlic sauce they gave. On top of that I had a double cheeseburger!! Who knew kosher cheese would taste so real 🤭. The best of all this place is so kid friendly, my brother got a toy with his kids meal that just made his day. The fries were fresh and can be a meal ALL by itself if you are into fries like that. The wings were ordered well done. They ate with that. The sauce is spicy for the wings. Another thing others may enjoy. I had to wipe the table off. Aside from that, they definitely deserve a high rating. Also the environment is safe and very welcoming for ALL. I’d rate this place 8.5/10. Smash House Burgers definitely stands out, especially when it comes to the food—it’s honestly some of the best kosher food I’ve ever had. I was seriously impressed. The vegan cheese tasted like real dairy cheese, which is rare, and every item we tried was a hit. We ordered the classic smash burger, dirty fries, churros, a Brisk can, and a Snapple bottle—came out to about $50 and totally worth it for the quality. The ordering system through the screen was convenient, but the overall service left a lot to be desired. No one greeted us or even said “thank you,” and the food came out at all different times instead of everything arriving together. It felt like there wasn’t much care given to the dine-in experience. It also would’ve been helpful if they had trays to carry everything more comfortably—or better yet, if they just brought the food out to the table. The fridge is behind the counter and not accessible to customers, and even though we ordered drinks on the screen, instead of the drinks being given with the food we had to ask specifically ask for them. The space itself feels cramped because there are just too many tables squeezed in. One small but nice touch is that if you ask for sides in person, they don’t charge you, whereas ordering them through the screen adds a 50¢ charge per side. Overall, this place has gourmet pricing and quality but with fast food service. I’d come back again, but hope the service improves.

I genuinely wanted to like this place, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to the hype it has on TikTok. At this point, I’m beginning to wonder if some of those glowing TikTok videos are paid promotions, because the food was simply not up to par. Upon entering the establishment, we were not greeted, which immediately set the tone and the fact there's waa a bit of trash on the tables and floors. When we attempted to ask a few questions, the young man at the front seemed preoccupied with his cellphone and was not attentive, even after a fewl attempts to get his attention. He was polite once engaged, but first impressions matter — especially in hospitality — and this one fell flat. Pricing is another concern. For the quality provided, the menu feels overpriced. We ordered three items, and the total came to just over $60 — quite steep for what is essentially fast food. To make matters worse, there are additional charges for minor add-ons: lettuce, for example, costs extra, as does any additional sauce (50 cents each). Even asking for garlic mayo on a sandwich adds another 50 cents to the bill. On a positive note, the food was served promptly. We began with the Dirty Fries — seasoned fries topped with BBQ brisket, more BBQ sauce, and two additional sauces. While the portion was generous, the overall flavor profile leaned excessively sweet, lacking the balance needed to make it enjoyable. The dish could benefit from some acidity or spice — perhaps jalapeños or another vegetable element — to offset the overpowering sweetness of the BBQ sauce. Next came the Schnitzel Sando. The chicken itself was juicy, but the sandwich as a whole lacked flavor and depth. It desperately needed a built-in sauce to complement the protein, or the chicken should have been more boldly seasoned. While there were plenty of side sauces available, I didn’t feel this particular sandwich should rely on add-ons to deliver its flavor. Finally, we tried the Loaded Smash. 11/2/25 This item had potential — the concept works — but it was overwhelmingly salty. I even had to ask the staff to take it back so the turkey bacon could be fried longer, as it was initially very chewy. In the end, after spending over $60, we left feeling rather unsatisfied. As per other reviews about the lack of PROPER customer service it seems like this is an on-going issue. While the speed of service was commendable, the experience as a whole didn’t justify the price or the online hype.

I ordered from Smash House recently and went with Combo #3 (double smash burger with fries). The beef quality is very good. The patties were juicy, had a strong beefy flavor, and were cooked properly. You can tell they’re using decent meat, and the smash technique itself is solid. That said, the burger was extremely salty. Not just well-seasoned, but genuinely over-salted. The saltiness felt especially concentrated toward the center of the burger, to the point where it overwhelmed everything else, even my blood pressure. Because of that, the fries actually tasted bland by comparison. The vegan cheese (used because the place is kosher) didn’t taste like cheese and mostly seemed to add more salt without adding much flavor or creaminess. It didn’t ruin the burger, but it didn’t help either. Overall, I didn’t dislike the food. The beef itself is good, and there’s clear potential here. But the salt level really needs to be toned down, way down! With less salt — or without the vegan cheese — this could be a much better burger. Would I go back? Possibly, but I’d order differently next time or ask for modifications, but I just found out no modifications are allowed since the restaurant removed the options where you can type anything specific in Uber Eats - such as NO SALT! Good meat, decent execution, but the seasoning balance needs work, much more work!
